So ultimately, you know, what I would be looking in this area is to really just be like, you could take it a few ways. You could start building a position right now and you could build your position and average in this box. And I think if you build a position anywhere between right here, you know, down maybe down to 76 to here, as long as you're not going all in or if you're just comfortable with holding that loss temporarily, you know, if you, you know, downside you might lose out on 6%. But upside targets are potentially up to over 97,000, potentially 18 20%. So, you know, waiting for the breakout trade if you feel more comfortable doing that, you can. But I still think that these are the areas to be either dollar cost averaging. If you don't want to touch leverage, if you don't want to trade, or if you're comfortable with a low leverage long that you don't mind holding for a few weeks to a month, then I think this is the sweet spot right now. People do not understand what's in front of them. The market structure is changing. It's as profound as China getting into the World Trade Organization. The trade is once you break through, this thing's going to go due north really fast. So, the four-year cycle is done as far as I'm concerned. The the having cycle. Where does this go? God only knows. God only knows. But it's due north. What's going on, guys? Kdub here with another episode of Cryptozombie. Welcome back to the channel. Hope you're having a great day today. Now, I know I have not made a lot of updates. Let's be honest. Uh I took almost two weeks off and the reason being number one, I was doing a lot of traveling, but outside of that, I wasn't really seeing much to talk about. And whereas in the past, you know, years ago, I'd make a video every single day. Let's be honest, you don't need to talk about these markets every single day. But right now, I do in fact think there is something we should be paying attention to. Now, you've heard a lot of people in the past weeks talking about the line in the sand for the bulls and if they can't hold these levels, then it's over for the markets and we're going back down to sub 57K. Lots of crazy sensational headlines. I'm going to just tell you exactly what I'm seeing right now realistically. And by the end of this video, not only are you going to understand how I feel about the markets, what I'm actually personally doing based on the statistics and the data that we have in front of us, but I also have a few video clips that I think are really important that came out last week. if you haven't seen them. So, why don't we just start with the obvious? Where is the supposed October that we're supposed to be experiencing? As you guys could see right here, right now, October is down 1.34%, which really is basically flat, right? We we pretty much have done nothing for 20 days essentially. We we've we've gone down 1.34%. Now, on average, you do have 18.4% for October, the median being around 12.73. But even on the negatives, we have 2025 down 3.6%, 2018 down 3.8%. And the worst was way back in 2014, Bitcoin was a lot more volatile, and that was down around 12%. But you could see that it pretty much says that October is either going to be a pretty good month or a mildly bearish month, right? So, even if you think it's going to be an incredibly bearish month and you think we could possibly have one of those, I don't know, 12% pullbacks from the open, that just brings you back to the other Fibonacci level, the 236 at around 73,400. Now, there are many reasons why I don't think we will be going to 73,400. It's not impossible, but it's not my base case right now. If we actually have a look at what the market is showing us just from a structural perspective, you can actually see that this whole bottoming process that we had right here is starting to look very similar to this bottoming process that we had right here. Let me actually squeeze this chart a bit so that I'm not in the way. And you could see that we had very similar movements down here where ultimately we had bullish divergence on this market cipher indicator down here. You had the money flow curving up and we had RSI starting to get a bit gapped but not quite overheated. It's sort of in no man's land which is why there's a lot of people that are not quite sure what could be happening. Now look, if we take the exact scenario where you're starting to have a a red dot rollover RSI being gapped. Well, what happened back here? Interestingly enough, in February of 2023, you actually had Bitcoin price crash 16%. But here's the kicker. it actually recovered the next week and closed only down around 6ish% and then in the next month it actually went up 33%. So essentially 2 weeks after this situation that we were mirroring, we had a rough week to two weeks, but that was followed by incredibly good gains, right? So if we were to follow something like that, you know, would Bitcoin come down and retest this 75 area? That's the question because we can tell right here that this is a bit of an area of interest, right? you have back here, you have us wicking down in April of 2025 to this support and then you also have us uh trying to push above it in March earlier this year. So yes, that could be a point of interest, but if it was to play out again as it has in the future, that would simply be an opportunity for buying. Again, what we're seeing here structurally on the daily is you have all of these moving averages. So you have the pink 200, the blue 100, the yellow 50 moving average, and of course the 21 exponential all