Hey everyone and welcome back to another portfolio update for today. So over the past week it's been a horrible week. There's no denying that and there is no shame in saying that these things happen. The cash investing portfolio went down by 11.6% in just one week whereas the S&P was down close to 2%. Now this has happened before I mean this year this has happened actually earlier in March. It happened again in July. Now, is this time different? Can we go down even lower? Is this justified? My opinion, no. But I don't control the market. And again, over a longer period of time, I still believe that what I'm doing is the correct way for me. I'm not the only one saying this. We listen, of course, to Peter Lynch because whenever the market is down, Peter Lynch videos do pop up. But in today's video, we also have to look at the upcoming week because as you know this earning season is quite important and over the next couple of days we already have for me personally quite important companies. We have Meta that will report Wednesday, same day as Tesla, same day as IBM, Lamb Research, Texas Instruments. Now on Tuesday after hours we do also have big names. We have Netflix after hours. We have SpaceX, Intuitive Surgical as well, United etc. But to me, of course, Netflix is in my portfolio. Would like to hear more about their strategy to maybe accelerate growth. See what's happening inside the company at the moment. SpaceX, of course, is basically another Neocloud hyperscaler in the making. So, we'll see what what they are saying could definitely impact uh the Neocloud stocks that you and me own. On Wednesday, Meta very very important to me. Meta. Basically, what I want to see is, is the business actually getting even better? The core business. Of course, they'll probably share some early signs of Muse adoption, not just Muse, the cute mascot, but across the board, the model adoption, the new releases, and all that. How good this is going. This is going to be a very, very important one, especially since this happens before Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and all of the other Neocloud players out there. Do I think they'll beat the estimates? I do believe so. And since the stock, by the way, the stock is now back to the low $700, we'll look at the technical analysis as well. I do believe that no, it is not priced to perfection. There are definitely a lot of other names that well over the last couple of days are not priced to perfection anymore, but still a bit more expensive than uh the average. I'd also want to talk about the current state of the market. So, it's been a good year for those that are investing in AI, Neocloud, Semiconductor, memory names. But overall, overall, it's not the best years out there for the S&P. If we look at the S&P total percentage of stocks down at least 10% from all-time highs, 84% of those, so 84% of the names in the S&P are already down at least 10% for the all-time high. So yes, we might be in a prolonged bull market, but there are definitely pockets where there is a bare market happening. And for those that like to say, "Oh, everything's super stretched. Everything's super expensive." No, it it is not. If you look at the S&P 500 and the info forward PE ratio, you can see first of all, they're quite close to each other. And second of all, we're what close to 20 times very close to it. So nobody can convince me that we are now in a super super expensive market overall. No, there are definitely expensive names out there and yes maybe cheap names look cheap today but if they don't execute well if the growth is not going to be there the expected growth then they can become more expensive 100%. But if you look across the board, we are nowhere near the dotcom bubble because that's always the period that every bear likes to mention. Oh, the com bubble. No, we are far far from it. Now, if we look at the couple of names that we've been following, I did add a couple of extra. I added Core, AMD, and Broadcom uh to the list here. And now since most of them have pulled back, we are now for most of them in buy zones or some of these names. You'll have to wait see if they drop a bit more, they'll be in a better area than they are as of right now. But again, it's just a couple of dollars here and there. So with Alphabet ended the week at 340, main buy zone according to uh the moving averages would be between 330 342. Again, does it really matter in the long run? No. But since right now the market seems to be in a bad mood, maybe maybe waiting a bit might make sense. Rocket Lab. Rocket Lab of course took a huge beating. We're at literally $50 per share right now. So the main buy zone, we are in it, but it can drop a little bit lower. Can drop a little bit lower. The 100, the weekly simple moving average sits at 55. So if you want to wait for it to reclaim that, you can. Of course, RocketLab did get hit because Neutron got delayed yet again. Now, I shared my opinion on it. I thought it was quite clear that Neutron would launch early 2027 based on the language that they've used the last time that they delayed it. They said, "Oh, we're going to try to reach the end of 2026." Okay. But now the problem is it's not even going to be early 