November is nearly here and it's time for some bargain shopping in the market. Joining us today is market beat analyst Thomas Hughes with his list of the top five stocks he's buying this November. All of these are really buy the dip opportunities because of what has been happening in the market the last few weeks. Thomas, I'm excited to dive into all five of the names you have for us today. Some of these are a little bit controversial, so I'm excited to talk about that. But overall uh heading into November, let's talk about what the market is like uh as we start a new month. >> Right. The market is really really mixed right now. I mean, we're fundamentally bullish. We have lots of great spending, robust outlooks, but all being powered by by debt and AI spend. And so, the hurdle is AI spending and debt and free cash flow. That's got a lot of really great stocks pushed down to like historical low valuations, setting them up for really robust rebounds. Uh because what I've been seeing in the Q2 the Q3 reports is the onset of traction. They've begun to monetize their AI investments and they're driving free cash flow. So we still have some headwinds right now. Uh but we're looking for the next year to bring a lot of acceleration and capacity coming online and a lot of these companies uh starting to monetize backlogs, drive cash flow and really reinvigorate their markets. >> Yeah, you mentioned earnings and I think that's an important thing to bring up here. Just a few days ago, we were on talking about how the AI downfall was starting to see a little bit of a recovery because earnings were strong for a lot of companies. But now this past week, the earnings have done the opposite. You look at Google as an example, that earnings report sent the market tumbling again. And to see that kind of a fall and one of the the biggest AI companies out there. Any concerns for you on what this could mean? I know the biggest concern for most investors is is this a crack in the AI market in the overall AI trade? We've kind of been seeing that theme in the market over and over again the past few weeks. >> Uh I don't think it's correct in the market. I think Google's decline was just more of the same. I haven't looked at that report very specifically, but what I was seeing in the headlines is that they've increased their capex spending plans for next year, which means that they're going to spend more money. Spending money is the problem, but spending money means they're building these these data centers. They still see value in the data centers. are still supporting and reaffirming this long-term AI inference outlook. Uh so headwind is in place, but the endgame is still in place. So right now, we're still in this kind of this transitory phase where the market's trying to to get over all this spending, hoping, watching for the companies to start monetizing their investments. Google certainly monetizes it its investments. So again, this is a long-term story. Near-term headwinds are are creating buying opportunities, but the long-term fundamentals are still very strong. Yeah, that spending is going to be a theme on some of the stocks on this list today. So, we'll get into that soon. One other just overall November outlook I think every investor should pay attention to, and that's this, you know, little election happening at the start of the month. There's been several analysts on the show the past few weeks who have said we'll get to some stability once we get past the elections and the settling down after the elections. What should investors be prepared for overall market reactions leading into November and and throughout the rest of November? Well, uh, we've been expecting and we've been experiencing volatility and a market kind of in wait and see mode leading up to the election. I think the election itself could trigger a small sell-off, you know, maybe 5 to 10%. But ultimately, I think it would bring stability. It'll take some uncertainty out of the outlook, allow the market to just kind of get past this and think about the next two years and uh, which involves AI buildout, AI spending, AI monetization, and you know, theoretically higher stock prices. Yeah, pay attention to that volatility as you're looking to buy these five names that Thomas is recommending in November. That dip could go even further down after that volatility post election. So, these are names to watch to see if it dips even further. And there's other names that you should definitely be watching right now for any kind of volatility that could bring some of these names lower over the next few weeks of potential volatility post election. Some of those names are the 10 best stocks to invest in in 2026. We have a new fall report out. I know Thomas is a part of making that. If you want to look at the 10 best stocks to buy this fall in the market, you can scan the QR code or click the link in the description and we will send you this free report right to you. Again, these are the 10 best names investors should be looking at in the fall of 2026. And these are names that if we do see some volatility, these are some of the first you're going to want to add. So, make sure you get your free report today. Okay, Thomas, let's get into your list of the top five stocks you are buying in November. What's the first name on your list? >> Well, that's Oracle. I mean, it's absolutely the poster child for AI spending wo. It's taken on hundreds of billions of dollars in debt. It's planning to continue spending over the next few years, but also it's showing traction. It's been monetizing its initial investments. And what came out recently at their investor day was that spending plans are looking pretty capped. It looks like um Oracle has reached the end of its need for raising money. It really restated what the market already knew, which is a lot of the spending plans have been backstopped by uh its consumers uh balance sheets. They've uh put up lots of upfront capital. They've put up uh real estate. They've put up uh the hardware for many of these