Give me the next 5 minutes of your evening and I will save you and make you thousands if not millions of dollars because see I predicted the recent collapse in AI hardware stocks. And for those of you guys that are viewers of this channel, you have already profited immensely from those videos. But in this video, I'm going to tell you exactly what is coming next for the stock market. Is AI hardware coming back? Is software coming back? What do we do right now? We will talk about it. Before we get rocking and rolling here, the only thing that I ever ask you guys to do is hit the like button for the YouTube algorithm because the more you do that, the more this video gets pushed out to other people that need to hear it. I'm not even monetized on this channel. So, it's not like you're helping me, you're helping other people to make more money. Okay. So, the first thing I want to tell you here, unfortunately, a lot of people are not going to like this. A lot of people instinctively when you make an investment into a company that 10x's or 20xes or whatever, like you make life-changing amounts of money, you're instinctively buying a company where most people are narratively wrong on that company, right? The stocks that 10x are not the ones that everyone likes, at least at first. For an example, you know, we bought Nebus on this channel. I was making videos about it like the the Neo Clouds a year and a half ago. A lot of those stocks have 10xed or more. Nobody liked them when I was talking about them. Palenteer $10 a share. You know, nobody liked Palenteer on on IPO day. They're like, "What what is this company?" You know, 2022 it was like $7 a share. You almost couldn't pay people to buy Palanteer. Well, that has changed obviously. So, the first thing I'm going to tell you with a little bit of that backstory out the way is sorry to burst your bubble, but AI hardware FOMO is never coming back. It's gone for good. Now, what does that actually mean? That doesn't mean that AI hardware is dead forever. That just means the days of FOMO are over. That means you have to be a lot more specific and selective with the AI hardware stocks that you are buying. That means you can't just blindly go out and buy the hypiest AI hardware stock and expect to make money. You will unfortunately lose your ass if that has been your strategy over the last couple of months going ahead. I do think some AI hardware stocks are quite compelling. I think AMD is compelling, Qualcomm and Marll among others, but not all of them. And unfortunately, if you are someone that thinks you're going to get rich from AI hardware stocks, you are sadly mistaken. I successfully predicted the 40, 50 plus% declines that we have seen in AI hardware stocks over the last month or so, two months potentially at this point, for a very specific reason. There's something that happens when stocks receive FOMO. Investors, they hyperconentrate into whatever the FOMO is. They get overlevered. They begin to expect fundamentals to accelerate forever. And what happens is expectations get so far ahead of reality that inevitably growth hits a plateau. Most of the time it's not because a company failed or actually slowed down. It's because the law of large numbers. When a company grows 100% year-over-year, it's highly unlikely the company's going to grow 200% year-over-year the next year just because instinctively the numbers have gotten larger. Now, I know that that can happen and has happened before, but with numbers as large as they are today in AI hardware, it is highly unlikely that growth materially accelerates from here. It's just not going to happen. It's it's already happened. And this is very important to understand because if you're thinking about markets and where the opportunity is, back to what I said just a few minutes ago, you're not going to get rich buying the stocks everyone loves. Wall Street, they still love these AI hardware stocks. And that presents to you potentially a lifechanging opportunity that is coming because specifically I think the markets are about to transition into a phase in which we value the long-term AI winners more. AI hardware, while it was great, if you got in early, you've made a lot of money like ourselves, the real opportunity long term, just like the internet, was not Cisco. It was not Verizon. It was not Comcast or Charter or Husenet that just literally went bankrupt. It is or was the Amazons, the Google's, the long-term winners from the internet. AI is going to be no different. If you think the long-term winners from AI are the data center companies, guys, it might be too far you you might be too far gone. Now, I don't say that to be a [ __ ] or or or or or sound mean, but if you're in the markets right now and you think AI hardware is is going to like 10x from here or something, it that is a very flawed narrative. And you know, I understand that sometimes the truth hurts and it sucks to hear, but that is not where the opportunity is right now or or going ahead in the future for that