This is a once-ina-lifetime opportunity right now in the stock market and I'm going to tell you all about it in today's video. I will even tell you the exact stocks that I believe could be life-changing. We have four things to discuss in today's video. Number one, AI hardware stocks. Will the crash continue? And then the more unobvious question, where does the money go? I mean, hardware stocks today and over the past couple of days and really couple of weeks have gotten crushed. Where does that money go? That is the opportunity that I'm speaking about in today's video. That is what I have been calling the new AI trade. That's number two. Number three, the upcoming catalyst for this market and midterms. And then number four, we had the FOMC minutes today and some highlights from that that I want to share with you. Ladies and gentlemen, the only thing that I ask you to do ever on this channel is to hit the like button for the YouTube algorithm to help push this video out to more people that need to see it that will make money from it. First thing I want to talk about is AI hardware stocks because this feeds into the once-ina-lifetime opportunity. Will the crash continue? Well, to answer that question, we have to have a good understanding of what's actually happening right now with AI hardware stocks and why they are crashing. You can see on a day like today across the board it was another bad day for AI hardware. And I will let you guys come come to your own conclusions whether what we're going to share next. The reason why AI stocks hardware stocks are selling off is a long-term thing or if it's going to be another short-term thing. I will let you guys decide that. But I will share with you exactly what is happening. So, it's there's multiple things happening, but number one, Enthropic came out a couple of days ago and reported that their July ARR is $65 billion. While that is super impressive on face value, the estimates were over $80 billion. Guys, this is the number one AI company leading the charge. That is fuel for the hyperscaler data center contracts and and things of that nature. So if hyperscalers are spending many trillions of dollars to build out AI infrastructure and anthropics the golden goose of that per se and they're missing their estimates by a lot that's not good. Okay. Now Enthropic also came out with a revenue target an ARR target for 2028 which is actually projected revenue for 2029 of around $200 billion. And a lot of people thought that we would be at at three400 billion by the end of next year. So that missed estimates by a long shot. It really makes you question how sustainable the AI trade is altogether. That's not my opinion. That's why AI stocks are selling off. Open AAI came out last night. They announced that they had revenue of 6.7 billion last quarter. Well, the quarter before that they were at 5.7 billion. That is only 18% quarter-over-quarter growth. For a company that's promising hundreds of billions of dollars to Oracle alone, another couple hundred billion dollars to Microsoft, and more money to other companies, they're just not posting enough revenue to do that. It's just the math doesn't math, right? So, that's another big problem. So, your number one, number two AI companies are missing estimates. never a good thing. Token prices have fallen 50% in two months. This is either because AI models are becoming so efficient that the cost is coming down which is a problem for hardware, right? You need less GPUs if you're becoming really efficient even if usage is going up or it's a sign that just demand is coming down, right? Supply and supply and demand dynamics, right? So, we don't know exactly what's happening there, but either way you want to cut the cookie, it's not good. On top of that, a lot of Wall Street firms lost money last month. And that might not not sound like a big deal, but Jane Street lost $15 billion in the month of July. That was their first negative month in 120 months, in 10 years. When you have that kind of abrupt loss after winning for so long, I bet your ass Jane Street is not going all in on AI hardware stocks during this crash. They're going to stay away from them. That's a problem for the longevity of this trade. And again, I kind of mentioned this, but the cat's out the bag on the $3 trillion of offbalance sheet obligations from the hyperscalers. Again, it circles back to Enthropic and OpenAI. their revenue numbers are just not good enough to justify trillions of dollars worth of investments and this is all kind of feeding into itself where there's a lot of uncertainty. We don't know exactly what is happening and it looks unsustainable. While we have not seen AI hardware stocks like full-blown collapse at this point, you're you're going through a crash, right? You're going through a normal run-of-the-mill AI style crash at this point. But the risk is if these fears are real, if hyperscalers did begin to slow down investments or something like that, Nvidia, they report next week, if they give you soft guidance or something, it could get a lot worse. So, I don't know definitively if the crash will continue. I don't know if this is the bubble popping moment for AI hardware stocks. I genuinely don't know that. But I can definitively tell you the FOMO is not coming back. And I've I talked about this weeks ago. The FOMO is just simply not coming back. I don't know how else to put it to you. Unless there's some kind of massive breakthrough or something big happens, another chat GPT moment, the FOMO's not coming back. And that brings us to really the important question. Where does the money actually go? The money's going somewhere. If it's leaving hardware, it's going somewhere. And before we talk about that and this once in a-lifetime opportunity that we are presented with right here and right now, I do want to share with you the sponsor of today's video. And again, just for context, like I bought Nebus at $27 a share, like 22, 23 to $27 a share. We were very early. I bought Applied Digital at like $4 a share. I bought Resolve AI at $2 a share before it went to $8 a share. Now it's well back down to $2. You know, there we've done this with every cycle, right? with every theme and every trade in the markets. And I believe we're entering a new trade. And that is what I've talked about on this channel for a while