I Tracked 30 Finance YouTubers... 18 Are Losing Money!

Finance YouTubers midseason rankings. I'm tracking the results of every popular investor. Who is leading the board as the best stock picker 2026 and who is getting destroyed by this market. The results show an unbelievable case split value investors at the bottom while the current leader is making over 100% returns in just 6 months. Every single year in January, stock YouTubers like myself make videos like my top stocks for 2026, seven stocks to buy in 2026, best stocks for 2026. This year, over 30 creators joined this exact format with over 3 million views combined. Chances are that you have watched a few of them yourself while deciding your personal portfolio. Last January, my channel became popular because I decided to rank these 16 creators for their 2025 picks. But you guys freaked out in the comment section. Surprise you don't have Joseph Carson. What about Tom Nash? No, Charlie from Zip Trader. Anyway, I heard you loud and clear. This year, I'm keeping track of absolutely everybody, including 200 of you, that left a comment with your best picks. Huge work. Very boring. I'm telling you, I definitely deserve a like just for that. We still have 6 months to go until the final results, but I got really curious to know who is leading the mid-season and how many are beating the index since I know that I'm personally lagging behind. Is your favorite YouTuber leading the half season ranking? Let's find out. Before I show you the leaderboard, here are the rules of this game to keep it 100% fair. Rule number one, the timeline. A creator must have posted their best stock video before the 7th of January. Unfortunately, not everybody did that. Felix and Winston Sier last year decided not to play along with other big channels like Meet Kevin, Adam Co, Amit. Anyone who posted late gets admitted, but the results are calculated from the exact date they upload instead of January 1st. Rule number two, the channel must have at least 5,000 subscribers. Too many tiny channel were asking me to be added. I'm sorry, but the list was getting too long. Rule number three, they must share a list of at least at least five different stocks. YouTuber who only gave one stock like future investing with SoFi or just three names like Unrival Investing are out. Rule number four, no day traders. This is a holding competition for 2026. Short-term or technical traders like Rick Gutierrez, Canon Grace or Tory Trades are not admitted. To be clear, I'm tracking the results of their best stocks for 2026 videos, not of their portfolios. For example, Jeremy suggested Adobe in this video, but personally, he doesn't believe in the stock anymore, and he already closed his position. For this ranking, it doesn't matter. is committed to Adobe until next year. These 30 YouTubers qualified. You find all their videos linked down in the description. Now, let's see who's sitting at the absolute bottom of this mid-season tier list. Honestly, I'm really sad and sorry about it. This guy, it's really unlucky. It's again Brian Stole minus 33% on average. He picked five out of five losers. Among them, my favorite stock, Dolingo. Sorry, Brian. Tier F. Don't worry, we will crash it with Dolingo in the second half of the year. Second last fire up wealth minus 27% picked only losers as well. The world are Salesforce and Service. Now, I'm going to move fast and just say the rankings. If you want to know all their picks, just watch their videos. Third last, a big value investing channel, ParkVan. The worst picks were trading desk and Lululemon. Ouch. Next, Zip Trader recommended Adobe and Salesforce. SAS Apocalypse hit this TRF guys really, really hard. are all below minus 20% in just six months. Let's move to theory between minus 20 and minus 10. Travis of Asymmetric Investing, he did great last year with his 20 stock list. He gave again 20 figs for 2026, but it's not working. Minus 19% tier E. Next poll of everything money, he picked Adobe, Alibaba, and Nike. Oh, this one is unexpected. 24th position and is probably the best investor of all. This guy is really like Warren Buffet or Charlie Manger level and he's performing like at economics. What kind of horrible pick I made with monday.com. Let's hope it bounced back. Luckily, it was just a pick for this game. At least it's not part of my portfolio like Novo, PayPal, or HIMS. Total minus 15%. I'm in theory behind everybody, even this guy. It's called Dividend Compounders with Cheese. It's before me. He picked a Katus Defense on January 20th, right on top, and he's still beating me. Three more people in this tier. Stealth Wealth Investing, Deep Value Hunter, and Ashak Shivastava. Ashak, the Indian investor, is actually the biggest channel of all with over 2 million subs. Minus 10% welcome in theory together with other economics. Next, tier D between minus 10 and break even. Basically, more YouTubers losing money. This one always get good comments. Jeremy of financial education. He managed to pick AMD, but he's still 8% in the red with his pick. How? Fubo, Adobe Salesforce Celsius Nike and PayPal. Next, Daniel Prank returns minus 7%. He picked Shift 4 and Merc Libé. We have invest with Harry 6% under Zven Carlin 5% red and last one in tier D almost breaking even is in 15th position but last year he ranked second Chris Sain he picked Caterpillar nice but also Nike and Sofi not so nice finally YouTubers on the green side tier C 4% returns couch investor. He made the three videos and recommended a lot of stocks. The best one is SO. I honestly don't even know what they do. The worst one is Transmetic. Next, the most requested by the crowd, Joseph Carson. 8% returns, solid picks. ASML and TSM, great great returns. S&P Global, Netflix, Mastercard are all lagging behind. Anyway, very solid strong picks just 1% below the S SNP index. 18 finance creators, including myself, are lagging behind the index. These 12 that are left are beating it. In tier B, we have just three YouTubers all around 13% returns. Jerry Romine, the patient investor, and Mark Rousen. Nine creator left tier A and above. And here we see a really big gap in performance. It's really a K-shaped YouTuber mid-season ranking with the value investor down at the bottom and the AI picker up on top. Next one is the winner of last year business with Brian. AMD and Lamb Research automatic eighth year for Brian. Eighth position market beat with the host Bridget. Lots of red but Intel and AMD incredible 35% return for market beats but it's even more incredible that there are five more people between 40% and 50% returns best of us investors with AMD Joseph Hog with Bloom Energy Fintech with Nokia Tom Nash with Vertive. Congratulation to all these guys. Tom Nash with 47% returns is really close to the third position, but honestly with this kind of performance, they might be all S tier by the end of the year. In third position, another great performance of ticker symbol U. He gave us 10 stocks including TSM, Crowd Strike, and Vertive. But the real difference was made by Micron. All these guys with more than 40% returns could be a tier, but the last two were so good I had to leave the last tier just for them. 83% returns the second and 101% the current leader are not a huge channel so you should definitely check them out. Second position, Jose Najaro. AMD with 165%. It's his third best stock. He also got Marll and our test system that went from $21 to 96 by the end of June. In any other year, Jose would have been the midseason winner, but not this year. The current leader is Ulia of the Market Monkeys channel. It's a small channel definitely worth watching because in this video Ulia gave us five stocks among them Micron and Marll. With that we've wrap up the midseason ranking. But even if Ulia crashed it, the real winner of this midseason are actually you guys in the comment section. You absolutely smashed it. Get this. While only 40% of professional finance YouTubers are currently beating the S&P 500, 50% of you guys are beating the index. In fact, 98 of you are officially outperforming the stock market right now. However, before I reveal the community champion, we have to talk about some irregularities that I discover when I checked the comments. The leader with 200% return would be Ranset that pick SanDisk, but unfortunately he edited his comment. And since I can't be sure when he edited, I must disqualify him. Then we have Peter Morris with Nebus, Iron, and Micron. But these are only three names.
