my stop loss took over when it dropped under 25. I'm officially out of Fizer looking for a re-entry.

Fizer PFE did very well. We went all the way up to $25.65. We stopped short of my target at $25.75 and my stop loss took over when it dropped under 25. I'm officially out of Fizer looking for a re-entry.
I gave you guys one more play two or three weeks ago on CRM and I gave you the breakout of being above 170 as an initial spot to take position and to get more confident above 172.

All right, we had a mixed day in the markets. I'm going to be covering a big tech stock that's reporting earnings this week that might frontr run the bare move that is ahead of us that we normally get before the midterm elections occur. We cannot escape it. This time will not be different. I'm going to remind you guys of what normally happens and I'm going to cover some winning and some losing stocks that I've shared over the last couple weeks. Welcome to Wall Street. This is the Stocks with Josh show. Thank you for interacting with the video, hitting the like, hit the subscribe if you're trying to get 1% better at understanding the charts each and every day and taking risk on Wall Street. All right, let's kick things off with talking about some recent trades that I've covered on this show. I want to highlight Netflix. I got stopped out. I bought in the bounce and the bounce faded. I've got to wait until I see a little strength on Netflix to re-enter. However, MU, another play that I took on the recent pullback, it's actually still above my critical level. And so for the time being, I'm sitting in an MU play. Remember the critical line there is 861. As of the time of me making this video, it's above 861. My stop loss is at $859.90. You have been advised. Fizer PFE did very well. We went all the way up to $25.65. We stopped short of my target at $25.75 and my stop loss took over when it dropped under 25. I'm officially out of Fizer looking for a re-entry. What would my re-entry likely be? Well, it would have to recover back above $25. I don't want to be a bag holder on Fizer. I want to be in it when it's running hard to the upside. Poet, another stock I've talked about recently, is vacasillating right now. I am slowly accumulating Poet. So, nothing to update there. I have not set a hard stop-loss on Poet yet. I'm trying to build up my bag of Poet shares. It's not pumping at the moment, though, so we're being patient with it. Okay, let's talk about the coming pullback, the midterm election problem that we have that the markets typically go down on average 20% during midterm election years. And I want you guys to understand this time will not be different. I want you to check out this chart because doesn't matter who's president, whether it's a Democrat or a Republican, the market does not like the uncertainty of elections. So, they go risk off. Now, what normally happens? Well, normally all the way up till July, things can be pretty good. And we've seen that July is actually looking pretty good still. And there are some stocks that are winning and some stocks that are losing. But the trouble normally begins in the month of August and runs hard until October. And then after everything's been sorted out, it goes back to rallying. We have to be prepared for something like that. Now, in that environment, there's still going to be winners and losers. There's still going to be stocks that have been on a downturn and begin to move back up. I've got a couple of them that I've talked with you guys about on this show that I'm in. One of them in particular is Microsoft. Microsoft, after a lot of stocks were doing poorly today, Microsoft was holding up extremely well. If we see a breakout on Microsoft this week above 40240, we have a target of 431 that we're going to be eyeing after that. In addition to that, I gave you guys one more play two or three weeks ago on CRM and I gave you the breakout of being above 170 as an initial spot to take position and to get more confident above 172. Well, it's sitting at 173 and on a somewhat bearish day is showing some strength right now. CRM is still in play. All right, let's talk about Tesla. Is it a bullish company or a bearish company right now? I personally love the stock and I want to be in the business about buying Tesla long-term at the right prices. But when I am facing a potential downturn, I want to be hedged up on major moves down. Tesla right now has a lot of optimism that has been priced in already for the Optimus robots and robo taxi. Matter of fact, I think I could safely say that Wall Street has absolutely given Elon the benefit of the doubt and a lot of good news has been priced in. Now, the current bearish narrative is not that the company is failing, but rather that the stock price already reflects a ton of success. Robo Taxi is just one piece of the puzzle. Free cash flow could remain under pressure because of the AI infrastructure deployment, Optimus robots, data centers, and compute. The bears basically say that this will suppress cash flow until meaningful revenues can be realized. So, I don't like to frontr run or take major risk right before a catalyst. We've got earnings Wednesday after the market closes, but I'm going to show you what the charts are saying and I'm going to tell you how smart money is positioned. Let's go take a look at that. All right, the first thing I want to identify to you is that Tesla's been bearish all of 2026. This is right here in December at the tail end of the year. It's been falling. Now, we made a lower high in May, and we're sitting here right above the 100 day moving average on the weekly time frame going into an earnings event. having a pretty bearish day. Now, I'm not going to try to predict what exactly the market will do on earnings or what the report will be. I will tell you that even if I saw some green on this chart, I'm not inclined looking at the overall position and direction of Tesla to be bullish. We have what's very obvious here, a downturn. And it gets much, much worse if we break the 100-day moving average. I also want to remind you that these moving average lines work like magnets. We came back to it already one time in this year. We're not going to come back to it now, hover above it, and turn around. We're going to hit this. And the only question that I have is will we go lower. The price of the 100 EMA today is right around 360. And you can see based on how the market is selling off, they're aware of this downturn. Now, the areas of support that I see on this chart, we've got one here at around 350. We've got one here that's right around 322. This is where the last bull move began. This level was for a long time resistance, and it is yet to be significantly tested. We broke through it here, but we've yet to come back and bounce off of it. So, the strongest area of support on this chart is $300. And then rounding out support, we've got the bottom of our ascending channel at 274. So, what exactly is going to keep us from hitting these numbers? Now, I have owned, traded, and invested in Tesla for a long time, and I'm used to its price action. Here's what it normally does. It can move $100 to $200 in 30 to 60 days. So, when Tesla is on the move to the upside, there's no stopping it. And that type of move does not come every year. And normally after that type of move, it spends a long time fading the top, giving a ton of hope to retail buyers attempting to buy every dip, waiting for another explosive $100 to $200 move. And there are people right now going into this earnings optimist and robo taxis around the corner believing that it'll have another one of those big moves. Now, you always have to be prepared for something like that, the unknown, something very positive. But even with that, it would take a beat of the whisper number as well as increasing forward guidance to move this stock higher right now. Some of you guys are just going to hear that I'm very bearish on Tesla and I'm not optimistic going into these earnings. Long-term, I'm very, very optimistic about Tesla and I believe that it'll be a $1,000 stock, but I don't know how long it's going to take to get there. And I want to be properly prepared for events and catalysts like this that can move the stock down quite a bit as well. I want to take the right hedges. That's how I'm thinking right now. Now, this is not a lot play for me going into earnings. I did sell calls out of the money above 425, an area that I didn't think that Tesla would hit or even if the earnings were good and it went up, implied volatility has been very high and as it continue to come down, it would largely eat up the value of those options and they would still be in profit for me. But once we get through this event, if we have a pop that fades quickly, I'm going to expect a much bigger drop. And I'm telling you guys my view in advance. What does smart money think is going to happen right now? Well, let me share this with you from Unusual Options. Option traders are pricing in a 7.1% move versus a 4.3% recent average, which means they're expecting something big to happen at this earnings event. Friday's tape flagged notable buyers of 35,552 of the $150 puts expiring July 24th. So, either people are buying some insurance or they're getting ready to profit on a potential down move. What do you guys think is happening right now with Tesla? In addition to that, Tesla is one of Michael Barry's picks and so far this year, his portfolio is up millions of dollars as he has been crushing the bearish plays. Let me know what you're thinking is going to happen with Tesla, this earnings event, and why, and what you're going to do with your money. You've heard what I'm doing.
