So, Bitcoin is sitting right around $80,000 at the time of filming this video, which is roughly 35% below the all-time high of about $126,000 it printed [music] back in October of last year. But here's the thing. Back in June, Bitcoin dropped all the way down to about $57,700, [music] its lowest price in 21 months. And since then, it's climbed more than 40% off that low. On top of that, earlier this month, we saw one of the biggest waves of loss selling of this entire cycle right around $80,000. And historically, that kind of capitulation has lined up with local bottoms. Now, I believe you've discovered this video at one of the most important moments of this entire cycle. The people buying in June were called crazy. The people waiting for confirmation usually end up buying it back at much higher prices. And folks, I want to be really clear about where I stand because I personally believe that the bottom is still in for Bitcoin. Galaxy Research [music] still thinks we could see $40,000 to $46,000 before [music] the year is over. Bond yields are sitting at 24-year highs and oil just topped over $100 a barrel. But the way I see it is that a lot of the bad news has already been priced in and Bitcoin has taken every one of those hits and is still holding well above the June low. So, by the end of this video, you'll know exactly where I stand and what I'm [music] doing about it. But before we can even get there, we need to first cover where Bitcoin actually stands right now and the levels that matter. Then I'll share with you the case for a bottom, the market signals that I'm personally watching, and what would have to happen to confirm it. From there, I'll walk you through the specific frameworks that I use to research tokens going forward, the same process that we run inside [music] of Kaizen. And last but not least, I'll be sharing with you the list of projects that we like that actually pass that framework. Because the way I see it, if this really is the bottom, the next 12 to 18 months could be where [music] life-changing money gets made. And if you go in without a process, you'll end up chasing the same pumps that could cause you to become someone [music] else's exit liquidity. At the time of filming this video, Bitcoin is trading at around $80,000, like I mentioned, which puts it roughly 36% below the all-time high. To put that into perspective, it's been over a year since that top. And Bitcoin has actually underperformed the S&P 500 over that stretch. For most of the year, the AI trade was where all the money went, and crypto got left behind. But now, even that trade is starting to crack. Last week, the NASDAQ had its worst day since June. Chip stocks dropped about 16% in just eight sessions, and names like Nvidia, Meta, and AMD all got hit hard as investors started questioning how much of this AI spending is really going to pay off. So, the trade that pulled money away from crypto all year is now losing steam itself. Now, look, I'm going to be real honest with you guys. In my last video, I showed you spot Bitcoin ETFs pulling in roughly $3 billion over two weeks. Then following that, we had two weeks of outflows. And last week was a mix. Over a billion came into Bitcoin. Then about $773 million walked out the door in just two sessions, including the biggest single day withdrawal that we saw since the month of June. Now, the week still closed around $300 million in net positive inflows, and Bitcoin just closed its third losing week in a row. This is the first streak like that since May. But if you're able to zoom out, this draw down actually looks very different. At the June low, Bitcoin was down about 53% from the top. Now, in 2017, Bitcoin fell 84% before it bottomed. And in 2021, it fell 77%. So, even at its worst point this cycle, Bitcoin has held up far better than it did in either of the last two cycles. And today, we're still sitting more than 35% above that low. Now, let me show you where we're coming from because direction tells you more than any single number. To begin, let's start with sentiment. The fear and greed index is a simple 0 to 100 score of how the crowd feels. Zero is panic, one is euphoria, and in June it hit 8, extreme fear. By late September, it was 74 [music] greed. Today, it's actually 50, dead neutral. So, all this back and forth, all this chop in the market is what we call froth. And all have got washed out in the last 3 weeks. And this all follows what a healthy reset looks like. Now, Bitcoin dominance, which is Bitcoin's share of the whole crypto market, just got back above 60% for the first time since May. And the way I read it is that the money is still hiding in Bitcoin and hasn't fully rotated into altcoins [music] yet. And that rotation is exactly where the biggest altcoin moves usually come from. Now, there's another way to see this, which is using the altcoin season index. This here is a score from 0 to 100 that asks one simple question. How many of the biggest altcoins have beaten Bitcoin over the last 90 days? 75 or above means altcoin season and 25 or below means Bitcoin season. This here is a great way to see where we are in this whole mode that I personally call easy mode when investing or trading crypto. Today it's at 55. So no clear season, but back in late September it was around 70. And this is when the pullback hit and Bitcoin held up better than most altcoins. Now, the altcoin momentum from September is fading and money is flowing back to Bitcoin. What that tells me is that this is not a buy everything market and picking what assets you buy matters a whole lot and that's going to come towards the back half of this video. Last but not least, guys, we have Strategy, which is Michael Sailor's company. And folks, a few months ago, this was the biggest fear in the market. People were asking, "What happens if Strategy gets forced to sell?" Currently, Strategy holds 848,500 Bitcoin at an average price at around $75,400, which is right on our support level. So, they're sitting at roughly break even instead of deep underwater. Strategy also has about $5.1 billion in