I am actually planning on going in and opening up some sort of potential trades on Micron and SanDisk if given the opportunity.

11 days ago, I made a video for you all titled Micron and Sandisk are making the exact move that we expected do this now. And in that video, we were discussing the fact that both Micron and Sandisk had run into a major wall of resistance, a ton of sell pressure at the Fibonacci golden zone that I had showed you all in the previous video about Micron and Sandisk. And because they were facing this sort of sell pressure, both of their prices had sort of slowed down and stalled out. Again, exactly like we kind of figured it would. While everybody was screaming and saying that Micron and Sandisk were back, I was warning you all in the video before this one saying, "Listen, guys, there's a very real world that they end up hitting these golden zones and getting rejected and coming back down. So, don't get too far ahead of yourselves. Let's see what happens at the golden zone." Well, again, fast forward to this video 11 days ago, that is exactly how it played out. And once we started to see those rejections happening, once we started to see that pullback happening, I told you all in this video right here, I said, "Listen, guys, although this may feel bad, although it might not feel good to see Micron coming back down or Sandisk coming back down, at the end of the day, this is normal. This is what usually happens, which is why we figured it was going to happen. And what usually happens right here is that you're going to see something like a Micron or something like a Sandisk getting rejected off the golden zone, coming back down, finding some support. They're coming try to find buyer side support to try to slow down this pullback and eventually maybe try to work itself back towards the top side. So, don't be discouraged because we're seeing a bit of a pullback for Micron or a bit of a pullback for Sandisk. It is what usually happens. And realistically, you might end up seeing them pullback even more before things get better. We might end up seeing a Sandisk coming back down to like 1458. We might end up seeing a Micron coming back down towards 920 bucks. But remember, it's normal. All they're doing is trying to find some buyer side support. So, if / when that time does come that they continue downward and they find these lower levels, I will jump on and make an update video for you all letting you know what I'm looking for and what I'm doing next. Well, fast forward about 11 days from when I made this video about Micron and SanDisk to now, what you can see is that this is exactly how it played out again. We saw SanDisk, for example, come all the way back down and come straight down to the white line that we identified right here in the video. When I told you guys, "Look, don't be surprised if it continues lower to try to find some bottom side support at this resistance level." That's exactly what SanDisk has now done. And so, now that we're seeing SanDisk and Micron completing the exact move that we were looking for for a second time, what I wanted to do in today's video is just keep the ball rolling and let you know exactly what it is that I'm looking for next with Micron and SanDisk. What are some of the signals and signs that are flashing on their charts right now that's letting me know where I think the price may be trying to go into the future. And then I'll let you, of course, know if there are any moves that I'm making in my portfolio or my swing trades as a result of everything that we're going to discuss in today's update. So, I do apologize that it's been about 11 days since that last update, but I really was just waiting and looking for this move to happen. And so, now that it is here, I felt like this was perfect timing. And so, with that in mind, I guess let's just go ahead and jump straight on in and we'll start off with SanDisk in today's video cuz we started off with Micron in the last one. So, just to give you a little bit of a recap, okay? One more time, just a bit of a recap. What SanDisk and Micron have done have been very, very similar and very normal, okay? They were in descending structures like this. They broke out of the descending structures and came back to back test them. They then tried to run from those descending structures and the descending structures and start pushing towards the top side before ultimately running into major resistance at their golden Fibonacci zones. Because these major golden Fibonacci zones are so strong, they were able to force the price of SanDisk down, force the price of Micron back down, and make them go look for some more support. The example that I gave you all in the last video was that you have to imagine that the buyers and the sellers are armies. You have buyers who are trying to push the price up. You have sellers who are pushing the price down. And the chart itself is a battlefield. And I know this sounds like a weird example, but let me finish it, okay? And so, at the end of the day, what happens is that this buying army pushes the price upwards, and they're trying to conquer as much of this battlefield as humanly possible. But, occasionally, these buyers run into these major seller territories, these major seller walls, where the sellers are going to step in, and they're going to put all of their pressure, all of their artillery, all of their ammo into stopping those buyers from being able to cross this seller wall. And sometimes, those sellers succeed. And what happens is that those buyers, they run out of strength, they run out of fuel, they run out of gas, and they have to go back, they have to get reinforcements, they have to get more ammunition, more food, heal up, whatever they need to do, in order to try to go after that sell wall again. And well, then at that point, we're going to have a moment, right? Do the sellers win? Do the buyers win? And usually, over time, the buyers end up winding winning if a company is fundamentally sound enough. And so, what's happening right now isn't some big, scary, unusual thing. No, it's actually quite the opposite. The buyers for SanDisk and the buyers for Micron ran into major seller walls, major, you know, territories owned by the sellers, and the sellers did a great job at forcing them back. But, the beautiful part about it is that fast forward to today's video. Again, what we're really going to talk about today is the fact that the buyers have done