if you're a short-term, mid-term trader, sure, take a bit of profit. Maybe not all of it because they are showing great signs right now, which I'm going to talk about in a second here. But taking a bit of profit off the table at the golden zone always makes sense.

6 days ago, here on the channel, I made a video for you all titled AI investors, Micron and SanDisk have officially broken out, do this now. And in that video, we talked about the fact that both Micron and SanDisk, two of our favorite memory companies here on the channel, had officially broken out of these massive descending channels that they had been stuck in for the last 8 weeks. And I said, "Look, although this feels amazing and it's so nice to finally see Micron up and so nice to finally see SanDisk up, I need everyone to pump the brakes. Because what was happening was that as we were seeing Micron and SanDisk climbing, people started just jumping to conclusions saying, "Oh my god, SanDisk is back. We're going to an all-time high. Micron's back going to an all-time high." You go on YouTube, you type in Micron stock, you started to see the $1,700 price predictions coming back in already, all as a result of this breakout. And so I said again, like, "Yeah, I get it. This does feel good. I need everyone to pump the brakes a little bit because the reality is that this breakout of the structure that we were seeing is only the first of a three-step system, a three-step process that we're going to need to see SanDisk and Micron go through before we can even consider the idea that they're going towards all-time highs. So while everybody's saying they're back, we're not even confirming that yet at all. We're still in like the earlier phases of this system. So the best thing to do right now while everyone is freaking out is to not freak out. Pull it back a little bit. Slow your roll a little bit and watch how they interact throughout these next few steps of this system, which I'm going to recap you on in a second here because the truth is that Micron and SanDisk could get rejected out of nowhere and all of this momentum that they've built over the last few days can be erased just like that. Now, I told you all the three-step system is very, very simple. You first and foremost want to see them break out of the structure, which is what they did. The second step was that they needed to go up and start breaking above their previous highs, which both of them did. Then the third step of this system, the most important step, the big step, was that Micron and SanDisk needed to come up to these Fibonacci golden zones and break through them. And I said this is going to be the most important step because the reality is that while they are building some fantastic momentum, at any given point that they're below these golden zones, they can be rejected back to the downside and start to spiral really quickly erasing a lot of these gains. So, until we break through the golden zone, I am in no way willing to say that they're back and that they are going to all-time highs. And so, that's what's going to be the most important thing to pay attention to and I'll update you as that plays out. Well, fast forward just 6 days later and you can see why I gave you that warning. If we look at the SanDisk chart, SanDisk price is now officially got rejected off of that golden zone, falling from $1,820 all the way down to currently $1,570. And Micron has also come up to that golden zone right around $1,000 $1,040 and gotten rejected, falling all the way back down to at one point about $913, currently up around $970. So, as you can see, the warning that I was issuing about this golden zone has now come to fruition as Micron and SanDisk have been rejected off of it. And so, because of this, a lot of you are now going to have a lot of questions. A lot of people are messaging me over in the Discord and over in the comments saying, "Okay, Tyler, we've gotten rejected off the golden zones. What happens next? Is this something we should be worried about? Is the run over? Should I sell? I bought a little bit of Micron around 900 bucks. Should I just sell it now and take my profit? What do we need to look for in the future?" And my goal is to in today's video give you a clear perspective on what you need to look for with Micron and SanDisk over the next week so that as we end this week, you can go into next week with a very clear picture of what happens next from here normally. All right. So, we have a good bit to get into today, but I really want you guys to be up-to-date on this. So, let's not waste any more time at all and let's jump straight on in. So, that first question that many of you are going to have, again, Tyler, is this something we should be worried about? Tyler, is this something I I be concerned about? Should I sell my Micron now? Should I sell my SanDisk now that they've been rejected off the golden zone? Well, I'm going to answer this very simply for you. No, you shouldn't be worried. Yes, you should be concerned. And if you're going to sell your Micron or SanDisk, depends on your time frame. Let me dissect that a little bit, okay? So, first and foremost, let me tell you why you shouldn't be worried. The reason why you shouldn't be worried for Micron and SanDisk now that they've been micro rejected off of these golden zones is simply just because it's what always happens. And I I say always, I'm being hyperbolic, but it is normally what happens. Normally, when you see an asset coming up and approaching the golden zone, the Fibonacci zone, you'll see it get rejected. You'll see the price end up pulling back off of it and it goes back towards the downside. It's just normally what happens. This is a major zone of resistance. This is a major profit-taking zone. This is where many algorithms step in and start trying to force the price down and this is when many swing traders also exit on their buys. Many swing traders try to buy at the bottom right before these trend reversals and sell in these golden