projects. So, these projects are are really derisked. Uh for me, Oracle is an execution story. It takes time to build these giant supercomputers, but as they build them, they turn them on, they make money. That's clear in their results. The backlog is swelling. it's far exceeding uh the spending. Uh so to me this is just you know just needs time to happen you know for this backlog to become cash flow the debt to to fall uh cash flow to improve capital returns to resume and the stock price really to to to bounce back. >> Now this is maybe the hottest take on the list. We're starting out pretty a hot take here because I've had plenty of guests on the show in the last month or two who have been very anti-Oracle who have said this is a company that is doing way too much cash burn. and they don't have enough of a moat to really grow their business. But I I do see looking at their most recent earnings report that there is some profitability here. There is some growth here. So if you could address the naysayers, Thomas, the people who are very against Oracle and their business chart, what would you have to say? >> Oracle, I would say has a fairly deep moat. When you look at the hypers scale environment, the hyperscalers are operating in their own ecosystems. Oracle is entrenched in all of them. It really is superseding all the other hyperscalers. It's the hyperscaler that serves hyperscaler needs. It's ubiquitous throughout the cloud everywhere. I mean, it's just everywhere. Uh, so to me, Oracle's got a very well well- entrenched in deep mode. You know, it's execution story. They're shifting from more software to being AI infrastructure, but there's clear demand for that infrastructure. So, again, it's just a matter of time for them to get it built, turn the power on, and and start uh, you know, monetizing those backlogs. >> Yeah, I think it's so interesting to hear these different perspectives on this stock. Again, uh, that's my favorite thing about this channel. we have different people on who have very different opinions about this same stock. So, if you're confused, you're not alone. People have different takes on it. And and Thomas, if I look at what the analyst coverage is on Oracle, you can also see those different takes, you can see that the range of uh price targets on the stock are as low as $110 and as high as $400, which is a wild range. Um, looking at some of the recent price targets from analysts on Oracle, a lot of them are well over 200, some of them closer to 250. Well, one that stood out to me is one that came in at the the start of this month, and that's from Dan Ives. He's now in his own company, Yorkville Ives, and he has initiated coverage on Oracle with a price target of 155, which is significantly lower than a lot of the other uh analyst price targets on this company. And he's a tech bull. He's a huge bull on the AI buildout story. So, just overall, what are your thoughts on the the wide variety of analyst coverage and and perspectives on Oracle? Why is it so mixed? Well, I just think that's an example of the AI market itself. It's it's hard to know exactly what it's going to be worth and what it's going to do because the opportunity to think about is really enormous. It takes a long time to build it out. So, there's plenty of time for the market to just kind of be unsure of itself. So, there's a lot of discovery going on right now. Some people are looking towards the like the endgame. Some people are looking at the headwinds. Some people are thinking it's absolutely going to do all that we say. Some people think it's only going to do part of it. So, there's a lot of differentiation in in in the in the outlooks. And so, what we're needing over the next few quarters and what I expect to be seeing is as capacity comes online, as we see this monetization start to accelerate, we'll have firming sentiment where all these estimates start to kind of track more in line together and we'll get more of um a realistic viewpoint and that'll help reduce some of the volatility. >> Yeah. Last thing, I always like to get your your thoughts on the chart and where it's at. What do you think about the recent price action in Oracle and what does it tell you in the charts? >> The surge last year was pricing in every bit of the outlook, you know, and then this selloff is the reality setting in right now. What I see is Oracle is trading at rock bottom. It's putting at a bottom. It's trading as if it's the business is going to fail like there's a no growth outlook based on the P& metrics. The stock has got several hundred basis points of upside. So again, this is just an execution story. The pieces are all in place. just a matter of waiting for the time to pass for it to build the supercomputers and and get them turned on. >> All right, let's move on to the second stock that you are buying this November. What other company are you looking at? >> Uh that's Salesforce. You know, Salesforce was like the poster child for the SAS apocalypse meltdown and now it's one of the poster children for the SAS apocalypse meltup. Its results clearly reflect Agentic AI demand. uh the impact of agent AI on its on its business on it on on on demand for its services. It's growing its customer base. It's deepening penetration. Um it's widening margins. It's sustaining its double-digit growth pace. All being reflected in analyst trends. Analysts have been improving their outlook reversing the earlier year trend which was to kind of temper the outlook. So all of these things are really playing into uh or to uh Salesforce's support base, you know, helping to get that stock price in uh moving higher and and again this stock is deeply undervalued based on its long-term outlook. And with the results the way they are, this outlook is becoming more and more validated. And so what we're seeing in the price action is the market is just repricing in this outlook with more confidence than it had before. >> Yeah, that's my main question here is why now uh Salesforce has been recovering a lot. Has this been on your buy