I bought QQQ and I bought SMH as well.

The third opportunity is not an individual company. It is the VanEck Semiconductor ETF, ticker symbol SMH.

I'm confident investors who buy the dip in semiconductor stocks going to be rewarded.

So, any weakness in the semiconductor stocks, memory names, or even the equipment makers can be confidently bought.

I think you can probably play semis to to get back another 10%.

very comfortable with the chip trade because when you look at how these companies are performing uh they can't keep chips on the shelves and their earnings are proving it quarter after quarter. So if you see any correction in chips I think you have to go ahead and dollar cost average in because uh this is a long story. Um AI is proven in companies across the board that are going to be using this and and chips are how you're going to get there. So, I'd stay in this trade and continue to dollar cost average in

I'm starting to wade into some of the infrastructure names and going, okay, maybe it's time to start putting my toe back in the water here

SMH AR TY or AIQ for AI

Had you taken this strategy just 5 years ago and bought into SMH, which is the semiconductor ETF, just 5 years later today, you'd be up over 350%.

So, I do like SMH and I do like DTCR.

part of a diversified tech portfolio should include semiconductor companies, but also the actual end market companies as well. Not just software, but also companies that include software and infrastructure and other services like the hyperscalers.

I think semis can get back into gear during earning season and uh reverse really this momentum rotation we've been playing uh since really like mid-June.

everybody was pretty much buying either SMH or Nvidia stock

So, we would be buying any of those dips.

SMH is still in a downward channel. No on that one.

maybe you don't want to over complicate it and you just want to invest into an ETF that is focused on semiconductors that is where SMH comes in not SOXL this one's triple leverage so volatility is much greater with this but SMH again the reward also maybe might not be as dramatic or as significant but normally neither is the loss right so 14 to 15% still incredibly attractive.

This just again, this feels like a really good buy zone. It feels like we came down to the bottoming level. We're holding the bottoming level. We're holding the technical uptrend. We got good news on the horizon. We've got good news right now, too. And this is all feels like a great time to be buying. I think we're in the buy zone. I think this is the buy window. I think this is when you want to be buying AI infrastructure stocks.

the pattern is buy when those semi stocks are down 10 to 15%.

I think this is kind of a good place to be accumulating these AI infrastructure stocks.

I don't think it makes a lot of sense to be investing in hyperscalers or AI stocks at this point.

you know, I I would say that, you know, we are parabolically extended. We we had close to 90% move above the 200 day. The only other period in history that topped that was the dotcom bubble and it was 9%. Today we're we hit 22%. You know, if you're playing probabilities and you have that information, you know, I I would say that it's time to, you know, step outside the bounds and not have 22 or 26% in semis, especially when there's other sectors that are showing bottoming characteristics in terms of relative strength.

We're short semiconductors, we're short the NDX and we're short the OEX.

So I am long the semis right here from today's down gap and I'm looking for upside.

I actually started to go long some of the semis just for a bounce over the next week or so because they've corrected so much

There may still be more downside in semiconductors as well.
