Another stock here, Zcaler, another cyber security stock. So, Rubric is like the company that um can go into your company in real time and remove cyber attacks, right? Their cyber resilience. Rubric's business model assumes you're going to have cyber attacks. Rubric is the insurance against being held for ransom. If you have Rubric, you will not be held for ransom. Rubric is continuously monitoring your business, you know, identifying bad files and cyber attackers, getting them out, right? That's Rubric mission critical. Zcaler is more of like the traffic controller, right? Trying to make sure that bad agents do not get into your company. They're the traffic controller, making sure is running smoothly. Zcaler has a forward PE multiple of about 44 and a PEG ratio of 2.2. Again, the stock is not cheap. It is sitting at about $236 per share. I have 10 stocks in this video that I'm going to share with you that I think are big opportunities in the trading community portfolio. There's a link down below in the description of today's episode if you guys want to come join us. We are up 116.12% year to date. We're smoking Wall Street. I like big winners. I'm not I don't want a 10% stock. I want a stock that goes up 50 75 doubles in a year. Those are the kind of opportunities that we're going to talk about in this video. I also don't like to take excessive risk or buy penny stocks. So, how do you how do you balance that? Now, actually, what is an asymmetrical opportunity? Because when you say asymmetrical opportunity, I feel like that probably confuses a lot of people. It means these stocks have a much higher probability to go up than down. It also can mean they have a maybe 3 to 10x opportunity ahead of them over the next 3 to 5 years. But that it doesn't have to mean a 3 to 10x opportunity exclusively. There there are a couple stocks on this list that I don't think are 10x opportunities in the next 3 to 5 years, but I think they have a 95 plus% chance of going up maybe 20 30 40% per year for the next couple of years. So most of the stocks that I'm looking at are 10x opportunities in the next 3 to 5 years, not all of them. And I will clarify with each one kind of how how I feel about that. Now, there's a lot of different criteria that also goes into finding these asymmetrical opportunities. And this is really what I've dedicated my investment um journey towards is finding these opportunities. Now, couple of the criteria criterias here. Number one, is Wall Street getting the story wrong? That's the simplest way to put it. If a stock has a low valuation why is the market wrong about the story, right? Because stocks are stories at the end of the day, right? They trade based on stories. Number two, is there something that propels this company? Three, what does the next three years look like? Pretty simple. Number four, is there a pivot? A lot of the times when a company pivots um not out of like oh my gosh the business is ending kind of pivot but they start something new. A lot of the time you can find big winning stocks because of a pivot and a lot of the time probably 80 plus percent of the time a pivot is actually a good thing. Number five are current market conditions blinding Wall Street. like is there some kind of macro force at play here that is just not allowing a good stock to go up? And number six is the market's view of a sector shifting like good example SAS apocalypse, right? If you own software stocks before the SAS apocalypse earlier this year, you got smoked. But is the se is the market's view of that sector shifting as we speak? So the first stock on this list is Zeta Global. Now, I will be honest. I don't exactly love Zeta Global at current prices, but I do think the stock is going to go up a lot over the next couple of years. It's about a $7 billion market cap. It's a pretty small company. It's AI advertising. And this is really why I'm making this video because even if I'm not jumping up and down to buy the stock at $33 a share, in all transparency, we were buying the stock at 1617, $18 a share. I think with earnings season right around the corner and these companies about to report that's where you can get some weird moves. You know, if Zeta Global falls 20%. I think that opens up a door of opportunity. So, that's uh that's one big one that I really like. I think one day in the next three to five years, this is a $200 plus stock. It's $33 per share today. So, I don't hate it for the long term here. I just think may there's a chance it comes down after earnings. Zeta Global has a forward PE multiple of 24 and a PEG ratio of 0.94, but Zeta Global has beaten and raised 20 consecutive quarters now. So these numbers are in all reality too high and they're they're probably much lower right now. Stock number two is UiPath. UiPath has recently fallen from 18 down to 13 and even