This is huge. I'm seeing the Palunteer setup again. And it's happening in five stocks I'm going to reveal today's video and it's coming off the heels of one of the worst days for companies like Forinet down 26%. Service Now down 18%. Google down 10%. All of this happened yesterday in a single day. They absolutely got smashed by this market. A lot of suspicion, a lot of anxiousness, a lot of mistrust. This market is very very shaky and particularly in this market I'm seeing the Palunteer setup forming again. It's my job to let you know. So don't click nothing, don't smash nothing, don't buy nothing. Just listen and pay attention. Now one of these stocks, Fortnet Service Now and Google is going to be on my top five list that I'm going to show you in a second, the new Palunteer setup. So I want you to try and guess which one in the comments below without peeking. Let's see who gets it right. But those are not the only companies who got smashed by this market recently. Oracle peaked to Roth is down 40%, ARM is down almost 50%, Broadcom is down, Micron is down, Meta is down, Marll is down, huge drops and the market is really very very punitive right now. Companies that spend money get punished. Companies that miss just a little bit, they get punished. Companies who don't give amazing guidance get punished. So this is a very very anxious market. angry grandpa mode. But the money is made in this mode, not when the market is euphoric. I've been trying to explain this for many, many years. If you take a look at this cycle, it plays itself out again and again and again. It happens with stocks, individual stocks, but it also happens with the overall market. This cycle never ends to repeat itself. We have disbelief, then maybe a little bit of a hope, then belief starts to creep in, but then we go to euphoria way, way too quickly, then it starts to drop. So we have anxiety, then people get into denial, then panic, and then absolute capitulation, anger, and depression. And then the cycle restarts again. But guess what? The money is made here in the capitulation and the anger and the depression stage. Maybe also in disbelief, maybe a little bit also in hope. But mostly the money is made below this line. This is the money area. Now the job of good investors is not to predict where this line is, but it's actually to use this line and to prepare for this because this is inevitable. If you know that this is coming and you can't time it, you can't predict it, you have to learn how to use it and how to prep for this, which is exactly what I'm seeing forming right now. Which is exactly why I told you back at $6, at $7 at Palunteer was a huge win. This is why I told you about Nvidia back in 2021, about Forinet back in 2021 and many other companies because this is not rocket science. In fact, this is easy as long as you put away all the noise and all this nonsense and focus on what's important. And look, I don't want you to take my word for it. I'm going to show you. Now, it doesn't matter if you put Nvidia here or Piloteer or the S&P 500. As long as you're talking about a solid business that's growing earnings or the broad market index, this is the chart you're going to get. The stock did 740% over the past 5 years, which is incredible. But it did not go in a straight line from here all the way to here. This is a three-year chart. Look at what happened with a stock like Nvidia, which is a top tier stock. 49, 147, back down to 94, up to 202, down to 167, up to 215. All of this happened in a span of less than three years. And it's the same thing with every big stock that's a good company. I'll show you. It's the same with the broad market index. How many people lost money because they panic here or they panic here? How many people have undercut their cost basis by FOMOing here and getting euphoric here and getting too excited? A lot. A lot of people lost money because they couldn't handle this because they didn't know how to prepare and how to use this to make money, which is exactly the setup we have right now. I didn't tell you that I'm seeing the next Palunteer setup forming because it's clickbait. I told you because I truly believe it is. And I'll show you five stocks, five companies where this is happening right now. But first, I actually have to address what happened because yesterday we saw a company like Service Now, which is not on my list by the way. I'm just saying, but I have to show you. Look, Service Now is a great example. It's not on my top five stocks list today, but it's definitely something I'm bullish about. Service Now was hit 18%. 18% in a single day. Why? Well, if you take a look at what they reported yesterday, it's almost a headscratcher. 