…ace here. Wall Street is not the only folks fawning over this stock. That's because our Zen Ratings Quant model sees something special in Holly shares as well. Now, after that full 115 factor review, they score in the top 7% of all stocks, leading to a very welcome B rating, which again is a buy recommendation. Most everyone tells you that penny stocks are a trap and most of the time they're probably right, right? The space is filled with junk, overblown hype, and companies quietly burning through their last dollar. But gladly, every rule has an exception and today I have uncovered four surprising penny stocks that are actually worth your attention. These are all growing businesses with strong fundamentals that each made the grade from our coveted quant model. Now, they are not household names and that's exactly the point of this video. That's because the biggest gains really come from the stocks everyone already knows and everyone's already talking about. They come from ones the crowd hasn't woken up to just yet. All right, be sure to stick around to the end because the final pick has the smart money piling in. Its shares are already breaking out and a recent pullback making it a timely buy the dip opportunity. So, let's dive in with our first stock which actually maybe a name you know. We are talking about GoodRx with the symbol of GDRX. This is the app that finds the lowest price for your prescriptions and right now it's trading in the mid $3 range. Now, before I get to the rest of the GoodRx story, I should probably tell you who I am. I'm Steve Right Meister but everyone calls me Righty. I'm a partner at Wall Street Zen where our quant rating system analyzes wide array of data points to identify the stocks most likely to outperform the market. And if you like discovering high quality stocks, then do yourself a favor and hit that like button. It tells the algorithm to put more breakdowns like this in your feed in the future. Okay, let's get back to the bull case for GoodRx. Now, the business went public to huge fanfare then fell all the way back down into penny stock territory, which is a pretty common occurrence for IPOs. The root cause was a series of earnings misses in 2024 and 2025. Gladly, there's a turnaround unfolding in 2026 and yet investors are still kind of sitting on their hands. The main reason for its resurrection is their new partnership with Amazon to chase prescription customers as insurance coverage slips and more Americans pay cash for for prescriptions. Now, a perfect fit for Amazon and a big win for GoodRx. The proof of that shows up in their current street expectations for over 100% earnings growth in the year ahead. Now, clearly they check the box for growth. Now, they will check the box for value. That is on full display in their rock-bottom PEG ratio of 0.67. Now, when the average stock trades for a PEG ratio about 1.5, it means that GoodRx could literally double in price from here and still be considered undervalued, right? That kind of value proposition. On Wall Street, the mood is turning more positive on shares of three analysts are in the strong buy camp. Now, even more telling is a smattering of fair value targets pointing to about 50% upside for shares in the year ahead. Now, I think that will prove to be on the light side if that Amazon partnership really hits its stride. Now, let's pop the hood with our Zen Ratings Quant model. It analyzes every stock across 115 different fundamental, technical, and AI factors, and then it boils it all down to an intuitive letter grade of A to F. And indeed, the higher the grade, the higher the expected return returns for shares. Now, it then further breaks down a stock's specific strengths and weaknesses via seven component grades. We're talking about areas like value, growth, momentum, and more. All right, GoodRx scores in the top 15% of all stocks reviewed. This leads to a B rating, which is a buy recommendation. Now, that's a worthy title because B-rated stocks have nearly doubled the S&P 500 over the past 20 years. Now, let's dig a little bit deeper by looking at those aforementioned component grades. Two in particular are standouts here, right? First up is financial strength, which comes in the top 20% of all stocks. This tells you it's a well-run operation, and the standout grade is the top 5% showing for value. Now, this goes well beyond the PEG ratio I shared earlier. This is based on 21 different value measures, right? So, yes, it is a value stock from just about every conceivable angle. One risk here worth mentioning is concentration. GoodRx leans heavily on the big pharmacy benefit managers and pharmacy chains. So, losing a major partner can swing results, and which is what pretty much bruised these shares going back a couple years ago. But right now, with Amazon on its side and a massive turnaround unfolding, then it's hard not to see the attractiveness in these shares