All right, what's up everybody and welcome back to another Wednesday here in the stock market. Well, in today's video, I mean, we just have to talk about Neoclouds because they are the talk of the town right now in the AI trade as they are absolutely exploding. I don't know if you guys have been paying attention to this, but they've been going nuts. I mean, we have Nebus currently up around 28% just over the last 5 hours, going from around $192 all the way up towards $247 and seeming as if it has some, you know, potential to continue this run upwards. Core, another one absolutely flying. Opened the day around 90 bucks. Currently around $107, putting in a total gain of roughly, I mean, what's that? 19% or so. Yeah, 19 nearly 20% just over the last few hours. And this goes for most of your NeoClouds. You're seeing them absolutely going nuts right now, leaving a lot of investors wondering what happened. Why is Nebus gaining a third of its market cap in 4 hours? Why is Cororeweave gaining a fifth of its market cap in a few hours? What happened? And should we be buying? I mean, does it make sense to go in and start adding a Core Weave or a Nebus to our portfolios? Does that make sense? Or is this a bad time? Maybe are we a little bit too late to the trade? I know a lot of people are asking those questions. And so, because of that, in today's video, I'm going to walk you through everything. We're going to first and foremost do a quick summary, quick recap of what a NeoCloud even is. You know, what does Nebas do? What does Coree do? Then we're going to talk about what happened over the last couple hours and last couple days to trigger all of this, why their prices are exploding, what this means for the future of Neoclouds. I'll actually dive into the chart as well around this point too. And then we'll find, you know, finish up and finalize by talking about whether or not I think it makes sense to be adding Cororeweave and Nebus and some of these other Neoclouds to our portfolios now. And my goal is that by the end of today's video, you walk away with a pretty clear understanding of everything that's going on. What Neoclouds are, why they're absolutely exploding, what the charts are saying, and whether or not it makes sense to add them to our portfolio. So, we do have a good bit to get into today, and I don't want to keep it too long on a Wednesday, folks. So, let's go ahead and let's begin. So, first and foremost, before you can even understand what is going on right now, we need to talk about what a Neocloud even is. Now, in the last few live streams, I have talked a ton about Neoclouds and what they are, and I've given this exact analogy a few times, so I'm not going to stay on this topic too long. But for those of you who don't know what a Neocloud is, a Neocloud is a specialized cloud provider built entirely for AI. So, instead of doing a bit of everything like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, they do one thing. Take note of this. They rent out massive fleets of GPUs, mostly Nvidia's GPUs, to companies that need to train and run AI. So essentially what a Neocloud does is a more specialized version of what a hyperscaler does. So you know how hyperscalers build these really big data centers and they put these big super big computers that are built of all this hardware and they rent out that computational power to companies. But it can be for a little bit of anything, right? It can just be for cloud. It can be for data storage. I mean these data centers aren't just for AI. No, they're for a bunch of things. So, you know how they do that? Well, what a neocloud does is basically that, but only for AI. Only for AI. They're specifically focused on GPUs for AI. An analogy that I use all the time is that a hyperscaler is like a macro hospital and a neocloud is like a surgical hospital. So, a hyperscaler does a bit of everything. Just like a macro hospital, you can go in and they have everything. Surgeries, doctor's appointments, physical therapy, vaccines, etc. I don't know, random stuff, right? In a surgical hospital, you go there and they specifically just do surgeries. That's all they do. It's focused on that. And they usually are a little bit maybe smaller in size, but more state-of-the-art, better tech, better machinery, better prices as well. Right. So, that's kind of the way that I look at it that a Neo cloud is just a specialized version of a hyperscaler. It's a hyperscaler that is built specifically for AI. And that is exactly what Nebius and Cororeweave do. Nebus and Cororeweave are two of the biggest pureplay NeoClouds out there. They own the data centers or some in some places they actually rent out the data centers but they do own the chips and they rent that computational power out to the biggest names in AI and actually other hyperscalers because some of their biggest um customers for example with Coree are other hyperscalers because think about it Microsoft has so much backlog they're at capacity they can't provide enough computational power to their customers so what they'll do is sometimes leverage corewave's data centers to be able to provide their service to their customers so they tap into to it as well. That's not a forever solution, but it is a bit of a solution. So that's what Nebius and Core Weave do. And of course, that's why they're very important in the world of AI because their customers would rather rent that compute than spend billions of dollars building it themselves. So when AI demand explodes, it flows straight into NeoClouds just like Nebas and just like Coree. So that's what they are. Now let's talk about what happened. Let's talk about what what happened. Why are they absolutely flying right now? and it comes down to their earnings. On Sunday, I made a video for you all and I said, "This is going to be a very interesting week for AI." That was the title. It was something like that. Like, AI investors, this is going to be a very interesting week. Something along those lines. And in that video, I