…ay it's an amazing purchase for sure, right? like amazing purchases usually happen at these downside extension zones, but because we are now at a bottom side support zone and we do have some support holding and the buyer stepping in, yeah, I would say now is a decent time for small dollar cost averages for Micron, but I wouldn't go too big quite yet. I wouldn't be looking to go super huge on it at this moment. I would call it just a decent buy. Okay, so remember, I'm not a financial adviser. I'm just a random dude in a room somewhere. So, do not take this as financial advice. I'm just giving you purely my perspective, what I'm doing and my own stuff. Okay, so with that in mind, u…

So, I think there's a decent chance that support does hold. I do think now is a decent time for small dollar cost averages. I do think that Micron anywhere between say like 900 to 800 bucks is a decent dollar cost average. I wouldn't be willing to say it's an amazing purchase for sure, right? like amazing purchases usually happen at these downside extension zones, but because we are now at a bottom side support zone and we do have some support holding and the buyer stepping in, yeah, I would say now is a decent time for small dollar cost averages for Micron, but I wouldn't go too big quite yet. All right, what's up everybody and welcome back to another Monday here in the stock market. Look, I wanted to jump on and make a video for you all today to talk about Micron because there is a very important decision being made sort of for and by Micron right now that I believe is going to be incredibly impactful not only for just Micron investors but anyone who invests into AI stocks that are similar to Micron in general, whether it's other memory companies or just broader semiconductors. I think like everyone's going to be a part of or impacted by this decision. And that's obviously a lot of you who watch my channel. And so because of that, naturally, I wanted to jump on today and kick off the week by breaking down exactly what this decision is that's happening for slashby micron right now, why it's so impactful, what it can mean for the future, and what I'm thinking about doing in my own trades or portfolios as a result of this decision to try to capitalize on it. Okay? And my goal is that you leave today's video feeling prepared and aware of this decision because most people don't even know that it's happening right now. Okay, so that's what I got for you all today. Um, I will warn you there may be some like construction noises that are happening. The hotel that I'm in right now is doing a bit of maintenance, so I apologize for that, but it shouldn't be too bad. All right, so with that in mind though, we have a good bit to get into today. And as per usual, I don't want to keep it too long on a Monday, folks. So let's go ahead and let's jump straight on in. So first and foremost, what is this decision that I'm talking about when it comes to Micron? And this decision actually rests on the chart. Okay, this is a technical decision. And the technical decision that I'm focusing on is what Micron's price is going to decide to do now that it has officially come back down all the way to its Fibonacci golden zone between 862 and $800 or $84. Let's call it $862 to $804. Now, any of you who watch my channel know that I am a massive proponent proponent that anyone doing technical analysis should understand the golden zone and how to use it because the golden zone can be one of the most um valuable and reliable tools that you can use to get an idea of where key levels of resistance and support are. I mean, every single time that I see the price of an asset working up to the golden zone, I you know, going up into one, I know that that's resistance. And when I see the price of any asset going down into a golden zone, I know that's support. It's one of the most reliable things ever. Look at what Micron just did. If I put on my top side golden zone, I mean, we just hit the top side golden zone. It just got rejected. We're falling right now as a result of a rejection off of the topside golden zone. And so naturally, now that we're coming down to the bottom side golden zone, just like I was screaming, "Guys, we're in the golden zone up here." Now I'm saying, "Guys, we're in the golden zone down here." You get what I mean? The golden zone is a very very important level that you can use to predict where these big battles are going to happen between the sellers who are trying to force the pricing down through it, the golden zone, and the buyers who are giving everything they have to try to support it, right? And so when you have these big moments where you hit the golden zone, you definitely want to pay attention because the decision that gets made here, I mean, wow, the level of um, you know, um, response to this can be insane. When you see the price of an asset fall through a golden zone, I mean, guys, that gets terrible. I mean that can get really ugly. But in the moments where the golden zone holds and support holds, you can see some really nice climbs towards the top side. And so before you know kind of getting into those things, the reason as to why I'm telling you all there's a decision that's being made right now is because Micron's price is deciding which side wins, right? Are the sellers