zones. And we're talking hundreds of millions and billions of dollars worth of volumes of sales that happen in these golden zones. So, no, you shouldn't be worried about it because this isn't anything abnormal. The only thing that worries me in the stock market is when something that shouldn't happen does happen. That's when I get worried. When something that should happen does happen, even if it's a move to the downside, it's not something that concerns me. And the or it's not something that worries me, okay? And the reality is that they're still performing exceptionally well. Think about it. SanDisk was in that major descending structure, broke out of it, and is now exited the downtrend. SanDisk is potentially entering into an uptrend, which I'll talk more about in a second. That is great price performance. So, a little pullback like this shouldn't scare you. Same thing with Micron. A little pullback like this shouldn't scare you. There's no need for it to. It broke out of its structure and it is doing a fantastic job in making this move upwards. So, no, you shouldn't be worried. Now, should you be concerned? Yes, you should be concerned. But you should always be concerned at a golden zone. You want me to tell you why? Because the golden zone is the most Oh dude, it is the most dangerous level of resistance. It is the most highly liquid seller zone that there is on any chart, and it's why I talk to you all so much about them. And anytime the price of an asset is approaching that golden zone, yeah, you should be concerned because you know what can happen? This. This can happen. A huge rejection can happen. A big pullback can happen. Something nasty can happen. Because that's the nature of the golden zone, and that's what makes it so special. That's what makes it so important. That's what makes it so valuable to watch. It is the decision-making zone. As you approach it, you're about to decide if you're about to crash or pump. And that's why when we approached it the first time, I said you're going to want to watch this close. So yes, you should be concerned. But no, you shouldn't be worried that we got pulled back off of it. That's what normally happens. And so based on that information, should you be selling here? Well, as I mentioned before, it depends on your time frame. If you're a short-term, mid-term trader, you're somebody who tries to get in and get out over the course of a day or a week or so, and you bought a little bit of Micron. Say you scooped it at 784, and now you're sitting on a 25% gain, and we're directly below the golden zone. Yeah, it could be a good time to take some profit. Maybe not all of it because they are showing great signs right now, which I'm going to talk about in a second here. But taking a bit of profit off the table at the golden zone always makes sense. And that's what people do in general. They swing trade it up. They buy down here. They take profit at the golden zone. They want saying this. They buy down here. They take profit at the golden zone. It's just what normally happens. So if you're a short-term, mid-term trader, sure, take a bit of profit. Makes perfect sense. Now, if you're a long-term investor, this is not a good enough reason, in my opinion, to be selling. This isn't a good enough reason, in my opinion, to be selling. I wouldn't sell a long-term investment because investment because it did a move that it always does. It made a It's doing It's having a pullback that it always has. I wouldn't do that. And if we go look at the history of how this performs, there are many moments in which we've seen Sandisk come down, go up, hit the golden zone, get rejected, find support, go back up, break the rate, go towards an all-time high. We see it all the time. And so, a rejection like this, which is normal, is not a justification for selling a long-term asset in my opinion. So, if you're a long-term investor who still does have a very good bullish bias on it with the thesis that's still intact, no, I don't really think it makes a lot of sense to sell purely as a result of this pullback that we've seen happening over the last few days. I don't really think that makes a lot of sense. And so, I hope that answers some of those questions. No, you shouldn't be worried. Yes, you should be concerned. You should always be concerned at a golden zone. Yeah, it makes a little bit of sense to take some profit if you are short-term and long-term trader. No, it doesn't really make sense to sell as a result of this if you're a long-term investor, okay? So, with that in mind, the next question that a lot of you are going to have is, "Okay, Tyler, well, what happens from here? What is happening right now? Right now that we've gotten rejected, what's happening right now? What happens from here?" Let me tell you. What's going to happen from right now is that Sandisk and Micron are going to hunt down bottom side support. So, what they're going to do is they're going to try to look for a bit of a refuel, a bit of a refuel that they can use to break through the structure. Let me give you a bit of a different example, it'll make it clear. Let's say hypothetically, this is a war that's happening. You have a battlefield, which is this chart. You have an army of sellers up here, and you have an army of buyers down here. Well, the army of buyers are marching their way up, and they're trying to take all of this territory from the sellers, right? And they've done a very good job. They've gone up and up and up and up, but they've run into a bit of a blockade. There's a huge wall of sellers right here, and they are really, really struggling to get past it. And so, the buyers say, "You know what? This is what we're going to do. We're going to retreat. We're going to retreat. We're going to try to find some reinforcements. We're going to refuel. We're going to get some rest. We're going to heal up. We're going to use that refuel as an attempt or an attempt to go back up to that sell wall and try again. And if the sellers