You want to know what are the best stocks to buy right now? I've got a few that I'm buying, but more importantly, what's going on with the market? Some of you guys are probably freaking out, especially new investors. Inflation, consumer prices rose 3.7% annually in September. This comes back to gas prices. We've been talking about how oil is going to put pressure on all everything. Everything you buy requires oil. That's going to put pressure on prices. That's going to drive up inflation. That's going to make interest rates go higher because the Fed raises rates to combat that, right? So, if you look at CPI, that was hot yesterday. The core CPI, which strips out food and energy, posted a reading of 2.6% after climbing 3%. Then we got PPI this morning, and we got some big numbers, 6.3% versus 5.5% expected. This is the largest gain since 2022. Of course, you're going to see treasury yields spike. You're going to see stocks go down. So, you're seeing the Nasdaq futures down 1.28% after one of its worst days. Well, it's the worst day we've had in 2 months yesterday for tech stocks. You see bonds are actually retreating a little bit, but the oil prices are still elevated, 95 and 105. Anytime you have a sell-off, you're going to have kind of stages, layers of the onion that's going to fuel the fire. Now, we had tech sell-off yesterday in the Nasdaq in the US, and then South Korea's KOSPI closed at a 6-month low, and you saw it down sharply, 7-8% because of names like SK Hynix. So, memory. You look at Micron. Micron's been under pressure. There was really a chain reaction. We're going to talk about Micron. We're going to talk about Neo Clouds. We're going to talk about all of it, put it together, and then tell you the stocks that I'm buying. So, looking at Micron, does it make sense that it's selling off? Why is it selling off? You know, this Chinese CXMT is starting to build DRAM. Now, DRAM is not HBM, right? So, if you look at this, the stock is cheap. Micron's also holding $73 billion in cash and marketable securities. If If at this, it has no threat to HBM or high-tier AI. Zero. Yet, the market's going to sell off Micron 5% yesterday, another 2-3% premarket, because the market doesn't always understand. And this is something we've talked about on the channel. I did a video that talked about Micron in deep dive and explained you can't just rip and replace. This is an enterprise myth. Data center cannot simply swap out, even if CXMT were able to make the same HBM high-tier AI memory, you can't just rip and replace. And then on top of it, you have this massive visibility and sticking power. You're talking about 75% of Micron's entire 2027 production capacity is already locked down. And you could go on and on. You can watch that video for more detail. Now, here's the thing. The stock market can always do its thing. Just because it looks cheap on paper and you think you've done all your homework, it doesn't mean you have to be right, especially in the short term. And this is why it's so hard to beat the market if you're trying to invest. Most people are trying to do it short term. The only way you can really beat the market, beat the suits, and most of those guys on Wall Street can't even outperform, is you invest high quality long term. Now, I understand that Micron is cyclical. When I recommended it at $85 on this channel back in December 2024, I told you I had reservations about Micron because of its cycler cycler nature in the past. But this is not your mom and pop's Micron. This isn't your gram and grampa's Micron. Is there a cycle? Yes. Are we at the end of that cycle? Absolutely not. So, you got today's headlines. You know, Taiwan Semiconductor posts record profit for sixth straight quarter, beating estimates on AI boom. Meanwhile, the same headline, Nvidia, AMD, and Micron fall as AI stocks sell off deepens. So, Taiwan Semiconductor crushes it and semiconductor sell off. This is where, especially if you're new investor, you say, "How is that possible? It's supposed to be logical. 1 + 1 = 2." That's not how the market works. And there are lots of macro things under the hood that have been really brewing for a long time when you think of inflation, when you think of debt. And that's a that's going to be a segue into our next portion with NeoClouds. But Taiwan Semiconductor says, "Given the continued robust multi-year demand for our customers, including the emerging agenic AI market, we reiterate our full 2026 capital budget between 16 and 64 billion." Expects CapEx from 2026 to 2028 to be even more significantly higher than the past 3 years. This is telling you the AI trade is not dead, not yet. So, we had the memory fears, and then it kind of led into yesterday CoreWeave. And you had this headline, "CoreWeave collapses after Gartner predicts 80% of NeoClouds will evaporate by 2030." So, if you read through this, it's absolutely It's interesting because I don't necessarily believe in NeoClouds the business model longer term, but at the same time, it's it's insane how one little article like this can bring down not only NeoClouds but the entire AI sector. I mean, this thing was down 15% yesterday. Look at this thing. This thing was down 15% yesterday, down another 5.5%. So, it's down what, 55, 56% the past year? It's going to be down 12% year to date. And then, of course, since it gone public, depending on you bought it, I mean, it went public here at 40 bucks. It ripped all the way up here to something like 180 to 85 dollars. The 52-week range on this is $60.55 to 150. I'm not buying CoreWeave. But if I look at this, and I look at the damage that's being caused, and trying to put put something together for you guys to say, "Here's what's happening. Here's why it might make sense where even though the fundamentals say that these stocks could go higher, we've