more so recently it was in the 11s. I think UiPath is a screaming opportunity. One, they have gross margins in the mid80s. So that's pretty abnormal. They're one of the most profitable companies on the markets today. But the markets still have not figured out that UiPath is actually a big AI winner. The AI agents, they're not just going to freely run companies. They're going to be used in orchestration platforms. And yes, Service Now and Salesforce and all these companies, they're going to have agents, but UiPath is specifically going to dominate that repetitive, you know, thousands of times per day task that businesses are doing. Now, UiPath does not benefit from experimentation of AI. UiPath benefits from actual adoption of AI agents, which has not happened yet. I believe next year is when the adoption curve really begins to accelerate, especially in the second half of next year. And then over the next three to five years, you're going to see mass AI agent adoption. And that's when UiPath benefits. And you get to buy the stock at an absolute steal. The PE multiple is under 17 and the forward PEG ratio is 0.48. It's one of the cheapest stocks on this list and the markets are just dead wrong about it. Stock number three is Applovven. I think this one is an incredible buying opportunity right now at $277 per share. There's been a lot of drama around this one recently. There's a lawsuit that Apploven filed against Unity. Apploven basically asked the courts to make Unity stop collecting their bid data and uh the court said no. So, there's going to be some litigation over the next couple of months, but I think the markets are far too pessimistic on Apploven considering back in June, four months ago, this was a $630 stock at the high and now it's $277. Apploven, in my view, has a bright future ahead of them, and the valuation is completely disconnected from the fundamental story. So, right now, Wall Street's saying, "Yeah, Apploven's going to miss on earnings over and over and over again." I don't think that's the case. Apploven trades at a forward P multiple of 15 a.5 and a PEG ratio of 0.68. And again, especially if Apploven falls after earnings, that's where this story gets kind of crazy. And to be quite honest, it could fall to like $200. That's where you uh found a bottom here in April of 2025. It is possible you get another leg down, but again, that you're already pricing in so much bad news. Stock number four is Zebra Technologies. Trades at a forward peg multiple of 15.9 and a forward peg ratio of 0.59. Zebra Technologies is a very interesting one. This one ran away from me a little bit. So, especially if they sell off after earnings, this is one that I will be looking to take advantage of. Zebra Technologies, they're the company that sells the barcode scanners. They they're basically like their moat is crazy. like 50 60% market share in the segments that they do business in. This is a very much stable company. This is not like a you know brand new Joe Schmo kind of kind of company. Okay. They have a massive moat but they are now starting to sell AI software editions to predict when a manufacturing line is going to go down to predict how many pairs of jeans you should order because this one's more popular than this one. Right? adding predictive and analysis into their handheld scanners as a subscription service. This company is valued like a legacy industrial. I believe that allows for massive multiple expansion. I believe a fair value for the stock is over $500 per share today. It's 387. So if it does come down after earnings, that I believe is an opportunity. And I think this company, I mean, you could just tell via the volume, you know, in in any given week, not day, but week, you're seeing volume on the low side of like 2 million, on the high side of like 7 and a half million. This is very much an under the radar stock that most people don't know about. Another stock that I really like, especially if it comes down more, is Reddit. Trades at a forward multiple of 23 and a PEG ratio of 0.76. Reddit is an interesting one. I think Reddit has a lot of data um and could be really valuable for training AI purposes. I also think in an AI world, community is quite valuable. again at 159. It's not like I'm I'm jumping up and down to buy the stock at this very moment, but I do think you're going to see the company do very well over time. And I do think they benefit from AI in their own way, that is not being priced into the stock. If earning season comes around and the stock falls a lot, that I think is an opportunity. Stock number six is Tesla here. I know, forward P multiple of 158, forward peg ratio of 4.5. It's not cheap, but Tesla has the biggest opportunity by far ahead of them out of any other stock on this list. And I I think really what Wall Street is getting wrong is just