2027. There were some structural issues. They had to update something, change it. testing period. So, it's going to take a while. The testing period and all of it will only end early 2027. So, maybe we might get a launch in Q2 2027. Now, is it so so bad? It's not great. The messaging could have been better. They could have just said it from the start. You know what? We are changing things. We we are struggling with with the structure or there were issues with that. So, we had to change the whole thing. It's going to be first half of 27. Instead of delaying time and time again, just delay it one time, but a big delay so we don't get disappointed time and time again. But okay, in the meantime, they'll keep on getting contracts for Electron. I'm pretty sure that we're still going to get some contracts for Neutron as well. But yeah, this was a name that was extremely stretched at $100 plus was just less expensive. And now, yeah, if you are long-term investor around $50 or so, again, neutron is very important to the TC. So all of this I'm saying when Neutron works out, yes, over the long run, this is going to be looking at a good entry point, not an extremely cheap one, but just a less expensive one. As for SoFi, I'll do a specific full video about SoFi over the next couple of days because it is an important earnings report. It's an important earnings report because sentiment around the name is very bad. Sentiment in the market is bad for financials because of macro. We also have midterm election in the United States. I'll show you a couple of couple of figures right now. The sentiment in the market, but so far, yeah, main buying zone is actually where we're at right now. Although it could drop, you could still maybe buy it under $14 per share. The 200 day weekly simple moving average sits under $14 at $1324. This is, yeah, it's a painful name, right? I'm not going to hide behind the fact that I'm bullish on the name. I've been saying, yeah, maybe it's the last time you could buy it under $17, under $18 because on paper, on paper, the business is undervalued. It's still doing well. Cannot control the stock price. But I'm not going to lie to you. It is disappointing. It is disappointing to see that such a quality business gets pulled down. Not because of the business itself, just macro puts pressure on this name. Now, what could they do? Well, they could show the market that look, despite all of the macro headwinds, our business is still operating the way we want it. We could be growing faster if macro does change. But as of right now, we are confident in meeting our targets despite the headwinds. I think that could be a very good message and that has been the message so far. But yeah, I understand if you're disappointed with so far this year, it's completely warranted. Just don't be disappointed with the business because the business is doing what it should be doing. Moving on to Amazon, this one pretty simple, still around 250, which is also around the main uh buying zone. As for Meta, Meta closed out the week close to $79. Target buy zone would be just below $700, between $660 and $690. The daily 50 support is around $675 per share. But with this name, we do have an earnings report coming up. So that will decide whether or not we reclaim the higher $700 or we go under $700. With regards to new, same with Marcado Libé, still around the same areas, still a good price to accumulate over the long run. Netflix also one of these names still holding to the same price as we've seen over the past couple of weeks. So nothing changes there. Nebuse. Nebuse is of course right now well under $200 per share, $165. Weekly 50, the support area sits at $171. As of right now, the buying zone is a bit bigger between 160 and $172. But again, with all of these names, one day it's up 10%, the other day it's down 10%, huge fluctuations. You start red, deep red, then you can end in green as we've seen on Thursday. So huge fluctuations there. I did buy more which we'll cover in a bit. Reddit again the same. This is something I think that we're going to see a bit more. Reddit, Uber, Netflix, the names where you have not that much exposure to this whole capex AI capex story. You have more exposure to free cash flows. These are the names that have been holding up quite well. So with Reddit, we are a bit above the main buying zone. The weekly 100 support area sits at $147. The previous ceiling resistance sits closer to $160. Moving on to Axon, a name that yeah, I first opened my position around these prices. We went all the way to $600 and then we're back at where we started. The floor is basically where we're at right now. And this one as well, I did accumulate a bit more shares around these prices. Marcado Libra, as I said, a bit like new holding up quite well. Uber, like Netflix, and Reddit also holding the same prices that we've seen before. Now, with regards to Broadcom, Broadcom was already cheap, undervalued as I've shown you, around 350, $360. We're now 328. Main buying zone is also a bit bigger here, 315, 335. Weekly 100 support sits at 310. So a bit lower than where we're at right now. The ceiling, the resistance, the first one here is at 365. Again, this is for short-term things. For