matter. And I can confidently say that the AI FOMO, the AI hardware FOMO, I should say, is dead. It's not coming back. And the quicker that people realize that, the quicker you can beat Wall Street to it. Because Wall Street, they still believe that you want to be hyperconentrated into AI hardware stocks. And the faster you can understand that that's not where you want to be, the better off you're going to be. Because simply put, I've never seen an area of the markets receive FOMO and then that FOMO comes back around. Like for an example, EVs in 2021. If you guys were investing in the stock market, you know that EVs were there was massive FOMO around that at the time. I mean, Lucid and these these companies had crazy valuations. Rivian was well over a 100 plus billion dollar market cap. That was FOMO. Has that FOMO come back? No. Have those companies fundamentally done well outside of Lucid, right? Rivian's done incredibly well. Tesla's done incredibly incredibly well. You know, nobody cares about deliveries going from, you know, 600,000 or 900,000, whatever they were, to 2 million, fast forward a couple years. That's huge growth. Nobody cares because there's no FOMO. And that's going to be the same for AI hardware. Now, it does not mean that AI is dead or AI is a bubble. No, it means the opportunities and the narratives are shifting and that's what you need to focus on right now. I get it. You're in midterm volatility period, right? You're I don't expect much to happen over the next couple of months. Not any crazy rallies or anything like that. I don't think we have to crash and die either. So, I'm just kind of neutral right now. You know, I'm not bearish. I'm not super bullish. But, there are clear opportunities that are coming. And the first one of which is physical AI, something like Tesla, like robotics, Rockwell Automation, Zebra Technologies, a company that I made a small investment in that recently, yesterday went up like 25% on earnings. That stock is up 45% since I bought the stock a month ago. If you guys want to come trade and invest alongside of us, that link is down below in the description of today's episode as always. But those are the winners, right? physical AI, robotics, software, companies that will use AI to be more profitable, to grow their operating margins three or five or 10%, whatever the the numbers are. That is that is where the mismatch of expectations are because at the end of the day when you're buying a stock, it's all about what the expectations are. There's really only two things that matter when you buy a stock. At the end of the day, just to boil it down to the simplest core principle, it is number one, what does Wall Street think the stock's going to do? What do you think the stock's going to do? And what actually happens? If Wall Street thinks Tesla's going to do a hundred billion dollars of revenue this year and something happens and they do 300 billion in revenue this year, the odds are pretty damn high you're going to make money, right? Same for a software stock like Zeta Global. Wall Street thinks Zeta Global is going to do like 1.85 85 billion in revenue this year. If Zeta Global does 2.5 billion in revenue this year, I'm just making [ __ ] up here. Odds are great that you're going to make money. It's all about where Wall Street thinks the company's going to be, where you think the company's going to be, and what actually happens. That's it. That's the bottom line. So again, with AI hardware, when expectations get crazy, people's expectations get wild. They get way ahead of the fundamentals. But for other areas of the markets right now, robotics, physical AI, software, uh, financials, cyclicals, right, where we do have some of these other catalysts coming, we'll talk about in just a moment, that could make the numbers a lot better than where Wall Street is currently at. And we can even see in the last 24 hours or so, look at all the software stocks that have sold off. Look at Figma and Data Dog and Apple and and others that have just died recently. So, if you think you're late to the software trade, that suggests to me you're actually very early because none of those earnings have been bad. They're just getting punished as if they're terrible, which is a sign of, you know, you have a lot more upside left, right? Because people, Wall Street is very bearish on these areas. And I still think software is going to be probably one of the biggest winners as a category group from AI. So I do think we are going to have a very strong market over the next 12 to 24 months. I don't think AI is a bubble. I think it is alive and well. I think it is real. But I think the areas that people have been investing in uh are are going to lead them into problems. Now hey, what do I know? Maybe maybe all my years of experience in the market correctly predicting the latest, you know, 50% decline in AI hardware stocks is futile. Maybe I'm wrong. maybe they skyrocket again, but I think statistically, probability wise, it's highly unlikely. You're