She voted against the ban. Then two days later, she went shopping. On July 22nd, the House of Representatives voted to ban members of Congress from buying individual stocks and it passed 232 to 198. Nancy Pelosi, however, voted no. And two days later, on July 24th, she bought a stock called Bloom Energy. 4 days after that, she bought more. on the very day Bloom was scheduled to report earnings. That night after the closing bell, Bloom Energy posted the biggest quarter in the company's history. Now, this is the first time Pelosi has ever owned Bloom Energy. And this is not a nibble. 15,000 shares worth roughly $3 million. Then she added leverage, 200 call options worth another $4 million for a total of a $7 million leveraged bet on this stock. And the options, they don't expire until June of 2027, roughly 5 months after Pelosi leaves Congress. Today, I'm going to show you the details of this trade along with the other stocks she just bought, and why this is one of the most aggressive trades I have ever seen her make. Now, both of these stocks are near or below where Pelosi bought. So, if you want to follow her, there's still time. And if you're not a subscriber, what are you waiting for? Smash that subscribe button and I'll keep this stuff in front of you. Now, let's start with the options on Bloom Energy. When most people buy call options, what they are buying are lottery tickets. Some cheap out of the money bet that either pays 10 to one or what normally happens expires worthless. It goes to zero. That's not what this is. She bought calls with a $100 strike price. Bloom Energy was trading at $185. So these were deep in the money when she bought them. They were 10 to$15,000 per contract. And she bought 200 of them. Why would someone do that? Well, professionals call it stock replacement. It's basically just leverage with almost a year of runway left on the clock. And she did the same thing with Intel. 50 contracts, $50 strike with Intel trading around 92. So, she is building positions in these stocks, but using options to lever up. Let's look at the filing because I want you to see how this played out. This is the official periodic transaction report filed with the clerk of the House of Representatives. Now, this filing went public on Monday, August the 24th. This covers trades that took place here in late July. Now, Congress typically, thanks to the Stock Act, has 45 days to report that publicly. Pelosi did us kind of a parting favor in her final year in office, gave us this trade a little bit early. But look, look at how aggressive she was in here. Okay, so started out purchasing uh here on the 24th 10,000 shares of stocks. Let's mark this up on the chart as we're doing this because it's important. uh it'll play a role in how this played out. Okay, so this is Bloom Energy over here on the right. Okay, it's had a monstrous run over the last 12 months from 20 to 360 and then it got absolutely head whacked here in July. So, here's her trades. Started out, as we said, 10,000 shares uh on the 24th. That was right here on this day at around somewhere between 185 and 215 right here uh on this day. And then at the same time she bought you see right here 100 call options with a strike price of 100 expiration of June 17th. So, we got 100 calls and 10,000 shares on that day. Okay. Now, what happens after that? Well, the stock I'm guessing she bought in a morning here, call it 200 to 210, falls to 190, falls to 180, falls to 170, 160 um in anticipation of this earnings report. So, look what they did. I say they, she and Paul, Paul Pelosi probably made these, not not Nancy, right? [snorts] So, here on the 28th, another 5,000 shares. So, this is the 28th, that day right there, another 5,000 shares of stock. And you figured at at a buck 75, that's, you know, what is that? I don't know, million close to a million, 700,000. and then another 100 call options. Same 100 strike, same June 2027 expiration. So on this day, we get another 100 calls and 5,000 more shares. So really really doubled down. Now this first day uh was, you know, call it 34ish million, four or five million. This day was probably two or three million. So really really heavy in there. And wouldn't you know it, they beat on earnings. They beat on revenue. They raised fullear guidance on robust AI demand. And the very next day, the stock jumps and jumps and jumps and rallied from 167 all the way to 250, but has since pulled back. So, it's still back here in the range where she started buying. All right. Then she went into Intel. Same time, and these two are linked. I'm going to show you this in a second. Here's Intel again. It's had a phenomenal uh first half of 26. Pulled back in a big way a lot of along with a lot of the other stuff, the memory, the the semis, all this that pulled back big uh in July and went in for 10,000 shares on July 24th, which is again right here. and at the same time went in for 50 call options with a strike price of 50. So she's going in, call it roughly a million dollars into Intel and roughly 7 million into Bloom Energy. Now, by the way, that $5 Black Ops special I mentioned is still going on. A ton of stuff, no strings. It's just five bucks. Be sure to get signed up for that. Okay, now back to Pelosi. What does a member of Congress actually know that you don't? Well, I went digging into this one and the answer kind of surprised me. The week before those trades, the House Energy and Commerce Committee was marking up seven separate bills. One of them about who pays for the electricity that AI data centers are swallowing. July 21st, the big one, the Rate Payer Protection Act cleared committee 52 to nothing. 52. This Congress can't agree on lunch. They went 52 and0 on this one. Okay. And during that markup, a congressman from California argued out loud that on-site power generation could actually bring everybody else's electricity bill down. On-site power generation, that's what Bloom Energy sells. They build fuel cells to sit right next to a data center and make electricity on the spot so the operator never has to wait for the grid. And here's the kicker. Bloom Energy's own lobbying disclosure for that quarter was posted on July 20th. their in-house spending, how much money they gave to influence politicians at $470,000, a company record, up 42% from the quarter before. That filing named the Rateayer Protection Act for the very first time. And all this happened in the same week. Now, Nancy Pelosi does not sit on Energy and Commerce. She has no committee assignments at all this Congress. She doesn't need any. She ran that chamber for eight years. She's the most influential person in DC. And here's the thing, every single thing I just described is public. The markup was on the committee calendar. The vote count is posted on their website. The lobbying disclosure sits in a free, searchable government database. None of it is hidden. But it's all in different obscure locations. And most people don't take the time to look. Which brings me to intel because the intel half of this filing tells you the same story from the other direction. The United States government owns a piece of Intel. 435 million shares bought around $20 and change back in August 2025. Just under 10% of the company. By late July, that stake was worth roughly $42 billion. Congress created the program that made that happen. Congress writes the tariffs protecting Intel's factories. Congress funds the defense chip program that releases the rest of those shares. So, one filing, two stocks. One of them powers AI data centers. The other one makes the chips that go inside them. And Washington has its hands on both. Now, let's go back to that expiration date because this is the part I really want you to sit with. Both of these options, the Bloom calls and the Intel calls, expire on June 17, 2027. NY's term ends January 3rd, 2027. So, in about four months, she will not be a member of Congress. she won't be covered by the stock act and there will be no disclosure when she sells. So whatever happens to those options between January and June of 2027, nobody outside the Pelosi house is going to know. Now, I'm not telling you that's why she picked the date. I have no idea why she picked that date. I'm telling you what it means. And look, I'm not saying run out, buy Bloom Energy right now just because Pelosi did. There are no guarantees. But this woman has one of the best investment track records in Congress. Hell, she has one of the best track records on Wall Street. She has vastly outperformed the market for more than a decade. There are tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars in autopilot programs tracing her trades. And today, we have an opportunity to piggyback what could be some of her biggest and her last trades in office at prices near or below what she paid. But the reason I'm covering this isn't the copy trade. It's it's the whole thesis sitting underneath it. Data centers need power faster than the grid can hand it to them. Congress is actively writing the rules for who pays for that power. And a family with 38 years of experience reading that town just put 7 million leverage dollars behind that idea in a company they have never owned a single share of.
