I am a huge buyer of the dip and I believe this is going to be an opportunity for me in the long term of things.

Contexto So, I'm pretty sure Kimmy is running pretty strong on Nvidia solutions... So, they're just going to go out there and find some cloud server that uses Nvidia GPUs. So, I don't know how Kimmy is necessarily the bearish case for AI ... It just pushes the demand to go somewhere else or just pushes more demand to grow and grow. Uh so again, I think Kim was a Deep Seek version two version uh version two of Deepseek. I am a huge buyer of the dip and I believe this is going to be an opportunity for me in the long term of things.

Hey guys, welcome back to another episode. Today I want to take a closer look at three stocks that had some amazing AI news. I mean, Iran was up roughly 20%. AMD also announced a new partnership with Microsoft or an extended partnership with Microsoft. And then we also got some afterhour stock discussion with Nebas that has me a little bit confused. So, let's take a closer look in today's episode. But before we begin, if you're serious about semiconductor and AI investing, I break down major earnings and conferences inside my community. institutional quality research built for retail investors. Get 33% off at whatthechipapped.com. All right, so the first company we're going to take a jump at is Iran. But before we go any further, I mean, this is going to be the best place you're going to get any AI and semiconductor news. And with earnings right happening right now, you have to make sure to hit the thumbs up and the subscribe button. Now, with Iran, investors are pretty excited. They did sign $2.8 8 billion in new customer contracts with leading AI developers and did raise their 2026 AI cloud annualized run rate revenue from $3.7 billion to more than $4 billion. Now what I think is super exciting is they didn't give kind of like a concrete number like they did before. Before they did they said about 3.7 now they just said that the floor is $4 billion. Now what's more important is they mentioned that 85% of this is already under contract. Now in a bit we will kind of discuss what they mean by with annualized run rate revenue uh because their timing is a bit different compared to other players. But regardless that number increasing by about 10% on the floor at least is extremely bullish for the overall stock. Now, what I thought was even more bullish though and and and this is just my overall thoughts is the customers. They announced customers that include Microsoft, Nvidia, Perplexity, Figure AI, to together AI, Fluid Stack, Fireworks AI, Fowl AI, Hume AI, and a new leading AI developer across both bare metal and manage cloud services. Now, this is really good, right? Because both solutions uh to me it's more the customers right now. You're seeing more customers coming into IN's ecosystem and it's not just bare metal solutions. They mentioned managed cloud services which showcase that they are definitely moving in the right direction in the software stack of the AI infrastructure business most likely with the recent acquisition that they made but this tends to be a higher margin business. So they increased their ARR by about 10% to the floor and then they mentioned that they have new customers a lot of different customers right perplexity figure and I together AI and fluid stack those four alone right in my opinion are big deals because they are somewhat successful AI companies. Now the other important thing is they mentioned that contract pricing continues to strengthen. Recent contracts also include customers prepayments representing approximately 45% of the associated GPU capital expenditure reducing the net funding requirement for uh I rent. So really great kind of to see this kind of movement happening. I know certain companies do a lot more but 45% I think is amazing. Um by the end of this year they expect to have 480 megawatts of power of AI cloud capacity and by the end of next year they have about 1.2 gawatt. Now this is going to be a big thing to kind of keep a closer eye on. Any fluctuation here due to random delays which do happen in the AI ecosystem could create volatility for the stock. Uh so this is something that we've seen other players kind of see especially as you're kind of getting getting started in this market. any fluctuation here can definitely push off uh some of these contracts a bit. Uh but overall I'm pretty excited. You guys know I am a shareholder of Iren. Now the other thing that we are seeing I mentioned that I wanted to talk about what their annualized revenue run rate is calculated and is meant on GPU per hour pricing for commission GPUs as of December 31st multiplied by 8,760 hours per year and includes annualized revenue for storage and other solutions as well. Uh so that's pretty great in my opinion and again the 480 megawws are what they expect based on that 4 billion plus of ARR. So this has a lot of investors excited. To me the biggest things was the customer and saying that they weren't just doing bare metals but also actual clothes storage. Um obviously the benefit of the ARR increasing was also amazing but I would consider the customer a more important take for me. Uh, I would love to hear what you think is is the biggest take there from from Iran. Now, I want to jump into AMD. But before we look at AMD, I want to make sure if you guys are serious about semiconductor and AI investing, make sure to check out my platform, whatthechipappen.com. This is a community that I have. We have some amazing beta tools uh that can be used to find amazing new AI companies. We have courses as well. We have deep dives on earnings and the list goes on and on. Now with AMD we did get kind of two news but well one news and we did get one um rumor. So let's start off with the rumor. So the rumor was semianalysis uh yesterday last night I believe reported that Anthropic will be an AMD customer according to the public GitHub of AMD's senior director of AI and in the GitHub there's a list that says customers