cash. And this past week, they even bought back $25 million of their own preferred stock, STRC. This here to me resembles a company that's not in survival mode, but instead their premium and the value of the company versus the Bitcoin it holds is still above one, which means that the market still pays them a premium and they keep buying Bitcoin. But all this fear and FUD that we saw regarding Micro Strategy earlier this year shows that they're still standing. They're still resilient to all of that. And it seems like a lot of that FUD has actually faded. Now, quick recap to my last video. I told you guys to keep it easy. zoom out on a higher time frame and just watch those key levels that I marked. On a technical level, nothing has changed from that video. First, the $80,000 to $81,500 zone is still roughly the average cost of those ETF buyers and the corporate treasuries and big institutional money that came in this cycle. Right now, we're still testing those levels and how we react here matters a ton. The next level to be on the lookout for is $76,000 to $77,000. This is the same support I gave you in last video where if we lose it, we're going to be losing the 50-week moving average. And what's interesting is that Glass Nodes true market mean, which is basically the average price active investors paid for their Bitcoin, sits at around that price $77,600. So, you've got two different ways of measuring the market pointing at the same zone. From there, we have $74,000. Like I said before, if we lose that level without a strong bounce, that's when I get a lot more cautious and go even more risk off on the smaller onchain plays simply because there isn't a symmetry on a lower time frame where the risk here is high yet the reward is lower. Now guys, that doesn't mean I sell my long-term spot holdings. Instead, I would actually do the opposite for my long-term positions and accumulate more of those while Bitcoin goes down. And last but not least, folks, $84,000 is the upside price. If we see a daily break above that level, that is what would help me to confirm that the bottom is more certainly in and it opens the door to the 90,000 to $96,000 range that I talked about previously. So, if you take one thing away from all of this, it's that as long as Bitcoin holds the $76,000 to $77,000 range, I personally still believe the bottom is in and it's still more favorable to be risk if you're deciding to participate in crypto. All right, so we just did the recap and we talked about the important levels that you need to know about Bitcoin, but let's talk about why I actually think the bottom is in. Now, I want to walk you guys through this one piece at a time because no single signal will tell you everything. What I've realized in this space is that you need to have confluence and you need to have variety of different signals all lining up. And this is the moment where you want to start paying attention. First, let's talk about timing. Now, whether you believe in the four-year cycle or not, at this point, I still think it works like a self-fulfilling prophecy in the space. After personally attending a ton of conferences this past year, I just got back from Token 2049 Singapore with my team, KBW in Korea. I get to meet a lot of people, whether it's founders or OG Bitcoin whales or people who have just done super well in the space or even multiple family offices that run billions of dollars in funds. The consensus that I've learned is that generally the market still likes to trade off that 4-year pattern. Now, if you look back at the last two cycles, Bitcoin bottomed somewhere between 364 and 46 days after the top. In 2017, it took 364 days, and in 2021, it took 378 days. Now, this cycle's top was October 6th of last year, which puts the bottom window between October 5th and November 16th of this year. At the time of filming this video, we're currently on, drum roll, day 385. So, we're sitting right in the middle of that window. Next, the trend itself has also changed. Back in August, Bitcoin closed above its 200 day moving average for the first time since November of 2025. That ended a stretch of 270 days, being below it, which is actually one of the longest in Bitcoin's history. Now, the reason this matters is because there's only been three other times where Bitcoin spent six plus months under a falling 200 day and then reclaimed it. That was 2015, 2019, and 2023. What's interesting, too, is that all three of those marked major cycle lows. And even with the latest pullback, Bitcoin is actually still sitting about 10% above that line. Now, on top of that, there's one more chart that I really like right now. And if you price Bitcoin against the NASDAQ, that ratio just reclaimed its own 200 day moving average in September after 235 straight sessions below it. Historically, when that's also happened, Bitcoin was higher a year later, five out of six different times. And remember what we talked about the whole AI trade cracking? The NASDAQ 100 just had its worst week since April of last year, and that ratio still hasn't broken down. Now, on top of all that, I think macro is still incredibly important. Interest rates, what's going on in the broader markets still impact Bitcoin a ton. So, with regards to macro, I know this is what's scaring a lot of people because the Fed hiked again in September. Bond yields are sitting near two decade highs and the market is pricing in another hike in December. And this actually sounds terrible right now for risk assets. But here's also the thing that most people don't realize, and it's that historically, Bitcoin has bottomed right around peak hawkishness and not after the Fed starts cutting. Take as an example this in 2018, Bitcoin bottomed just 4 days before the Fed's last hike of that cycle. In 2022, Bitcoin bottomed a full 8 months before the last hike. So, by the time everyone agrees the Fed is done, the bottom is usually already behind us. Now, the next significant event that you need to know about is midterms. What's really interesting about this significant event is that the data actually leans