now. It is the new AI trade. Now, it feeds into the hardware trade because some of these stocks, they were actually losers during the hardware frenzy. And really, let's just be honest, when there's FOMO in one specific sector that everyone is painting like it's this, you know, FOMO, lifechanging opportunity, you have to get in now, right? The microns of the world. People don't care about anything else. They go all in to the FOMO. Hence why Jane Street lost $15 billion in the month of July. Everyone fell for the same gimmick. And while AI itself is not a gimmick, you're fooling yourself if you think the big money is made long-term in AI hardware. I mean, that's the most idiotic thing I've ever heard in my life. Companies that were laying fiber and the infrastructure for the internet were not the big winners. The big winners were the Metas, the Amazons, the the Reddits, right? The companies that built on top of the internet, that used the internet to build something. So at the same time, AI hardware stocks seen a lot of FOMO. A lot of other areas of the markets were just neglected. And this opened a door for an opportunity that is still wide open. And as AI hardware continues to lose its euphoria over time, over the next couple of months, you're going to see this money finding new homes. And in some of these stocks we're going to talk about in just a moment, they're going to be a big winner from exactly this. So again, I've talked about this quite a few times on the channel. The new AI trade is pretty simple. Four key areas and then there's subsectors to those. Number one is robotics, number two is automation, number three is AI software, and number four is cyber security. for all four of these sectors. I can look out, think about the next 6 to 12 months and I can confidently say things are moving in a positive direction for all of these sectors. I mean these are not coal energy companies, right? Like these are things of the future, not of the past. And these are each of them massive opportunities that are growing exponentially with AI. And a lot of these stocks have no sign of FOMO whatsoever. Most of these stocks Wall Street still hates. And that's essentially why I think we are still very early to the new AI trade. So within robotics and automation really robotics is kind of such an early area. There's not a lot of companies to benefit from this. Um, there might be some that do like sensors and things like that, but the big one is Tesla, right? Tesla is the big one for robotics. Robotics is really a manufacturing problem at the end of the day. It's not going to be a technology problem. They're going to be there's going to be many companies that are able to build a functional humanoid robot just like a car. There's a lot of people that can build a car. There's a lot of car companies that have come and gone. But the reason why 95% 99% whatever the crazy number is of car companies that have went bankrupt has nothing to do with can you build a car. It's the question of can you build the supply chains? Can you build the car in mass volume? Can you do it profitably? Can your factory stay operational long enough to actually turn a profit? There is no other company that can compete with Tesla. So as much as you might not like Elon or you might not like one aspect of the business or this or that, the only thing that really matters is Optimus. And there's nobody that can compete with Tesla from a manufacturing perspective, from a capital perspective, from a just having the space already to to build the robots, right? Just every which way you want to look at it. Boston Dynamics figure, none of them will be able to compete with a mass market humanoid compete against Tesla. It's just almost impossible. So Tesla's a very clear and unique opportunity there within automation. Rockwell Automation, Symbotic, and Zebra Technologies. These are killer companies within AI software. This is a big list, okay? because a lot of these stocks are still beaten down, underloved, really underappreciated at the end of the day. Within software, you have Zeta Global, you have UiPath, which is kind of AI software and automation. You have Service Now and HubSpot, MongoDB, Snowflake, Data Dog, Back Blaze Pegasin and Reddit to this. I think Reddit is very interesting. They're a cash machine. But I think in the AI world, communities like Reddit offers could be more valuable and more monetizable, let alone the data pool that Reddit has for AI itself. So, I think Reddit's a very interesting opportunity, especially if it does continue to come down. And then Apple loven's one of the most disconnected opportunities in the stock market. Like the CEO literally says the stock's going to 10x over time. The company's projecting 30% compound annual growth rates literally, you know, 64% net margins. Micron has 55% net margins. Like bottom line profitability, they pay tax on it. That's unheard of. Okay. [laughter] Um, it's a it's an incredible business that has been destroyed recently. It's a very disconnected opportunity, right? So, there's a lot of these AI software stocks that are really going to win. I actually made this post on X. I wrote here, AI hardware stocks, anthropic open AI growth that doesn't justify the investments. Number two, token prices collapsing. Number three, three trillion in hyperscaler debt and offbalance sheet obligations. Software stocks, explosive growth, highest margins in the stock market, businessto business, low cyclical risk, shareholder friendly, big AI winners, Modi, low historical valuations, institutional accumulation. I mean, there's a lot of reasons to love AI software. I also think another very compelling opportunity right now is cyber security. Now they're not all created equal. The crowd strikes, the PaloAltos, the Cloudflare, like those could do well, but I don't think they're going to double, triple, 5x, 10x anytime soon. Rubric is one that I really like. Even though the stock is up quite a bit from where we were buying it in the 40s and 50s, Rubric's still only a 20 billion market cap. It's missionritical. You really can't operate in an AI world without Rubric. And there's nobody that can replicate what Rubric is doing. Imagine it like this. If you're a company, you're going to get faced with cyber attacks and breaches every single day. What Rubric does is continuously