moving from from the largest to the smallest. And that those are the types of structures that you want to see when you're having these types of basically bullish crosses or golden crosses. So that similar situation is very similar almost to something back here, right? where yes, Bitcoin went up to 73,000, came down to 66,000, and after that, well, I I think you could tell we were basically off to the races. So, there's going to be a lot of shakeout possibly happening right now. And every time we get a dip, the bears are going to tell you that the bulls are wrong and that this is a fake out rally and we're going to go lower. But really, if you look at everything that we've been doing on these momentum waves since we formed the bottom, you can argue this was the first bottom. I can go back to here if you want, which still wouldn't have been a bad place to buy. I don't think you would have been mad if you bought at 60,000. But let's just start from the bottom. You could see we had this right here. Now, what happened? Bitcoin actually did come down about 5% and after that it proceeded to rally for the next couple weeks up 10%. Right? And then what happened? Sideways consolidation. We had the first wave right here in August and yeah, it was a little bit of upside, but it was more choppy. And then you had that second wave which you could actually technically even argue that it was was it moving up? I mean it's it's kind of actually almost the same wave twice. Maybe it's you know having a little bit of momentum but when we had that RSI at the bottom that was basically where we said hey this could be the greatest opportunity to buy Bitcoin before the big move. And literally 3 days later we had this massive massive move again right here where we had this first iteration. Now if you want to take it from the second green dot okay it came down. You might have missed a lot of that move, but even if you took it from the first right here, you had to suffer through a 5% draw down. And then what were you rewarded? You were rewarded from that point an 11% move to the upside, right? And now, and keep in mind back here when we had this, we didn't even have the bullish structure of this 100. We ended up getting the golden cross right here. So now we have that perfect structure in play. Okay. If we move forward looking at why I was saying we could have a potential pullback into that area of 78 to 76. Really I just simply got that from this candle right here coinciding to where we broke out here. And we have confirmed that on the daily we have put in a higher high. So would it be impossible to retrace down to the 78 to 76k level? Not at all. And when you look at it on this chart you're putting in higher high structure and potentially higher low structure as well. And right here, as you guys can see, we have fallen back into this zone. But if we're looking at it on the daily, we've taken out this high. And again, this is where people are saying, "Oh, it's the line in the sand. If we fall below, you know, 83K, it's over." And I just don't see how that is the way that we should be looking at things because essentially you have confirmed the higher high. You did get a little bit of a double top. So, hey, look, maybe some people are taking profits, but you already have this low and you have this higher low here. You have this high and you have this higher high here. You actually even have right here higher highs and higher lows. Now, if this is to get broken to the downside, this is where you get some of those levels. 76K. Now, are we going to go straight down to the line? I don't see that unless there's some kind of a black swan event. But, you know, maybe we bounce around, we fake people out, we come, maybe we do come down to that area, we retest this zone and then continue. And, you know, once we did something like that, that would definitely scare a lot of people. Why are we back down into the 70s? We shouldn't be in the 70s because the line in the sand is 83. And really, all it's doing is just whipping around the short-term investors continuing to build the bullish structure. Because what a lot of people don't understand about the ways that the beginnings of bull markets start, they don't start, yes, okay, you get these crazy moves, people get excited, but then it usually bores investors for a long time. the beginning of the bare uh the the bare market into the bull market is the train is starting to, you know, it's taking off. It's getting out of the state. We're building up momentum. We're starting to build up that momentum. Eventually, we'll get to that parabolic blowoff. But once we get to that point now, you're just chasing it, trying to get in, trying because, you know, the price is just getting away from you so fast. We're not at that part just yet. But what I've been trying to do, making these videos essentially since July, is saying I believe we're positioning ourselves into a much larger rally, which obviously is not happening at the moment, but I do believe once it starts, it will happen so fast that, you know, one day you'll stop looking at Bitcoin for a week and we'll be over $100,000. And that's how quick these things can move. Of course, that's my opinion. I could be wrong. So far, we've been pretty spot-on about the bottom. So, you know, it's only a matter of time till I get one of these moves wrong. But I just don't see going back to lower lows. And it's quite simple. If you are swing trading, if you just look at delta, every time it's extended into the red, you long. Every time it's in the green, you sell. Or