the other way from what most people expect. So, after each of the last three midterm elections, Bitcoin was up 12 months later every single time. Take a look at this chart here. 24% after 2014, 45% after 2018, and 92% after 2022. Now, past performance doesn't guarantee anything, as you guys all should know, but I'd rather have that history on my side than against it. Now, the next thing I look for at a bottom is when the scariest headline in the market starts to lose its power. And folks, one of the biggest fears this cycle that we had was regarding Michael Sailor and Micro Strategy. Now, the market tends to forget these things, but this just happened only a few months ago, and there was huge worry that the STRC preferred stock would force Michael Sailor and Micro Strategy to sell more Bitcoin from their treasury. Now, what actually happened last week? Well, Strategy didn't sell, but instead they spent about $25 million buying back that STRC preferred stock instead, which reduces the exact pressure that everyone was worried about. What this reminds me of is what we saw with FTX. When FTX had collapsed, the bottom came right when the fear was at its worst. Remember, bad news tends to mark bottoms. And the biggest risk-on catalyst that we saw in crypto, which is pretty much the largest company holding Bitcoin and selling more of it just got smaller. And then you have what we covered at the start of this video. Earlier this month, right around $80,000 for Bitcoin, we saw one of the biggest waves of losselling this entire cycle. Loss selling is when people are pretty much just giving up and selling at a loss. And historically, capitulation like that has lined up as well with local bottoms. Now, last but not least, I want to zoom all the way out because this is why I'm willing to sit through draw downs like the one we're going through right now. Bitcoin is currently volatile. It will continue to be volatile until maybe we're 10, 20 years into the future where the market cap is so big that these price fluctuations do simmer out. But let me remind you this. Bitcoin has finished as the best performing major asset class in nine of the last 13 calendar years. Fidelity Digital Assets has even been writing about Bitcoin starting to move more like gold as a hedge against currency debasement. So over long periods, it has actually paid you for that volatility better than almost any other asset out there. So, when you stack up all of this, we've got the cycle timing, the trend reversal. We have Bitcoin starting to outperform tech, and a macro picture that I believe is already priced in with the biggest fear in the market getting smaller and capitulation right around these levels. Now, could I be wrong? Absolutely not. I'm never wrong. But for those who don't know, I'm joking. This is why I gave you the levels earlier. Obviously, I can't get everything right. But if you look at things objectively, you set levels. And if you're rejected, and if I'm rejected on my thesis, you at least know how to react and play that kind of bounce. If you want to just keep things easy though, by the way, just think long term. If you can agree that Bitcoin will be at a higher price than it is today, in the next 1 year, 2 year, 3 years, say 5 years from now, all you got to do is just keep buying up the dips. Now, just don't take the word of your friendly neighborhood Jung for it. You make the decision for yourself because at the end of the day, it's your money. y'all have the full freedom and choices on what you want to do with it. Now, if this really is the bottom, then the question isn't whether to be in crypto, it's what you should actually be buying if you're in this space. Because the way the market picks winners has actually changed tremendously this cycle. I stopped buying Bitcoin a few years back because when Bitcoin runs, yes, you can make money off that, but in me participating in crypto and me accepting how risky it is to be in this space, I want to play whatever gives me the most upside. Now, that's my own personal strategy and it's helped me make millions. I made a video just a few months back. I made only one single onchain trade all of this year and that ended up making me over $1.25 million on Cash Cat that most you guys heard about. Had I just followed the principle of buying up Bitcoin, I never would have had exposure to that. But for me, if I'm deciding to participate in crypto, I'm looking for asymmetric upside. Otherwise, I would just buy other assets like in the stock market or something that gives me the same degree of risk. Now going back into my research framework and understanding the difference between this cycle, crypto has definitely matured and the way that you decide what to buy also needs to adapt. Back in the day, you could buy a token because of a road map. Maybe it has a simple white paper. It's got the promise of this new hype better technology. And during a bull run, that's actually enough for it to go up. The problem is this past cycle and even earlier this year, we haven't really seen that play out. Even with Bitcoin going up, we didn't see any of the dino altcoins, some of those high caps moving like the way that they have in the past. The price action this year shows that the market is rewarding one thing above anything else, and this is productive assets that actually return value to the people holding [snorts] them. The clearest example here is Hyperlid. Hyperlid was one of the most obvious consensus traits that we've talked about since I think it's been like 2 3 years. Ever since they had their whole token unlock, the market actually heard about it. people started using it and I don't know how many times we talked about it on this channel, but it's enough where you guys should be very familiar with it at this point. Well, hype is now up about 200% this year while Bitcoin is down. So, the difference here is that Hyperlid makes real money and it uses that money to buy back its own token. Hyperl has their assistance fund and with that they have bought back 48 million hype which is worth about $1.36 billion. The