So, everyone is currently talking about it and Trump just disclosed some of the new stocks that he traded and it's the amount of trading that he did that is catching a lot of people's attention. What's going on guys? It's Ricky. I feel like some details need to be shared about this because it also isn't all that it might seem to be. So, says breaking Trump's financial disclosure report for the most recent period was just released. Here is every stock and ETF that he spent more than a million dollars on buying in June. So they list the handful of different companies, right? If you actually look at the overall list, they're all based off of ranges, right? So from Cintas to Visa, Mastercard, it tells you the range from 1 million to 5 million, right? Or from 500,000 to a million. So um it's not exact dollar amounts. will probably not know exactly how much he has made or lost on these investments until his overall yearly financial disclosure is released. With that being said, why is this catching so much attention? Well, the first thing is a lot of you guys know that in the last two years based off of his filing, he made more in the past two years with his investments than he's made in his entire life. Right? So, we've called out Nancy Pelosi. We've called out the other side of the aisle of there being a complete conflict of interest of these politicians investing in companies that they regulate. Again, it's holding everyone accountable regardless if you voted for them. You guys know that I have no problem regardless if I agreed with specific things that Trump has done in the past before or I viewed him to be the the less worse candidate. It's besides the point about my personal opinion. My thing is if someone does something wrong or something that we have, you know, called out before, then we need to make sure that we hold everyone to that standard because if you and I did that, there would be some red flags that were raised, right? Not only has he had one of the best performing past two years than any other politician, but he's doing it with a really large dollar amount. And it was shared that he did this with over $263 million. Now, I want to provide some insight with that. Over a thousand trades were supposedly taken in just the month of July. Uh I'm sorry, just the month of June. Now, a thousand trades is a ton, right? 20 to 22 trading days in a month. That's roughly right around 45 trades every single day. You guys know that we you and I do this full-time and we don't take that many trades. But there also needs to be an understanding. Is it Trump actually taking these trades? No. Just like many times, it's not Nancy Pelosi that is actually taking these trades, right? It's her husband. Nonetheless, they have to disclose it. If it's friends or family or family itself, they have to disclose it. This these are supposedly Trump's private investments that are managed by someone else. It's just very convenient that these people that are voted into power that have insight on everything. Again, I want to use Nancy Pelosi because everyone loves I've called her out before. Many people have called her out there. There's the Nancy Pelosi tracker, one of the most followed trackers out there. It's the same thing for Trump, right? So, if we call out Nancy Pelosi, you have to hold Trump accountable. Now, again, if you're a Republican, you would have no problem calling him out, right? But if you're a MAGA, which again is just more just like there's extreme on one side, there's extreme on the other. And people think that Trump can do no wrong. But nonetheless, again, to the naked eye, it does look like a conflict of interest. Now, it might not be as bad as everyone might see it to be because when they see the headlines, over $263 million were were traded by Trump on June. Well, Trump didn't initiate the trades. I do want to disclose that, right? Just like Nancy Pelosi doesn't initiate the trades. You have to hold them accountable to that. over a thousand trades. Okay. Well, around 45 trades a month. Uh 45 trades a day. That That's a ton. What does that break down to? The 263 million. If you actually do the math, if it's 20 to 20, I mean, I'm sure every day provides different kind of trading activity, but if you actually do the math, you'd be talking about like let's say his average position is 500,000 to 750,000. you would be at 45 trades a day, you would roughly be trading with a total buying power of 224 million. So again, if you have a $500,000 trading account and if you took 45 different trades, the total trading activity for that day could be 22 to $24 million. Now, if you break that down in a span of 20 to 22 days, you would get over $400 million. Now, again, it's just to show that no, Trump isn't taking positions of two of hundreds of millions of dollars. That's not what this disclosure shows. It's showing the range. A million to 5 million, a million to 5 million, a million to 5 million, 5 million, 500,000 to a million, and then 250,000 to to half a million. So, you could see the breakdown here. Now again, it's important to understand the difference between $263 million in a buy position and $263 million in trading activity. Again, for those that actually trade and invest, understand what I'm talking about. For the average American that reads the headlines, they're like, "Oh, dude, he's investing with hundreds of millions of dollars." That is not the case, right? It's just trading activity, trading volume. Uh when you take numerous trades uh within a given day, it really does show to be a very large dollar amount, but that's definitely not the case. So just wanted to make sure that what that was understood. What are some of his biggest purchases right uh that he made? Well, again it's Visa and I wanted to pull this up very quickly so we can pull it up both on the trading platform. Visa currently trading nearly at alltime highs. Quite an interesting purchase but nonetheless maybe he knows something that we don't. 371. If we look at Visa using investing pro, we can pull it up right here and it says that fair value there's 4% downside. P ratio is 30. Not super cheap, but not super expensive. Um, I wouldn't view this to be a crazy good deal, but nonetheless, it looks like Trump or whoever's managing Trump's money uh does. Uh, and again, 371. So, we'll have to follow up with this and see if it's actually a good investment. Uh, Cintas, which