Earning season is starting and it's probably the most important one we've had in a while. This week we already have Netflix, SpaceX, Tesla, Meta. Next week we have Amazon, Google, Intel, Reddit, Robin Hood, SoFi, PayPal, you name it. But this is an earning season where you could really see who's going to perform quite well from here on out and whose stock that is already under pressure could stay under pressure and underwater for quite a while. Of course, the big question here in this earning season is going to be about AI. Whether it's a company that are spending a lot or it's the companies that are supposed to sell a lot. So, semiconductors, hyperscalers, AI clouds, neoclouds, etc. But that doesn't mean that all the other companies don't exist, right? We have a Reddit for example has nothing to do with capex has something to do with AI data licensing deals with increasing ARPO advertising spend monthly active users and all of that. So it's going to be a very very interesting earning season and right now the market well the market seems to be all over the place. I'm filming this before the market opens on Tuesday and this is basically what we've seen on Monday. Why am I showing you this? Well, this is what we see on Monday. We see a lot of green names. We're like, "Oh, cool. A little rebound." But no, if I look at pre-market action on Tuesday, this is what we're see. It's a market that's all over the place as of right now, which is why the earnings season, the results, the comments are going to be so important because having these flip-flopping days every single time, questions in the headlines, no answers as of right now, this is not a healthy market at the moment. And we spoke about this already in Sunday's video. This might look like a bull market, but plenty of names are already in a bare market and have been for quite a while. So, in today's video, let's focus on four names that I think are fairly cheap and reasonable priced as of right now before they report their quarterly figures. Just choosing four. Of course, there are many others out there. Now, before jumping into this video, if you enjoy this type of videos, you know what to do. Hit all the buttons. Would really appreciate that. want to support me even further. Do check out the link down in the description and in the pin comment to the top 10 best stocks to buy now or go to full.com/gouchinvestor. Thank you very much. So name number one is a name that we haven't covered in quite a while and I was actually surprised to see that this name is down so much and that's C Limited. A company worth $54.7 billion. Year to date is down 31% and is experiencing a draw down of around 36.5%. It's a company that's also not that expensive actually on a trading PE 34.6 times. If you look at forward 21.1 times, peg ratio just over one here. Price to free cash flow 12 times on a forward basis. Let's look at how fast this company is growing and is expected to grow because if I remember correctly, this is still a growth company and it's growing actually in a more profitable way than before. So if we have a look at revenue growth, we can see that over the past couple of quarters, we've seen revenue growth that is quite close to 40%, if not exceeding 40%. For the upcoming quarters, we can see that for the upcoming quarter, we're looking at close to 35% year-over-year growth. then 30 let's say two consecutive quarters of 30% growth and then still mid 20% all the way to well the same quarter next year to reach $10.1 billion in just one quarter. If we look at this on an annual basis and we look further out, we can see that this $54 billion company is expected to generate $31.1 billion in revenue this fiscal year, growing close to 36%, then expected to grow close to 23% the next fiscal year, and then only apparently only 17.3% growth to reach close to $45 billion in fiscal 28. Free cash flow wise, the story is a bit different and that's also probably because Coney is growing a lot more than before and is becoming a bigger chunk of their own revenue. I did see a report where they might be looking to spin off Coney to make it a publicly traded entity which is quite interesting but as of right now you can see that free cash flow is not really expected to move that much. Looking at what the market is expecting or has expected before and how big of a beat we actually got here, you can clearly see that this is a company that has been beating analyst expectations quite comfortably for quite a while. We've had one small miss here March quarter of 2025 by just under 1%. But over the last two quarters, we've had beats close to 10%. Right now, the market is looking at just over $8 billion in revenue. As for EPS, let's see if the story here is the same. No, story is the exact opposite with EPS with profitability. This is a company that actually misses analyst expectations, but analysts are still looking close to 97 cents for this quarter. As for EITA for the quarter, we are seeing here, yes, we are still seeing quite a lot of beats, big ones as well. This quarter, analysts are expecting $974.4 million. The thing with AC limited is that this is a company that clearly is still growing a lot. It's of course entering market has entered market with shopppee that are dominated by other players. For example, in South America, of course, Marcado, Libre, you have Alibaba, you have Amazon, you have other players there as well. But even in Southeast Asia, in Asia, you still have Pindu Duo, Alibaba, and all the others. In certain markets, I believe in Taiwan, you also have Coupang. So, it's definitely a company that has a lot of competitors, but despite all of that, it still is performing quite well as a business. Profitability wise, of course, free cash flow, as we've seen, it's not really going to grow that much. But the business is definitely being run much better today than 3, four years ago. And as of right now, yes, it seems to me that this is an oversold stock. Seems to me that you can buy this name at the same price that it was two quarters ago. Way lower than where it was a quarter ago. Moving on to the next one. And here as well, this is a name that you can buy today at the same price it was before they reported their past earnings report 3 months ago. We were also at $343. Of course, then they reported the quarterly figures and the stock did drop around 7% reach $315. But hey, 3 months later, did did this company become a worse company or not? Well, let's actually have a look here. So, year to date, this is an underperforming stock compared to the markets