appreciate you down the action we're seeing after that investor day for Sanders. That's Jenny Horne co-host of next Gen investing here on the network. I want to welcome in our next guest, though. Joining us this morning, Andrew Arons, founder and partner of Synergy Advisory Management Group. Andrew, great to have you back on. I would love to get your thoughts on the data that we've gotten recently, the market reaction to that data. We got some weaker than expected retail sales this morning. Doesn't seem to be moving the needle all that much though. I mean, how are you looking at what we've seen and your outlook going forward for the second half of the year? Yeah. I mean my outlook for the second half of the year is pretty pretty positive here. The market looks pretty good. We got those inflation numbers that look pretty good. Should help the market. Second half in my opinion. And you know all these great earnings that we're seeing here are certainly moving the stocks higher. The last time I was on I was recommending Microsoft. And I said they may come out with great earnings. And they did. And it kind of catapulted the market like I thought it would. And we're starting to see some really good earnings here. And like I said, with the earnings are looking very good and the stocks are headed in the right direction right now. So right now I think that the market looks pretty favorable till the end of the year. All right. So through the end of the year pretty favorable. I do want to get your thoughts on some of the mixed reactions that we've seen to certain earnings reports. I was talking to Alex Coffee about Applied Materials just a little bit ago. And the numbers were good. I mean, we broke them down live on market on closed yesterday. They came across doesn't appear today that they were enough to please investors. But we're seeing such mixed reactions. Kayla had a similar reaction to Amat, but we saw Lam research moving higher on good numbers. Does it feel a little bit to you, Andrew, keep using this analogy of the goalpost moving for certain companies. And it feels sometimes like the goalpost is moving. It has become this unattainable target depending on what day of the week it is or what headlines there were, or what one comment was from some analyst somewhere. Have you found that to be a little bit of the case at all this earnings season? Yeah, I think that might be the case. I do see that. And you know there are certain stocks that for some reason seem to, you know, move better after certain earnings reports. And, you know, people feel a certain way about what's coming down the pike. And, you know, when I look at stocks and I recommend here three today, you know, I'm looking at three that I think are just mispriced. And there are certain ones that are in the market. Like I thought Microsoft was mispriced, you know, only a month ago, you know, Microsoft wasn't looking very good. And now Microsoft looks great. So, you know, when these reports come out, little things that people say and what people are expecting, you know, if it's just not right, then the stock could sell off. And we see that happen quite a bit. But you know, ultimately, if the stock delivers on the earnings time after time, quarter after quarter, the stock will ultimately move much higher. And we're seeing that and I expect that to happen in the three stocks that I'm going to highlight today. So let's talk about those. And I'll start with the one that I think is probably closest to the Microsoft thesis that you brought to us last time. Oracle more than 50% off of its 52 week highs despite enormous AI and cloud opportunity for this company. So why has the market become so skeptical of this story, Andrew? And why are you not skeptical of it? Well, you know, the market I guess, got pretty skeptical. The market Oracle made a major run in the beginning of the year. Right. And then we saw a major pullback here. And I mean they have a multi-billion dollar backlog which provides clear long term revenue visibility. You know they're streamlining their their operations. And I think they're going to be the ultimate winner here in the cloud migration. So, you know, right now I think the stock looks really good actually on the chart here. And I think that we may see this stock move quite a bit higher as we move to the end of the year. All right. Your next one is Marvell. This is another one that's off of its highs. I'm looking right now. We're off maybe 30 plus percent from its high. Even though we're looking at revenue numbers that were up 28%. So for this one as well, what is the market getting wrong here, Andrew? And what are you seeing as the opportunity for Marvell? Well, you know, like, like I said, I think a lot of times, you know, people feel that some of these stocks have gotten ahead of themselves. And when they see that and the stocks do very, very well, you ultimately see a sell off occur. And we see some pretty big like major moves obviously, in these technology stocks. I mean, we're talking about, you know, Oracle pulling moving pulling back 50%. Marvell pulling back 33%. You know these are major pullbacks and they're you know trying to flush people out of some of these stocks. But you know again Marvell and they dominate the high speed optical connections needed for data centers which is going to be huge going forward. And they have upcoming earnings on August 27th. And I think they're going to do very, very well. And I think that the stock, you know, may catapult quite a bit higher. So, you know, that's just my opinion. But the way I see it is I think maybe some of these stocks get ahead of themselves too much. Then they pull back and then they give people a really good opportunity to get in. And that's why I'm recommending a lot of these stocks to my clients. And so Marvell, I'm glad you highlighted that its earnings haven't happened yet. We're going to get those the day after Nvidia's on the 27th of August at the end of the month here. Is this going to be a setup, Andrew. Different from the ones where I described because we've already seen a significant pullback in this name, where as long as they get close to the expectations, which presumably they will, we're going to see a nice move to the upside in response. That's what I think. I think we'll see that. All right. So let's move to your last one. You've got Reddit here which is moving higher. It's joining the S&P 500 going to start trading I think August 18th. Now it'll join the group. How are you looking at Reddit. Yeah. I mean Reddit was another one that got ahead of itself. And Andrew, with Reddit specifically, how much of the opportunity is actually fundamentally driven versus what you just highlighted there, that they are going to have mechanical buying that comes from index inclusion? Yeah. I mean, I think we're going to we're going to we're going to definitely see that hasn't happened really. We're going to start to see that. And I think that's going to bring a lot of investors into the stock again. So I'm very very bullish on Reddit. All right bullish on Reddit. Reddit. Having a nice day though today.