you buy and you sell. You long and you short, whatever you want to do. Right now, we've been in this uptrend. Every time we've had these red opportunities, they've been opportunities to buy. So again, guys, that's just like the technicals of everything. If you're interested, I do have a $30,000 bonus over at BTCC. That is personally where I am trading. That is where I am building the exact long structure between this sort of 80k to possibly down to 76k area and I'm very comfortable holding that long term. So if you guys do want to also, you know, trade um or if you do just want to trade indices and stocks and stuff like that, BTCC is a USfriendly exchange and you do get a 15% bonus on your first-time deposit with VIP trading fees. So you can check all that out below. Now this is who I wanted to talk about right here. This is James Thorne, right? and he was over on this clip. Now, this clip is 5 days old. So, you may have already seen this. However, you could see that if we scroll down here, it says that James Intellectual Foundation was forged at York University where he earned a PhD specializing in finance and industrial organization. And while I'm not very very uh familiar, let's say 100% with James, I can definitely tell just by listening to a few of his clips that he's been in the market for a long time. And they say through his career he has demonstrated a knack for identifying significant macroeconomic themes ahead of the curve including the rise of the internet urbanization of China commodity super cycle and the looming subprime crisis during which he ensured his financial institution was the only firm with no exposure. Now why am I you know bringing up somebody uh you know like uh chief market strategist James uh Thorne over here? Well, it's because I like to look at people that have spent a lot of time in these markets and actually have a pretty decent track record calling these markets. Now, he was over on Bitcoin magazine and he was talking about the market structure and how it's changing. And one of the things that I found most interesting about this clip, which so many people get wrong, is that he says that narrative actually follows the price. Now, there's so many people out there that are like, "Well, what's going to be the the next big catalyst? what's going to be the next thing, the next the next news headline, you know, whatever it is that they're wait the next uh I guess uh what what would it be a white swan event? I have no idea. But, you know, that's going to drive Bitcoin. And the funny thing is is often times price will move and then it will be justified later by the narrative. And that's why so many people end up missing the price because they're trying to look through CPI data. They're looking at midterm elections or whatever it is, whatever's going on with the bonds in the Treasury, and they're trying to justify why price should not be doing what it's doing. And most of the times price is going to do what it wants anyway. And then once it does, suddenly now we'll find a headline and justify it. And I think that is a really bad way of thinking because when I first started, I used to be the same way. And and my motto now is show me the charts and I'll tell you the news. And that's why when we had everything going against Bitcoin, all the negatives, I mean, we we're still having hacks going on with hardware wallets and I mean, it's a lot of bad news, quantum computing threats, and Bitcoin is still holding steady. I think that that speaks much louder volumes than really anything else. Passive guys are just going to have to follow along, right? This is the same thing. People do not understand what's in front of them. You know what I mean? So this thing I don't know where it's going to go. I think yeah pain trades due north. We've never seen an asset that doesn't have a supply response here with perfect scarcity. But what we do know is that the market structure is significantly changing as did the market structure for commodities way back when. And then here's the bizarre point. Back two decades ago, there were artic nobody owned nobody owned commodities and then we had pieces of information coming out or reports saying if you put two to 5% of the of commodities in your portfolio, your sharp ratio, your risk adjusted return would increase. It's exactly what's happening with Bitcoin. So I you know I used to have I used to have hair. I don't anymore, but I've seen this trade before. Right. It's the same trade. We're early. We're going to absorb it. We're going to embrace it. Nobody's there. Nobody's there. It's a different cohort. And you know, right now on a technical basis, it looks great. I mean, is it going to chart around? I mean I mean I can't believe there are people still whipping this thing around between 83 and 86 right but that's what the younger okay go ahead knock yourself out the trade is once you break through this thing's going to go do north really fast and nobody's there and the thing you've got to get is narrative follows price so I don't think Wall Street the investors are ready for it not rat poison And yes, the market structure is changing. It's as profound as China getting into the World Trade Organization. And due to the time of this video, I'm not going to go into the whole super cycle theory about how maybe this whole, you know, topping on apathy was in fact a giant midcycle correction that just so happened to look like a four-year cycle. When it was happening, it totally looked four-year cycle. If you had asked me in January, I would have been right