is ticker symbol, um, is it this? Yeah, CTA. Um, also kind of trading at overbought levels based off previous patterns. if we pull it up on investing pro. So I don't view it to be a super good deal but again obviously he must know something that we don't shows there to be about nine to almost 10% downside P ratio currently at 40.9 times its earnings. So nothing too crazy there. And then Mastercard pretty interesting to be going for Mastercard. Um I don't know if you guys have recently heard but there's a lot of um what's it called? Uh there's a lot of big credit card companies that are reducing their credit limit, right? uh to some of their best um customers. And that really doesn't make much sense on you know unless you are expecting people to begin to default and you're mitigating risk ahead of time. Why would then you want to invest into um I do not know the ticker of Here we go. Mastercard Incorporated. There it goes. also kind of at all-time highs. 581. What? That's ticker symbol MA shows there to be almost 1% of upside. 31.3 times its earnings, which again is not historically super low when it comes down to Mastercard itself. Um, revenue looks great. Everything looks consistent. But is this a good company to be invested in if people begin to default or do you expect people to begin to borrow more money um as these companies make a ton off of interest? We'll see. But um you can see again the list goes on. You can pause the video here or you can just look this up. This is a public disclosure that you should have a full um you know get a full breakdown of all the different companies that he has invested in or purchased for the month of uh June. So um the thing that I also want to quickly talk about um is the bond market right bond yields again according to people really need to come down. Mortgages are currently at 6.7% and higher. No one's going to be buying a house at this rate. And again, we've seen the slowdown in almost every major uh housing market. The days on market are going up. Property values are not growing as they once were. Uh just because it's incredibly expensive to take out a mortgage, right, to borrow money. And a lot of it has to do with the 10-year Treasury, which is a benchmark on how the mortgage interest rate is calculated. So, it's going to be quite interesting this week because this week for the first time we have the new head of the Federal Reserve, uh, Kevin Walsh, who should be speaking at that Jackson whole meeting and we'll see, right? Is his sentiment going to be that he's open to, you know, raising rates or possibly cutting rates that will guide the market in either, you know, a bullish or bearish way depending on his tone. So he has been uh he has been very optimistic about getting inflation and um the labor market under control but that definitely has not been the case. And then um also when it comes down to crypto, crypto had an amazing performing week last week. Uh and a lot of that had to do with you know the treasury stepping in pretty much devaluing the dollar creating money out of thin air for billion dollars. Crypto began to push up as well as gold did. But the unfortunate part about crypto is that Bitcoin has been incredibly volatile, right? It's still down 40% from previous all-time highs. And this is what my team, my LPP team and I have been waiting for. We wanted crypto to try to push up just enough that we don't trade crypto, but we short Micro Strategy, which is MSTR, which is again one of the worst performing stocks if you take into consideration not just year to date, but from its previous all-time highs of 543. This thing nosedived all the way down to lows of $80 per share. So, if there's one thing that we can always, you know, be reassured on is that MSTR, it's only a matter of time for it to crash when Bitcoin begins to crash. So, because it ran up so much, right, this has been at the top of my watch list from overall oversold levels to current highs. It ran up 30% which I think is great for those that bought the dip. But, of course, um, not many people bought the dip on this as the this thing has been selling off for years. Um, and now it offers 23% downside. So, very excited to see this week if Bitcoin begins to sell off. MSTR should follow and there should be some money to be made shorting these Bitcoin treasury companies. Again, I don't believe in Bitcoin. I believe in anyone's right to invest in any speculative asset that your heart desires. I just would never understand why if you believe in Bitcoin, why would you ever buy MSTR that dilutes you so they can buy Bitcoin? At the end of the day, if you want Bitcoin exposure, buy Bitcoin or a Bitcoin ETF. That's one for one, not a company, a failed software company that calls itself a Bitcoin treasury. That's just my two cents. Uh and then there are a handful of different companies are going to be reporting earnings this week. And of course, the big one is going to be Wednesday, Nvidia after markets close. So again, uh that's going to be a big one. Get ready for markets to move. Uh we have an exciting week ahead. Uh we will be going live a little bit later today for our Sunday stock talk. Just wanted to make sure that you guys had a little bit of a better understanding of the Trump trades and yeah I'm not a big fan seeing that as he is in office and making a ton of money just really enriching himself and his family. Um, you know, although I don't agree with that, I also wanted to shed some light on, you know, when when the headlines are saying over a,000 trades. I mean, that is a lot of trades, but over $263 million. Um, it's it's not that he bought that much. It's just based off of overall trading activity. And it's not necessarily him that's buying it. It's um someone that manages his money, which is again often the case also for Nancy Pelosi and her husband. So you can't call on one side and not on the other, right? So I'm always happy to point out where we see there to be a conflict of interest and just hold everyone accountable, right? Because that's what would be done if it were people like you and I. So I'll do my part in keeping you guys up to date. And don't forget if you want to join us for our live trading session as soon as tomorrow, that's going to be the second link in the description down below. I appreciate you guys' time. Like always, let's make sure that we end the year on a green note. Take care team.