are still too strong there, we're going to take out as many of them as we possibly can. We're going to come back. We're going to refuel again. We're We're going to go again and again and again until we break it. Or they're just going to be too strong and eventually we just will have to give up, but we're not in give up territory right now. That is what Micron and SanDisk is doing right now. They're in this refuel moment. They're in this gather reinforcements to go take on this big wall moment. And if you see the price, you'll start to understand what I mean. What you can see is that they did a great job. The sellers were pushing the price down. The buyers stepped in and started pushing the price up. And the buyers did an absolutely fantastic job up until we ran into the golden zone, which is that major seller wall. So that buyer army right now is letting the price come back down. They're looking for these reinforcements. They're refueling. They're restocking. They're resupplying. And what I think is going to happen is that they're going to try to make another run back at this golden zone and try to break it again. And you're already seeing some of those signs, especially on a Micron. Look what happened right here. Let's go to the 4-hour chart real quick. Look what happened. As you can see, yeah, Micron did get rejected off of it, but where did it get rejected back down to? This previous seller zone. Look how cool this is. So where the sellers had previously stepped in right here to force Micron's price back down, down and down, now Micron's price has bounced off of it, bounced off of it. So the buyers are now turning these previous seller zones into buyer zones. And they're looking for those reinforcements and that fuel to try to make a reapproach back towards the golden zone. And this is again another part of the reason as to why I don't really think it makes a lot of sense to sell out of long-term investments because just because it's gotten rejected because they are doing a very very good job in gathering reinforcements to try again. And let's say they fail here. Well, guess what? I think they're going to just try it again and again and again. And the reality is that we could see them fall even lower. Micron could in theory come all the way back down to its bottom side golden zone, all the way back down here between $840 and even use that in attempt to come back up to break this golden zone. These buyers are stubborn, folks, and they're going to going to it and over and over again to come up and break through these golden zones. And so, in a moment like this where you are seeing a successful bounce and it's going back up for Micron and the same thing for SanDisk, you're seeing a successful bounce, you're trying to go back up. No, this isn't a moment that I would start losing hope. This is a moment where I would start to get optimistic. This is a moment where I would start to get very hopeful that, "Hey, there's a real world in which these things go back up and start trying to take on and take out these golden zones." And I think that's a very good sign. And so, if you're a Micron holder, if you're a SanDisk holder, what you should be doing right now in my opinion, this is not financial advice by the way, is continue to hold but be optimistic. This still isn't a buying moment in my opinion. This still isn't a sell moment from the long term in my opinion. This is a hold moment. Let's see if Micron can come up to this golden zone and break through it. Remember, the golden zone for Micron is at $1,027. Let's see if SanDisk can do the same thing. Its golden zone is right at $1,700. And then we'll go from there. Now, if we, for example, see Micron's price start to come all the way back down and start falling below its bottom side golden zone, let's call it 790 to 841. If we send If we see SanDisk coming down and it starts falling through its bottom side golden zone between 1256 and 1135, yeah guys, that's way more problematic and you're probably going to see both of them going to mass capitulation. In this event, you can see SanDisk going down to 840 to $687. You can see Micron coming down to $670 to $599. All of that is on the table, but that is not a card that's in play right now by any means. We are in a very, very optimistic moment right now and I'm feeling pretty dang on positive. So, I'll keep you updated as it plays out. But again, the best thing to do right now in my opinion is to pause and hold still. Still pausing from last week. Micron came down, SanDisk came down, they're trying to gather reinforcements and they're reapproaching that golden zone. Let's see if they're successful. And if they are, remember, that's when you can start to say, "Oh my gosh, we might be back." That's when you could be looking at a Micron going to 1250 to 1450. That's when you could be looking at a SanDisk trying to take down, you know, that $2,300 high, the $2,900 high. That's when the real opportunity presents itself, okay? So, I'll keep you updated as it plays out, but I don't want you all to get caught up in the headlines. Just like we weren't back whenever we approached the golden zone last time, is the same way that we are not dead now that it's gotten rejected off of this time. People just like to clickbait you as much as humanly possible so they can make as much money from ads as possible, folks, okay? Don't fall for it. Let's watch very closely. Let's see if we can break through these golden zones. Let's see if these reinforcements are going to be strong enough, and then we'll go from there. Because, man oh man, if they can, it's going to get real juicy. So, I'll keep you updated again. I know I'm not in my normal habitat. The walls are usually purple. Your boy's out of town. I had to get some stuff done, but I will be back very soon. So, I hope you guys did enjoy today's quick update on Micron and SanDisk. If you did, please don't forget to subscribe to the channel, and I can't wait to see you all in the next one. Peace out, everybody.