how difficult it will be to massmanufacture robotics, humanoids, at scale. The only company that's really set up to do this is Tesla. there Tesla is going to be the main player in humanoid robotics. There is nobody that can match Tesla's amount of capital manufacturing capabilities, expertise in manufacturing difficult things for the first time, you know, um like there's nobody that can compete with Tesla from a data perspective, like go down and down the list. The question really is does optimist come to market quickly? Does it take a long time? That's the bigger question. And we just got news like two weeks ago that Tesla is now targeting a thousand Optimus bots to be produced per week by the end of this year. So, I think there's a bit of a disconnect here between how Wall Street is viewing Tesla versus what fundamentally the company is doing. And there's a great famous quote on this from Steve Mandel, the billionaire investor and founder of hedge fund Lone Pine Capital that that really has always stuck with me ever since I I I heard it. It says, quote, "I don't need an analyst to tell me when a 10p stock is cheap. I need an analyst to tell me when a 40p stock is cheap." And I think this is one of those moments with Tesla and some of these other companies that we're going to get into in just a moment where yeah, sure, their valuations look expensive, but I if you're putting in the work like we are doing, you you're you're identifying these these uh opportunities that the markets are simply not paying attention to. And I think yes, some of that right now has to do with Treasury yields and higher oil and the midterm election. Some of these macro factors that are suppressing Tesla's stock. And this next company on the list, number seven here, is Rubric. Rubric doesn't have a forward peg ratio because they are not bottom line profitable yet. They have a forward P multiple in the hundreds. Okay, it says 625 here, but it's it's really more like 200. I don't know why. I think they're using trailing 12-month numbers, Yahoo Finances, but their forward pees are it's like 200 or 150, something like that. Very expensive. But Rubric cyber security, I mean, Rubric is a musthave in an AI world. Okay, cyber resilience. Being able to run your business as you get cyber attacked and be able to kick out cyber attackers is literally a non-negotiable. It's no wonder the stock has done so well. And I'll be fair, I was buying the stock in the 50s, 40s, 60s, right? We're up a lot on this stock in the trading community. But if the stock comes down after earnings, I think it looks attractive in the 8090 range. If it came back down to the 100 day moving average at $88, I think it looks very attractive because Rubric, they are going to really impress over the next couple of years and two three years from now it's going to look like a steal if you bought it at $80 a share in my view. Again, not a financial adviser and definitely not a financial planner. Contact financial adviser before making investment decisions. Up a lot from the SAS Apocalypse lows at $115, but down quite a bit from its all-time high of $337. Really $376. So, I don't think the stock's a terrible buy here. But especially again if it sells off after earnings that's where I think uh the opportunity looks attractive in the 180 to 150 range. I cannot overemphasize this enough. Cyber I think is going to be one of the biggest opportunities over the next 12 24 36 months in an AI world. Stock number nine. This one might surprise a lot of you guys. It is Royal Caribbean. Forward PE multiple of 11.4 four and a forward peg ratio of 0.95. Based on a PEG ratio, you would say the stock is pretty much fair value. Based on a forward PE multiple, you could say that the stock's kind of undervalued relative to where it should be. I like Royal Caribbean. They pay you a $6 dividend per year. Okay, this this is one of those stocks that is not going to 10x in the next five, three to five years. But I do think the stock is going to be a very predictable upside winner. I think co fundamentally changed the way people live their lives. I think for the next couple of decades there's going to be this this travel bug that's in a lot of people and you know once you go on a cruise you tend to go on more cruises. They're in talks to buy 50% of sandals and the way that they monetize that could be really good or not as good. There's not a great history of cruise lines buying landbased vacations. But if there's a company that can pull it off, it is Royal Caribbean. Very profitable company. They pay again a $6 dividend per share per year. Their payout ratio is 34%. They have many years of dividend increases to come. So, I also like that. But at the end of the day, I think Royal Caribbean is a company that will use AI to become more profitable. I think there are some companies