So, we've been having fun talking about the best stocks to buy now over the last few days, and it was a heated topic when dealing with Congress. Both Democrats and Republicans out there have to file. I have shown you people who are willing to take hundreds of days of of fines of $200 a day. There was uh millions and millions of dollars moved around. But at the end of the day, I think a lot of people realize that they're the people in Congress are privy to a ton of information, uh, possible expenditures by the government, businesses that will most likely get contracts, all this, that, and the other thing. They are breaking no laws that I know of. And of course, they are they're doing their thing. So, what I have decided to do is to put it all together in one massive presentation for you. We've talked about the top couple of people in Congress and I did a video on that before this. Then we did the Nancy Pelosi special where we know she is considered one of the best investors out there bar none. And of course that includes spouse help all of it together and we talked about that in a prior video before that. And now this is the accumulation. This is the last one. This is the massive best stocks to buy now based on not the best Wall Street people. Not based on Warren Buffett, not based on those who grew up with finance, went to the top, Harvard, MIT, Yale, Chicago, all of it. No, these are Congress folk. These are the folk who beat hand over fist, crush retail investors. How how do they got all this this great investing knowledge? The million-doll question, right? I'm not here to you guys debate that. Should we ban Congress from trading stocks that can only buy ETFs? Maybe, maybe not. I don't know. Let you guys debate it. Hit the like, hit the subscribe. We got a lot to talk about in this video. And I can tell you right now, it's going to be a wild video. Uh we're going to talk about the top 10 stocks. Put it all together. Did a massive amount of research. went through all of Congress and we found uh through I want you to read this 189,595 disclosures. That's right. The power of the computer has allowed us to go through to all the way from 2012 to 2026. One stock is held by 137 members of Congress. Here is the whole list. I'm going through it all for you. This is one of the most comprehensive videos probably ever made and I hope you enjoy it. And it took me forever to do it. And now we got now. But the biggest news I got is today's the last day for the free trial to sign up. You got today. This is it. This is it, folks. Everything changes after today. You got today to sign up. It's the cheapest way we can do it. 25 2759. You're in forever. All right, folks. Take advantage of it. Take advantage of it. Now, let's get into it. 10 stocks. What do we got? Trades are public. We know we went through overund and something thousand files. That's right. You heard me correctly. You guys know I'm an old stats professor. Now I'm here on YouTube helping you guys out. An old financial adviser on top of it. Put it all together. I know what I'm looking for and we found it. Trades are public. Holding holdings are much blurriier. The stock act requires a report for every transaction within 45 days. Understand? That's the data I was looking at. Annual holdings reports exist but use enormous ranges so nobody can total them precisely. I can't tell you the exact dollar amount. They give us ranges. So, the honest measure is how many members have traded a name. That helps me. So, I thought to myself, let's go through over a decade worth of info. Find out what stock is the most popular. All that, this, and the other thing. And I love it. I thought it was a really cool project. How many total filings that stock generate is the closest thing to a group portfolio exist? And I hope this gets shared. I hope this video gets liked. I hope it gets shared. It is awesome. Every amount is a ban. Never an exact number. I can't tell you the exact number. A filing says 1,00 to,500 not 7412. Like it doesn't tell me the exact number. Aggregate congressional volume is estimated 8 billion and up. But a pre precise total is not possible. Different trackers publish different numbers. I'm trying to just go through as much as I can and come up with it. But here it is without further ado. Boom. Top 10 ranked by total disclosed filings inund. Let me let me just just so everybody understands. 189,000 filings to go through all of this for you. Boom. There it is. Total filings that had Microsoft in it. 2100 2,100 filings. 127 members own Microsoft. It is your number one congressional holding. You want to know the top 10? Here it is. Apple 37 members own Apple. Total filings though, 1873. 1,873. Amazon. This is one of my favorites. I want to buy all I can get of this. Uh 110 members, 1,293 filings. There you go. Nvidia only 66 members. Are you freaking kidding me? No. 1,69 total filings. Uh, Alphabet Google, another one. It kind of shocked me. Only 82 members, 99. JP Morgan Chase, 73. This shocked me that it's that many. But then I thought about how much they they go out there and they um uh have their their the spending. The banks have that for the Clarity Act and how much they've been spending. And uh all the banks together, we know JP Morgan's the biggest of the banks, so we know they have a good uh relationship with the politicians. 802 filings. All right. Meta Platform 68. We know big the big tech also has that good relationship. 