only up 7.7% experiencing a draw down of around 15%. Trading PE here is a bit irrelevant because you do have those one times impact, but that sits at 17.1 times. The forward one sits at 25.5 times, peg ratio of 1.6. Of course, price to free cash flow is negative because we've had a negative quarter of a free cash flow, which is also something that the market is going to look at right now. Are we going to see more quarters or and how many quarters of negative free cash flow? Let's first have a look at revenue growth. This is a company that is still expected to experience an acceleration in revenue growth for the next couple of quarters. Not by much, but still a Google that's growing close to 25% for three quarters. It's not too bad, right? Not too bad because the dollar amount does get bigger and bigger. Now, what about free cash flow? Well, we can go and have a look at free cash flow. Of course, all of this is available to you on fiscal.ai, proud partner of the channel. If you use my link, you'll get 15% off. And if you're a new user, well, you'll get Fiscal Pro for free for the first two weeks. and you can try everything out, especially during earning season. It is probably the best platform to use because whenever something comes out, especially if it's a very popular name, you'll get it in the next 5 to 10 minutes or so. Now, free cash flow last quarter negative 5.8 billion. This quarter it's expected to be also negative 3.7. Quarter after that 4.6 expected to be negative free cash flow here for the next year. Of course, if somehow the other parts of the business are suddenly showing an acceleration in growth, a real acceleration in growth, maybe that might help with a little surprise here. Maybe they might come out with a quarter where free cash was actually positive. Because if we have a look at the cloud business, Google Cloud has grown by 81.8% last quarter, $24.7 billion. Would it be crazy to say that we're going to see now 100% growth year-over-year? I think it's possible. I think this is a business that still is undervalued. You can get it by just buying the whole of Google, but in my opinion, this is still a business that is undervalued. It is growing very quickly and it is of course becoming more profitable. Right? This is Google Cloud's margin. It's growing over 80%, might double this quarter. And yet we're also seeing margin expansion. We're also going to see start of 2027 the TPU business how well that's doing. So in my opinion, a Google is still going to be one of the best names to own. Not only because one, it's a super profitable business to its core. Two, it has a lot of cash on its balance sheet. And three, if we do enter, I don't know when, but if we do enter a huge correction across the board, do you think do you think Google comes out of it as a better company or as a worse company? I think owning a name like a Google makes you sleep well at night. Looking at how Google has performed over the past couple of quarters compared to analyst expectations here as well, seems like analysts still cannot figure out Google. They've been beating expectations by over 2% for quite a while for revenue EPS- wise. What's going on there? Probably a bit of Yeah, all over the place again with those investments that they're making. This is this is what what we're going to see. Not going to be surprised to see another uh big jump here with free cash flow. I think this is where last quarter was a big red Yeah, red candle right here. A bit all over the place with free cash flow. We'll see what happens with capex. We'll see how big Capex is going to be. We're expected to see a number closer to $55.3 billion. But then again, are we going to be shocked by it? Probably not. Well, hopefully not. By now, I think everybody is supposed to understand what's going on here. Moving on to the next one, and that's Voyager Technologies. I've covered Voyager Technologies at around the same price. I think it was at $22 or so before the big jump. Now, this is a name that's down close to 10% year to date, but has been slashed in half from the recent highs. This is a company now only worth 1.53 billion. Profitability is not something that you have to look at as of right now. There is a DCF available to all of you for free. You can check that one out. There's also a link below. This is a company where I do have a small position in my e Toro portfolio which you can also follow. There is a link uh below. There are some other small positions there as well. But Voy Technologies is a name that you can also own right now at the same price or close to the same price as 3 months ago. And here as well, has this become a worse company than 3 months ago? The answer to me is clearly no. Has the growth potential here changed over the last three months? The answer here as well to me is no and has actually maybe become even better. This is a company of course it's very small. So the revenue base is is very small which is why you're seeing tripledigit growth over the next couple of quarters. Right? No surprises there. Over the next couple of years let's see what the market is expecting this company to do. Still expected to grow quite a lot to reach close to a billion dollars in revenue by fiscal 28. Now, the the reason why companies like this are worthy of being on your watch list, maybe already in your portfolio, is because the total addressable market is so big. You get to enter here at a $ 1.5 billion valuation or if you bought it two weeks ago at a $2 billion valuation, it's worth maybe unless it's a very bad company and execution isn't there, but it's worth looking into it because to me, it's very simple. And it's the same thing that we've said with a rocket lab and with a Nebus and with so the other small companies that have become significantly bigger right now is small company today very good strategic partnerships with key players in the defense space in space with Palanteer with Andrew and with many others out there as well company huge growth potential of course execution is key you're not going to go from barely generating $300 million in revenue to billions of dollars in the future, if you're not a well-run company if you don't execute right. But since we're starting here with a $ 1.5 billion market cap, yes, maybe it's worth it because you don't need it to become a hundred billion company. If it becomes a $10 billion company in the future, I think you've done quite well with this investment. Now of course since this is a small company right now if we look at free cash flow or even operating profit