crazy part is Hyperliquid and another launchpad Pump Fund together account for roughly 90% of all the token buybacks happening in crypto this year. So when people say like all coins are dead, like dinos aren't going to pick up, all the high caps aren't, you know, going to have any good price action this year, what they really mean is that all coins without any good buyback mechanisms or until we get easy mode turning back on are the reason why things will stay flat. Now, I want to be clear about what this is for. Short-term trades work great when the market is in easy mode, but that is a different game. In this upcoming section here, let me go over the framework that I use to find then the next hyperlquid or the next Zcash, something that we've also talked about on this channel. I want to break down some of the coins that you actually want to hold going into the start of the next cycle if the bottom is in. All right, so to make this quick and easy, guys, when I look at a project, these are the five questions that I ask. Write this down. Screenshot this. Save this because this really is how you can identify some of those next runners. First, does the project make real revenue? Real revenue is like real fees from real users, and I want to see it over at least 30 days. Second, does that revenue actually reach the token? This seems to be the point where a lot of people get tricked when they're doing their research. A project can absolutely make a lot of money, but the token gets nothing. So, you're looking for tokens that have buybacks. They have burn mechanisms or fee distributions. Third, does holding the token actually give you exposure? Does it have some kind of real world application? Does it have any utility or is it just an asset that captures the project's growth and that value just sits there and doesn't really do much? If a token has some kind of working flywheel where the value of the token goes up, the fees are distributed, and there is real utility, that is my third checklist. Fourth, supply unlocks. I mean, this is something you always want to do, not even just in crypto, but if you're investing in stocks or the next IPO, like even anthropic, you want to be very familiar with when unlocks are, how bad the emissions are, what the fully diluted valuation compared to the market cap is, and when all that is actually going to unlock buy. Even if a token is great, if they have unlocks on the first day, and those unlocks are massive, no matter how much buy volume you can get, old holders, VCs, private investors can [music] sell and get you absolutely crushed. Last but not least, and I'd say this is one of the most important things when it comes to crypto, and it's understanding upcoming catalysts. Catalyst can be a future launch, a partnership, a listing, a license, an integration, something with an actual date. 90% of the time when you see a catalyst, it is buy the rumor, sell the news. But leading up to that catalyst, you can actually rally up or make more money leading up to that certain date. Now, if you take my checklist, you run it through, you can even put into any AI or LLM that you use, you can start to automate that process. But it's within doing that where you'll start to notice that winners usually fall into one of two buckets. The first bucket is projects that run like traditional stocks with cash flows. And you can value Hyperlid on its revenue and its buybacks the same way you'd value a company on its free cash flow and its share account. And I believe those are the kind of things that makes more institutions comfortable to want to buy in. Remember, at the end of the day, too, we're not like in the 2021 cycle. You don't have all of retail buying in unless it's a super low market cap where, you know, you do get more price fluctuation off that itty bittiness of volume. But when it comes to a lot of these high caps, you want to find things where family offices, institutions, or other VCs who might want to participate or even just large whales. It just makes sense economically and they also align with the long-term vision of a project. Now, the second bucket here is technology that changes the game. Kind of like what Bitcoin did when crypto was first in its adoption period. Now, Zcash here is a great example. Just like how Bitcoin was the decentralized peer-to-peer currency to fiat, Zcash here is a hedge against two of the biggest risks to that store of value, which is quantum computing and the loss of privacy. In my last video, we mentioned Zcash at $427. And even after the pullback where it turned out you could print unlimited Zcash during the last hack, it still ended up climbing to over $1,200. So the way I see it, if you can find coins that pass that five criteria and fit into one of those two buckets before the rest of the market notices, that's where asymmetry lies. Now, I know most of y'all watching this, you're not going to want to do that homework. I don't blame y'all. You guys are watching a YouTube video. You just want to hear what the alpha is. Well, in this upcoming section here, let me walk you through what I believe some of the best projects for that is. So, this is going to be my top six altcoins and narratives to be on the lookout for. So, to zoom out a little bit, I still personally believe Robin Hood chain is going to be one of the major themes of this upcoming bull run. And alongside that, I still think privacy, meme coins, AI, and [music] real world assets are going to be narratives that also fit within that vertical. And with all that said, please make sure that before you buy any cryptos, you still always do your own research. And although I am bullish, I could always simply be wrong, and sometimes things happen outside of my thesis. I hold some of these positions, not all of them, at the time of filming this video. But don't just buy something because I'm buying or because I like it. For anyone watching my videos, I really want to encourage you guys to do the research because research leads to conviction, and conviction is how you can become a better trader and investor