754 filings. Tesla 59 members, 691. Intel 71 members, 623 filings. And Walt Disney, are you kidding me? Go get it. Walt. Uh 64 members own it. 589 filings. Not one energy healthcare defense industrial name appears anywhere in the top 10. It's mega cap tech, internet, media, and a single one single bank, the largest in the country, JP Morgan. Folks, I want you I'll take my face off this, screenshot it. That is what you need to know. That is the truth. That's crazy, but it is. Uh Microsoft and Apple are in a class of their own. Look at this. Massive disclosed filings 2100 1873. Wow. That's just crazy. That is more than Tesla, Intel, and Disney combined. It's been the number one name for most of the last decade. Think about Warren Buffett. I think was his Apple the largest holding he had. It was almost 40% of his portfolio at one time. Put that in there where and that's Birkshshire Hathaway. one of the largest companies in the world. Um, and now you got Congress that I'm showing you. Apple was one of their main buys. It still is the drop off after Nvidia. You guys can see this and then it starts to drop off. There you go. All right. Apple is the most widely owned, not Microsoft. So, understand this. Apple has 137 members that own it and Microsoft has 127. Now the filings the the filings per owner that is where Microsoft gets 16.5 filings each and Nvidia 16.2 2. Apple's 13.7. It's the most Apple is the most widely owned, not Microsoft. 140 members traded. I want you think about this number. 720 million in one year. Total disclosed congressional trading in 2025 across 14,451 separate transactions. 140 members trading out of a 535. Participation has run between 125 to 154 members a year since 2021. Shocked it's not everybody, you know. I'm shocked. 2023 was the peak. 890 million and only 11,253 trades. It's after co everybody was rolling in fat stacks, even those in Congress. About half own stocks. Half of the around 48% of the 119th Congress holds individual stocks. About 46% hold only funds and ETFs. That's one of the things we're watching. Congress sold more than it bought in 2025. That's scary. That's scary. I want you guys to think about what I just said. You know how I do the inside trading in the Discord. We have the um I show you the people who are on the boards. Inside trading being CEOs, COOs, you know, chief revenue officers who are buying their own stock. They either buy or they sell. That's the insider uh they make massive trades. They either buy or sell. If they're selling, it usually unless there's a good reason, it shows weakness. If they're buying, it usually sees value where others don't. Well, Congress is another example where I believe that Congress sold more than it bought in technology, in financials, in healthcare. Why would they do that? I remember I don't have individuals, but I can show you all of this. That tells me these are the sectors that I may not want to be a part of if they're selling so hard in 2025. And um I didn't this is the find I didn't expect across technology, financials, and healthcare. Congress sold more than it bought. scary when it's technology. Congress has been selling Nvidia all year and we know they just had this week the longest the longest uh seven straight days down and then they had their earnings and we know what post earnings what happened there. Wowzers. In 2026 there's been 17 buy orders and 23 sell. I'm watching it. Nvidia is one of them ones that as the more it gets sold it's so hard to ignore. Most of the activity is small, just tiny, 1,000 to 15,000 a trade. The recent selling was much bigger than the buying. Across 2012 to 2026, only 66 members have ever filed on Nvidia. Wouldn't you think that'd be so much more being that what it is? Four names drive a huge share of the activity. We talked about some of these old rows in the last one. We talked about Richard. Uh we got Michael and Lisa here. Not stated volume. We don't know, but 59 million, 85 million, 79 million. Massive amount of money. Wow. Congress as a group owns what everybody owns. As a group. There you go. This is not a secret portfolio. It's the same mega cap list most retail investors already hold. You can let me know in the comments which one you hold. Concentration is the real signal, not anyone ticker. The top 10 is entirely [snorts] mega cap tech, internet, media, and one bank. Keep an eye on that. If we made a portfolio based on Congress alone, these would be the 10. All right. anything you start getting down to 20 or 40, you might as well just buy the Q's or the S&P 500. Uh data ages slowly, which is an advantage. There you go. The limits of every number in this video. These are measures of the filings, not current holdings. I can't tell you exactly what has changed since the data has come out that I have been able to research. Every dollar figure is built from the bands. I can't give you the exact number. Trackers disagree, and I showed you where, and I'm trying to help you with this. Nothing here is investment advice or an accusation. I'm just showing you what Congress is doing now. You have one day, you have today, you have hours left to take advantage of the 3-day free trial and code save. Get in there. First link down below. Like I said, join today. I am going to be trading this week. I am pumped. You can get access to it, my indicator, the live teachings, the learning lessons, all of it and more. And the new uh the daily newsletter as well. And lock in your price before the price increase. I will see you in the Discord.