and why it was the perfect choice to kick off our stock video today. Before I move on to my next pick, here's something that might interest you. I'm sitting on a list of three stocks I believe could double in the year ahead. Now, I located them using the same Zen Ratings model I used to find the stocks in this video today. You can get these three tickets for free by visiting wallstreetzen .com/double or scan the QR code on your screen or the link down description below. Claim your copy now. Okay, next up we have a deep value play in Holley, where they are currently trading under $3 per share. Now, if you have ever modified a muscle car, then you already know this brand. Holley is a leading name in performance automotive parts in America. We're talking about carburetors, fuel injection, exhaust, essentially all the gear the gearheads swear by. Let me be clear that these deserve to be beaten down to current levels. That's because over the last 5 years, they have served up more earnings misses than beats, and that's never a good thing. But now management has embarked on a new turnaround focus aggressively on paying down debt, expanding profit margins, and keeping their enthusiast customer base loyal and spending freely with them. The benefit of which is showing up big time in their latest quarterly earnings report where earnings more than doubled from a year ago, and yeah, blew past Wall Street expectations. And yet investors are still wary. They are sitting on their hands given the obscenely low PEG ratio of just 0.43, right? Again, the average stock trades for PEG ratio about 1.5, so you can now really appreciate just how dirt cheap these shares are. Note that there are a couple Wall Street analysts downright pounding the table into sawdust over Holley, right? That's because beyond the strong buy recommendations, you have fair value price targets pointing to up to 180% upside in the year ahead. Yeah, 180%. It is rare for analysts to call for greater than 50% upside. [clears throat] So, 180% gain potential is truly off the charts, right? Something special is taking place here. Wall Street is not the only folks fawning over this stock. That's because our Zen Ratings Quant model sees something special in Holly shares as well. Now, after that full 115 factor review, they score in the top 7% of all stocks, leading to a very welcome B rating, which again is a buy recommendation. And the component grades are very impressive as well, starting with financial strength in the top 20% of all stocks, value even stronger in the top 8%, and then we have sentiment coming in the top 6%. Now, this tells you the smart money is already geared up on Holly. Uh and even better than that, the standout grade, the top 1% showing, is for our AI factor grade. Now, to be clear, this is not about how much the company is involved with artificial intelligence. Rather, it's our usage of AI to find patterns in the data that point to the most timely stock. So, yes, being the top 1% for timeliness is a very attractive detail about these shares. The main risk here is the same with the earlier turnarounds, right? That being what happens if the turnaround doesn't stand on track. Indeed, that is a risk which explains why shares are still so undervalued. That would seem the reward of that 180% upside potential is much greater than the risk in hand, right? This explains the smart money getting on board and the strong review by the Zen Ratings. Now, you have to decide if you want to take these shares out for a spin yourself. Okay. Quick ask before you move on, I publish data-driven stock analysis like this every single week. So, if you want more of it, then go ahead and subscribe and hit the notification bell. Thank you kindly. Okay. Our third penny stock today is DHI Group with the symbol of DHX. Now, note there's another company, completely unrelated, with the ticker symbol of DHI. So, to avoid any confusion, I'm going to refer to it as DHX going forward. So, right now, DHX is trading for under $5 per share. Now, they run two specialized online hiring places, right? First is dice.com, which for a long time has been the place for technology professionals to find new new jobs. And second is clearancejobs.com for workers with government security clearances. Now, the most exciting part is that second part, that clearance jobs, right? The government is having a hard time finding enough folks with the necessary clearances needed for roles in the military and security branches of government. DHX not only has the clearance jobs website, but they have doubled down in this space by recently acquiring a recruiting firm to find the best applicants for those hard-to-fill government jobs. This move is paying off big time with yet another turnaround unfolding. After a couple years of nasty losses, DHX shares were rightfully left for dead. Now, in this case, we have 10 monster earnings beats. And I mean