that will use AI better than others. And I think with a very complicated business like Royal Caribbean, there's a lot of different levers you can pull with AI to be more profitable, to simplify things, to be more efficient, to be better. So, I think Royal Caribbean is one of those companies that will benefit from using AI a lot. I also think, not to state the obvious here, but as the war with Iran eventually ends, Royal Caribbean's going to really benefit from that. Now, Royal Caribbean's about 50% hedged on 2027 oil prices, so they're less exposed than others. Hence why the stock has held up pretty well. But um when the war with Iran ends and oil falls, yeah, this is a end of the war play as well on top of everything else. So I think it's asymmetrical for that reason or those reasons I should say. And last but not least is Rockwell Automation. and they trade with a forward um PE multiple of about 30 and a forward PEG ratio of about 1.91. Again, Rockwell Automation sitting at $434 per share. Um all-time high of $495 per share. Again, I don't think this is like a 10x in the next 3 to 5 years, per se. Could it be? Absolutely. But I think it's asymmetrical. again, kind of like Zebra Technologies in the way that they are implementing AI, becoming more of a software business, kind of being um not credited exactly for that. And I think Rockwell Automation's just a stock personally that I could own and not have any concerns about for the next couple of years. And look, just to circle this back to the valuation metrics here, you can see that almost all of these stocks besides Tesla, Zcaler, and Rockwell Automation and Rubric technically have PEG ratios below one. And a PEG ratio below one signals the stocks undervalued. UiPath has the the lowest um PEG ratio. You know, Appven's really low as well. Zebra Technologies really low. Reddit's really low. Royal Caribbean's about fair value, although it is below one. I generally think over the next 12, 24, 36 months, we are shifting into monetizing AI. I think over the next couple of years, it's going to be a lot less about memory and GPUs and data centers and more about energy to power AI. The Mag 7 that monetizes AI. Well, the AI software stocks that implement AI and can sell that to other companies do so, you know, in a big way, right? Uh cyber security, automation robotics humanoids right? These are the next major themes of the AI trade. And I think this group of stocks captures that very well. There's another stock that I will reference here because I've been watching it for a while that I think is starting to look quite interesting. It is Liftoff Mobile. It's kind of an applovin competitor on a small much much smaller scale. They're a recent IPO, so that's why I've kind of stayed away from it. I like what they're doing. The company has a forward PE multiple of 10. They're projecting $151 of EPS per year. I I mean the valuation has compressed a lot from when they IPOed. Um they IPOed and in the $28 range down to 15. Could the stock fall more? Yes. It's already down 46% from its IPO price. I think it's starting to look kind of attractive here. They have a PEG ratio of 1.7. Um but it's again very new company. I think they've reported two quarters of earnings, something like that. So, one that I'm also keeping my eyes on. So, again, back to what I said before, my criteria here, the the questions that I ask myself more or less when I'm evaluating a stock or a company is, is Wall Street getting the story wrong? And for all of these companies, for the most part, Wall Street is still getting the story wrong. I think the story is these companies win big time in an AI world. Now, areas like cyber, can I say Wall Street is getting the story wrong? Probably not. You know, cyber has done very well. But is the opportunity bigger than the markets currently assume? And I think the answer is yes. Is it going to be bumpy? Yes. Could is cyber vulnerable for a pullback after this quarter's earning season? Absolutely. And that's one specific group, Rubric and Zcaler, that I would probably wait a little while to to accumulate and see what happens on earnings. Is there something there that propels this company? For all of these stocks, there is something there that makes me bullish. Even like Royal Caribbean, right? I think they're going to use AI very well, more than the average company, become more profitable. I think CO fundamentally changed the way people live their lives. I think Royal Caribbean obviously benefits from the war with Iran ending. put these things together and that is the jet fuel. That is the propellant for multiples expansion and for earnings to grow more than the than the markets are expecting. Again, what does the next three years look like? Pretty self-explanatory. Is there a pivot like Apploven? There's a pivot, right? Not because