the long run, it is undervalued and it doesn't really matter that much. Of course, if you're short on cash, you don't want to buy a 360 all at once and then suddenly drops by 10%. You're like, "Oh, damn it. Could have bought a bit more if I had just waited." But we don't have a crystal ball, so we just have to deal with it. As for corewave, this one also gets hit quite a lot. We did a couple of videos and live streams around that name. $61. Main buying zone is basically where we're at right now. Support is at $61. The resistance sits at $86. So, we would really need this name to really push much higher in order to break out of what the negative the negative environment that it's in. As for AMD, we were well above $600. We're now closer to $500 per share. The main buying zone is between 510 and 540. The daily 100 support is closer to 500 at $50. Ceiling is at 610 as of right now. But this is also a name I think we'll report the next 10 10 days, two weeks or so. Intel as well. So that will have an impact on the stock. That's the thing with earning season. Technical analysis is nice, but at the end of the day, if the report is very good, guidance is very good, you'll see the stock recover and then if there is negative macro headlines or positive macro headlines, it could help or hurt the stock even more. Now, what could help or hurt the stock even more, the stock market, is of course midterm elections happening in the United States. As of right now, seems like Democrats have a 63% chance to control the Senate. This is based on the prediction market on Kali. You can see the map right here. 63% 16 days to action. We'll see what happens. I don't remember what has happened before when Republicans had the Senate then suddenly switch to Democrats. If that's bullish or bearish for the market at the end of the day, what's bullish or bearish for the market is if inflation is under control. is if oil prices are coming down and it's if earnings per share keeps on growing. As of right now, if we look at the balance of power for Congress, seems like Democrats, there is a 61% chance that they're going to sweep it. Of course, all of this is on Kali prediction market. They are now a new partner of the channel. If you want to try it out, there's a link in the description. Use it for extra information. It is interesting to see what the market might be pricing in. Same with the Fed decision in October. As of right now seems like we are at a 86% chance of the Feds doing absolutely nothing. 12% chance of a hike which a couple of days ago well a couple of days maybe a couple of weeks ago chances of an extra hike 25 basis points was at 67% whereas maintaining is at 32.3%. So, seems like October will be the meeting where they do nothing and then as we've seen before, December might be another meeting where they'll increase rates. But as we know, probabilities can change over time based on inflation data, based on oil prices, based on Middle East headlines. But as of right now, seems like the market is pricing in two rate hikes for this year. But then again, as you can see, a couple of days ago, that was a bit different. As for what has happened with the portfolio, ironically, PayPal is the one that is still performing okay. The PayPal bull spreads for December 2028, I'm still up $7,000 on those. The core $100 January 2028 call options are of course down almost 6,000 bucks. So they are close to canceling each other out. Looking at the portfolio itself again, it's been a very very bad week for those that have been performing very well this year over the past couple of days. Your portfolio is down quite a lot. But the reason it's down quite a lot is probably because you've been performing quite well this year. But again, it's not great. Anyone saying, "Oh, I love seeing these prices come down." No, I don't like to see my portfolio value come down by 11% in one week. I would like it to increase 11% every single week. But okay, that's the price to pay to invest in companies that are growth companies that have high beta. So, Nebula still number one. Then we have SoFi number two, Google number three with AMD foring to the number four spot. We have Meta still number five. Oscar still holding quite well here number six. Rocket Lab, DLO, New Palunteer, Micron, Micron under 900 bucks, Robin Hood, Rubric, Uber, Broadcom Reddit Axon Nvidia still half my position in Netflix and barely any cash. Why is that? Because I did do some buying. So, I did increase my Broadcom position by 10%. I did increase my Rocket Lab position by 3.7%. But then with my luck, right before they announced the delay of Neutron, I increased it by 4.6% the remaining the remaining 25 shares that I wanted to buy back at 61 close to $62. The timing could not have been worse, but hey, can't time the market. I did also increase my Axon position by 15% at 409 bucks. So, a bit higher than where we're at right now. I did buy Nebus twice at of course higher prices because didn't know we're going to recover then crash then recover and then crash again but small increases twice 10 shares because to me Nebus still is bestin-class to me what we are seeing right now in the market suggest that Nebus will not have the same issues that maybe a core