has rallied nearly 10% this month after a strong earnings report to discuss the company, the AI build out and the case for space investments. I'm joined by Sidney Armani, investor and founder, AI FinTech World Fund. Sidney, great to have you back on. Now, Nvidia just delivered $96.2 billion in quarterly revenue. That's up more than 100%. They saw their data center revenue up even more than that 117%. As you look at the numbers that they put up, what does it tell you about where we are in the broader technology investment cycle, and why does it have you looking beyond Nvidia? Yeah. Molly, good to be with you. Thanks for having me. Well, you know I believe in Nvidia is the best days are far from over. I mean just as you said you know but also 70% revenue their projection for 2028. So it's booming right now. And is it has helped that they have a monopoly on their code and some of the software, as you mentioned, about data centers and other things that they are doing. So Nvidia is a great, great, great stock and leading everyone and which is great thing. But like you said, there are other tech tech sectors coming ahead. And Sydney, has Nvidia essentially become proof of concept for what can happen when an investor identifies a transformational technology trend early enough? The people who have done so well investing in Nvidia. And I guess that leads me then to look at SpaceX, which is a conversation I'm having more and more about the space economy. And is this the next potential transformational technology space, or are people just getting excited about the concept of the cosmos and being in landing on Mars? Yeah, I know that we just put a satellite up there, you know, but no, it's it's it's because, you know, all this back, back, back, back, talk about, you know, what's going on in the data center and the community and also politics getting involved because of midterm elections. So the space is the right place to be. And so there are a lot of companies actually working on. So AI in space is a major emerging theme basically. So it's happening. There's a lot of other companies are working on it. And Sydney, what makes the space economy investable today? That wasn't the case five ish years ago because it wasn't anything that was looked at really favorably in just a short amount of time. But now we're seeing a lot of technological advancements. We're seeing commercial demand, certainly a lot of demand around space. Cost of launches is going down. I mean, what's the real driver behind this space economy becoming such an investable asset now? Yeah. No, it's it's just all for the future. But space is the right place to be for the data centers. And there are a couple of companies like Rocket Lab, you know, assembled. They're working on it, a space mobile, a STS they're the one actually leading, you know, behind the scenes. So space and data is the place to go and look at how many satellites we have. It's just something normal that we're communicating with the satellite. Same thing is going to happen with AI. You know, so more data centers which we're building, but we're going to be running out of the token. We're going to be running the space for the, you know, data centers. So a good place to be. And when people think space stocks, they think immediately what your first one was, Rocket Labs. They think of rockets and then going to outer space. But you also keep saying data and data centers. Is that really where the potential opportunities are now in these satellites, in data, in infrastructure, in the concept that we at some point could have orbital data centers? Yeah. No, it we could. And that's the plan actually. Elon Musk has, as we all know, the data centers in orbit is going to be there. But it's so many satellites out there, you know, but it's and I just read some article a couple of months ago about, you know, there's too many the traffic is so much, but they're working on it, you know, and another company in the planet lab. PL and that's a great company also on the satellite, but it's, it's, it's, it is a right place to be, you know, and they're building, there's some elements like Google and others, they're doing some data center in the sea, you know, just moving data center, but satellite and the data and, you know, space is the right place to be. And it's, it's working. So it's, it's a next wave of the, you know, AI communication and AI technology. And you mentioned AST space mobile and satellites there AST now trying to connect smartphones to satellites if they can scale that technology. Sydney how disruptive would that be to the traditional telecom industry as we know it? Yeah, good question, Molly, because I've been in telecom for many years back days of the, you know, the MCI and some other AT&T. But it's we always need telecom. And last time in the Silicon Valley 20 1997 and we built overbuilt with this fiber optics. And I think now as you can see, the war is happening. You know, they're trading that, you know, they go cut the cable, cut the, you know, all those fiber optics. But satellite is, is very difficult, you know, to do it. And we need every of these infrastructures that we can build over there. So it's here to stay and it's a good technology. It's working technology. And we need every of those satellite basically. So these companies are in the good, good way of good path. And Sydney, one of the obvious questions or maybe concerns is perhaps the better word here when it comes to these companies is valuation. Some of these space stocks have enormous expectations already embedded into their prices, despite being relatively early stage businesses. So as you look at them, how do you make the distinction between a genuine long term opportunity and a name that just caught up in the broader hype? No, no. And that's that's that's that that is, but I, we always looking at the hype and differentiate between the hype and actual make it. These are they have infrastructure. The infrastructure is work. And so they're building something that is needed in the future. So that's what we're looking at. You look at the, you know, actually the engineering and some, you know, track record. And, you know, there are some of them are very new, but they're not new in the industry. They're engineers that have been working in NASA other places. So they have a lot of experience, you know, space X, it's they have experience. So it's not just some startup basically, which is nothing wrong with the startup, but they are very professional. They know what they're doing as far as building the infrastructure. So Sydney, I'm going to ask you to pick your favorite child here. If you had to just pick one space stock that you could own as a long term investor, which one would it be? Yeah, I'll go with the Rocket Lab. And when I mentioned that that's a good company. And you know, it's a long term, you know, and I see that over there. But but there are other places, you know, we, I know we're talking about space, but we the last conversation I had with you, and I'm very much big on AI and healthcare, you know, which is that's, that's number one, you know, and there are some companies emerging in AI and healthcare that they're going to be great, they're going to be great, and it's going to be good for the patient doctors. So that's another industry or, you know, avenue that I look at also space. So it's not an Nvidia Cuda is all we got. We got to go to the different fraction of the other emerging technology which are not emerging. They've been around. So and Sydney, you say health care and I think Moderna over the last couple weeks of headlines. How do you feel about Moderna right now? I love it. You know what, if I may? So I mean, I had some experience. You know, I read a book, you know, about how AI saved my life, basically. I don't know if you see it here and let me show it over here so that I have experience, personal experience about, you know, here's my book. I have personal experience in Madura introduced this drug discovery is amazing. There are a couple of companies actually, you know, they're doing behind the scenes. They're not in the market. One of them, you know, tried discovery. They do molecules, you know, discovering AI. So Moderna is here's another one, you know, putting the vaccine for cancer, early cancer. But it's, you know, it's diagnosis is very important in healthcare. Sydney, always great to talk to you.
