if the Bitcoin community decides to change Bitcoin's 21 million, that would be a pretty serious breach of like scarce digital gold. In that case, my original investment thesis would be invalidated. Therefore, I might choose to exit my position.

Hey everybody, this is the digital asset investor and boy do we have some interesting stuff going on today. Florida Gators have got a Ripple partnership now where they're putting XRP on the field. We got the Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse talking BIS and gold. And we're going to talk about something I've always been saying on this channel where I think this is all leading. The Bitcoin maxis are going crazy over this Florida football thing and it's it's a glorious thing. the commodity super cycle and I believe XRP super cycle that's coming. Clarity Act Passage. We got more on that. Now, if you haven't done it, go to DAIXRP.com. You know the drill. There's two groups you can join. One, you get these videos early and you get them free of commercials. The other you get that and you get to join the exclusive Telegram networking group. Or you can join through YouTube by clicking join below any of these videos or you can join through X by hitting subscribe. Enjoy that intro. Ignition sequence starts. 6 5 4 3 2 1 zero. Liftoff. We have a liftoff. Okay, the market cooled off a little bit. Let's hit the refresh button. But it looks like it might be uh starting to warm up again. We're back to 141 XRP, 75 on the greed index, 2.69 trillion. Let's get on to the fun stuff. Brad Garlinghouse yesterday tweeted this out. A good reminder on how finance still works today. Central Bank of the Netherlands just spent months moving 11 billion in gold from New York to London. 70% of it never actually left the ground. It was sold in New York City, repurchased in London. This reminded me of a story from 2013. Germany took four years to move 6774 tons of gold worth 36 billion from vaults in Paris and New York. In the 10 plus years between those two stories, crypto went from 1.5 billion experiment to 2.7 trillion asset class financial infrastructure with real liquidity behind it. What did what didn't change? Central banks and a lot of the world frankly still moving value the way they did in the 1940s. Meanwhile, self-driving cars are navigating city traffic. AI has transformed how we work. Starlink gives you internet access from just about anywhere in the world. But the best way to move value isn't to actually move it. It's confounding. This is an ideal use case for crypto storing and then moving value instantly, securely around the world at little a at little to no cost. How are people still fighting this? And then he goes on, is is it any surprise that BIS is testing with the XRP ledger? Low fees check, fast settlement check, and proven track record check. I think they needed the proven track record, folks. I I know that it's been a long time in all this, but I think that the time period had to lapse so that this thing could be tested. Hack attempts could occur. They could try to take it down. They could get regulatory clarity. They could get all of the things out of the way. And I think this Florida thing that Ripple's doing is representatives of something much bigger. And we're going to get to that. But I was explaining to my kids yesterday. Do you guys realize there's only 100 billion XRP? 90% of the world isn't even in crypto, much less XRP. Those hundred billion are declining. They're burned on every transaction. this it doesn't Brad Garlinghouse has said it before it doesn't take a math genius to figure out what happens with this supply dynamic and now you're going to have XRP on that field anyway we'll get to that but I want to make another point I've said it for a long time make no mistake you've heard you've heard all the Bitcoin people cry that oh Bitcoin's better than gold and and illustrate that you got to move gold and all that and it's hard to move gold you can't take that through an airport and all that stuff they're right about what they're saying. But here's where they're wrong. I've always believed that they're going to solve the transportability problem of gold by putting it on the XRP ledger and maybe several ledgers, but I believe I make no mistake. Write it down. Re you there will be an RLG. Write it down. I think that's I think Brad Garlinghouse is hinting at that. Why would you not have provable gold on the XRP ledger that you can prove is yours and it can move in seconds instead of what he's describing here? That's where this is going. Gold's going to play a vital role. But when when uh the BIS news, by the way, came out, it reminded me of years back when Anthony Pompiano was on with Brad Garlinghouse. It was just a stupid interview. And I was and and Brad Garlinghouse was talking about XRP. As I recall, Pompliano says, "Well, why can't you just do that with Bitcoin?" Well, the BIS is doing this, they're doing this uh testing with XRPPL because you can't do it with Bitcoin. And everybody knows it. Anthony