list for the last few weeks and months or really most of the year? Or is there something about November and what's happening in the market right now and the conditions that makes Salesforce a really interesting time to buy it this month? >> Well, Salesforce has been a good buy for quarters and for years because of its growth, its position. It's been transitioning from a pure growth engine to being a blue chip capital returning machine. So, there's definitely reasons to buy the stock. Over the past year, the SAS apocalypse and the AI fears have really created many buying opportunities because the market has been mispricing the stock for quite a long time. And now it's starting to get back in alignment with reality and it's starting to get that stock price back to where it belongs. >> Yeah. Looking at what happened in their last earnings report at the end of August, really positive results from earnings and we saw the stock price has really recovered since that last earnings report. Do you think there's a lot of pressure on Salesforce for that earnings that's coming out at the start of December? >> There's a lot of expectation. The market's going to want to see momentum uh present and the cash flow and the capital return. Um anything that uh kind of puts a ding or a dent in the outlook will be reflected in the stock's price. But so long as it's still growing and the cash flow is still good and we're still buying back shares, dips are going to be buying opportunities. >> All right, let's move on to that next company you're looking at. The third stock that's a buy for you in November. Zcaler uh Zcaler is benefiting from the uh one the SAS apocalypse uh reinflation but also from cyber security trends AI requires lots of security all the way from the model building through the application it's driving you know exponential increases and and and traffic and Zcaler is well positioned to do that to do the securing um its zero trust architecture is really proving pretty resilient and able to prevent a lot of AI um you know malicious attacks results are also have been very good. And then also for this stock, there's a a company specific driver. They had a shift in their their sales team earlier in the year. That's part of why the stock price sold off and and struggled to get traction. They've rebuilt that sales team and and they've been able to regain traction. Uh that was seen in the last results. Um and that's uh supporting the price. >> Yeah, Zcaler is absolutely one of those stocks that is uh seeing that boost in the cyber security sector. We've seen a lot of that in this, you know, third quarter of 2026. Let's talk about how much more growth we could see here. So, Zcaler has not fully recovered yet. Do you expect that extreme movement to continue quickly or have we gone really far really fast already? >> Uh, we have advanced pretty quickly pretty fast and there is some concern with the near-term valuation. I think the stock is trading around uh 50x its current year outlook, but we're pricing in a really robust trajectory. uh like with Oracle and Salesforce uh Zscaler is deeply um undervalued versus its long-term outlook. So, provided we get the catalyst that I expect to see in the upcoming results, uh we'll see some pretty big um price movements in the in the quarters ahead. Probably not like real straight aggressive movements. It'll come in fits and starts, but again, a robust outlook. Uh we're just looking for news to validate the earnings trajectory and when we get that, we'll see those incremental increases in the price. Now, the first stock that you had on your list was very much you have to believe that the AI story is going to continue and that's Oracle story. But with both uh Salesforce and Zcaler, they're more of that software story, but we know very much uh we talk on the channel all the time that some of these software companies have really turned into AI companies. Is the continued growth in Zcaler dependent on this AI story continuing? If the AI bubble bursts, in other words, is it going to impact Zcaler as much as some other AI stocks? So when we talk about AI, there's there's two different aspects. There's the frontier of AI where we're building the next generation technology and training those next generation models and then there's the application of AI which is where Zcaler and Salesforce are and they're using AI that exists today with infrastructure that exists today. Uh and that's driving exponential increases in traffic, exponential need for security and to me that provides a moat for Zcaler and for the entire cyber security industry. I think that's a great way to describe Zcaler and a lot of cyber security companies is the application of AI that they're using it right now what we have right now and implementing it successfully for a lot of companies. Anything else about Zcaler that makes it stand out from some of the other cyber security names that we've also seen huge rebounds in? I think maybe this one has a more attractive entry point than uh the crowd strikes or some of the others that have had really huge recoveries. Well, this one stands out because it did have that company specific driver and its sales team that kept the stock price from recovering as quickly as the other security stocks. So, in that it does have more upside in the near term and then collectively they have a pretty robust upside together long term. >> Yeah, as a whole, all of these cyber security stocks have had a really strong second half of the year and are predicted to continue having a strong year in 2027. That's why I'm curious to see if any of these cyber security names do end up on that list of the 10 best stocks to buy this fall. You can scan the QR code or click the link in the description and find out for yourself. Are there any cyber security stocks on that list of the 10 best stocks to buy in the fall? Check out that free report today. Again, it is totally free. You just have to go to the link and we will send that report to you. Okay, Thomas, let's go on to the fourth stock