told you all, listen, we're going to see two major NEOClouds release their earnings. And that's going to give us a clear insight for where the excitement's at in the market because if they come out swinging, you might see people start rotating into NeoCloud. So, you're going to want to pay attention to that. And sure enough, last night we got Corweee's earnings. This morning we got Nebus' earnings and they were really, really good. Cororee were okay. Like they were they were good. Let let me reframe. Coral had good earnings. Nebius had great earnings. What you can see here is that Nebius's revenue came in at $582 million which was up 454% and beat expectations by I believe like a couple percentage points or so. Their adjusted ABA also swung positive to $236 million from a loss that previous period in the last year. Now, amongst all of that revenue, AI cloud currently sits at 98% of their revenue. Remember, they're specialized in AI cloud, which represents a 500% growth, which then led them to reaffirm their guidance in which they signed four AI deals worth over a billion dollars each. locking in a potential $4 billion worth of revenue, an outstanding earnings report, which just goes to show that Neoclouds are a clear part of this AI chain right now and they are generating a ton of revenue and a ton of traction. And Cororeweave did extremely well, too. What you can see here is that Core Weave generated a ton more revenue, bigger company at about 2.58 billion, which is up around 112% which beat on their revenue expectations. And they also of course and that led them to a bit of a smaller loss than expected as their backlog jumped to around a record $104 billion which was then followed by them on the call raising their fullear guidance to 12.4 to$13.2 billion. Now the reason why I said core weaves wasn't as good was because their numbers their revenue was only like a 1% or 2% beat if I remember correctly. Nebus on the other hand absolutely smashed it came out swinging. And what this says is like look their backlogs are growing. People need their services and there is a world in which NeoClouds are just as important as hyperscalers if not more. Some people think they'll eventually become more important than hyperscalers. I don't know about that but I do know that they are very important in the world of AI especially when there's a capacity problem. While these hyperscalers have capacity problems you are going to see people need to leverage Neoclouds and that gives them the opportunity to generate a lot of money and the market agrees. The market agrees and it's the exact reason as to why you are seeing their charts absolutely flying. And when I say absolutely flying, I'm not talking about little pumps. I'm talking about full-fledged breakouts, folks. I'm talking about Nebius coming up and smashing through resistance, breaking out of this descending structure, now clearing through its seller zone, and putting in a higher high. Nebas has now ended its downtrend that it's been in since June of 2026. What we can see is that Nebius has been had been at least in a downtrend for over 38 days, consistently putting in lower lows and lower highs before making this move. Now, this move was a bit risky at first, right? And you guys can see what I mean because this was actually the second time that Nebius has broken out of the structure. What happened the first time is that Nebius broke out of the structure, ran into resistance, and immediately got rejected back down into it. And when Nebius got rejected in here, I told you guys, hey, you're going to want to be very careful right now because if Nebius is not able to find some support and use that support to rally out of this descending structure, you're in danger of Nebus falling back to our $120 or below. So, if you're a Nebius holder and you're looking at the price, this was over the last few days. I told you be very careful right now and watch real closely how this plays out during earnings because you're going to want to see it run out of here. It's going to need to get out of here. The floor is lava, folks. And you're not going to want to sit in that fire too dangling long. And sure enough, Nebi has made a beautiful move and got that support. The buyer stepped in and have now forced it back up. And not only back out of the structure, but above this previous seller zone. You see where the seller stepped in there, the seller stepped in there, and the seller stepped in there. They weren't able to do that today. And now the buyers have forced Nebulas back up because it believes that this is a bit of a rotation that is happening into the world of NeoClouds and they are gaining importance, gaining value in the chain of AI and they're going to be able to continue to do so moving forward. You're seeing something very similar with Cororeweave. Now Cororee is a little bit behind. Um Cororeweave has been kind of taking a bit of a beating for a while now. You know Cororee really did peak last year and it's never really gained a ton of traction since then. But I mean look at what's going on here. I mean, Cororeweave has made a fantastic move. And now, although it is still below its own trend line, look at where Cororeweave is, the thing has broken into its golden zone up here. And if you know anything about Cororeweave, you know those golden zones can be real dangerous. Look what happened the last time it ran into a major one like that. This was back around the end of last year, beginning of this year. I mean, Cororeweave made a beautiful move back up. But the second that it hit that golden zone, it immediately got rejected and it got smashed to the downside. And so the fact that we're currently looking at Cororeweave up in this golden zone this time and making good progress is a good sign that things could be changing. And in a perfect world, you're going to see Cororeweave come up through this golden zone and start trying to break through that trend and open up the door to 170 to 230 bucks, maybe even in pursuit of