Pompiano knows it. The entire market knows what Bitcoin's limitations are. They've been lying to to they've been marketing this thing as something it's not. It is not the fix all. They know darn well that ex the XRP ledger and a handful of others are going to be the infrastructure of all of this. And I believe that the marketing that you're see this football stuff that you're seeing with Ripple is going is where they're about to flip the marketing switch and bring in the world population into all of this. I think that that it's significant. But let's go back to gold. Now here they're talking about how there's going to be a commodity super cycle. And I think they're right. and they're talking about it in the context of gold. But think about it for a minute. If you have a commodity super cycle, you've just had, I believe, the first man-made commodity has been designated. XRP is the at the top of the list, but that this handful of crypto are going to be designated commodities. It's almost like they've timed all this for the perfect moment. >> Gold is valuable. Gold isn't a maintained value. Gold is a real hard asset and we're looking and going into a commodity super cycle. I think a very bullish commodity cycle and gold a hard asset is still a commodity. Okay. >> How about a hard asset that's on the XRP ledger and the transportability problem is solved. >> And I think that >> what happens to both the value of gold it I I believe that would increase the value of gold. It makes it more valuable to be able to trans to solve that problem. And what would happen to the ledger that that gold is sitting on? >> Going to see commodities running and I don't care what interest rates are doing. It's going to go where people are going to go and say, "Hey, things are bad. let me go to that element of safety and get some hard assets that I can at least defend myself if something goes wrong and if the dollar fails or whatever could happen and go wrong because you know that I'm very negative the markets overall in the near term not you know okay and then there was also this clip right here about and I believe it's interesting because they're talking about how gold's about to be monetized I believe XRP is about to be monetized >> the annual in gold retrust report. This year's 20th edition back to the monetary future makes two particularly interesting arguments. One that gold is undergoing a process of remonetization gradually reclaiming a role in the global monetary system and that after gold's extraordinary run the next opportunity may lie in what he calls performance gold. What has changed that makes you believe we are witnessing the remonetization of gold rather than just a very powerful gold bull market? What's happened over the past few years that convinced you this is more than just another gold bull market? >> What you're at the moment seeing is what we call a creeping remonetization. So gold is actually gradually regaining monetary significance and this is happening not by decree but by function. And we have identified six different powerful drivers for that remonetization. What we are seeing now is if you talk to investors to institutional players to central banks in emerging markets for example countries that are used to stubbornly high inflation rates to weak currencies but it's just not natural to hold physical gold to have gold not as a satellite investment but really as the foundation of their portfolios. But when you talk to institutional players to central bankers and so on in the western world then most people will say it's just one investment. It has gone up in price. It is a satellite investment. It is a bubble. It doesn't pay any interest and all those things. So I think that this >> okay you we don't have to listen to any more of that but you get the point. I do I believe that that all along they've planned to solve this transportability problem and monetize gold and at the same time they're going to monetize crypto and specifically XRP. Now reminder from my sponsor Lantern Finance. People are going nuts for Lantern Finance folks. This is this the buy borrow die philosophy is what a lot of XRP holders including myself are going to do. I've gone in here and tested their loan platform myself. It is excellent. It you can literally get a loan in minutes and many people are doing it already. Um there's a million reasons different people might need access to cash right now but don't want to sell their XRP. This is really the safest solution I've seen out there. You send your XRP on, it goes into Bitco BitGo institutional custody and uh which is insured. But here's another feature that's that's important. You know, when you have a when you borrow against something, you can have a margin call if the price goes down a lot. These guys have, I believe it's a 72-hour uh window. You don't just a lot of these loan platforms they automatically liquidate you but it doesn't happen here. They give you they have like a 72hour grace period um if if you get in if the price gets below that