look at the back end of your operations whenever there is a cyber attack. Rubric can go in down to the millisecond, remove those bad files, back up your business to where you were before the cyber attack, keep you operational within minutes instead of being held for ransom for billions of dollars like a lot of health care companies have been faced with or you know XYZ happening. It's basically insurance for your business. It is missionritical. You can't operate without it. Now Zscaler does some It's not similar, very different company, but they're in a different cyber niche. And Zcaler obviously down a lot as well, very misunderstood in a new AI world. So, I really like those two within cyber, but there's others as well. You just got to go looking for them. So, when I'm looking out for the next 6 to 12 months and I'm saying, "Hey, hardware stocks, they're facing some problems. That FOMO is not coming back. Where is the money going to go in the markets? It's going to go to the new AI trade. Robotics, automation, AI software, and cyber security. We've already seen it start, but I think the the journey here is long. You know, I think software stocks, their growth doesn't even like start to I mean, a lot of them look really good right now, right? But by the end of next year is when Wall Street's really going to be like, "Oh my gosh, these companies are growing 40 50%." Like, it's going to explode. Like the Scurve for enterprise AI software adoption is literally not even inlecting up at all at this point. Like maybe a little bit. Like if you were to draw an S-curve, you're like at the very bottom right now. The growth is ahead of us. I also included Palenteer in this list. I thought it was included in this, but I think Palanteer again is one of those uh very interesting opportunities. All of them present different levels of riskreward. Not all of them are going to be 10aggers, right? Not all of them have a near-term opportunity to be a 10bagger, but some of them carry more risk than others, right? Look at your portfolio to to decide what you guys want to do. This is not a recommendation, not financial advice, just some of the opportunities that I like. And again, I don't own all of these, okay? But beyond the four new themes of the AI trade, the new AI trade, robotics, automation, AI software, and cyber security, I think there are other areas that are also going to do well. One of which is cyclicals. I like Royal Caribbean. I like Norwegian Cruise Lines, Celsius, Blooming Brands, ELF, Sweet Green, Airbnb, Hilton. Tesla's technically 20% of the waiting of cyclicals, so I got Tesla in there as well. Nike, Las Vegas Sands, and Uber. And Nike is really one of those where I don't know, man. It's it's it's a do they turn the ship around or not? We'll see, right? They all offer different levels of risk and reward. I like financials. the not the Morgan Stanley's, Goldman Sachs of the world that are making a lot of their money from underwriting debt and underwriting fees on AI debt, but the Wells Fargo, the Robin Hoods, the Sofi, Fizzer, Root, Lemonade, Oscar. Some of those companies I think uh are set up to do very well. I also like energy. I do like solar like Nphase. I like some of the nuclear, but I think that's a longer term thing. I think nuclear could be a lot more popular by like 2030 as nuclear plants are actually beginning to come online. I just think it's a little early within AI hardware. If Qualcomm, Marll or AMD come down enough, I will be a buyer of them. I'm not anti- hardware. I just a lot of them the juice isn't worth the squeeze. But Qualcomm for wearables is going to be big. Marll for data centers and AMD for taking market share from Nvidia. I like them for their own reasons. Funny enough, today Marll was actually up 8 12%. Qualcomm was up 1 and a.5%. So, two out of the three were actually green today on a really bad day for semiconductors. AMD was down about 4%. Now, we do have some upcoming catalyst and midterms. Specifically, we have Jackson Hole next week that starts on Thursday. There's a lot of fears that we're going to hear something new from Jackson Hole because that's what we got in 2022 from Jerome Powell. basically said, "Look, we might have a recession, but we got to kill inflation." That set us up to have a really bad 2022 clearly. So, there's a lot of like PTSD from that. Um, we have Nvidia earnings next week, which is going to be very big for the broader indexes, very big for the AI, you know, hardware trade. Um, those are your two upcoming catalyst. In September, we have a a Fed meeting September 16th. We also obviously have the midterms and that's just going to create more volatility around all of your headline news. Now, I will also tell you that whatever happens with the Iran war is obviously going to move the markets as as well. I think ahead of the midterms, we could actually get like this conflict resolved. There's a lot of specific like tea leaves that are leading me to think this um without, you know, hashing it all up because if you guys are viewers of this channel, you know exactly what I'm going to say. Basically, it's it's ahead of the midterms. Trump needs to do something to cozy up to voters. What he can really do is end the war with Iran, keep the stock market high, give us good news. So, keep that in the back of your mind. And that news could come out literally at any moment. And today we had the FOMC minutes. I do want to cover that briefly. We didn't really get any new information. It says many participants said higher rates would likely be necessary if inflation did not fall. Some some said financial conditions might not be restrictive enough to return inflation to the 2% target. A few who favored raising rates at the meeting judged doing so would help for stall the need for further hikes. Various participants said tighter financial conditions over the intermeating period reflected strong growth and expectations the Fed would adopt a more restrictive stance before long. Several said price increases over the past year were broad-based across goods and services. Almost all members agreed on retaining statement language affirming the FOMC will deliver price stability. This is what I actually found very interesting. staff projections showed an inflation forecast similar to June with the economic outlook quote a touch weaker.