they're they're failing, but because they're targeting a bigger opportunity. And that's one reason why a stock like Apploven is so down in the dumps right now because people are trying to figure out is the pivot successful? Is it going to add to margins? Is it going to take away from margins? How's that story going to ramp up? Right? are current market conditions blinding Wall Street and I think generally right now between the war with Iran treasuries weird AI news and headlines seems like every week now at this point um what the Fed new Fed chair midterms there's a lot of there's a big dark cloud over this market from a macro perspective that is really suppressing all of these companies for one reason or another and is the market's view of a sector shifting again a lot of these stocks are software stocks that are going to benefit from AI. And I fundamentally believe a lot of these software stocks are going to be the biggest AI winners. Okay? And I think the market's view is beginning to shift on that. But I think over time, over the next couple of months, couple of quarters, Wall Street's really going to figure out, oh wait, these software companies, they are the most profitable companies in the stock market. They have some of the most mody businesses. They are selling AI very well, monetizing AI very well, and they have bright futures ahead of them. You know, they're very much not cyclical to the economy. They're businessto business for the most part. They're very shareholder friendly at this point. A lot of them are buying back a lot of stock. That's kind of rare in this market. Even MAG 7 is now deluding investors. So, you know, pretty recessionp proof software is. So, you know, there's a lot of qualities that that should drive multiple expansion. And again, I think fundamentally they're going to be some of the biggest AI winners. And yes, the markets are starting to come around to that. But is that reflective in their valuations today? No. Look at their PEG ratios. Absolutely not. The jury is still out whether or not there's AI disruption risk and the answer is no. Okay, that's why during the SAS apocalypse we were buying so many software stocks because I've never believed or fed into that narrative. It was wrong from the start and it's even more so wrong today. But the markets are slowly starting to figure that out. Okay, hence IGV hitting uh new highs today. Well, not exactly new all-time highs, but new uh almost one-year highs. And just imagine what's going to happen to these stocks when the war with Iran ends, the midterms end, treasuries come down, the Fed is not, you know, likely to hike three, four times over the next seven months. You know, a lot of these stocks are going to have some major moves over the next couple of months and quarters. So, just my thoughts. So, that's kind of where I'm looking at things right now. I do like other cyclicals as well within the travel theme. I like Uber. I like airbnb at the right price. I like some of your hotels at the right prices. You know, things like that as well. Even like a McDonald's, I could kind of get behind that if the stock um is at the right price. Been real estate eventually. I know a lot of real estate stocks been beaten up a lot and we just need rates to come down. Eventually, that'll happen. What's the timeline look like? I I don't know. So, I like the the the AI theme a lot more than some of those others right now just because we don't know when things will recover, but eventually they will. If you like those kind of areas also like I I don't hate that. Also, within energy, I didn't mention here, but Vistra energy, next era energy, I think I think the energy theme within AI is very underrated. Whether it's EVs that continue to grow market share, humanoids, data centers, just general electricity consumption rising, Vistra Energy, Next Energy, these are going to be some massive winners over the next couple of years. Um, dang it. Vistra, that was because I was typing in the wrong ticker. Next year Energy $77 per share again. Is this stock going to 10x in the next five years? Probably not. But is it going to be likely a very predictable upside stock that pays you a healthy dividend? What 62 cents per quarter times four? What is that like $2.50 a year or something like that? $77 stock. Is that a three and a half% yielding dividend? You know, I think that's a pretty asymmetrical opportunity in an AI world. So that's kind of what I'm doing right now. That's how I'm looking at opportunities out there. Let me know what stocks you are looking at, what sectors you are looking at, what you like right now, all of it down below in the comment section. Again, if you guys want to come trade and invest alongside of us, that link is down below in the description of today's episode. We are doing very well, up 117% year to date.