that u the price where you'd get a margin call. So very these guys have done it in the safest way possible in my opinion. You can go to lanternxrploone.com. That'll take you right to this page and you can sign up. Um, I signed up and I plan on using it as we go forward. Um, now look at this. So, the XRP, Florida Gators are proud to partner with XRP. And this is so funny. It's so hilarious what's going on. Uh, Coindesk put it out. The Bitcoin maxis hate it. It's okay for the Bitcoin maxis to promote Bitcoin and have Sailor out there and all on CNBC every day promoting Bitcoin and you should buy Bitcoin. But we all knew this was just a matter of time before the one rose and it's driving them crazy. And by the way, I've been around Brad Garlinghouse enough to know, I won't use the word cocky, but he's a very confident businessman. And I don't think it's an accident that he chose to advertise XRP on a field of a team whose colors are also orange. Bitcoin orange. This guy has taken a lot of [ __ ] over the years, folks, from all these Bitcoin maxis. And I don't put it past him to give him the middle finger in uh without giving them the middle finger. This is a multi-year uh field logo deal with Ripple expected to generate 5 million annually for the Gator. It's what they told Yahoo Sports believed to the most lucrative in college football. You think any other football teams are going to want to cut a deal? And I said, "Well, hell has frozen over. I guess I'm a Spurer in Florida fan now, but War Eagle. I did go to Auburn, so I'm not a huge fan of the Gator, but I'll pull for them when they're not playing against Auburn, but I am looking forward to watching Auburn play them this year. I can't remember if Auburn's playing them at Florida where we'll see the XRP logo. I'd have to check the schedule, but I did give a personal thank you to Ripple and to Brad Garlinghouse. And Brad Garlinghouse actually liked the tweet. I gave them a specific thank you for not sponsoring Alabama football because there are some bridges that I just cannot cross. For those of you that don't know, Auburn and Alabama are it's probably the biggest rivalry in football. We hate them. They hate us. Maybe one day Auburn can actually have a good football team again so we can beat the living daylights out of them. The Bitcoin maxis came out and they're not too happy. This guy says he's embarrassed today to be a University of Florida alum. I said, "I'll see your embarrassment and raise you this." He's not embarrassed by all these ridiculous um AI slop videos from Michael Sailor and the constant marketing and the there is no second best and all that crazy talk this guy's done for all these years, but he's embarrassed by an XRP logo on a field when it's a better digital asset than Bitcoin. It was literally created to be better. And this guy says, "This is an absolute disgrace for historic University of Florida. 5 million a year is all it takes." Are you any Are there any UF alumni out there that want to pull some money together for crying out loud, the the Bitcoin B is orange. It would be a perfect fit. Sorry, buddy. XRP got the deal. The clown show did not. Dave Portoi of Bar Stool Sports who owns a lot of XRP. He sees rocket ships. He's all in. Love it. And then we had this. The stage is set. XRP logo right there. Um, now I can't play this video, but I'll let you watch it. It's got copyrighted uh stuff over the top of it. That is a beautiful thing watching them paint that XRP logo on the field there. Isn't it something else? I tell you what, after all we've been through, it's a glorious thing. Now, here, this is interesting. Um, the Baron of Beach Street, who is the official legend of the digital asset investor channel. He's notoriously got the greatest mullet in all of the XRP community. Nobody's comes even close. Um, but he uh he he li I think he lives in Florida, but he um this is one of he sent me this. This is one of his buddies that is on a radio show. They're in Florida. His buddy's in the lower left here. I'll blow it up so you can see him. When he f this guy is an XRP holder and he find they're doing their radio show about Florida football and he finds out XRP is going to be on the field. >> This is from the Orlando Sentinel. Uh Steve Spurer, Florida Field will prominently feature the cryptocurrency XRP. >> YES. >> TOMORROW. >> Do you hear this? >> I know I have XRP. I bought it like 10 years ago. >> Yeah. Well, this uh this is according So, it's going to begin tomorrow night against Florida Atlantic. >> Hell yeah. >> Athletic department. They signed a multi-year deal with Ripple to display the logo on the Gator playing service. Ripple, of course, the leading provider of blockchain solutions across traditional and digital finance. I hope you understood what I just said because I have no clue. >> I can't think of a better spokesperson for that than the old ball coach. >> I like the drinker is like here currency. >> As part of the agreement, the XRP logo will appear on each 25 yd line when John Summerall's