going to win? Are they going to take over? Are they going to be the most aggressive in their demand? Or are the buyers going to step in and, you know, hold this price up? And are they going to win and give you a bounce? Whatever happens here as a result of that, as a result of this, you know, kind of battle between these buyers and sellers, I'm telling you, is likely to send Micron's price in dozens of percentage points in either direction. And I'll get into that in a second. Okay. So, just to clarify one more time, the decision we're talking about today is Micron's decision of what its price shall do now that it is sitting here in this key Fibonacci golden zone. Okay. So, the next thing is let's talk about what these outcomes could look like, right? Let's say Micron's price does or does not successfully hold the support. What does that look like for the Micron price? Because I think you guys will start to get a view for why this is so big and impactful for not only Micron but other stocks. So in moments in which we see the golden Fibonacci zone hold it support. So you know you create a high or sorry you create a low, you create a high, you come down, you hit the golden zone and it actually holds a support and it starts trying to work itself back up. Guys, there are many times in that instance where you can start to see a full-blown extension past your previous high, which in this case could put Micron in the upward levels of, you know, 1,190 or even $1,300. That's a new all-time high for Micron if it successfully holds some support here. Now, that's not guaranteed. I'm not going to say if it holds support here, it's going to go up there. But that is typically how Micron's price responds to a successful establishment of support on these key levels is by trying to make a really strong move towards the top side. And it's all about the psychology of things, right? The sellers gave everything they had in this moment to force the price down, and it just wasn't enough. And the buyers were able to regain control, absorb that sell pressure, and gain confidence and momentum. And that's usually the moment where those buyers can really give you a nice run towards the upside. However, in the moments in which you will see the opposite happen, in which the sellers gain even more momentum, the buyers try everything they have, I mean really everything they have to hold the price, but they ultimately fail, giving those sellers even more confidence and the price even more downward momentum. you can be looking at full-blown extensions towards the downside, which guys takes Micron down to 659 to $572, which from where we are right now could be upwards of 27 to 37% to the downside. So, I'm not saying that this is again some sort of small decision. No, this is a very big decision being made right here. That could have 20, 30, 40% moves in either direction um as a result of it. Okay? And that's why I know the title might look a little bit exuberant right now, but I'm not I'm not being dramatic. This is a very important decision. And what happens right here as Micron is now at war with the sellers and the buyers is going to tell the whole market. It's going to be a signal to the whole AI trade of what direction who is in control of this, the sellers or the buyers. You know, if we go look at one of the most recent times where we saw, for example, Micron's price lose the golden zone, you could see what happened. I mean, Micron had this golden zone right here, right? It had the golden zone, it came back down to it. The buyer stepped in to try to support the price, ultimately failed, and look how it played out. We saw Micron end up freaking falling from the bottom side of the golden zone towards the bottom down here 17%. And this was just in a tiny move. So now imagine what sort of move it can be on a golden zone of this size. Not, you know, much much bigger than this size. But then if you look at some of the examples before that, there were these moments, right, in which Micron's price was capable of coming all the way down and actually holding these levels of support, using that support as support, holding that golden zone, and then boom, now you're looking at Micron flying towards all-time highs. I mean, guys, I'm telling you, this is a huge moment. And it's going to not only be Micron, it's going to be all of them in my opinion. Dink and SanDisk, maybe have some sort of impact on some of your other semis outside of just memory like AMDs, right? All of those sorts of things are incredibly possible. And so that's why this is so dang important. So the next question that a lot of people are going to ask is most likely, well, Tyler, where do you think it's going to go from here? Right? Like, is it going to hold support or is it going to fail to hold support? And although you guys know me, I'm not a I'm not a fortune teller. I'm not a you know, I can't predict the future. I I can just give you my best guess. That's the best I can kind of do for you. So hopefully that's helpful. But I do want to make sure you're very understanding. Like no one in the world can just say for sure Micron's going to go up or down for me. That's not possible. You can just study the data and then use that study that analysis to make decisions, right? And when I study Micron right now, when I look at it