on your buy list for November. >> Well, that's Applied Digital. Applied Digital is suffering along with all the other AI stocks with the cost of its buildout. But like Oracle, it's showing traction with its capacity. It's bringing capacity online, monetizing it. It's improving cash flow and margins because of it. The long-term outlook is being secured with contract. It's expanding its footprint. It's building out its data centers within the data center build and the risks that are involved with building data centers. Applied digital has um a moat compared to some other operators. um where it's building a status center. It's in North Dakota. It's a more favorable environment. They've got plenty of power. There's room to expand. Again, these contracts are backed up by a lot of upfront capital and and hardware. Uh so largely derisk compared to what the the raw numbers look like. Now, you know, trading at at long-term lows, you know, 18-month lows, the stock price is is deeply discounted compared to where it was. Of course, there's always risk that it could pull back further. Uh but it appears to be set up for a rebound. Uh we're deeply oversold again, you know, showing traction in the results. Upcoming results should so show some more traction. Uh so to me that would be a catalyst, a trigger for the market to rebound. >> Now, this is so interesting and again why I love this show. This is a completely different perspective than one we had on just yesterday where we had some analysts who were on who said they're not really bullish on companies like Applied Digital that only own the building that other facilities are going to rent that they said it's not enough of a moat to see some really strong return on assets. And again, that's an accounting perspective that they were sharing. If you want to watch yesterday's video if you haven't yet, you'll hear a completely different perspective. But I want Thomas to weigh in here on why you think that there is a a strong growth story for not only applied digital but maybe some of the other neoclouds as well because each day that goes by uh the barriers to entry get bigger and uh the moat that the other new companies would have to cross to get into this industry get deeper. This company is more and more entrenched in a in an industry that's uh experiencing wicked hot demand where demand is exceeding capacity by a large a large number. Uh so regardless of what it does inside the industry, it's established and entrenched with with this moat. Uh that means that its business is is pretty well secured. >> Yeah, I think that that the fact that it's further along is an interesting argument to make that uh it is becoming harder to build data centers and we just had on uh Mr. Wonderful uh Kevin Olirri who's building one of the biggest data centers in the country and his prediction was that over 60% of data centers will fail. the projects that are proposed won't actually happen because of some of those barriers that you were talking about. So, I do think that's an important point to to bring out. I also think that just to show how far along this company is compared to some others. You look at their earnings. They had earnings earlier this month and they're not quite profitable yet, but they are very very close even with all of the spend that they're doing. What does that tell you, Thomas? >> To me, that's just evidence of of this of the shift. you know, there's the upfront cost that is hurting the cash flow, hurting the earnings, and then there's the monetization of the assets that improves the earnings. So, right now, we have these two forces working against each other where they're spending, but they're also making. But I think we've reached, you know, a nice transition point, an inflection from where the spending is going to start slowing and and the monetization is going to start accelerating and we're going to start seeing improving metrics and improving cash flow um over the coming quarters. And that's going to be what to me will drive the stock prices higher. >> Yeah. So interesting. And I think anybody who is in Applied Digital, it's a company we've talked about lots of times on this channel. Again, disclosure, this is in my hometown, in my little North Dakota hometown. So, I know this name well. Um, but we talked about it when it was around $5. And people who had this stock got in early on this stock around that $2 to5 range. Saw huge returns uh in May when this stock peaked around $50. And now we're trading below 20 again. What do you what does that price action tell you? Do you think we'll get back to that $50 range soon? I mean, analysts certainly think so, >> right? So, to me, that $50 is is like an extreme peak right now. It's as as big as the market could have gotten if the company had grown into its outlook at the time. So, since then, the outlook has improved. So, to me, the potential for the stock price has actually improved as well. So, we could go up to new highs. It's just going to be a matter of of the market getting, you know, back into gear. Taking this back to what we were talking about before, the AI market is huge. A lot of uncertainty. So investors in the market are it's just hard to know what the stock is worth. We're getting these really huge swings. So as you were saying, the upswing is worth about a,000 points, 1,000% upside. So a 50% downside. I mean, it sounds huge, 50%. But it's still well above where it was uh when the rally started. So we're still at like 400% gains compared to those lows. Uh this market is certainly strengthening and getting stronger. It's got a stronger higher support base for when the next rally starts. Um and with that in play, to me, the next rally could be stronger and and get higher as well. >> Yeah. Last thing before we move on to the next stock, I just want to address more of the Neoclouds because they've been the headline topic the last couple of weeks of market downfall. One of those arguments was about interest rates and the concern that some of these Neocloud companies aren't going to be