monster earnings beats in a row, which have shares on the rise. Gladly, it's still attractive on the value front once again, which which shows plenty of room to run. Now, we have already talked about the low PEG ratio for GoodRx and Holly. Yet here we are talking about I mean 0.22 right? That's about as low as you will see, especially for a company this far into turnaround mode. Wall Street attention may be low, but is very strong. That's because all three covering analysts see these shares as a strong buy recommendation. Even better is knowing that the highest-rated analyst in the group is the one screaming the loudest about these shares. He sees greater than 100% upside potential for DHX in the year ahead. Now, and here's the beauty of the stock with light Wall Street coverage in turnaround mode. As results keep proving out, more analysts will pile in and each new buy recommendation will act as a catalyst to boost shares higher, all to the benefit of the early movers into DHX. Now, The Zen Rings is also picking up on what DHX is putting down. In this case, we have our first A-rated shares in the video today. Now, that elite A rating stems from being in the top 2% of all stocks we track. Yes, it is more appealing than 98% of the stocks we analyze. And indeed, it pays to be in A-rated shares as they have historically beaten the S&P 500 by nearly 3:1 over the past two decades. Now, as you might expect, the component grades are showing off a lot of strength here. Growth comes in the top 15% of all stocks and this high grade foreshadows more growth and more earning speeds ahead. Financial strength is even better in the top 12% of all stocks. This is based upon 26 different measures of operational excellence. Momentum lands at the top 8%, which points to these shares already being very timely. And the stand out greatest sentiment, the top 2% of all stocks we analyzed. This tells you the smart money crowd is already moving into shares with force. It is truly an appealing combination of strengths that bodes well for these shares in the months and years ahead. And in this case, the turnaround is already firmly entrenched. So, risk is lower, but the reward is still very very high. All right, before we get to the last stock in the video, which often is the most enticing of the bunch, I have one more thing for you. That's because we send a replay to all registrants so you can watch whenever it's more convenient. As always, we like to end the videos with a strong pick and this time is no different as I share with you the bull case for Globus Maritime with the symbol GLBS and right now shares are trading for around $3.50. Now, Globus is a dry bulk shipping company. They own and operate big vessels that hold iron ore and coal and grain across the seven seas, right? The trend has been most favorable for the dry bulk shippers for quite a while. This shows up in much higher day rates for the ships, and that shows up in 67% average annual revenue growth the past 3 years. And yes, that growth is flowing straight through the bottom line, which has been compounding at around 115% a year. Truly staggering growth. Indeed, investors took notice with shares rising substantially over the past 2 years, but recently investors have pressed pause leading to a 20% decline from their highs. This lines up very well for a tempting buy the dip opportunity right now. Wall Street coverage is pretty thin with just one analyst on board, and yes, he loves the bull case for Globus. Luckily, when Wall Street is napping on the job, we have the benefit of the full 115 Factor Review of the Zen Rings to help us assess the investment case for any stock. Indeed, we have another elite A-rated stock on our hands. That's because their investment profile scores higher than 98% of the stocks we reviewed. And once again, the component grades demonstrate broad strength starting with growth in the top 19% of all stocks. Value is even stronger in the top 7%. Again, this is based upon 21 different measures of value. Momentum is mighty impressive in the top 2%, and taking the cake is the top 1% showing for sentiment. This tells you the smart money is already taking a ride on the shipping company. The biggest knock is right there in the safety grade, which comes in pretty low. That makes sense as shipping is a deeply cyclical industry that leads to volatility in their day rates, and yes, volatility in the shares. Now, the point is is that this extra volatility could make some investors a bit seasick, but if you can stomach that, then you might find this growth and value stock to be a downright pleasure cruise, and that's a great stock to close out our video today. So, there you have it. Four penny stocks that have the growth and value proposition to hopefully not be penny stocks for much longer. Therefore, if any of them caught your eye, it pays to do your homework now to snap up your shares before it's too late.