fighting up an uphill, you know, you're fighting up an uphill battle at that point. Um, you want to be positioning to where the puck is going. And simply put, that is AI software, that is robotics, that is financials, that is cyclicals. You want to be playing for a more dovish Fed. You want to be playing for inevitably the war with Iran to end or oil to come down naturally as oil can go through other routes. You want to be preparing for the the wave of physical real world AI that is coming. I think I think everyone knows everyone on Wall Street knows the big winners from AI, they're not going to be the hardware stocks, right? Or like the longer term winners, right? We have the playbook for this. 2000, Cisco was not the long-term winner from the internet. But Wall Street, they don't just flip overnight. They don't go from being allin hardware to allin physical robotics to allin software, all in the companies that are going to benefit from AI. It's a process and it takes a while. And I do think that's why over the next couple of months, if we can identify that, take advantage of it, and reposition our portfolios to benefit from the next 12 to 24 months where the opportunities, as I said earlier, are a bit mismatched. You're going to make lifechanging amounts of money. It's going to change your life, right? Um, this is not a small fry kind of thing. This is this is big because not too often does Wall Street collectively get something so wrong, right? How are they collectively getting something so wrong? Look at software, right? They they think all software is going to lose from AI. No, most of software is going to win from AI. There's a huge mismatch there. Wall Street's really bearish. A lot of software is going to do really well. That's a big spread. That's a big uh room for a surprise, right? Um same for cyclicals and financials and a lot of that comes down to the Fed and the war with Iran, but those are also companies that are going to be big winners from AI, big benefits from AI. Ultimately, if AI is not a bubble, companies have to really benefit from it. And I do think that's going to happen. It's going to take more time than a lot of people expect. And that's why, you know, if the Fed does not hike rates and the Iran war inevitably does end, those are great. But these are longer term stories, right? I don't even think AI enterprise adoption hits the start of the S-curve until late next year when companies actually begin to adopt AI for more uses and more tasks, right? Um, you got to retrain data. You got to get people trained literally on how to use AI. So yeah, while AI hardware has seen the results upfront, they're not the big winners. And now that we've seen this decline, yeah, some of them could come back, right? Marll, Qualcomm, some of these, you know, data center connector plays and wearable plays like a Qualcomm, maybe Broadcom, custom silicon, that's that's I think that's going to do okay. Um, ASML potentially with all the new semiconductor factories coming. These these could be interesting, right? I I'll give you that. But are they the best riskreward? Can't you can't convince me of that. And look, I'm I'm I'm not a perma bear or perma bull towards AI hardware stocks. I'm sure there will be a day one day where people get so bearish that it makes sense to be super long AI hardware, but it's not right now. Let me tell you, it's not right now. So yeah, as I said before, kind of my list of stocks that I like right now hasn't changed all too much within software. It's Zeta Global, it's Rubric, UiPath, Service Now, Zcaler, HubSpot, MongoDB, Snowflake, Data Dog, Back Blaze, Pegas, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celsius, Blooming Brands, one that I was talking about quite a bit, went up 35% after earnings. ELF up 10% today after earnings. Sweet Grain reports today um and after hours. So, we'll see how that looks. Airbnb reports today and after hours as well. Hilton, Tesla, Nike, Las Vegas Sands, Uber. Within financials, Wells Fargo, Robin Hood, Sofi, Fizzer, Root, Lemonade, Oscar. Within robotics, Tesla, Rockwell Automation, Symbotic, Zebra Technologies. That's one that I've uh I only bought five shares of it at like 250. It's like 360 today. They killed it on earnings. So, uh, yeah, little, uh, disappointed. Didn't pull the trigger more on that. Up like 45% in the last month. Energy, you know, nuclear, I could get behind that for next year, but it's going to take so long for that to be viable. I think solar, believe it or not, could actually be a play uh o over the next couple of months. Uh, AI stocks, Qualcomm, Marll, AMD, these are interesting to me. Um, but yeah, you know, it's kind of in chronological order there. uh outside of robotics, I think robotics will be a number two play for next year right behind software. But for now, you know, software cyclicals, financials, if you get an opportunity with some of these weird, you know, algorithmic sell-offs following earnings, I think that's an opportunity to pick some stuff up.