20% revenue growth, in fact, 20.5 free cash flow growth of 39%. They've beat revenue and the EPS missed. So, they reported 027 instead of 035. Okay. And their morning performance obligations were up 18.5% instead of the 19% that they thought it would be. So the growth in RPOS's was half a percentage point lower and the EPS was slightly lower but the basically revenue is growing and they beat revenue and free cash flow is up 40% and they have two and a half times cash versus debt and they have almost 60 rule of 40 and they're currently trading at 24 times forward price to earnings and their AI segment is growing at 70%. So you have strong quality, very strong mode. They are on the AI trend and it's cheaper almost overnight. Why? Because of sentiment, because of technicalities, because of slight misses and percentage points and decimals. Nobody's looking at the actual business. This is a great company that's all of a sudden giving you an 18% discount overnight over fear, over panic, and over emotional reactions. The same thing is happening with Fortnite. Now, Fortnite has been on our list for a few years now. We're up actually 350% on this on our top stocks list. But yes, they dropped 26% overnight. What happened with Fortnet? So basically, the growth is 20%, free cash flow growth is 52%. It's a double beat. So they've beat earnings, they beat the EPS, and services up 13%. Product up 37%. But then here's the problem. The guidance is now 515 instead of 5.17 billion. Oh my god, this is the end of Fortnite, right? A cyber security monstrosity, a huge massive player in cyber security with top tier clients, the biggest companies in the world with four times more cash than debt is now trading at 34 forward PE with a 62 roll of 40 because of 5.17 versus 5.15. Again, this is mindblowing. you're getting a 26% discount on the wonderful business. But again, not the company on my top five list. Now, my top five list starts now because the third company that I want to talk about today and the third company got hit yesterday is Google and it is on my list. It's one of the top five stocks. That's the Palunteer forming again. So, Google, and I know it's weird to talk about Google as the Palunteer setup again, but look at Google right now. If you look at Google, it's down 10% overnight. Okay, why? Well, now we're looking at 6 price to earnings to growth and 19 forward PE. A stock that's done 6% over the past year, half of the S&P 500, half of the S&P 500. Revenue growth 25%. Cloud growth 103%, the fastest growing cloud on the planet. Operating income up 30% and the operating margin is 32%. Twice cash versus debt and eight times sales you can buy this company. So why is it down? Well, because they're spending too much money, Tom. Look at their negative free cash flow. Look at how much money they're spending to build out these cloud data centers. My guy, are we serious here? We're actually saying that Google is a bad company because they're spending money on capex to grab market share of the largest industry in the world, an industry that's already generated a lot of money for Google and it's growing at 103%. Are we even serious that we just all of a sudden decided that spending money is bad no matter what the purpose? I would argue that the risk of not spending money on capex if you're a hyperscaler is way greater than annoying a few idiot investors right now getting scared. Now, if I show you the numbers here, it's going to be blatantly clear. Okay, so Google miss revenues. Let's break it apart. Okay, 127.58 versus 127 per 97. Oh my god, a 0.3% miss. Really, bro? Okay, capex have doubled, Tom. This is bad. We went from 24 billion to 51 billion. Is that bad? We're literally buying up land in the biggest land grab in history. And it's not like they're buying this futuristic ideas of making. It's already generating buttloads of money. But Tom, the free cash flow is negative. Of course it is because you're increasing capex. Don't you know math? Yes, they're 10 billion negative because of the capex. But that's part of why you play the long game, not the short game. If Google were trying to please the traders and they would get positive free cash flow but not do this, they would lose in the long term. I totally understand what they're doing. They're basically saying, "Look, the hell with you and your short-term mindset. We're going for the holy grail. And if it annoys you, then it annoys you. So be it." But I want to show you one more thing. If you look at this, you know, YouTube and search is not growing fast enough. Only 9% and 12%. Ad revenue missed. We got 82 instead of 83 bill. Oh my god. Give me a break. Who cares about this? Who cares about this? Real investors do not care about YouTube and Google search. With all due respect, look at the real investors. What they actually looking at Q3 cloud up 103%. Currently making 30 billion a year. The operating profit is up 209% on the cloud. The operating margin is now on the cloud 36%. And Google is sitting on a backlog. They literally need to manufacture capacity to service this backlog of 560 billion. So 30 billion per year. There's 600 still backlog. They need to create need to put the capex in. Okay. Cloud now is 24% of Google's entire business. That doesn't sound like it's dominating, but just last year it was 15%. And by the time we're doing this next year, it's going to be way higher. Cloud is it and Google is vertically integrated and TPUs is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Google is the fastest growing, the most vertically integrated cloud provider in the world, growing at 103% per year. And you're going to say that the problem is that this is what annoys you? Come on. So, this is one. the other four stocks on my list. Obviously, we have