    Celestica's a buy

Louis Navellier is out with a new AI stock pick and he wants you to pay $499 for it. However, if you watch this video all the way through, I will literally give it away free. I went through Louis's hour-long presentation and figured out the stocks based on the clues in the presentation. This video, I'm not only going to show you how I figured out the stock, I'll reveal it and then most importantly, I'm going to tell you whether or not this stock is a buy. Before we get into the main part of today's video, let's address the elephant in the room. My face is on camera today. A lot of you probably thought I was fake. I've actually gotten messages for people people asking like, are you a real person? I am real. The reason that my face is on camera today and maybe more on camera in the future is YouTube is starting to crack down on finance content and not just finance content in general, faceless YouTube channels. They are cracking down on what they call fake personas. Obviously, I'm a real person. But YouTube has a huge history of hitting me with strikes that have seemed unfair up until this point. I've actually gotten some of them reversed. So, I don't want to be further hit with penalties or strikes. So, my face at least will be in the introductions. From here on out just so YouTube knows I'm a real person. I'm not faking my identity or anything like that. So, if you're wondering why I'm actually on camera today and probably will be in the future at least in the introduction, that is the explanation why. Also, how much I'm on camera will basically be determined what you guys prefer. In the past, obviously when I didn't have my face, I could edit the scripts or you know, move quick quick quick. With my face on camera, I'll probably go more off the top of my head and more from like my heart. But again, I'll be able to determine what you guys like in YouTube Analytics. I can look at the engagement where people drop off. So, don't worry if today's video isn't exactly what you're used to or what you like. I can make changes in the future where I have my face on camera in the beginning, but then I moved my camera I move my face off camera and then move back to the tighter script where the the graphics and the images move like that. So, don't worry if today's video is not your cup of tea. I'll be able to look to see what the majority of people like and then I'll go from there. All right, let's figure out Louis's stock now and what he's saying in his new presentation. Basically, Louis is making the argument that Elon Musk is going to take the lead in the AI race. And this is mainly due to his new supercomputer that's being built in Memphis that has 100,000 Nvidia GPUs and is expected to go up to 200,000 uh, in the next couple years. Louis is making the claim that because this computer will be so powerful it'll lead to advancements in nuclear fusion, quantum computing, drug discovery, healthcare agriculture energy grid efficiency, autonomous transportation, and of course, like all stock pickers, Louis gives you a nice little deadline that you got to get in uh, before you miss this opportunity. And that opportunity I mean and that date is August 6th. According to Louis, this day is important cuz he said this is will be SpaceX's first earnings call, but that's actually not true. The first earnings call for SpaceX is going to be August 4th. August 6th does have uh, some meaning because this is the date insider shares become eligible for sale earning the um, following the earnings release. So, that could possibly be a catalyst, but if you watch this channel enough, you know these dates are just to get you to buy the newsletter, create some urgency, uh, and so Louis can make a sale. Additionally, on August 6th, Louis says is going to unleash a 70X money-making phenomena that could reward early investors with massive profits. So, we got the urgency date, and then we got the big payoff if you just put in your credit card details today. Now, let's look at the specific clues for the stock that Lewis calls the hidden supplier to Elon's supercomputer. He says, "This is a direct play on the technology that powers Elon Musk's Memphis supercomputer." As I mentioned earlier, the tech would the tech world was in shock when Elon linked together 100,000 Nvidia GPUs in less than 3 weeks. As Jensen Huang put it, this was a superhuman feat. But, it wasn't magic. He did this by harnessing a technology that's turning the AR mar- AI market upside down. In fact, it's becoming the new standard in AI infrastructure. And according to in- industry insiders, one company is capturing the lion's share of the gains from the technological changing of the guard. This little-known firm has become the secret weapon of Microsoft Meta Amazon Alphabet and more. In 2025 alone, these firms collectively spent $337 billion on AI. And JP Morgan expects them to spend even more in 2026. This extraordinary spending sprint uh spending spree is already proving a monumental boon to this obscure picks and shovels play. This firm's blowing past earnings expectations and seeing double-digit sales growth, and it's just getting started. I'm going to reveal the stock in about 15 seconds, but before I do, I just want to remind you to click the link in the description to get my re- my free report on the top 10 stocks to buy and hold. Uh also, YouTube is constantly hitting me with strikes. So, I don't know if this channel's going to exist forever. And if you want to stay in contact, if YouTube ever were to take this channel away, this would be another way for me to stay in contact with you guys so I'll have your email address. So, once again, if you want this free report after you're done watching this video, just click the link in the description. Based on the clues in the presentation, the stock being pitched here is Celestica, ticker CLS. Celestica is the company behind the companies. It does not manufacture the AI chips, but designs and builds the switches, servers, storage systems, and data center racks needed to connect those chips into enormous AI supercomputers. As companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and potentially Elon Musk's xAI expand their computer clusters, Celestica receives more orders for the physical infrastructure that makes those system work. So, that's how it's connected to Elon, and that's how it's connected to the AI boom. Celestica's numbers are showing just how quickly this company is growing. Quarterly revenue reached $4.7 billion, up 62% year-over-year, while adjusted earnings per share jumped 83% to $2.54. Its AI and cloud segment generated $3.81 billion and grew 84%. This now represents 81% of total revenue. That makes Celestica increasingly dependent on continued AI infrastructure spending. The balance sheet is manageable with $536 in cash, $204 million in net debt, and about $2.3 billion in liquidity. For 2026, management expects $20.5 billion 11. $11.30 in adjusted earnings per share, and $600 million in free cash flow. The main concern is valuation. At roughly 35 times earnings, the stock is expensive compared with traditional manufacturers. So, investors are already expecting this rapid growth to continue. Now, finally, what do I think of everything? First, let's start with Louis Navellier. He is the eye, obviously, that we're covering in this video. Louis is somebody that's good during a bull market, bad during a bear market, uh because he focuses on hypergrowth stocks. So, it's high-risk, higher-reward stuff. Um right now, the market is still in a bull market. However, the tech sector and semiconductor stocks and AI infrastructure stocks are currently in a bear market, so that sector is not doing well right now, and a lot of his stock picks are in that sector. So, I can't imagine uh his portfolio is doing great right now. Although, it could be. I don't have access to his full portfolio. I just look at these presentations to figure out the stocks, so I don't actually know all the stocks he recommends. Um personally, though, I am not somebody that trusts Louis Navellier at all. That doesn't mean that he doesn't have good stock picks from time to time, or even that he's a bad stock picker in general. Um but he is somebody that I personally have just grown to despise. One of those stock pickers I really, really don't like. Um typically, his presentations show off like how rich he is. He'll, you know, roll up in a a really expensive car to go, "Look how rich I am. This is why you should listen to me." Well, that's not a good reason to ever buy stock picks from somebody. They could be renting these cars. They could be renting the mansions. Uh on top of that, a couple years ago, he was found liable for defrauding his customers. He I don't really remember the exact details, but I think he bought like a this fake trading algorithm off somebody and tried to pass off back-tested fake results as real results, which is an absolute no-no in the financial world. You cannot uh you can't give guaranteed gains. You can't um promote those. So, he was sued $30 million by the SEC for this. Um just overall, I think it just shows the type of person he is, that he's willing to take an unproven product that he didn't even develop and just sell it off for thousands of dollars to his customers. So, that's not somebody I personally would ever want to have my credit card details, and that's not somebody that I would ever want to give money to. As far as Celestica goes, I think this is a good stock, and I actually recommended this stock as my number one stock for 2025. Uh and the stock has done absolutely amazing since then. The stock has tripled uh since that time, so about 18 months it's uh tripled, and that's pretty good, you know, anytime you get a stock that goes up hundreds of percent in just a couple years, you're you're always happy. Uh and another thing I like about Celestica is that during this AI downturn, the stock really hasn't suffered that much. There's um a couple stocks that I hold that have gone down like 30, 40% in the last month, and they These were stocks that beat their earnings and still dropped 30%. It just right now the sector is not what it was just because investors are becoming a little more skeptical about the results AI is going to return. I think a lot of people realize AI is still probably like 5 years away before it it starts changing people's lives, changing the workforce, and stuff like that. On top of this, there's concerns coming from China that they'll be able to create uh cheaper chips that they couldn't make before. So, investors are starting to worry whether or not uh the AI infrastructure spending is going to keep going into the future. But, because Celestica is such a good company because it's growing so fast, it's managed to not uh fall as much as other smaller companies. So, personally, I still like Celestica. If you believe in the AI infrastructure boom, believe in AI overall, and believe what we've been pitched basically as like a people over the last couple of years that AI really will change the world as much as the internet, I think Celestica is a great company. Uh the valuation is a little high, but it's really not that high compared to other high-flying AI stocks, and it makes so many important components that go into data center and makes AI and and the pieces that make AI run that as long as AI is what they say it is, and it's we're not getting rug pulled right now, and we're not It's not an industry that's just going to like fall apart in a couple years, and it turns out all this was fraudulent, this is a company I believe is going to do very well. So, personally, I still think Celestica's a buy, even though it's run up a lot, even though AI stocks are struggling. Uh, I personally won't be recommending too many AI infrastructure stocks right now uh, for the probably the foreseeable future, just because the sector is getting hammered right now, and there is a big correction. But, you know, that could change. Investors could get excited again. But, this is a company that I still recommend even though all this has happened the last month, and stocks are down 30, 40% in the sector. It's That's the video for today. Let me know how I did having my face on camera for the first time. I just walked back to Klobuchar. There's definitely things I could work on. But, overall, it's not that bad. It it I always kind of was afraid to put my face on camera, cuz I thought it maybe the editing would take too long, but actually this might be faster. So, overall, get used to my face. You're going to be seeing it more. Uh, thank you for the people that tune in every day. If you appreciate this video, just drop a like. If you're new to the channel, subscribe. I give away typically five stock picks a week from these stock pickers. Uh, probably in the life of this channel, I've given away like hundreds of thousands of dollars in stock picks. They've all tried to take my channel down. I've been threatened to get sued by a couple of them, but we're still here. We're still giving away the stock picks. Also, make sure to grab my top 10 stocks to buy and hold forever. These are stocks that I believe every investor should have in their portfolio for their safety and their growth.