and that one of the customer there is anthropic. Now, they did kind of put a note that Anthropic is still in the evaluation phase. And if AMD doesn't announce Anthropic at its upcoming AI conference, that means that the FTE team has yet to address all of Anthropic's concerns regarding software quality and further improvements will be needed. Uh so this to me is is one showcases two things. First is we are such a compute constraint market that Anthropic wants to partner up with other players. The other thing is with the AI events happening this Thursday, there's a lot and a lot of pressure here for AMD to present something big, right? I do believe even myself expecting something big. If it's not anthropic, excuse me, maybe another interesting AI company or some massive massive expansion. So there are a lot of expectations for this AI event. Now with the stock running up 125% year to date, I expect these types of expectations uh hoping to be met. But AMD didn't drop uh did give a nice saving grace today. They announced that Microsoft to deploy nextG AMD Instinct and AMD Epic processors as the companies expand their long-term partnership. This is great news, right? Because we and and what they mention even more is Microsoft will deploy the AMD Helios Rex scale solution to power frontier model AI inference for Microsoft its AI customers and support Azure's AI services. Uh and they will start shipping Halos to customers including Microsoft in the second half of 2026. When I'm reading between the lines, there's a few things I I I see here. First thing is it seems that their supply chain is doing really well, right? Because originally it was just going to be open AI that they were going to ship to. Then it was open AAI and Meta. Now it's going to be OpenAI Meta and Microsoft. The potential of revenue growth coming at the end of this year is seems to be insane. Uh so that's the first thing. And second thing is it kind of removes any fears that the market might still have of delays if they're kind of talking and showcasing more more partnerships. That's the second thing. And the third thing uh in my opinion is they talk about frontier model AI inference and and and that they're going to be using it for their AI customers. I do it's not impossible, right? We know Microsoft has a great partnership now with OpenAI and Anthropic. Maybe this is just an early indication if Microsoft is getting more AI compute. Maybe they're doing it at the request of one of these AI companies. Maybe Anthropic is saying Microsoft, look, I want to get some AMD solutions. This is just speculations on my end. Um, but it doesn't seem far-fetched, right? I mean, these kind of AI companies, that's why the partnership with them is very crucial is because they do have a lot of strength and if they're working with the chip that they want, it does put pressure on that cloud company to try to expand on it. Um, so interesting. We'd love to see how that plays out. Um but yeah, the next thing um so those were the two big news. I think the Microsoft news was good. It showcases that there's going to be strong growth in my opinion in the second half and then the rumors are pretty exciting to hear about. Hopefully we get some clarity at the AI events. The next thing is Nebius, right? Nebia uh group uh announced it it's up 3.5% after hours and this is a little bit confusing. One of the main things is today Nvidia released a form that that mentions they own 9.3% of the company, right? 9.3%. Uh about 10%. So that's roughly $4.4 billion in valuation, maybe a little bit less. And the market is like wow and uh and Nebius should go crazy. But this is why you need to be part of this channel because this is not new news, right? If for those that are not familiar, on March 11th of 2026, Nvidia mentions that they had warrants of roughly 21 million shares. Can you guys believe how much Nvidia owns? 22. So an extra 1 million shares there. And when they made this investment, that would have been around $2 billion. And can you guess what was the market cap on March 11th? Well, if we go to March 11th, the market cap was about 50% of where it's at right now. uh so would be around 20 something 22 23 billion. So that will represent nearly that 10% where it's at right now. So it's not like Nvidia recently invested in Nebas. It's part of that partnership that they announced in March 11th. It's not like they did anything crazy recently, which I still believe is bullish, right? Nvidia owning these players is good, but I think it's important to remember that some of this news is old news and I wouldn't kind of add it as a new bullish thesis, right? I mean, we have them only Cororeweave. We have them with potential warrants on on on Iran as well. And I think we're going to continue to see similar types of styles in other players as well. The final thing, and I actually don't have it here, so let's u not Deep Seek. I'm going to put Kimmy. Um there were reports uh that Kimmy, this is crazy. Kimmy has received far more love than they expected, and our GPUs are feeling it. Over the past 48 hours, demand has pushed close to the limits of our current capacity. To protect the experience of existing subscribers, we're temporarily pausing new subscription and prioritizing compute for current members. Existing subscribe users are not affected. We're adding capacity as fast as we can and will reopen new subscription spots in batches. Uh so I'm pretty sure Kimmy is running pretty strong on Nvidia solutions. So, they're just going to go out there and find some cloud server that uses Nvidia GPUs. So, I don't know how Kimmy is necessarily the bearish case for AI. Um, it just pushes the demand to go somewhere else or just pushes more demand to grow and grow. Uh, so again, I think Kim was a Deep Seek version two version uh version two of Deepseek. Um, I am a huge buyer of the dip and I believe this is going to be an opportunity for me in the long term of things. Uh, so that's all I have for you guys in the overall recap for today. Take care. Have a good day.
