Gold Cycle Analysis - In a New Uptrend?

Okay, so this is the gold market. Let's go ahead and hop over uh to what's happening on the weekly chart. On the weekly chart, you can see that the RSI has just now turned up. Uh 4701 to about 4870 are the areas up there short-term. Look at that move out of range, okay? And then it just had a very mild consolidation. Again, this is where you always have to be thinking about two sides, right? At the close here on Tuesday, this was looking like it was going to head a little bit lower prior to turning up. So, we actually had a long in FNV just so close to where we actually closed here on uh on Tuesday. It just actually missed it. But then what happened? Wednesday morning came and we were seeing a large gap up in gold miners and in gold itself. So, the overall mindset has to has to switch to this now being a breakout setup, you know, and you have to ask the question, does that mean that I should be trading earlier or later? Typically, when you're actually moving out of range, you want to be trading earlier uh versus later. And what happened here obviously in gold is we had a really strong trend day up and we're seeing further buying here uh in the short-term, okay? So, uh you know, certainly not one of the easiest opportunities out there. There are there are going to be times when it you know, they give you a little bit more of a chance to acquire uh and there will be other times when you have to just go with what is happening, right? And that was one of those opportunities where you just have to really go with what is happening. Now, there's a low here that is due 819 to about 91. And uh whether or not we move up and then turn back down and then go up again or if this was already a low and it turned up, it's not really where I think the overall focus needs to be. I think it really needs to be on this clear now uptrend that is in place with all three EMAs in parallel. There is a 21 EMA at about 4351. Uh and we are in a rise right now. We are clearly rising overall. So, whether or not we have a little move down and then turning back up, I'm not too worried about that uh really right now uh because the opportunity uh really happened on Wednesday itself. Okay? So, uh that's kind of this how I'm really looking at this situation there.