able to cover the cost of their debt. as the cost of debt continues to rise and those interest rates rise, that was the concern for a lot of NeoCloud companies. Is that a concern to you? >> Um, it is a concern and the longer that rates stay high, the higher they get, the more the the risk will build. But again, a lot of these companies are being backed up by by major partnerships with companies like Nvidia, you know, who has billions of dollars to help them get through and see it through to the end. Nvidia's got a vested interest in many Neoclouds because the Neoclouds represent the usage of the products that they're going to sell to the actual the modelers and the hyperscalers. So, there are risks, but I I think that the risk are starting to to erode and and to fade in favor of of the potential for gains. >> All right, let's move on to the fifth stock that is a buy for you this November. Another buy the dip opportunity for sure, >> right? And that's Amp Prius Technologies. This is not a unusual name for me. I've been following this stock for quite a long time. Uh but right now we're set up, I think, for quite a robust swing. What we've been following the last two years, uh to me, is the market accelerating or or ramping and growing on on speculation and now we've transitioned to the execution phase. And so we're looking for another big upswing in the price action. Technically speaking, uh Amprius chart shows to me clear Elliot waves. the recent low is the second low in in the corrective action. Um assuming that the company continues to execute its story and and grows into what we're expecting, I'm looking for another Elliot cycle to begin and in that uh we're going to look for several, you know, three very large rallies uh that are going to take the stock up uh to new highs. I think some investors are going to be relieved to see it's making your buy list again because investors again much like Applied Digital had been doing very well with AMPX. It had a huge rally earlier this year and has continued to see a downfall recently and many investors who've been excited about this company are wondering when are we going to see a turnaround? Is it time to give up on AMX? You are doubling down saying no. You have strong faith in this company. Why is that? What about AMPX tells you this stock is going to continue to grow in the future even though we've had a dip in the last few weeks and months? >> Well, because the fundamental story is so strong and its recently awarded $75 million contract from the government has really validated its transition from speculation to execution. So right now we're looking for uh capacity to ramp, production to ramp, revenue to ramp, cash flow to ramp, and for the company to hit its uh its inflection point to profitability over the next two to three quarters. >> Now, now this is one that does have an earnings report coming up very soon towards the start of November. Anyway, uh last earnings report, I think, is part of the reason we've seen that continued downfall is it did have a miss. It didn't quite meet the expectations that Wall Street was putting on it, even for that speculative kind of company that it is. Is there even stronger uh potential impact from what happens with earnings this month? >> Um there is a risk that the company could could miss or provide some some weak results, but nothing in the trends suggest to me that that's going to happen. Uh all the news flow to me has been positive. Yeah, there was a slight miss on earnings, but that's part of the cost of of of of building out the this the network and and and ramping capacity. Revenues growing at triple digit pace. I think that we may see acceleration um if not in this quarter than over the next few quarters because the company is ramping its capacity. But again, this is an execution story. Uh this market is on track. This company's on track to deliver its product. Once we see that validated, I think that it will be off to the races for the stock price. >> Yeah, certainly analysts agree with you. Again, looking at the the number of analysts covering this, which is smaller than some of the other companies we've talked about here today, but they're very bullish on the long-term outlook of AMX, just like you are. So, there is that for investors to hold on to as well. But one other stat that's a little bit concerning is that there isn't that institutional ownership. And I know the last time we talked about AMPX, I asked you the same question is that institutions just aren't getting into this stock yet. Is that a concern for you or do you think it's going to take another big rally before Wall Street really gets interested? >> Well, right. So, it has been a concern because the institutions are required for the stock price to get up to these high levels and to stay there. But it's not surprising that they haven't been more interested in this stock until now because of its small size, its lack of of of revenue and um and and profits and the speculative nature of last couple of years. uh but this last earnings report and more specifically the contract from the government has validated the business and has opened the door to what I see as being a more aggressive stance by the institutions. Uh so when they get uh some good positive news as we might see in this next report that could be a trigger for them to start accumulating more of the stock. Um when we see that happen uh that's when we can really expect to see uh the rallies start getting quicker and faster and and going to higher highs. All right, a great look at some buy the dip ideas for November. And it's so good to hear your conviction on some of these names. Again, controversial conviction for some of them. I'd love to hear what viewers have to say in the comments as always. And if you missed Thomas' five buys for October, you can watch that full interview here and see the stocks that he was bullish on last month. Those weren't major buy the dip opportunities. They were more momentum growth stories. Take a look at all five of those names