Gator open the 2026 season against FAU. again. That is tomorrow night. The deal will be worth $5 million a year. That is among the largest in college sports. >> I love crypto. >> How awesome is that? By the way, let me tell you a funny story about Steve Spurer. I met him one time at a golf tournament. I pulled up my golf cart right beside him. My my wife's uh father played at Mississippi State. And so her father had always told me that they had played uh they had played Miss which is where I'm sorry not miss Florida where where Spurer played. And um he had always told me Spurer was the most athletic guy on the field. He was a quarterback. He was the kicker. He did it all. He's just an athletic guy. And so I pulled up and I told him that on the golf cart. I told Spurer that. And u I said, "Yeah, my my father-in-law played you in the Liberty Bowl. He was playing for Mississippi State and Spurer, he he listened to me. He looks up like this and he sat there and thought for a second and he said, "Yeah, we beat them in that game." And he drove off. This guy, he's exactly who you see on TV. He is nothing but a competitor and all he cares about is winning. He didn't have anything nice to say. It was just, "Oh yeah, we won that game." And drove off. U Okay, check it out. I was watching Kansas play football last night. And the XRP logo is on them, too. So, it's not just Florida. We get to enjoy Kansas as well. Now, look, uh, IT Trust Capital, who is my sponsor, is promoting their queue. They're about to do, if you look at this, um, AI formulated quantitative tra trading they've developed for clients who want rules-based way to gain crypto exposure. Exposure. Sorry, you can't even see that. uh gain crypto exposure without having to watch the market all day. It offers a suite of opt-in quantitative strategy strategies that s system systemically buy and sell selected cryptocurrencies using predefined algorithmic rules and market signals. So it'll I guess you're going to be able to set it and let it trade on your behalf within your account. If you haven't opened an account, go do it. I've had one with them since 2018ish. itrustcap.comxrp army takes you to the page you can get a $100 funding bonus. You can open an IRA premium custody or a treasury account if you have a trust or an LLC. And then they've got it's this month that the AI formulated uh the Q strategies are coming. So it's going to be in September when they drop that. Okay, let's go to the split screen. Talk about the Clarity Act. >> Arkansas Congressman French Hill, he chairs, of course, House Financial Services Congressman and Chairman. Good morning to you. So, here we go. Now, this is a procedural vote, but what do you think happens? Do you think that Clarity is going to make it across the finish line before the midterms? >> Well, Cheryl, great to be with you and Fox Business today. I agree with Chairman Atkins of the SEC that passing clarity is critical. We now have the Genius Act for uh dollar. >> You know what? I'm watching this and I'm sitting here thinking, I think I may have played this yesterday, so let's move on. I didn't play this. And this is uh this is something everybody listening needs to needs to hear. This guy makes a really good point. >> There's this curve in life where the longer you don't touch your assets, they compound exponentially. >> Sure. >> Classic classic return profile. >> Yep. >> But your health exponentially decreases at the same time. So there's a sweet spot in a way where I think that everyone teaches you how to invest, but if you become really good at it, it means you've withheld consumption for such a long time. Correct. and let it keep growing that you haven't figured out how to spend it or the [ __ ] do you need anymore for like >> you know I woke up and um I'm not going to say I'm crazy wealthy I've done quite well >> but why the [ __ ] would I want a billion dollars at 60 >> yeah I know >> like those guys would trade 9995 million and have 5 million bucks where we're at you're a bit younger than I am about 10 years younger they would trade that all to be your age >> yeah I pretty it's something to think about but he also said this and I can identify because I've ridden this roller coaster ride just like him. >> April, I've had my net worth drop 85% three times. I was 99% of Bitcoin. So, >> I didn't sell, but it was uh wasn't fun. Um, >> yeah. So, you know, two things. One, go back to your investment thesis. You should literally write this down before you buy it. >> Y >> has the new information altered my investment thesis? Like, you know, for example, if the Bitcoin >> exactly what I've been saying for all these years, no matter h how low the price of XRP has gotten, has the reason I got here, has that changed at all? No. It's actually the case for owning it has even gotten better. >> Community decides to change Bitcoin's 21 million, that would be a pretty serious breach of like scarce digital gold. >> In that case, my original investment thesis would be invalidated. Therefore, I