weave or maybe a oracle might have. I still view Nebus as a future hundred billion dollar plus company. I think they'll they'll surprise the market again with how well this business is operated in this environment. I think they're doing everything they should be doing. But of course, if one name in their industry is maybe struggling or headlines suggest that they might be struggling, then they'll be hit as well. We've seen it time and time again, especially with these types of names. Deepseek. This name was done close to 40% in just one day. Although, okay, back then Nebis was not that well known. So fine. But we've seen this huge overreactions time and time again. I might be looking like an absolute fool and idiot as of right now to many folks, but okay. To me, this is what I think I should be doing with my money. Now, for those of you that are following me on ETO, the ETO portfolio is is more of a trading very very small portfolio. You can copy it right now if you want. There is also a link uh below. You don't have to. You can. Same with with this one right here. But yeah, the portfolio took a huge hit. Overall, I'm still outperforming the market quite comfortably. And at the end of the day, at the end of your investing journey, if over a long period of time, you are outperforming the market, that's good enough. Yes, from time to time, one month here, one month there, you will be down. You will be down more than the market. But if over a long period of time, you're up and you're outperforming the market significantly, you should pat yourself on the back. And you know, I'll actually I'll show you the Peter Lynch clip. The most important organ is the stomach. It's not the brain. There's always on the way to work, the amount of bad news you can hear is almost infinite now. So the question is, can you take that? I mean, do you really have faith that 10 years, 20 years, 30 years from now, common stocks are place to be? If you believe in that, you should have some money in equity funds. I mean, it's a question, what's your talents for pain? I mean, the stock market's a very good place to be, but I can toss a coin now. Is it going to be lower two years from now? Higher? I don't know. More more people lost money waiting for corrections and anticipating corrections than the actual corrections. Well, you ought to look in the mirror every day and say, "What am I going to do if the market goes down 10%." What you do if it goes down 20? Am I going to sell? Am I going to get out? If that's your answer, you should be reducing it today. Well, hey, there's perfect record. I think the 13 years I ran Mellin, the market went down nine times, 10% or more. I had a perfect record. I went down more than the market. Every time went down went down more. So I I just didn't worry about it. The point is when you say to yourself, do I need this money in a year? Do I need this money in two years? Do I need this money in three years? So my longer term stock market's been the best place to be last 10 years, last 30 years, last 130 years. But if you need the money in one or two years, you shouldn't be buying stocks. >> There is a reason why Peter Lynch is my favorite investor of all time. First of all, great results. Second of all, super smart guy that knows how to explain things in a very simple way. And this is what I've been trying to do. Well, might not be the best at all times, but I'm trying to simplify this journey for the majority of people because yes, I do think that every time I talk with people that might not be invested in the market, they're all afraid. Why are you afraid? This is not something that's super complicated. The only thing that you have to do is yes, is try to control your emotion. If this legendary investor, yeah, he is a legendary investor out there. If he went down more than the market went down every single time the market went down, then who am I to try to be the genius? And no, if the market goes down a lot, I I will not go down. I will be the genius to time the market to perfection. No, like he said, if you are going to invest, invest for the long run because you don't know what might happen tomorrow. You don't know what might happen next month, next quarter, or next year or so. But over the long run, yes, the market, the stock market, especially invest in good companies, or if you have a basket of a lot of companies, and most of them are good companies, you'll do well. But to say that, oh, I'm going up when the market goes up. going up way more, but when the market goes down, I know how not to go down as much. Okay, if you can do that, congratulations. You're the best one out there. But if a legendary investor like Peter Lynch goes down more than the market when the market goes down and still still has such tremendous results over the long term, then maybe he also knows what he's doing and I rather play his game because his game is much easier and I can sleep well at night. Of course, I don't think he likes to see the portfolio go down, but again, this is a long-term story. All in all, that's about it for me in today's video. Keep calm, concentrate on the long run, and I'm pretty sure most of us will do fine. Have a great weekend. [music] [music] >> [music]