over time. With all that said, first coin here, guys, is going to be Lighter. Now, if you watched my last video, you know that we called Lighter at $164. And the reason I'm still talking about it is because the business on Lighter just keeps getting better and better while price has continued to pull back. Now, in quarter 3, Lighter did about $137 billion in trading volume and roughly $8.5 million in revenue. Open interest finished above $1.6 billion, which is about double the prior quarter. And that matters because it shows that capital is actually staying on the platform instead of just rotating through. Now, the Robin Hood partnership alone did almost $18 billion in volume and added nearly 40,000 accounts in one quarter. So, why did the token sell off? Well, in September, Robin Hood said its US crypto per would actually run through Bitstamp and not on Lighter, and the market treated that like a rejection. Now, if you're able to go a little bit deeper on that though, it turns out Robin Hood already owned Bitstamp and the licenses were already there. So, they just used it as a regulatory path that they already had. The onchain lighter integration, though, is still live. And I personally believe that the sell-off was a massive overreaction. Here's the part a lot of people are still missing, too, is that Lighter, it's not just some vendor that Robin Hood picked off a list. Robin Hood Ventures invested in Lighter's $68 million valuation round last November and it's one of the very few venture bets that Robin Hood has ever made. Vlad Tenn of Robin Hood CEO has publicly cheered on Lighter's founder whose also name is Vlad since day one. When Lighter Mainet went live, Tennov congratulated him and the team. And when Robin Hood invested, he said he can't wait to see what other Vlad and the team were going to build next. And when Robin Hood chain went live on July 1st, Lighter was the per engine built right into Robin Hood wallet. Right now, they split the revenue 50/50 and Lighter set aside $11 million of Lighter tokens for Robin Hood users. So, the way I see it is if you're bullish on Robin Hood, you should also be bullish on Lighter. Right now, the US can't use it, but just a few weeks ago, Vlad said that once the license comes through, Lighter plugs into Robin Hood's US offering, and that's the US front. this year checks the boxes. All of the fee revenue goes back into buybacks and burns, one of the criteria that I just talked about in my framework. And if you take a peek into the numbers, the cumulative buybacks are now at over 18 million lit. This is more than 7% of the original circulating supply and about 44% of the supply is staked. So, the dated catalyst, the big one you got to know about is that lighter is planning to file for its CFTC license in November with options and their EVM targeted by end of this year. What this means is that there are licenses where they are currently working through the government's just a little slow, but when they do go through, this will open the door to regulated US access and deeper brokerage integrations. Now, the biggest risk with lighter here is definitely the supply though. The team and investor unlocks will start January 29th, 2027 and they run monthly over three years. But the way I like to see this is you just compare it to the hyperlquid trade. Most people laughed at a per exchange with its own token and hype went on to become a $17 billion asset. Today, lighter is just a fraction of that. They're worth $760 million and that's less than 5% of Hyperlid's market cap. If LIT just got to say 25% of Hyperlid's market cap, that's still roughly a 5.8x from here. The next token here on my list is Kinetic. The way I see it is that this is the cleanest way to get exposure to Hyperlid's growth without buying hype at its current valuation. But to get to why this matters, you need a little backstory. So, when Hyperlid launched Hyper EVM, its own smart contract chain, everyone expected they would have a Hyperlid season. And honestly, it didn't happen the way most people expected. We did see some hyperlquid meme coins. We saw some hyperlquid NFTs do well, but we didn't see like a hyperlquid season like kind of like how we had base season in the past. Part of it was because of the tech. Part of it was because of a lack of support from Jeff. Even Kinetic themselves called it less than ideal for traders and builders because a simple swap got as expensive as $20 when the network was busy. Now, what's really interesting about this is that there's another part to the story. Hypeolders. Hype holders are some of the biggest diamond hands that we've seen in crypto. Maybe alongside to the reputation of Bitcoin OGs. Hyperlid whales who are probably some of the most important in order to see the whole Hyper EVM chain take off were the ones that just didn't want to participate in that chain. So all the OG hypes, the guys who are up millions of dollars, they just held. Take as an example one of the biggest whales for Hyperlid that you can spot on chain. His name is Smartest Money. He's still running a hype long for over a million hype and right now it's priced at about $110 million. And this was opened at around $38 for Hyperlquid and it's sitting on more than $50 million in profit. Now this wallet is a really good example. It's 100% hype, no pun intended. And someone like him, he's diamond handing. He ain't selling none of that money rotated into some of the other application on Hype EVM, which is naturally the order of operations you'd want to see for a chain to have success. So, what's interesting about where Kinetic comes into play is that Kinetic is a token that gives these hype whales a way in without selling. So, here's how it works. If a whale has a lot of Hyperlid, he don't want to sell, he can stake his Hyperlid through Kinetic. you get K hype back and it keeps earning staking rewards while you can still use it across DeFi. Now, most of this hype that gets staked then ends up in Kinetic and now they're sitting at about $945 million in TVL. So, this isn't a new project by any means. It's