on board and said, "Hey, we're probably bottoming it in in, you know, October Q4." But then things started to change. And that's when I had to say, "Hey, we need to look at the charts. We need to see what's happening." And could it be a possibility that it was a midcycle correction? We don't know yet. We we cannot say that with certainty. And I'm not going to start throwing that term around, but you do have to wonder, was that the last potential 4-year cycle? And could it be dead? So the four-year cycle is done as far as I'm concerned the the having cycle and where this goes you know I I I focus on you know Bitcoin and Ethereum um and the reason I do is because I I I go I go back to like you know we talk about Google right um you know when Google went did its IPO there were other search engines like Ash Jeves and Dogpile and there was this massive argument Well, it may not be the best, but the thing the lesson you learned around Google was Wall Street coalesed around it. Wall Street is coalescing around Bitcoin and Ether. So for the traditional investors, they should think about having 3 to 5% of their portfolio in in it and and in in Bitcoin or Ethereum and as as of from there, you know, where does this go? God only knows. God only knows. But it's due north. And the final clip that I want to play from James, and again, shout out to Bitcoin Magazine for having this guest on. This was probably my favorite video that I've watched in the last two weeks, which is why I want to share it again on my channel. You know, he talks about gold versus Bitcoin and where that future lies. And again, this is something that I have been sort of screaming from the rooftops on this channel for quite a long time. They manifest the same idea right now, right? Which is a you know for for in the very simple is you know bit now think about this. Bitcoin is trading significantly lower than the market cap of Nvidia. Okay. So let's just say it trades at Nvidia. Look at that run there. If it trades equivalent to gold which it should which it should u look at the run there and it has perfect scarcity. Um, and right, but if we're trading right now, let me just say like I, you know, I don't like, you know, you I'm a I'm a gold bug, but at the same point in time, it it it's had a big run and it needs to digest. Same thing with the memory. Memory is going to be fine. Needs to digest. Bitcoin needs to have a big run. Um, but the thing that's different from gold is is that I think that the neutral asset of the new global financial system is going to be Bitcoin. So somewhere in my lifetime, Bitcoin is going to trade at a market cap greater than gold. But it has the same type of characteristics. And then the last thing I would say to you is do we get to the point in 10 years, guys, where we're not talking about the price of Bitcoin, but we're talking about the price of Satoshi's, right? Because people don't even realize that there, you know, in a Bitcoin there's 100 million Satoshi's, right? So you know, how does this evolve? Are there's going to be esom flow? Hey, look. If Bitcoin could go hypothetically to a half million and then correct to 300,000 and we're going to hear the same noise that we hear here now that Bitcoin is done. We're hearing Bitcoin is done at 81,000 really or 83,000. Come on. But it's the same noise, right? So again, I just want to end on a little bit of sort of longer analysis. I will show you what could be possibly happening on the short term and explain once again, you know, especially if you're new to crypto. If you're if you're seasoned and you've been around for a couple cycles or even just a you know four year cycle, you you might be familiar with this. But there are some people that really think as soon as you say the bottom is in and we're entering a bull market that we just go straight to 250k or whatever. And we just know that that is not how it happens. It does not happen like that. There are sellers and buyers that chop it around. You have short-term traders. You have market makers. There's a lot of things going on. Now, we have the ETFs that are happening. And if I just have a look at what the longer term trend has been showing us, you could see right here on the super guppy trend that we are doing a very simil like essentially where we look right now is basically where we were right in this area. And you could see that we had a big push right up from around that 20,000 to 27 $7,000 area which is where I think we could be leading into that next move. But then after that, look at this guys. We went into ver I mean how long of consolidation was that from that move before we saw something that was 231 days of consolidation before we had the next move. Now I'm not saying that that's what's going to happen to Bitcoin right now. But what I am saying is you look back at these charts and you realize how unbelievably small this looked back in the day. For example, right here having this correction, you know that 22% correction that and and and look at this. We're going down into these lower areas. I bet you a lot of people thought that that was a fake out rally. And what ended up happening, it caught everybody offguard and then Bitcoin ended up pumping 23% over the next coming months. And what happens is you're seeing right here, you're seeing that this moving average band is moving up. Now, keep in mind, you could say, "Oh, well, didn't we go back into the neutral here? How do you know that that's not what we're doing now?" Well, don't forget, guys, these were downwards sloping. Okay? This is now upwards sloping