had a massive rally." If you look at Micron, for example, look at this stock over the past So, it's down another 4.75% but year just year-to-date it's up 189%. So, I mean, it could sell off quite a bit and still have a monster year. And you're going to see profit taking as we get closer to the end of the year. Over the past year it's up 376%. Over the past 5 years, 1,250% life-changing gains on Micron. Now, we recommended this stock $85 or less back in December 2024. We recommended several times in that $100 and less area on this channel. Most of us in Discord took some profits when we got a little past the $1 trillion so close to $1,000 a share and it went all the way to 1255. Now, nobody timed that perfectly and trimmed 1255 but some of us trimmed, you know, 1150, 1200. And I still have half shares. I have a couple hundred thousand dollars of half shares in this and I'm riding it. But if I look at the technicals of where it could go and this is the first stock that if I didn't already have an overweight position in both growth portfolios, Micron is one where if I look at this chart, this shows you it's parabolic. You don't want to chase air pockets. This is a massive rip from basically $100 up to 1254. That's that's an insane parabolic move. So, if you look at the chart, does it make sense that the stock sells off? You guys know if you watch Chart Day every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern, 50% retracements are not unusual. Now, I've already marked up the chart cuz we talked about this yesterday on Chart Day but that 50% retracement somewhere in here and you draw a circle around it, I expect Micron to get in this circle. It doesn't have to go all the way to the bottom of the circle but it's going to get somewhere in this circle. And this is generally where I DCA in this area. Not financial advice but if I didn't own Micron, if this did a 50% retracement, you saw it happen with Sterlite. Sterlite did the same thing. We said 50% retracement, you DCA that area and the you never know exactly where it's going to go. I can look at different areas on the chart and say, "Well, the 200-day simple moving average is 714." Or the previous low here was 737. So, it literally just went to 737 in July, ripped back to $1,100, and now it's back here. Could it retest that 750 area? You know, could it hit something like the top of this, which is closer to 850? I mean, yeah, we're at 870 in the premarket. So, you're probably going to get somewhere below 850. And this range goes way down here. I'm not saying it has to get down here, but you could see the stock come in this yellow circle. And if I didn't own it, if I wasn't overweight, it'd be an opportunity, perhaps, to buy Micron stock. Now, we talked briefly about the Neo clouds, and I posted something yesterday about, you know, Coreweave, Iron, MBIS. These stocks right here are down big. And someone said, "I noticed that you purposely left out Oracle." Well, yes, Oracle is building and has a part of a business Neo cloud, but it's like comparing apples and oranges. Oracle is an established company that pays a dividend. It's becoming a hyperscaler. Oracle is going to be a winner long-term because it's going to be a hyperscaler. The winners long-term are hyperscalers. And that's basically what this is saying here is that if I go to 2030, it's going to be very difficult for these companies to continue to burn cash. Now, again, I'm saying that this is probably a little bit overdone here. I'm not buying the stock, but I do agree with the logic that if I think longer term, the winners are going to be those ecosystems. Oracle deals with the Fortune 1000, has an ecosystem, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, it's plug and play. I worked at Oracle within the ecosystem for 10 years. I understand the company. I'm not sitting here saying that everybody should buy Oracle stock, but that is one stock that I'm buying. It's the only stock I'm buying in my main portfolio. I have a 2% position, a little over. I'm down roughly 7% on Oracle. I'm adding this in because I'm actually down 3.68% less than 4% on Oracle. It's 2.28% of the account. Last price was 131. My cost basis is $136.63. I dollar cost average. I bought some more this morning here pre-market at 127.77. Market just opened. It's 128. Could it go lower? Yes. Cuz if you follow Discord, you know on the watch list here, Eric's watch list, I told you that the S2, the updated Fibonacci's, S2 121.90, S3 107.01. Does it have to go to those levels? It doesn't have to. Could it? Yes. If I'm buying this stock, I want to DCA in this range. And And honestly, I think that this is like 140 or less DCA. If I'm thinking a couple years out, I'm more than likely going to make money on this stock. Does it mean everybody should buy it? No. Are there concerns? Are there worries about debt? Yes, all those things are true. But I can't compare it directly to a Coreweave. They're completely different businesses. Please do some homework before you attack me in the comments saying you don't agree. I'm not here to hurt you and your money. I'm here to help you. If you own the stock, if you own those other stocks, I hope they do well for you. I'm telling you I think it's overblown. I don't have to own the stock for us to be friends, right? So, Oracle's is one where I'm buying this in the main. I can't give you financial advice. I can't tell you what to buy. The stock never should have been $340. This is an air pocket. That air pocket has collapsed. And this is the area that I want to buy stocks. When they come below trend lines, when they they come below moving averages, when they get to these Fibonacci S2's and S3's, these are the areas that I want to buy stocks. As a long-term investor thinking two, three, four, five years out, buy, hold, monitor. Is Oracle perfect right