a very good job and, you know, gaining strength and gaining momentum and, showing their willingness to, um, yeah, to go back after it, and and to go back at it again. And it's one of those things that, in my opinion, is one of the best possible signs that you could see from something like a SanDisk, or one of the best signs that you can see from something like a Micron. What would have been worse is if, you know, we saw them get rejected off these levels and just absolutely crash through it. That's the worst case scenario, because it goes to show those buyers aren't strong at all. But no, we're getting signs and signals here that the buyers are strong, that the buyers are present, that they are willing to push the price up. And that's a very good sign. Now, what are some of these signs? What are some of these signals that the buyers are around and that they're present? Well, the first one is just the overall price structure. Do you see how SanDisk, for example, came back down to this key zone of um this previous point of resistance right around $1,442 and is now bouncing off of it? Well, that's what's called an RS flip, a resistance-to-support flip. Another way that you can think of it is a seller-to-buyer flip, where the sellers previously took control of the price and forced it down, the buyers are now trying to take control of the price and push it back up. But, one no matter how you look at it, whether it's a support uh a resistance-to-support flip, whether it's a seller-to-buyer flip, it doesn't really matter. It's a good sign because it goes to show that although these sellers have done a decent job at forcing the price down, they've not made these buyers give up, and these buyers are more than willing to step in in these sorts of moments to try to support the price. And as you can see, this is not only happening for SanDisk, but it's also happening for Micron. Micron had this previous seller zone right here, and if I go to the 4-hour chart, you can see it very clearly, where the sellers pushed the price down, pushed it down, pushed it down. And now that Micron has gotten above it, it has done a great job at bouncing and trying to maintain support above it. Again, all this is saying is that the buyers are present, prevalent, and willing to purchase in moments when it matters. Now, outside of just general price structure, another thing that you can see if we turn on the TH Toolkit, is that as we are seeing this pullback occurring, we are getting a beautiful reset on the HCI. So, do you see how the HCI got all the way up to a 3.74 up here, meaning that this meter was way up here not that long ago, about a week and a half ago or so roughly? Well, now that we've gotten this pullback for something like SanDisk, and now that we've gotten this pullback for something like Micron, what you can see is that these meters are actually really resetting. The HCI on the daily for um Micron is currently sitting at a minus 0.35, and the meter for SanDisk is at a plus 0.02. So, Micron is pulling back a little bit faster than SanDisk, but one way or another, what this means is that they are resetting, not that they are particularly at a bottom, per se, but that they are resetting very strongly, very quickly. And so, what this means is that those buyers are stepping in as we're entering into the sell so sell territory and giving this thing a bit of strength, giving this thing a bit of momentum and supporting the price and getting this reset happening quicker. And that is a great sign for the price of Micron and for the price of SanDisk. And so although it might feel like a scary moment to see their prices getting rejected off the golden zone, remember it's actually not because this is normal. And what's happening right now is that the buyers are stepping in to try to support the price and help it attack the top side again. Now, the question that a lot of people are going to have is okay Tyler, well, now that we are seeing the price rejected off the golden zone and it's coming back down towards the buyer zone and it's showing these good signals, does that mean that you know, Micron and SanDisk are done dumping and that they're about to actually just go back up to you know, these higher levels? And the unfortunate thing is no, it it it really doesn't guarantee that if I'm going to be honest. And although you know, in previous videos I had a very clear read of what I thought was going to happen, right? The rejection here and then the pullback here. This is a sort of moment where there is no telling what's going to happen from here. Right? There's no way to know if the support is going to hold and SanDisk is going to pump and if the support is going to hold and Micron is going to pump or whether they're going to dump through these levels. There really is no way to know, but what I do know is that because we have seen these buyer zones holding up, because we have seen the buying signals flashing and the strong support occurring at these levels, even if we do see say for example SanDisk pulling back towards the downside, I think the pullback that we would experience next for SanDisk would be a much more muted pullback than the market would expect. If we see SanDisk come back down towards $1,442, what is going to happen is people are going to immediately start calling for a new low. They're going to start saying that SanDisk is coming to take out $900, right? $999 and start pushing into those lower levels. And listen, it is possible that could happen, but I don't actually think that's the more likely thing. Not at least for now, not for based on what we're seeing right now. Because since we've seen these buyers stepping in at these key zones of support, it's absorbing some of the sell pressure that SanDisk is experiencing right now, and it's going to make it harder and harder for SanDisk to make these large sort of crashes towards the downside. You can think of these little moments as speed bumps. It's going to make it just harder and harder for SanDisk to generate that really fast velocity towards the downside. And so to me, it's one of those situations where I don't even think it particularly matters whether or not SanDisk does hold support here or not, because I think one way or another, it is positioning itself in a great way to be able to find some support downwards these lower levels and try to give you another run towards the top side, or give you another run towards the top side. I do think