to talk about Nvidia, guys. Nvidia right now has one of the best setups I've ever seen. We're talking about a stock literally that did 4% over the past year. 4%. Versus the 12% that the S&P 500 gave you. So, it's lagging the index. Imagine how crappy of a business you need to have to lag the S&P 500. Well, let's look. Revenues are up 106%. operating income up almost 20% and they have twice cash versus debt. Their forward price to earnings to growth is now 0.3. One of the cheapest companies in the market, a company that's now trading at 13 12 times forward PE at 17 times sales with it 65% operating margin. This is AI monopoly as far as it comes. This is as good as it gets. The numbers are legendary and it's selling at a huge discount. Why? Because because traders are obsessed with the new shiny thing and this has been going up way too long and they moved on. Well, this is now one of the best setups in the market. So, we got Google, we got Nvidia, and now we're going to the next one. Three out of five, not ranked by any particular order. Palanteer. Okay, I'm going to be brief about it. I've spoken a lot about Palanteer. I'm not going to hop on it again, but let me just show you the numbers. Palanteer over the past year is down 1%. 1% negative. So outperforming the S&P 500 by 13%. Revenue is up 93%. At the same time, operating income is up 21%. And we have five times more cash than debt. So operating income is coming up, revenue is coming up, cash is coming up. Note that the stock is underperforming and the forward PG on it is now 1.26. And the forward PE is now 57. Now objectively you may say, well 57 is not cheap, Tom. Well, you can't say 1.26 is not cheap on PEG. But hold on, 57 is not cheap. Hey, this was 110 last year. They just slashed this by half. By the way, 4 PG last year was 5.6. 7 now 1.26. Why are these things getting cheaper? Well, that's what happens when you have a company that misunderstood the earnings growth is going to override the bad PE. Remember when PE was insane? Oh, Palanteers 574 PE 1.2 1.3 Ford PG. This is now not an expensive company. the past year when it basically got stuck behind made it a very reasonably priced company which is a software monopoly just like Nvidia is in hardware. This is another wonderful setup. Now we're going to four out of five. So four out of five is going to be Amazon. Now Amazon has one of the best setups in the market. We're talking about a company, yes, that has gone up 10 and a half% over the past year. I get it, right? But it's still lagging the SP500. With this 20% revenue growth at the same time, 43% operating income growth. Amazon's operating income improved by 43% over the past year. And it is the biggest cloud provider in the world. It has massive networking ecosystem with commerce, with advertising, with logistics, and vertical integration just like Google does with TPUs. and they're now sold out into 2026 and 2027. So, they also are scrambling for capacity and they're also getting punished for spending too much money. Ford BG is 0.25. Are we serious? FordB is 18. You can now buy Amazon three time sales. Some point in the future, people going to say, remember that time when Tom told us we could buy Amazon three time sales? And you'll be laughing. Oh, come on. Nobody thought it was serious. I am serious. This is elite setup. Now, one more. Now, this stock actually flew up. Okay, it's up 70% over the past year. I get it. It didn't crash, but it's still objectively not expensive with phenomenal numbers. So, this is Bloom Energy, ticker BE. Now, this is on-site energy for data centers. There's nothing better right now in the market. This is the biggest, most insane bottleneck in AI. The energy is the problem. Literally, we got politicians saying, "Hey, if you guys want to put up a data center in our jurisdiction, you guys have to power it somehow because there is no way the grid can handle this." Bloom Energy literally does this. They come and they set up power on site for you. It's up 70% over the past 12 months because it's absolutely insane. But look at the numbers. Still currently trading at 0.27 forward PEG at 27 times forward PE. Revenue is growing at 140%. Operating income is growing at 2700%. This was not a typo. Debt is one to one with cash. So they're not leveraged. They're not taking huge amounts of debt. And their net income is up 1,200% of the past year. This is on-site energy monopoly. So we have the biggest cloud provider, which is Amazon. We got these guys with on-site energy. We got the software monopoly, which is Palanteer. the GPUs which is Nvidia and Google which is the most vertically integrated fastest growing cloud provider in the world. These are the five companies that I'm seeing right now forming this new piloter setup again and a lot of people would doubt that because they're huge companies not not Bloom but Amazon is huge and Google's huge but it doesn't matter sometime the next Palunteer is just Palanteer and Bloom and Amazon and Google and so forth and so forth. Now, there's a reason why we have 41,000 members in my academy. Oh, boy. 41,000. It's not because I'm nice. It's not because of my hair. It's certainly not because of my jokes. It is because people like making money.