just like it was back in early 2023. And you can see right here if I just uh you know make this a little bit bigger, we are in fact upwards sloping. So that is ultimately the big difference. You have the moving averages moving in constructive patterns rather than destructive patterns. Whereas here you were flipping to the downside, now you are attempting to flip to the upside. And generally speaking on a weekly chart, you don't tend to have this then fake out and go down to the bottom. Now, anything is possible, but again, let's go back and just historically look again. And I I've gone over time and time again about all the differences going all the way back to 2015. But let's just even take the last cycles just to make it easier. You have price coming down and you have bullish divergence right here on the RSI and essentially right here that marked the bottom, right? You had the same thing right here where uh we had price coming down and we had the RSI rising up. That was bullish divergence on the second top that marked the bottom and it l I mean thus far it has marked the bottom. Okay, so we could say what might happen but thus far it has. Also you have this MACD moving into the green and finally these moving averages moving into and above the green which coincides again with this area. And if we look at what we're doing right now, we have the MACD moving into the green after having everything else in confluence as well as moving into that area. So, you know, no one is saying that it's going to be just straight up from here. But again, once you have even, for example, this EMA ribbon where we we have held above it. In fact, look at this. We talked about a great area for potential longs right at the lavender line, which is currently sitting at 79,000. Okay? when that happens. And again, I've gone over in the past what, you know, I've gone over the whole chart, but I'm just showing you again just the last time if we think that it's even remotely similar to the FTX crash. Again, once this flips, you end up having the band act as support and then all the moving averages switch from the largest to the smallest with this lavender line being sort of this this to me is the line in the sand personally. And right now, you know, currently we are holding it. We haven't quite flipped it just yet. But again, that's why I'm saying I believe that we are in early stages. You know, look at this sharp V right here. You didn't have that anywhere else. You tried to get up, you failed. You tried to move up, it failed. This sharp V, sharp V recovery right here on the EMA ribbon. So, that is again why I think, you know, in the next couple weeks it could get a little bit shaky. You know, it could be a little bit scary possibly. But this is why I think now would be the time to be possibly dollar cost averaging, not financial advice, or looking to build those longs because as we could see right here, we have a very similar falling wedge pattern. Now, these are not 100%, but they are roughly a 70% chance of breakouts to the upside and sometimes they do have fake out breakouts. Right here, back in September, we had a fake out breakout and then came back down to the bottom of the range. And I'm sure there were a lot of people saying that that was a failure. Well, what ended up happening was we bounced off of that and then Bitcoin put in a 15% move. We could very well be putting in something very similar right now. Big difference is that now we have been supported by the 50 daily. So, very similar situation that we've been having right here. Same thing we were having right here. And currently, yeah, we did have a fake out right here. So, could we come back down to the bottom of this range, test, you know, again around 80K, maybe down to 79K, or even have fake outs to the downsides like we've had here. It's possible, but again, 70% of the time these types of moves do eventually even with a fake out sort of end to the upside. So, you know, again, waiting for the confirmation on the breakout. I guess it's a lot better if you're trading. You could sleep a little better at night, but of course, you're not going to get as good of gain. So, that's sort of like the trade-off right there. And the other interesting thing that we had pointed out on the two-weekly MACD cross is that this again is looking very similar to what we had back here. And you can see, look at that. that resulted in a giant move. So we had already called that that was uh that was about two months ago and currently we have this parallel channel which as you could see right here it acted as resistance it acted as support and currently right now maybe it's acting as support could we come back down into this area bounce around yeah sure that would still be constructive price action and something that's really quite interesting is I'm actually looking at this chart on log but this is something that might even be a little bit more opening eye opening is if you switch this to the linear here. Um, you can actually see that or I'm sorry, actually I had it on linear. This is log. You can actually see, interestingly enough, that this support back here is now potentially acting as the resistance, you know, but again, I don't see us sweeping down into these lows again. And and again, the higher time frames are really telling the bigger pictures. So, ultimately, guys, that's where I stand. So, in a nutshell, what can you take away from this video? I believe that there is a possibility for a midcycle correction uh and then the four-year cycle could be broken. We don't have