not a low cap. This here is actually the largest single pool of capital on the chain. And now the value flow is what makes it really interesting for me because 70% of the protocol revenue goes to 100% of the validator share that then goes back into buying kinetic on the open market. Now with a recent change that they made every token they buy back now also gets removed from supply for good. And the same model for Hyperlid that made Hyperlid go up is now getting implemented. So yes, buybacks are really good, but in terms of frameworks and something that I think is just like super OP in crypto, buybacks that also remove supply is just extra beneficial for a token. Now, the data catalyst to be on the lookout for here is November 9th. That is coming up very soon and that's when Alissium Kinetics layer 2 for Hyperlid goes live on mainet and 50% of all the gas on it goes into buying and burning more kinetic. That here is a second buyback engine stacked on top of the first one and the gas on Alisium is hype itself. So whales will never sell anything and they bring hype over one to one stake it as K hype and use it. Now unis swap already said it's coming to Alissium. So this here is pretty much a working flywheel that gets in those whales and the more hype stake through kinetic and the more activity on Alissium the more gas and more kinetic bought and burned. And this flywheel is one of the simple mechanisms here where I think could make the price of this token go higher. Now, if you want exposure to hype whales finally putting their money to work, Pinetic is still one of the cleanest plays. But folks, I want to be real honest here about the risk because there is definitely still a big one on November 27th. There is also another unlock. 310 million kinetic or about 31% of the supply starts unlocking over the next 2 years. That is going to be way more new supply every month than the buyback is currently removing. So, Alisium has to deliver real activity to go ahead and close that gap. Now, if we went ahead and compared this crypto to Lido's market cap, the liquid staking leader on Ethereum, that's still roughly a 2.5x from here. So, just know if you want to be bullish on this, you have to be aligned that Hyperlid is going to continue to do well. You're also going to have to bet on Kinetic or Lisium getting some kind of support at some point, I think, from Jeff or the Hyperlid higherups. And I think if easy mode turns on, this is just going to be a natural flywheel that people if they are able to do the research properly will understand is still a great exposure play. Now the next token here guys is pawns. I talked about pawns a few times already. We talked about it inside of Kaizen when they first launched. It ended up running to being one of the highest market cap coins for the whole Robin Hood chain. And I still think this is one of the best ways to get exposure to Robin Hood chain outside of lighter. Now, PONS is a dominant launchpad on Robin Hood, and it's done roughly $17 billion in all-time volume and about $37 million in protocol revenue. Now, on top of that, PONS lets people pair tokens with tokenized stocks and ETFs, which was a meta that was born on Robin Hood chain. A lot of these other launchpads or exchanges were fighting for it. We saw Backpack. We even saw base network release it, Kraken, but for some reason, it stuck the best on Robin Hood chain. Now, going back to my framework, here's how pawns applies. The protocol's shares of fees goes mainly into buybacks and burns, and more than 32% of the original supply has already been burned for pawns. There's no large VC unlock hanging over it. And since Robin Hood chain hasn't had its own token, Pawns is one of the cleanest ways to get exposure to more activity on that chain. Now, this is the setup that I can keep it easy for you guys to understand. Pump Fund fell 77% from its peak to its low in June and the chart looked dead for months, but under the hood, it was still making money and still buying back its token. Then all of a sudden, it ran to more than 400% off the bottom. Now, Pawns just went through a very similar kind of drop. It's down now more than 70% from its September peak, and at its low, it was trading at under 3x its annualized revenue while the burns were continuing to run. The risk here is definitely the same as other launchpads and that activity once it drops after a peak and if we consider September that run to be an outlier. It's hard to be bullish on a chain that people aren't going to start launching on. Now I believe in the contrarian take that pawns is going to pick up. They were the launchpad that the most talented developers were all moving and migrating into. We saw the AIXBT team which was a huge runner in the last cycle. Orio Team. I mean, a ton of other guys, even Bundlecat or Mosh Trade. These are some of the exposure plays that I bought into on my FOMO account. And real quick, guys, by the way, FOMO, if you guys want to take a look at my public portfolio, you can check out the link down below in the description to sign up. But if we were to compare ponds to ever reach Pump Funds market cap, that's actually still a 9x from here. So, just as things go up high, you know, in crypto, it can unwind just as fast. But because this is a dominating launchpad on a chain that I think will do well if you're aligned with any of that, there is pure asymmetry on ponds at the time of filming this video. So maybe one day again it'll reach and break its previous all-time high. If it does that, you're going to wish you had bought in at a price around this point. Obviously do your own research, but this is something I have to put on your radar. At least add it to your watch list. I do think right now price on this is looking very favorable. We've had a very good sweep. We've had a lot of people capitulate. And these are the ideal setups that I think people will FOMO back into when it starts making newer rips, breaking resistance again. Crypto number four I have on my list here is cards or also called collector crypt. Now, this one is a little different