operating profit even by 2028 fiscal 28 it's still going to be negative. So of course if we go to free cash flow as of right now we're still expected expected to reach maybe break even maybe break even by fiscal 28. So again this is not a story of oh could it be profitable next year or the next two years. No, it's more of a story of can they continue to grow revenue very quickly, very aggressively for the foreseeable future in order to then become very profitable. If we look at the NIS expectations, $82 million for the quarter. Last quarter, they beat the NS expectation revenue-wise by 6%. But the quarters before that, they missed the estimates. As for APS, there's no really reason to look at that. So revenue to me when you look at these types of companies revenue is the most important. Can you accelerate revenue growth? Can you start to generate more and more revenue to make sure that the business is sustainable? Yes, this is a company of course that has raised money but this is also a company that is going after big contracts and huge opportunities and you get to buy it at the same price it was before the last earnings report. And as you can see, the last time they reported earnings, the stock then over a week or two doubled. Is this going to happen again? I don't know. And this is not why I'm including this in the video. I don't know what is going to do in the next 2 3 weeks or so. But as of right now, this seems to be like a company at $1.5 billion that does have quite a lot of growth potential. Moving on to the last one here, and yes, it's going to be again Nebuse. Why? because I don't feel that all of this pullback with Nebus is overblown. Right now, you get to buy Nebuse at $44 billion. Year to date, of course, still up 80%, tremendous performance, and it's experiencing a draw down of 43.4%. Now, does that mean that we have to go back to $270 or so? No. But at $162 per share right now at the current growth rate and the acceleration that we're going to see, yes, I do think and I backed it up by buying more shares last week despite this being quite a big position for me as of right now. This is a company that is expected to go again when we're looking at these types of numbers. Execution is very important because when you go from $1.3 billion in revenue generated over the last 12 months to an expected $23 billion in fiscal 28, so 2 and a half years from now, it's quite a big jump and a lot of things can go wrong, but hey, a lot of things can go right as well. And that number might be much much bigger when we're going to look at the estimates maybe a year from now. This is also a company that's expected to generate close to $3 billion in operating profits in 2028. Looking at the analyst expectations, analysts are looking for $94 million in revenue for this upcoming earnings. $1.45 billion in the quarter after that. So clearly we're entering a stage where quarter over quarter we're going to see quite big jumps. As for capex, expect some big jumps as well. Look at this. We're looking at some huge jumps here in capex, over $7 billion in capex for the quarter, 8.5 the quarter afterwards. And then currently the expectations are for capex to be decreasing a little bit, although that seems to be a bit too wishful thinking. As for Eida, we're expected to see $350 million for the quarter. That's expected to jump to 670 and then $1.24 billion two quarters from now. This is a business that is in acceleration mode. This is a business that is doing everything everything they can to accelerate and grow faster than expected because they are seeing the opportunity in front of them. Of course, growing at this pace is quite costly. But the way that they've been raising money, the way that they've been doing these buildouts is in my opinion bestin class. Now they've also released more recently. By the way, Nebus is right under the 200 day moving average right now. Quite close to being oversold. And here as well, you are getting a cheaper price today than 3 months ago before they reported their previous quarterly figures. Of course, yes, the environment has changed. Cost of capital has gone up. Yes, that is true. But it's still a better company today than it was 3 months ago. Now they have released here the spot preemptable VM prices VM is virtual machines where we'll get to see the prices of B300s, B200s, H200s, H100s in various locations. You get to see here the last 7-day prices and the last day prices. We'll have a look at the last 7 days. The price here for the B300s is all over the like the fluctuations are quite crazy but over the last 7 days it has increased by 144%. Now, does that mean that you can now start to model out a full quarter based on these prices? No. And I've seen people talk, well, oh, if if this is what they're getting right now, then they must be generating billions of this is not how it works. As you can see, maybe in the next couple of days, the cost will be $2. We don't know. But this is quite good info to look at how long maybe one of these things does stay at a certain price. You get to look at the price history in all of the regions here for the B300s, B200s, H200, H100s as well. Here you can see there's quite a lot of fluctuations depending on the region. Go to live prices. Here you see across uh the board. What is of course the conclusion here is that prices have gone up. Prices have gone up on average. Not for everything but on average prices have gone up. which is why we've been talking about oh okay price per megawatt is going up so it should be helping a company like Lebuse that has not sold out capacity of course just because these companies have popped up in this video does not mean that you have to buy them maybe just put them on your watch list and wait for the earnings report that's the thing with earnings you don't have to buy before a company reports if it's really super cheap and you anyways want to buy shares you want to own shares of that company okay and then whenever they report, you get extra information. As you know, even if they beat, the stock might go down. So, do don't be shocked if that happens yet again. But I do think that the recent pullback in the market that we've had over the last week or two is quite good because now we're entering an earnings season where no, not a lot of these names are priced to perfection. So, the pressure on the stock's performance post earnings is a bit lower. Let me know what you think down in the comment section below. Like, subscribe, all of that. See you all in the next one. Bye-bye. [music] [music] >> [music]
