November has quietly been one of the best months of the year to own stocks and this year with the market still sitting near record highs after a strong run, the historical odds of a year-end rally are leaning in our favor. Though, of course, nothing in this market is ever guaranteed. But, here's what makes this November a bit different. The rally is finally broadening out. For 2 years, almost all the gains belonged to a handful of tech giants. I'm not going to name them. You already know who they are. Now, the money is actually starting to spill into companies that actually power the AI boom. The memory inside the machines, the ships that move the world's raw materials, and the energy feeding the grid. So, today, I'm going to be handing you three stocks with huge potential leading into November. And every single one of them earned the highest grade that our quant model gives out. And I'm going to be saving the one I'm most excited about for last, so make sure you stick around to the end. But, we're going to get this party started with the biggest name in dry bulk shipping, which is Star Bulk Carriers, ticker symbol SBLK. And if we haven't met yet, by the way, I'm Jacob Wade. I'm a financial coach for high-income earners, and we are here to help you cut through the noise and find the signal in this ever-changing market. And a quick favor before we dig into the video and these three stocks, if you're finding this video useful, just tap the like button below. It tells the algorithm to put this kind of breakdown in front of more investors just like you. And we really appreciate it. Thank you. Now, back to Star Bulk. Now, this is one of the largest dry bulk fleets on the water hauling the raw materials that keep the global economy moving. We're talking iron ore, coal, grain, fertilizer. When goods move around the world, Star Bulk gets paid. And here's why shares belong on your radar this November. This looks like a cash machine trading on the cheap. Shares actually fetch a forward price earnings ratio of just seven. Dirt cheap for a company that's this profitable. And the PEG ratio comes in at only 0.41. That's the price to earnings ratio adjusted for growth. And remember, an average stock trades near 1.5. So, Star Bulk is priced at a fraction of a typical company even after accounting for its growth and it also pays a dividend that's yielding near 7%. So, you're getting paid handsomely just to wait. Now, here's the mechanism behind those numbers. Starbulk runs one of the largest, most modern low-cost fleets on the water, which gives its earnings real leverage in the dry bulk market. This explains why Wall Street experts see earnings growing nearly 30% in the year ahead, roughly double than the shipping industry as a whole. And there's a live catalyst right around the corner. Starbulk reports again on November 18th. Just for the record, they've beaten earnings estimates over the last three quarters. So, make sure to put November 18th on your calendar. And even better, shares have actually eased back off of their recent highs, which actually hands us a better entry on the dip here. Now, Wall Street coverage is quite thin. Just one analyst rates shares over at Jefferies, but it is worth noting that she's ranked in the top 13% of all analysts that we track and gives the stock a strong buy recommendation with an upside target well above current levels. But really, thin coverage is actually an opportunity here as more of Wall Street catches on, each new buy recommendation can act as a fresh catalyst for this stock. So, now let's actually pop the hood open with our Zen Ratings Quant Model. Now, here's how it works. Our model analyzes every stock across 115 different fundamental, technical, and AI factors. The results get boiled down into a single intuitive letter grade A through F. And we break down into seven component grades, value, growth, momentum, and a few others to show where the stock is strong and where it might be weak. Now, Starbulk earns an A rating, a strong buy recommendation, and it lands in the top 1% of over 4,600 stocks that we track. That means it outranks 99% of stocks based on a truly stellar fundamental profile. And when a stock scores this high, the component grades tend to line up. So, let me give you the quick tour here. Momentum is in the top 17% of all stocks, sentiment in the top 15%, which means the smart money crowd is moving in here. Growth and financial strength are both in the top 9% and then we have two standout grades here. The AI grade is in the top 6%, which speaks to the likely future timeliness of shares and value here is in the top 6% as well based on 21 different value measures. Now, the one real risk here is the nature of the business itself. Shipping is cyclical and freight rates rise and fall with global trade and when they cool off, so do the profits. And that just simply comes with the territory in this corner of the market. Now, if you step back and look at the whole picture here, Starbulk is firing on every cylinder our model checks. It's cheap, it's profitable, it's best in class, it pays you very well while you wait and it's sitting on a dip right now. That's a powerful way to kick off the video today. Now, while Starbulk is all about getting paid to wait, it's our next pick is the opposite. It's a top-rated producer that smart money is piling into right now with shares climbing to brand new highs. Now, before I get into that next stock, here's something that might interest you. Our editor-in-chief has put together a list of three stocks that he believes could double in the coming year. And yes, he did find them using the very same Zen Ratings model I'm using to break down the stocks in this video. Now, you can get those three ticker symbols for free just by visiting wallstreetzen.com/ double or you could just simply scan the QR code on the screen right here or if you're on your computer, you could click the link below in the description. Now, our next pick is all about momentum and muscle. It's Permian Resources, ticker symbol PR. Now, this is a pure play oil and gas producer in the Delaware Basin, the most productive, lowest cost slice of the Permian down in West Texas and New Mexico. In plain English, they pull some of the cheapest, most profitable barrels of oil out of the ground in America. Now, the company just raised its full-year guidance and just posted record operating results. And it reports again on November 4th. So, there's a fresh catalyst right in our window. Now, here's the mechanism behind all that growth. Permian is the disciplined buyer of the bunch. It scoops up prime drilling acreage at a fraction of what rivals pay and bolts it onto one efficient low-cost position. This explains why Wall Street experts see earnings growing around 12% in the year ahead, faster than the rest of the oil and gas industry. And some investors have taken notice while shares are climbing to new highs. But, the case for more is very much intact. Permian carries a pay ratio of around 1.3, which makes it a GAAP stock, which means growth at a reasonable price. And remember, the average stock trades a little bit higher around 1.5. So, you're still getting this growth at a discount to the typical company. And Wall Street is pounding the table on this stock. 