and I think the market is still underestimating it because most people don't understand how it works. Now, this is super easy. Collector Crypt runs a gotcha model for tokenized trading cards. All you do is you buy a pack and this is a real graded card that gets revealed and the platform will offer to buy it back instantly for about 90% of what you paid in cash or most people take the cash and just open another pack. So one deposit turns into a lot of volume and the platform ends up earning the spread through it every time. Now you do this over and over and over again. You realize people love ripping packs and if they're ripping good packs and they're going to open more packs. There's a flywheel here that's made. The numbers are also backing this up. In Q3, Collector Crypt did $433 million in pack spend and about $25 million in gross profit. And that profit has roughly tripled in this year. Right now, Collector Crypt holds about 2/3 of the category, and it's growing twice as fast as the next competitor. Now, on distribution, Pump Fund added Collector Crypt packs directly inside of its app. It was a huge partnership. And Jupiter also launched Gotcha Machines on its rails and did more than $59 million in pack sales. You also have RipMart, which is a live stream pack ripping company with over a million followers across its brand and it's building right on top of it. So other businesses are adding in Collector Crypt. They're building on top of Collector Crypt and they're all making money. Now the team behind Collector Crypt has also been treating the token like equity. Collector Crypt bought out the vested VC tokens. They burned some of their own, and they've also sold zero tokens. Right now, they are currently trading at about 6x its annualized gross profit, which is well below Pump Funds revenue multiple. The risk here is that this is still a niche category, and anything that looks like a gotcha could still get regulatory attention. But if cards simply traded at Pump Funds multiple, it would still be roughly 2x higher before any more growth. Now, I've seen so many of my friends getting into Pokémon cards. I've had the allure of it. I think it's a growing market. It's going to continue to expand and if it's not Pokemon, it's going to be either League of Legends, One Piece, or some of these other markets. This next generation that's getting their money from their parents or just making their own wealth. Eventually, they want to diversify. If it's not in crypto, if it's not in stocks, they're looking at these collector packs. They're looking at cards that they can own and feel, especially while the whole world is turning more digital. This here is one of the best exposure plays, especially if you want to look into the ascending growth that we've seen into the collector market. Token number five here is Pearl. And this is actually one of my favorite AI plays. Now, I've not talked about this publicly on YouTube. When I was at KBW, Korea blockchain week, I heard someone talking about Pearl. When I was at token 2049 in Singapore, everyone was talking about Pearl. This was like the consensus trade. So, as soon as I heard about it, we had Sebastian from our research team over in Kaizen run up a report. And since then, this is one of the few legitimate projects that I think could do extremely well. For those who don't know what Pearl is, this is a Bitcoin style layer 1 with one big change. Instead of miners solving puzzles and doing nothing else, they do the same kind of matrix math that actually powers AI models. So, you know how like everyone's got to get all these GPUs and they got to rent them out and that's how Bitcoin works. That's how the transaction works. That's how we get more supply. Don't you think it was kind of a waste to get all of these GPUs, all these computers that are working extra hard right now and only mining Bitcoin? Now, with Pearl, they're pretty much creating a project that allows you to run inference while mining Pearl and using the rewards to offer cheaper inference. What caught my attention about this is that this was a no premine, no token sale, no huge VC token, but every single Pearl comes from mining. And Hyperlid also had no VCs, but it had a team allocation. Together AI is another company that works alongside Pearl and they're running inference already that mines pearls and uses the rewards to offer cheaper inference. Now, what's interesting about Pearl is that every single Pearl comes from mining. It was just published by Israel's biggest business paper that the lab behind Pearl actually raised $130 million from Lightseed, Ribbit, and Square Peg. For anyone who knows anything about crypto, I mean Lightseed, Square Peg, they're up there, but Ribbit has been closely tied in with Robin Hood Ventures. Ribbit has also been a big VC and just a player in the crypto markets that have been doing very well. So, the coin here is still considered to be fair launch and the token went from about 23 at its July low to a high of $246 about a few weeks ago. And since then, it's pulled back to around $1.70. Now, there is a lot of potential with a lot of these AI coins. AI is going to continue to be a dominating narrative within crypto. And there's nothing better than finding an AI inference play or something that fits within this whole AI vertical, real use case outside of the crypto markets and a legitimate team that's actually building something that has utility. I like to also compare this to VVV. We've seen that token doing incredibly well over the last year. And in crypto, you got a lot of what we call vaporware, like things that are pretty much just scams that aren't legitimate. So, anytime we can spot a really good team just building something that has massive use case, like what we're talking about here with Pearl, I get very bullish, especially over the long-term horizon. Now, the dated catalyst here just happened. We bought into Pearl and on October 19th, Coinbase added Pearl to its listing roadmap. And the same day, Bitco turned on its custody. When we mentioned Pearl, it was on October 7th at $1.15. And this was in one of our Kaizen research reports in addition to a ton of these other tokens that we shared firsthand in our private community. As most you guys know, it takes a while to put together some of these videos here on YouTube. It's not even just the extra research, but it's the filming, then it's the post- editing, and we're able to share our favorite plays much quicker inside of Kaizen. As I talked about earlier, as soon as I heard about Pearl, we ran our due diligence. We published that report into Kaizen. And since we last opened our weight list, I've been getting a ton of requests from others who want to join. If you want to be a part of a community, get access to our research reports, and get access to the same tools that I use in order to find the next cash, go ahead, check out the link down below in the description to join. We'll be opening up our weight list again soon. The average wait time right now is about 1 to two weeks. But if you plan on investing into crypto or you want to participate, I believe this is still one of the highest ROI moves that you can make. Now, just alongside every other coin, guys, there is also risk. So, with Pearl, the main risk here is supply. Only about 17% of the max supply is currently circulating. So, the fully diluted value is actually 6x its current market cap. Now, the idea that useful AI work will also take over the network still has to prove itself. But if Pearl actually reaches Bit Tensor's market cap, which they have a pretty similar narrative, Pearl would actually hit a 3.7x from here. I still think there's still asymmetry there. And a lot of the gigab brains that I ran into while I was traveling for my conference, guys, they're all it's like unanimously like Pearl is the coin. So, take that as you wish. Never financial advice, but this is already a coin that I personally have exposure to and I want to see how much further the team will develop. All right, last but not least, guys, we have RIA Finance. Easiest way to remember this coin, just think about diarrhea. Just remove the DIA and then just keep the RIA. This here is going to be the smallest token on the list. It ties together two things that we've been bullish on for a while here. Zcash and also NAR. So, RIA is basically all of Near's DeFi in one protocol. The team says it holds around 95% of Near's Defi TVL and Zcash is the second largest asset on it. RIA is the main exchange for Zcash on year. So in a market where privacy has been one of the strongest narratives that here is a dominating position for a token sitting at around $30 million market cap at the time of filming today. Now the part that I like most about this coin is the revenue. For most of this year, the monthly revenue is stuck. They were at around $50,000 to $90,000. But in September, they did $24,000 and October was already at $22,000 with 10 days left. And 100% of the exchange revenue goes into monthly RIA buybacks. So to put that into perspective, RIA is doing about the same monthly revenue as Kinetic at roughly a quarter of the market cap. And in my opinion, it's priced like a dead ecosystem token when the numbers are still growing. As all tokens, guys, there are risks. This is still tied to Near and the burns are still relatively tiny. Only about 41% of the supply circulating and the numbers are small enough that one bad month changes the whole chart. But at 1% of Near's market cap, that's still at least double from this current market cap here. So these are the projects that I and my team currently like. And now obviously guys, all of this is speculation. I don't think any of these will actually go to full zero, but just know in crypto anything could go to zero. And the higher the upside, the higher the risk. So, always make sure you do your own research, sized reasonably, and like I said last time, make sure you always keep firepower on the side in the case that the market blesses us with a generational opportunity with a better entry. To put it all together, ladies and gents, cuz I know we covered a lot in today's episode. I personally think number one, the bottom more than not, it is in. We're at the point in the cycle where bottoms have formed in the past, and as long as we hold this 76,000 to $77,000 range for Bitcoin, I'm going to continue to be risk. We haven't done this in a while, but I want to end with some words of wisdom here. We're right now still in a time of great uncertainty. And oftent times, these are moments where the riskreward for buying onchain short-term plays aren't that favorable either. But I want to reiterate, these are still the moments that you want to build your positions and do deeper research on. Ecclesiastes 11:4 tells us, "He who observes the wind will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap." In other words, if you wait for the perfect conditions or absolute certainty, you'll never take action. In life, just like in these markets, fear and uncertainty can paralyze you into doing nothing. But true wisdom is about having a plan, doing research, watching these semi somewhat boring, not really boring, fun videos. But true wisdom is about having a plan, doing your deep research, and executing when others are too afraid to move. So use times of uncertainty not to panic or regret or wish you did something else. Build diligently. Step forward guys with good conviction. Use times of uncertainty guys to build your positions and build your conviction. Conviction is the most important edge that I'd say any investor would have. Now if at any point you found value in this video guys, drop a like down below. Share this with someone that you think is tapped out of crypto that should be paying attention. And everything I mentioned today will be linked down below in the description. And by the way, we also have our newsletter if you want to stay on top of the market a few times a week completely for free. We send out a newsletter called the warm-up by Kaizen that you guys can join. If you guys want, you guys can also follow me on Instagram and subscribe to the channel for more videos.