an all-time high. I mean, this is an absolutely fantastic move for Coree and the first earnings beat that they've had in 2026. A sign that things can be changing and that is why this is such an important moment. This isn't just a flash in the pan. know this is a clear change of structure for things like Nebius and for things like Cororeweave and I think they're in a position in which they definitely could try to continue this movement forward. Now a lot of you are going to say Tyler are we buying here right? Is it time to buy Nebus? Is it time to buy Coreweave? You just got me hyped up. You got me juiced up. Now are we going in and buying? Well no. I I I'm not going to start chasing this. And the reason why I'm not chasing this is because at the end of the day, look, I've never made a lot of money in the stock market by buying things when everyone gets excited. I've never made a lot of money in the stock market by buying something that's up 29% a day or 20% a day. You guys know how I am. My purchases come in places which people hate something. For example, if we go to the Hyperscalers trade that we've recently opened up, a $4,500 trade that I've opened on Hyperscalers. I was buying Microsoft not whenever it started to pump, not whenever it rallied up over four to you know 500 bucks, high 400s. No, I bought Microsoft um you know I started building into this Microsoft position for example whenever Microsoft was sitting at what 300 84 399 397 397 buying in the higher 300s before Microsoft made that beautiful move before Microsoft got that pump. That's where I make money. That's the reason why my portfolio is currently sitting up all time over $100,000 right now or very close $99,000 right now because I leverage these moments where we see dips and we see pullbacks and I use them as opportunities to purchase. And the reality is that I didn't get that opportunity here. I didn't I didn't feel the calling to buy a Neo Cloud prior to this pump. And what's unfortunate is that the only moment within recent history that I wanted to buy a Neo Cloud was yesterday. The only reason, the only time within recent history that I wanted to buy Neocloud was yesterday after the Nvidia news when Nvidia announced that they were going to be sourcing $500 billion worth of um financing for infrastructure for companies just like Coreweave, just like um um Nebius. I was like, "Oh man, this would be a good time to buy a Neocloud." But the thing about it was I was like, "All right, like I'll give it a few days, see how earnings goes, and make my move then." And realistically, it just never really came to fruition. And so as somebody who's now looking at these neoclouds rallying, I'm not going to go ahead and chase it because I know that there is still danger in front of us. There's still a journey in front of us. I mean, look at Nebas for example. Although it's done a great job, Nebius is still sitting in its own golden zone. And you guys know that golden zones are very, very strong levels of resistance. This is where the sellers sell. Same thing for Cororeweave. This is where the sellers sell. And it's going to be a battle. It's going to be a journey for Nebas to grow up and to go up. And I I think there will be buying opportunities for me moving forward. So now I'm not going to chase it. I'm not going to I'm not going to start buying something that's up 18 20 30% in the day. I'd rather wait for them to calm down, look for the moments of resets and look for entry points at that given moment. And if I am going to do it, I'll probably add it to the hyperscaler trade. I think it makes perfect sense as they are specialized versions of hyperscalers in theory. And so because of that, you know, for now, no, I'm not going to go ahead and chase it. But I do believe the people who are holding them are in a great spot. This is a very bullish hold right now. I I probably wouldn't be buying right now. I'm realistically wouldn't even be selling right now either because I can see a world in which if Nebius does break 257 it opens up to 300 or 364. I can see a world in which coreweave if it breaks above $116 tries to push up towards 138 to 170 bucks. I mean they could really be opening up for some fantastic gains and I wouldn't be selling too early on that. If you're a swing trader that's different, right? If you were swing trading it, you caught the low, you sold the high, great. That's different. Long-term holders, I mean, this is a very bullish optimistic hold and I would just be holding and letting it play out. And if you're someone looking to buy, I'm just going to look for an opportunity to purchase it when it does give me some sort of cool down and reset. Because look, no matter when Nebius gets these huge pumps and these huge moments, they always end up cooling down. They always end up pulling back. And that's the opportunity, of course, to capitalize. So, I'm not going to be chasing it right now. I'm going to stay disciplined, but I am excited about them and I am looking forward to a moment in which I do get the chance to add them to the hyperscaler portfolio. So, I'll keep you updated as I do of course make some moves and stuff in here. If you guys have been enjoying the content recently and if you have fel found these videos super valuable guys, the only thing that I ask is you just hit that like button. It really does help me grow the channel. We're at 16,000 subscribers. I've only been posting on this YouTube channel for 5 months now. We hit 1,000 subscribers 3 months ago. So, it's just nuts. It's wild to see the progress that we've been making. So, if you could help me out just by liking the video, I would really appreciate it. But that's what I have for you all today. That's what Neoclouds are. That's why they're moving. And that's where I think they could be going from here. and if I'm adding them to my portfolio. So again, if you did enjoy it, don't forget to smash that like button, check out some of the links down below, and I can't wait to see you all in the next one.