no matter what happens here, you're going to end up seeing SanDisk trying to make another run at towards the top side, as long as nothing terrible happens geopolitically, macroeconomically and that could open up of course SanDisk for some great opportunities, okay? And so my thought process is that one way or another, that this is actually a very bullish signal, a very bullish sign that we're getting from SanDisk, that we're getting from Micron, and it could open them up for some potentially great buying opportunities. Like, let's say hypothetically we see Micron roll over, and it comes back down to say $847, or it comes all the way back down towards this bottom side golden zone between 841 and 794. Look, these would be great opportunities based on what we're seeing right now from Micron, what we're seeing from SanDisk, these would be potentially great opportunities to look to do a little bit of dollar cost averaging, because the buyers have showed their willingness to support the price at these levels, and I see this one as being no different. And who knows, maybe SanDisk does or you know, Micron does come back down towards this level, find a bit of support and maybe try to make another run upwards. That's the sort of thought process that comes as a result of seeing the buyers stepping in and being so willing to support the price at these levels, and that's why it's such a great thing. Now look, I I I would be a lying analyst if I didn't say that there is a world in which Micron doesn't, you know, my look, Micron could just do this, right? This could be a dead cat bounce. The pullback, the dead cat bounce, the continuation into the further capitulation, a three-wave to the downside. That could happen, but that's not on my that's not on my deck of cards right now. That's not what I'm looking at right now. That's not even really a threat right now. While we're seeing Micron still is floating above this zone of support, floating above its golden golden zone of support, SanDisk floating above its own golden support, I'm not too worried about some sort of massive capitulation. It would take something bad happening in the world, right? Geopolitically, macroeconomically, and a mixture of the buyers basically evaporating for that to happen. Now, if that occurs and we see the buyers stop buying, yeah, then obviously my tune is going to change. But right now in this moment where I'm seeing the buyers stepping in and holding up the price, I'm feeling pretty optimistic about Micron and SanDisk. And yeah, I am actually planning on going in and opening up some sort of potential trades on Micron and SanDisk if given the opportunity. You guys know I like to go in and do these super small, you know, trades on things like SanDisk. We did a 42% gain last month on SanDisk in a very similar environment to the one we're in right now. We also made a really good call on a Micron back then where we made that Micron call. We got in on Micron at $904. Then I got stopped out on the freaking trade before I was able to generate any other returns. But one way or another, it was a great entry. It just wasn't great execution. But you guys know I like entering on swing trades on things like Micron. I like to enter on swing trades on SanDisk. And if we see something like Micron roll over to the golden zone between 841 and 794 or SanDisk roll over to the golden zone between 1261 and 1125, while everybody else starts panicking and freaking out, I'm going to be entering into some swing trades there thinking that we might find those buyers stepping in and giving us some beautiful entries. And that's why I gave what we're saying right now is so important. And that's why I told you all in that video 11 days ago, don't be scared if this happens. It's normal. We just need to see if the buyers are willing to step in and they've shown that they're willing to step in. And that's why this is such a good moment, okay? So, these are great signals for Micron. These are great signals for SanDisk, the memory trade in general. And I am feeling pretty optimistic. So, I'll keep you guys updated as it plays out. I'll probably give you another update in a couple days or so, maybe upwards of a week, just kind of depending on how it plays. What I'm going to do for now is I am just going to hold. I'm not selling, I'm not buying, I'm just going to hold. Let's see how this plays out here. Do the buyers continue to maintain the support, maybe give you another run at the golden zone? Do we capitulate through the golden zone then open up the outdoor of opportunity for accumulation at these lower levels for Sandisk and Micron? Let's kind of see how that plays out first before making a decision. But one way or another, when I do make that decision, you'll be one of the first ones to know. Okay? One thing I did want to let you guys know though before I do let you go, remember the platform that I personally do all of my trading on is Liquid. This is where I trade all of my stocks over on Liquid. And guys, the coolest part about it, listen to this. We're going to be doing a giveaway this month. We're giving away $300 of stocks. We're going to be picking six of you to get $50 in either Nvidia stock, Micron stock, or a stock of your choice. Or we just can send you the $50 one way or another, but the stock thing would be more fun. But we're going to be charging or we're going to be um giving away six six batches of $50 to those of you who use my link down below to go to Liquid, sign up, deposit funds, open one trade. You don't even have to keep it open. Sign up, deposit, open one trade. And if you open one trade, we're going to choose six of you to give $50 of free stock to. Which in my opinion, that's a great, you know, like you open one trade even if you don't make any if you don't lose anything, you can still potentially win 50 bucks. That's a lot of upside. That's a lot of upside potential. So, check out the link down below to that. I am going to have a nice landing page put together for that giveaway. So, stay tuned for that. But one way or another, if you sign up in the month of September, you're going to get entered into that giveaway. I'm pumped about that. $300 of the free stocks. That's awesome. So, check that thing out down below. Let me know what you think. And uh yeah, if you guys have enjoyed all of the updates recently, please don't forget to smash that like button. And I can't wait to see you all in the next one. Peace out everybody.