might choose to exit my position. >> Mhm. Um, so if your original and remember you got to write this down so it holds you to it. If new information invalidates that, then maybe you should reexamine holding the asset. >> Salmon, >> he makes an excellent point. Now uh this is uh this is interesting from uh what's her name? Kristen Smith. She's president of the Salana Policy Institute. >> I think when the headlines are out there, you know, the Trump family is making you know what $1.4 or Trump himself made $1.4 $4 billion off of crypto last year mostly through royalties by the way. Now it's a politically awkward situation for a Democrat to be in. And so I think you know to them their way around having to deal with like voting for a bill that makes Trump billions of dollars is to have these ethics requirements. The crypto I think is very important. What I really want to see is the SEC do an innovation exemption around the trading tokenized securities. I think that is a huge unlock. I mean that is, you know, 100 trillion plus dollars around the globe that can eventually be brought on chain if they do that correctly. And so, you know, that's probably the piece I'm most excited about. We're never going to go back to the days of being sued to oblivion or debanked or like that chapter is over. And hopefully if we do our job right in DC in the next few months, you know, we'll get to a point where it really gets back on the builders and the companies and and the founders to take this industry to the next level and we won't have to worry about policy anymore. So that's that's those are the days I'm looking forward to. >> Yes, I'm looking forward to them as well. Um, this is uh from Elanor Terret's show. So if clarity doesn't pass then it sounds like Kraken Hayward's business model will be good on many fronts. What will be the biggest risk to your business if clarity doesn't pass? >> If clarity doesn't pass, they're ready to go with rulem >> and you know that will that will be the path forward. Um, I think the the longer term risks with that is that, you know, without um some of these fundamental tenants embedded into statute, you could have a change in administration, you could see a new administration come in and um unwind those rules. And and so I think it's something just to keep in mind, this is not just isolated to the US. This is a highly globally competitive uh >> folks. Something that a lot of people aren't thinking about is when they if they don't pass it, what's going to happen is you're going to see I believe you're going to see a faster acceleration of crypto maybe than you would even see if it does pass because they're going to know that they have to embed this in the financial system over two years so fast as fast as possible so that if the if the dims get in and they and they want to get rid of it or any of that that they can't and that all of their donors are now part of the embedding. And so in a weird way, it could be even more positive if it doesn't pass. That's what a lot of people aren't thinking about. Now, if you look um on KHI, the prediction markets, will Clarity Act become law? This is not by September. This is before January 1st, 2028. They're basically saying there's a 50/50 chance as to whether it will become law. So, you better believe that these guys are going to hit the accelerator big time if it doesn't pass. And I'm referring to the SEC, CFTC, all the different arms of the government. They're going to go as fast as they can, which means this industry is going to grow as fast as it can to get embedded into this system so that these guys can't get rid of it or can't try to put roadblocks. it'll be too far gone. So, in a way, we win either way, folks. Um, if you haven't joined Koshi, uh, I'm an affiliate of them. Go to XRP predictionarkets.com and you can open an account. It's XRPrediction markets with an s.com. Um, okay. Uh, I won't I'm I'm going to wind this thing down. the jobless. Uh this is another thing that's huge coming for crypto folks. I believe that Trump and them are putting pressure on this guy not only to not increase rates but to lower rates. I think we could have ourselves a surprise. Trump tweeted it right here. Um where where does he say it? He says, u we've got great uh Fed, he calls on the Fed to lower interest rates after US added 162,000 jobs. And then um XRP's mentioned on TV. >> Plus, with the Clarity Act on the horizon, risk is on and crypto surge today. XRP leading the charge up more than 10% on the day as investors bet on a major shakeup in cryp. And finally, we've got the uh you're going to see more of this as as you see the the rise of XRP. You're going to see a lot of these hit hit pieces. It happens every time. This one's if you had invested $1,000 in XRP when Trump took office. Here's what you'd have. And then it just shows you that your money would be down, but it doesn't matter what crypto they they just focused on XRP because of the bare market. All of them have been down. Thanks for listening. Enjoy that outro.