now? No. Thing is, I own a lot of these other stocks at a lot lower prices. And that's how I buy. Once I have a full position, I'm not just going to to piling in because I'm disciplined to my blueprint methodology. You have to understand what I'm trying to do before you judge it cuz it works. The other stock that I'm buying and I I personally again, I'm not I'm not a financial advisor. I can't tell you what to do with your money. Not financial advice. Broadcom, I've owned this stock since 2018 in the main. I'm not buying in the main, I'm buying in the community portfolio. That community portfolio is a new portfolio we started in 2022 from zero. It's over $600,000 now. You can see the S3 is 315. And this stock could easily, you know, go lower than where it's at at 337. You know, the previous S3 is 301. I think psychologically that $300 level would be a decent area of support. So, I've got the bottom of this and this is one tool in the tool belt. Never never reason to buy or sell a stock. If I look at the risk reward, if I think it has a solid floor at say 290, the bottom of this red line, and I think it's possible it goes back to all-time high say $500. And it might take two or three years. This is favorable risk reward in my opinion. I want to buy here and I want to ride this up. Buy, hold, monitor for two, three years. Now, I understand the AI fears, right? Oh my gosh, AI capex is drying up and everything. The next segment here is going to give you my take. Here are my thoughts. Now, before I get into that, if you're new here, make sure you subscribe to the channel, click that bell for notifications, drop me a like, drop me a comment if this kind of content helps you. So, in Discord this morning, Eric's watchlist, hyperscale earnings very soon. We're in earning season already. That's going to give us a clean read whether or not AI capex is still accelerating. Now, I expect these numbers and the guidance to reinforce higher up into the right trajectory rather than challenge it. If that's wrong, of course, the market's going to go much lower. The market's selling off for a lot of macro reasons, especially inflation-related. But, Taiwan Semiconductor's reported, we talked about earlier, crushed it. And they're they're saying that, hey, demand is off the charts. 2026 to 2028, even more significantly higher. So, there will be a cycle to this, guys, but I think we have another year. Especially if I look at President Trump, you're going to be towards the end of that in 2028. I think 2027 can still be a good year. I think that there's a chance that the market can always go lower from here. But, if I think if I think of next year in 2027, if we can get inflation under control, if we can tame interest rates, get those down, you could have a good year. Now, on the other side of that, there are a lot of risk where you could support a bear thesis, too. The nice thing about it is we went either way. We were in these stocks way before everybody else. We've taken profits. I'm sitting on 12% cash. If it wants to go lower, I can put that cash to work. Now, speaking of putting cash to work, I'm editing this into the video because as the video was being made, I bought some AAOI, Applied Optoelectronics, got into my buy range. I bought some in the community portfolio at $76.47. Of course, never financial advice, but this S3 Fibonacci is $79.98. So, anything under the S3, in my opinion, 75 area, is a long-term opportunity. Of course, not financial advice, and this stock is highly speculative. If it wants to go higher, I'll trim. And I'm going to take that cash and convert it into those dividend stocks that I've been doing in the dividend portfolio. The last part of this, although I'm not a fan of the Neo cloud model long-term. I've been very vocal about this for a long time telling you not to buy those kind of stocks. I do think it's overdone at least with the the kind of the the the fud and the fear-mongering of it. I'm not saying that they're necessarily buys right now, but I do think that some of it is overdone in terms of the narrative. You know, saying that these are all going to go out of business. I think that's a little bit of a stretch. Nobody can tell for sure 2030 what's going to happen. It reminds me a little bit of early this year the SaaS apocalypse narrative, where all software is going to zero, that all these companies are going to zero. The actual demand signals are pointing the other direction. They're showing that these companies can definitely grow. I mean, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to look at something like for example, just look at Iron. It's growing at 142%. If I look at like NBIS, this thing's growing at 371%. You know, obviously, there are issues with these companies 105%. When you think of the long-term model and having to constantly spend CapEx, you know, could some of these companies go belly up later? Absolutely possible. And I'm not buying these stocks and they're they're drifting lower, right? But if I look at the narrative and what's being pumped out there, these stocks never should have been as high as they were in the first place. Look at when this thing came to market, guys. 2025 in March. You know, right after the whole Trump tariff deal, it rips up and it's basically been a downward trajectory since that that peak in June 2025 around $185 a share, all right? So, for specific companies like the ones I mentioned today and others, I think that this could be a buying opportunity for long-term investors. Now, most of these stocks I own at lower prices and you have to do what's best for you and your portfolio. So, this is not financial advice. If your risk tolerance says to run away from AI, do what's best for you. I'm not your money manager. I appreciate you guys watching. Have a great rest of your day. We'll see you.