15 analysts cover shares and all 50 of them land at a buy or strong buy recommendation. Nine of those at a strong buy. The most bullish analyst on the panel is BJ Paranthal over at Susquehanna. They rank in the top 3% of all analysts and their fair value target implies an upside of more than 20% Now, before I dig into the actual quant ratings, a quick ask here. If you're getting value out of this type of breakdown, go ahead and hit the subscribe button below and make sure to hit that notification bell as well. We publish data-driven stock analysis like this every single week and that's the best way to ensure you don't miss the next video. All right, now back to the pick. The only thing that's left to do with PR is to look at what our Zen ratings model has to say. Permian Resources earns a Zen rating of an A, a strong buy recommendation in the top 2% of every stock that we track. Now, let's walk through these grades. Growth is in the top 11%. The AI factor in the top 7%. Momentum in the top 6% pointing at timely shares that are currently in motion. Financial strength is in the top 5%, which is operational excellence that shows up time and again in future earnings reports. And the standout here is sentiment. It's in the top 3% of the entire market. This suggests that smart money crowd is moving in with real conviction here. Now, the main risk here is a simple one. This is an oil company, and earnings and the share price ride on the price of crude oil, which can swing on anything from OPEC to the economy. But, a top-rated producer with record results, unanimous Wall Street backing, and the smart money is piling in with its two most vital grades, growth and financial strength, both scoring in the top tier of the market. That's really a potent setup heading into the November 4th earnings report. Now, this final stock is the one that I'm most excited about. It's riding the single biggest trend in the market right now, artificial intelligence, and it just handed Wall Street a blowout quarter. But, before we get into my last pick, one quick thing here. Now, here's something you rarely see from a company this size. A couple of weeks ago, this company reported earnings, and it grew them more than 130% in a single year. Then, it guided to stronger growth in the year ahead. And this was their eighth earnings beat in a row. That company is Penguin Solutions, ticker symbol P E N G. Now, let me back up here. What does Penguin actually do? Spoiler, it has nothing to do with the zoo. They actually build infrastructure behind artificial intelligence. The integrated computing and memory systems that let AI data centers actually run. Now, if the famous names everyone talks about are building the AI brains, Penguin builds the nervous system that connects them all together. This is a picks and shovels play on the entire AI build-out. And the timing could not be better here. Here is the mechanism. As the hyperscalers race to build out AI capacity, they need Penguin's systems to tie hardware together, including a deepening relationship with Nvidia, and that demand is showing up in space. Now, just think about this for a second. Every new AI data center has to have its memory and computing hardware wired together and running without a hiccup, and that is what Penguin's bread and butter is. So, as this build-out keeps accelerating, the tailwind behind these shares only gets stronger, and that's before we even get to the valuation. This explains why Wall Street experts see earnings growing around 50% in the year ahead, well ahead of the semiconductor industry as a whole. And here's the kicker. You can see it right here on the chart. That earnings report spiked shares up to a fresh high, and they have since cooled right back off roughly 30% off the top. And this was not a bad news crash, just a fast mover that ran hot and then settled down. And that cool-off hands patient buyers a better entry well off the highs. Now, right now, Penguin is not that expensive. It actually carries a PEG ratio of just 0.77. That means shares could rally sharply from here and still be cheaper than the average stock. So, while growth is nice, growth at this kind of price is much, much nicer. What I would like here most is is actually Penguin's track record. Remember I mentioned at the beginning, eight straight quarters of topping Wall Street's estimates. And Wall Street is largely on board here, too. Of the six analysts covering Penguin, five of them have a buy or strong buy recommendation. The average forecast calls for around 45% upside from here, and the high forecast suggests the stock could see a greater than 75% upside in the coming year. Now, the highest ranked analyst on the panel falls kind of in the middle. That's Brian Chin of Stifel Nicholas, who ranks in the top 1% of analysts based on stock picking track record. He has a fair value target implying a roughly 50% upside in the year ahead as of the week that I'm recording this. And it'll come as a shock to absolutely no one when I tell you our Zen Ratings model absolutely loves this stock. Penguin Solutions earns an A, a strong buy recommendation in the top 4% of over 4,600 stocks that we track. Here are the grades. Value comes in the top 19% based on 21 different value measures. Momentum also in the top 19% Sentiment is in the top 12%. Again, the smart money crowd is already leaning in here. But the crown jewel here is growth in the top 1% of the entire market, which foreshadows more and more earnings beats ahead. main risk here is going to be volatility. Penguin is the smallest company on our list and its fortunes are tied to the pace of AI data center spending. And if that spending cools off, the shares can swing hard in both directions. But a company growing earnings nearly 50% a year, cheap on a growth adjusted basis with a top 1% analyst calling for serious upside, and a top 1% growth grade about as high as our model goes, it's sitting right in the center of the AI buildout. That's exactly the huge potential that I want to see in a stock, and that's why I wanted to finish with them in our video today. Now, consider whether Penguin deserves a spot in your portfolio. So, there you have it. Three stocks with huge potential heading into November and three very different flavors of how they grow. All three of them earn an A from our quant model, and all three sit in A-rated corners of the market. Two of them report earnings in the next few weeks. So, if any of these speak to you, make sure to do your homework soon. And remember, you can pull a free rating on over 4,600 stocks yourself just by typing in the ticker symbol at wallstreetszen.com. So, just make sure you bookmark that website. These penny ratings are updated every single day. Now, I'd love to hear from you. Which of these three do you like most?
