My conclusion is that Oracle's combination of AI infrastructure, multicloud databases, accelerated earnings, and declining valuation multiples create a compelling long-term opportunity, although gradual accumulation remains preferable because volatility and execution risks are substantial.

The more these stocks fall, the more bullish I become because their share prices are declining while their revenue and earnings continue growing at extraordinary rates. Today, I will reveal one new stock pick that I believe is undervalued by approximately 60% along with updates on two existing high conviction holdings that still appear significantly undervalued. Their businesses remain strong, but their share prices have been pressured by macroeconomic uncertainty, geopolitical tensions, and broader market volatility. That disconnect can create attractive opportunities for disciplined long-term investors. Before we begin, I want to clarify something important. I am an investor, not a short-term trader. I do not cover new stocks every day simply to create new content. During the past month, I have already covered 13 stocks. And honestly, I believe that is more than enough. Some viewers keep asking me to discuss new companies every day. However, I only select a stock when it meets my criteria. An attractive valuation, a superior growth profile, strong fundamentals, and a clear long-term opportunity. Every company I cover requires hours of research. I study earnings reports, conference calls, management guidance, valuations, competitors, and industry trends. Producing a new stock recommendation every day would mean sacrificing research quality for quantity, and I will not do that. Disciplined investing also means knowing when to sell and when to remain patient. We closed our nebious position after the stock moved beyond our $250 target price. However, we did not panic when Micron fell more than 10% below our average purchase price because the fundamental thesis remained intact. That is the difference between investing and reacting emotionally to daily price movements. I will continue making videos about the companies I have already covered and the new ones that are undervalued, updating their results and tracking whether the original thesis remains valid. You will see my pics beat the market over time. That is the essence of long-term investing. Select outstanding businesses at attractive valuations. Remain disciplined through volatility and allow earnings growth to create value. Now, let's get to the main point. First on the list is Oracle Corporation. Oracle is down 59% from its 52 weeks high of 345. But Oracle is no longer simply a mature database and software company. It is rapidly transforming into a major cloud and EA infrastructure provider. Supported by three powerful growth engines, cloud infrastructure, databases, and enterprise applications. Oracle cloud infrastructure grew approximately 76.9% in fiscal 2026. while its global cloud market share increased from 1.77 in 2021 to 4.5% in early 2026. This moved Oracle from 8th to fourth place among global cloud providers. Its participation in the Star project and aggressive data center expansion could support further market share gains. Oracle database provide another major opportunity. Management expects database revenue to rise from 2.4 4 billion in fiscal 2025 to 20 billion by 2030, representing approximately 53% annualized growth. Partnerships with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud allow customers to run Oracle databases directly inside competing cloud platforms. Now consider the revenue forecast. 42 analysts expect Oracle's revenue to reach 89 billion in fiscal 2027, representing 32.6% growth. Revenue is then projected to rise 46% to 130 billion in 2028, followed by another 39% growth to 182 billion in 2029. By fiscal 2030, revenue could approach 223 billion. If these estimates prove accurate, Oracle's revenue would more than triple within 4 years. The earnings outlook is equally compelling. Consensus estimates place earnings per share at eight in fiscal 2027, increasing to $10 in 2028, 15.8 in 2029, and 20.61 in 2030. This represents expected EPS growth of approximately 36% in 2028, 45% in 2029, and 30% in 2030. As earnings expand, the valuation rapidly compresses. Oracle trades at approximately 17.6 times projected 2027 earnings. that forward PU fall fast to 13 times in 2028, nine times 2029 earnings and only 6.9 times projected 2030 earnings. Its forward price to sales ratio similarly declines from 4.64 to 1.85. However, longerterm forecasts carry greater uncertainty, especially because analyst coverage declines from 42 estimates for 2027 to only 9 for 2030. Heavy data center spending could also pressure margins and free cash flow. My conclusion is that Oracle's combination of AI infrastructure, multicloud databases, accelerated earnings, and declining valuation multiples create a compelling long-term opportunity, although gradual accumulation remains preferable because volatility and execution risks are substantial. Second stock on today's list is Broadcom. Broadcom is my new undervalued pick that I believe is 50% undervalued. Broadcom is becoming one of the most important companies behind the AI infrastructure boom. Its advantages is that it benefits from several layers of AI spending including custom accelerators, networking equipment, optical connectivity and infrastructure software. Approximately 68% of Broadcom's revenue comes from semiconductor solutions. The company develops custom AI accelerators known as XPUs that are designed around the specific workloads of hyperscalers. Unlike general purpose GPUs, these chips can help large customers improve performance, reduce costs, and avoid dependence on a single supplier. Broadcom already works with industry leaders such as Google, Meta, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Its expanded OpenAI partnership includes the deployment of custom accelerators and networking systems with deployment beginning this year and continuing through 2029. Its Tomahawk and Jero networking products provide another growth engine because increasingly powerful AI cluster require faster connections between thousands of processors. The financial forecast show how dramatically this demand could reshape Broadcom. Analysts expect revenue to reach approximately 106 billion in fiscal 2026 representing 66% growth. Revenue is then projected to increase another 63% to 173 billion in 2027 before reaching approximately 233.9 billion in 2028. Earnings are expected to follow the same pattern. Consensus estimates place EPS at 11 in 2026, 19.5 in 2027, and 26 in 2028. As earnings expand, Broadcom's forward P ratio falls from approximately 31 to 18.7 and eventually to 13.8. Its forward price to sales multiple simulate declines from 16 to 7. Broadcom also benefits from VMware which provides profitable infrastructure software and helps companies operate private cloud environments. The balance sheet appears manageable with estimated leverage of approximately 1.4 times ITA even after including back stop exposure. The risks include dependence on hyperscaler capital spending, customer concentration competition and potential increase in balance sheet guarantees. Growth rates exceeding 60% will eventually moderate. However, Broadcom's custom silicon networking leadership, software profitability, and rapidly compressing valuation make it a compelling long-term AI infrastructure opportunity. Third stock on the list is Reddit. Reddit's latest results show a company growing much faster than its share price suggests. Second quarter revenue increased 61% year-over-year while advertising revenue grew 64%. Daily active users rose 18% to 130 million. But average revenue per user increased 36% to 6.18. This means Reddit is generating considerably more revenue from each user instead of relying only on audience growth. The largest opportunity is international monetization. Reddit had 77.1 million international daily users compared with 53.2 million in the United States. However, international revenue per user was only 2.26 versus $1.85 in the United States. Even partially narrowing that gap could create another powerful growth engine. Reddit also has approximately 514 million weekly users, but only 130 million daily users. Converting more casual visitors into daily users could significantly increase engagement and advertising revenue. Improved advertising technology, Shopify integration, and better campaign automation are already producing encouraging results. The market is concerned about uneven referral traffic from Google search. However, management is building Reddit into a daily destination rather than depending on occasional search visitors. Its authentic human conversations also provide valuable commercial information that is difficult for competitors to reproduce. Reddit's forward P ratio remains above several social media peers, so it is not conventionally cheap. However, its forward pack ratio remains significantly below one, suggesting that the valuation looks attractive relative to its growth. The recent decline therefore appears more like a growth opportunity than evidence of a broken business. That's all for today. Please note that I am not a certified financial analyst.
