…down. You suck. Now, it's probably really good for sales for this device. I just think it's messed up when you promise one thing and then you screw up this badly. So, I hope people sell your stock. Little piggy, little piggy. Apple, you are not to be trusted as a business owner. PSA to anyone out there running a small business, do not trust Apple. Let me make this really clear how this works. When you run a business and you buy products from Apple for your employees or your team, you end up getting hooked up with what's called an Apple business manager. And the goal is these business managers try to give you white glove service to help you place orders for what you need. And basically, you just got a phone number for somebody who can call who can make sure that your mobile device management is set up or that your products are ordered the way you want them to be ordered. Well, the Apple business team reached out to my small business and then apparently just had a catastrophic nationwide failure and all we get is a sorry, we're done effed up. But don't worry, bro. We can't do anything for you. So, PSA to all business owners, if you want something done right, do it yourself. which should have honestly just been a business lesson 101, but Apple just made me lose every last bit of respect for their local business teams. And I really don't care who's at fault because it all ends with Apple. So, here's what's going on and how you can avoid falling into this pitfall in the future. If Apple ever reaches out to you and says, "Dear business owner, we're part of your local Apple store. We can offer to pre-order whatever devices you want and submit your order for a new product like the iPhone Duo right at 5:00 a.m. for you because we have a system that submits the order for you. Hang up. Run away. Give them the finger. Buy it yourself. Do not trust Apple. Let's show you how this works. On Monday, I got phone calls and emails from Jodie, who is a wonderful person. She's great. I don't blame her. And I generally think that the staff at uh Apple the Oaks is not to blame for this. But they reached out and said, "Hey, we have a system where we can order your stuff right now. We could link it to your business. We could submit it through the media program that you guys are a part of, and it's going to go through at 5 a.m. on pre-order day, Friday morning. And I said, "I'm up at 5:00 a.m. anyway. It's not a big deal for me to wake up and place the order myself." No, no, no. Link it through your business. Oh, we'll be able to do this for you. You know, it's better. Order through the business team. Don't fall for it. They're like sirens or suck you buy that are trying to suck you into the business platform to direct sales away from apple.com to the local stores. But when the local stores don't properly talk to the nationwide system, guess who gets left holding the bag? You, sir. You, ma'am, get left holding the bag. So, here is this quote. I received this quote on October 12th. You could literally see this is an Apple quote. I pulled this email up. This is the oaks business@apple.com. They quoted me on Monday and I'm like, great. So, I already agreed to pay uh we agreed to shipment. We agreed to payment. We ordered. We did everything for the order 5 days ago. And I'm like, "All right, I I I guess we we don't have to do anything anymore. We're done. They're going to submit the order at 5:00 a.m. lies." They actually submitted the order at 8:34 a.m. 3 and 12 hours late is when they submitted the order. Now, they said, "Don't worry, Kevin. If you don't see an email right at 5:00, we'll manually send you the receipt later. So, I thought, "Oh, okay. Yeah, this is normal." No, that was just the second lie. So, lie number one was, "We'll get you order in your we'll get your order in at 5:00 a.m." Lie number one. Second order, don't worry if you don't get an email. That was either either a lie or just a massive mistake also. So, thanks, Apple. Now, I want to be clear. I'm not saying, "Oh, I should be ahead of anybody else who woke up at 5:00 a.m." I'm saying I was told that I would be in line with everybody else at 5:00 a.m., even though I'm awake and I could have submitted the order myself. and I was promised by Apple that this order would be submitted at 5:00 a.m. And then I get a phone call because obviously after I saw this email and the suggestion that we are actually at the back of the line and we're not going to be seeing these phones until after my birthday, January 29th, uh is the date that they gave us. I have a screenshot of that right here. Basically got the end of this. Mind you, I've been making videos on this and I've been talking about how I think this phone is going to sell out. I actually bought Apple stock on duo day because I'm like, "This is going to sell out. It's going to sell out deep into Q127. Like, you got to be fast on this. You got to buy this." And so I thought, "Oh, we've got this business team. It'll help them out and it'll help us out. I don't really care because it would have taken five minutes to order it myself. But I thought, hey, out of respect for the business team that historically has been really nice to us, why don't we just place the order through them so they can get credit for it. That was my goal. I'm not trying to skip anybody in line. The goal was, hey, help out the local Apple team so they can get, you know, another sale or whatever. I don't know if they get commission on it or whatever. So then I get a phone call because I emailed them. I'm like, what the h double hockey sticks? And so I get uh a phone call from Jod, which again Jod's wonderful from the Oaks team, but I get a phone call. You can see it there, 9:17. And they tell me Apple had a nationwide business failure. There were apparent, and this just sounds like bull crap marketing by Apple, but basically like, oh guys, the whole system just malfunctioned. Maybe there were just too many orders. Oh, we couldn't actually submit all of the business orders. So basically every single business team that wanted to order these got delayed. Here's somebody else on X. I found I trusted Apple business team to take care of the process. RIP. So PSA to business owners and then we'll talk a little bit about the stock. PSA to business owners, never ever ever trust the Apple business team. They are going to screw you if you actually trust them. I'm very frustrated and I think rightfully so because I would have gladly ordered it myself. I should have honestly just duplicate ordered. I should have ordered myself because I had the suspicion they would have screwed it up and I didn't listen to my own gut. And so, dear Apple and the executive staff at Apple, you guys suck. That's it. Hands down. You suck. Now, it's probably really good for sales for this device. I just think it's messed up when you promise one thing and then you screw up this badly. So, I hope people sell your stock. But I hope people sell your stock because I secretly want to buy Apple stock. It's actually not a secret. I've been very blunt about this. I own Apple stock. I want to buy more Apple stock. I think it is a $500 stock. I think this Apple duo is going to sell out. I think Mac minis and Mac Studios are going to sell out for AI, but that's for running your own models. I actually also think that laptops are going to start selling out to run agents. Cheaper Apple computers will sell out to run agents because you don't need that much RAM to run an agent that's running through a cloud system. So, I think there are massive opportunities for the company and the stock. This is just a PSA to business owners. Don't trust somebody else. You must, if you want it done right, do it yourself.