confirmation on that yet. I do personally believe that there's a 90% plus chance the bottom is in. Maybe a 10% chance it's not. Probably less than that, closer to five. And I think the more likely outcome is we probably could have a little bit of a fake out to catch people off sides, but then ultimately I do see Bitcoin price going higher. So, I mean, it could surprise all of us right now, which is why you don't necessarily want to wait for 74K because you don't know if you're going to get 74K or even down to the 66K level. So, you could start positioning yourself right now just in case, you know, that wave plays out and we end up just going this week. But, you know, realistically, there's probably a better chance that you digest it for a day, couple days, maybe even a week, and then that's where you'll sort of have a bigger answer of where we're going. But ultimately, the reason I haven't made a video in so long is because not much has changed. The market structure remains the same in my opinion. And even if we were to go down to, you know, even wick down to 74 or even 72, you know, I wouldn't want to stay down there personally. But I I just think it would be a bunch of fear-mongering telling you that we're going back to the lower lows and that this was all just a big fake out. And I just don't see that. I I really think that the opportunities lie ahead personally. And I think that this is dip buying season. So whether you're a trader, whether you're an investor, um you know, buy and hold strategy, I just think that the dips now are are for accumulation. And it could be boring. We've seen in the past it can be 261 days to get into the parabolic, you know, phase the last time after the FTX crash. I mean, imagine that 261 days. That might as well be a year at that point, right? At least I'm sure it would feel like a year. But look what happened after that parabolic run to the upside. And then that's just when you know you just you're not going to catch it. So I you know not financial advice but take advantage I would say of the opportunities to accumulate in these levels before you start waking up every day and Bitcoin is just putting in 10% 20% you know every other day and then it's like I just I can't invest. I don't have enough money to invest. You know what I mean? So that's where I stand on the video today. And you know just a couple bits of news. You have $15.5 trillion Black Rockck wanting to tokenize funds to become part of the traditional financial markets. Obviously we know this is bullish. And of course, we have Ankor Watch Trust Company launching a Bitcoin custody service with up to 370 million in insurance per client. So, you're just seeing more of the tokenization narrative. You're seeing more of these institutions which just even a year ago were not willing to touch it with a 10-ft pole now realizing that they almost have no choice but to sort of get on board or get left behind. And I believe that it's only going to be better for Bitcoin and it's going to be bad for the retail who is completely uninterested and sidelined right now or or just um you know I'll end on one quick story. I was speaking to somebody the other day and uh we were you know we're talking about Bitcoin and I I could just see the absolute just disinterest in this person's eyes. Like it wasn't even a matter of like oh really should I get it. It was just kind of like oh okay Bitcoin yeah okay that thing you know it's just not a lot of excitement over it. And I don't take that the way that most people would. I actually take that as these people are going to yet again miss the opportunity because once everyone starts getting excited again, when all the news outlets are talking about Bitcoin going above 126,000, I you know, I don't know when that's going to happen. Could it happen this year? It's possible. It's probably going to happen next year, but when it does, you know, I I don't know. By the time these people want their confirmation, it's like what are you like 100% off the bottom? And you know, I've tried to position anyone watching on this channel to get the best entry possible. So, I think there's opportunity for, you know, maybe a six to 8% down better entry from this point in the next week or two, but I I think after that that might that might kind of be the window. And, you know, the next move is probably closer to the $90,000 psychological level. And then, personally, and and again, this is for another video. I don't want this to be any longer, but we have a lot of reasons why 97,000ish could be the area where if you were expecting the big, you know, 18, 20, 25% pullback, that might be the time to start entertaining that. Right now, I'm just not too sure about it yet. But hey, you know, things could change tomorrow. We could be down at 60,000 and I'll eat my words. But I just don't see that right now. So, until uh I make another video, guys, make sure you get subscribed, turn on the bell notifications cuz yeah, I'm not uploading every day, but when I am, I I hope that I bring you value in these videos. And uh yeah, that's about it. So, if you guys do want to learn how to trade, I have this blowfin tutorial right here. Uh definitely check it out. And uh don't forget, guys, we still have all of the available bonuses over on um BTCC. This is totally legal in the US. We have the uh blowofin exchange, which is also one of my favorites. Koshi as well. I have every Sunday we give away a bonus and we also have $15,000 bonus on US uh DT which if you want to trade on weeks with USDT you can. So ultimately that's it guys.