and I know that it has this key zone of support between $865 and $86 and I can very clearly see that Micron is now getting overextended on its price meter. Its price meter is out of minus4.18 right now when we're at towards the bottom side of the Ballinger bands. And if you actually look at the weekly time frames, we're on the weekly price meter. We're now at a minus 1.8. So we're finally through, you know, neutral territory and we're coming back down there. Look, I think there's a pretty decent chance that Micron does hold some support here. And it does use that support to at least try to go back up towards some of these levels. Like maybe you could be looking at a retest of a,000 bucks or potentially even higher. I I really do think there's a decent chance that Micron holds support. I would actually be very surprised if Micron does fall just straight down between straight down through $862 to $86. I think it would be much more likely that the buyers would step in and start trying to slow the price down in here rather than Micron just nuke straight through it. So, I think Micron's going to try to hold support. I think the buyers are going to try to hold this up. The big question is whether or not they're successful. I guess that's really what it comes down to. And there's truly no way of knowing. Not in a moment like this. So, my thought process very very simple right now. Um just kind of approach this a bit slowly. What I'm looking for in this moment while we know that it is coming down and it is trying to establish a bit of support is to look for the buyer signals to to look for the buyer stepping in the volume. You see how today at least at the time of recording we have those buyers who are showing their strength and right here we have the buyers who did step in and force the price up. That's what you're looking for. You want to see those buyers holding it. You want to see them absorbing the sell pressure because what that means is that although the sellers had gained momentum, they're not continuing that momentum and some sort of reversal off this level can happen. So, I'll keep you updated if we do start to really get good buyer signals going off right now. There's not a ton flashing quite yet, so I'm not going to get overly optimistic that this golden zone of support is going to hold, but I'll um it it's looking decent. Okay, so with that in mind, um that's what it all comes down to. The the thing to do from here realistically is to monitor this interaction. What happens as Micron now interacts with this? Do do the buyers start to step in? Do we start to get the bullish signals flashing? Or do we start to see this little buy pressures that we're seeing right now mounting slow down and then the sell signals start to flash into the lower time frames. We start to see the order books flooding up with sales and next thing you know we're crushing through some of these support levels. That's problematic. And that's what sets you up for a move back towards the 600s. Okay. So, I'll keep you guys updated. Just give me a day or two just to kind of monitor it and then I'll update you on the next one. general thought process right now is the best thing to do is probably just pause or do like small dollar cost averages in my port. That would that would be about it. I wouldn't be going any doing any big reversal trades. You guys do know I love to reversal trade when I get the opportunity. Um, you know, I've done reversal trades on Micron multiple times here on the channel. So, I'm definitely not the type of person to ignore an opportunity to reverse trade. I just don't think now is the best opportunity until I start to see more signs and signals that the buyers are present and they're going to be able to sustain this, especially heading into this week with some pretty big earnings reports coming out. Okay. So, I'll keep you updated on it all as it does play out. Hey guys, I do want to actually remind you all, speaking of trading, if any of you are traders, I'm talking to those of you who trade things, maybe whether it's on leverage or not on leverage, like spot. Um, I have a link down below to Liquid, this is the platform I do all of my leverage trading for the stock market, as you guys have seen me do several times here on the channel. If you use my link down below and deposit $100, they're going to give you a $20 bonus. You can do whatever you want with it, and you're going to get 10% off your fees. Okay? So, what that means is that every time you open a trade, you're going to pay 10% less on your fees, and that adds up fast over time. So, this is one of the best deals that there is for any trading platform in the stock market. I love liquid. It works extremely well. So, make sure to check it out down below if that's something that is interesting to you. But with that in mind, look, that's what I got for you all today. Short, sweet, straight to the point. Let's keep a very close eye on what happens here at this golden zone. I'll update you as it starts to play out. Small dollar cost averages here are fine, but I wouldn't be going much bigger than that until we start to see the signals flash. All right? So, make sure that of course you turn on those notifications so you know when those signals start to flash. And I can't wait to see you all in the next one.
