No. >> So, no, there's no going back in time and taking profit. Back when Google on the beautiful day that it hit $400, I warned you. Go back, watch my video. I said this is the top. Matter of fact, I said this is a great place to hedge your investment or simply take profit. Nobody wants to sell their Google as a market AI leader. But here we are nearly 31% down from that spot. It had previously gone up 382% since the lows of 2022. Over 120% year after year if you look at it in that way. This had an absolutely incredible run. It went up 382% in the last three and a half years. So don't be surprised if the market is processing that and it has to make a new pivot low. Now this is why we follow the charts. I personally think that Google will be a winner in the coming years and I think that we are nearly or within 10% of the bottom. I'm going to show that to you in the charts. And if this returns back to all-time highs, that means that we can go up 50% from here. Now, I've got an option strategy that I'm going to share with you at the end of this video that I've thought through very carefully. Okay, let's talk about the ROI on a Google investment right now. Is it time to buy Google after this major drop? Is this the bottom? I think we're very, very close. I think we can go down an additional 10% potentially. And if we are less than 10% to the bottom, then the risk-to-reward ratio is one to5 on $10,000 of new capital. That's $1,000 downside versus a $5,000 upside. But of course, that ratio depends on the bottom estimate being right, which we do not know. Nothing I say is a suggestion for you to buy, sell, or hold. Now, before I take you into some of my analysis on Google, let me quickly touch on the spy because I want you guys to understand where we're at. I mentioned in yesterday's video, I said that it's great that the stocks popped when the Fed spoke, but we need to see what they do on Thursday and Friday to see their true reaction because all of this could have just been a momentary relief rally, a deadcat bounce off of the lows. And we could on the growth stocks, the chip stocks, the memory stocks, we could continue to see lower lows. And so, we need to be on high alert. We need to use stop- losses. I talked to a dear friend who has suffered a pretty sizable loss on a stock that uh he didn't have a stop loss on. And there's no point in giving all that money to Wall Street and tying up your capital and not being able to invest or make decisions or trade. I'm going to encourage you guys to protect your capital except when you're wrong. Don't revenge trade and use a stop-loss. Okay, let's take a quick peek at the spy chart. You can see that the spy is reversing pretty hard from the 4-day uptrend that we had been in. And I want to highlight a couple important areas on my chart that will give you a sense of what to expect in the days ahead. Or at least this is my educated guess. We are likely going to have to come back and the next opportunity to bounce is right off of this dotted line. The dotted line is an ascending wedge pattern that we have been in for quite a while and it has been holding up for weeks and weeks and even months, right? But if we close beneath it, then the next significant area of support is this ascending channel that we've been in for weeks and weeks and months and months. Now, I personally believe that if we come back and hit this ascending channel that we will break down below it and close a candle beneath it. And an earlier safeguard for me in some of my positions is going to be this 764. So, if we break 764, technically we could bounce on this ascending line, but I'm going to assume that we're not going to and that this is going to be the second time around that we're going to hit this and more than likely we're going to go beneath it. And if we do that and we break to the outside of this ascending channel, it puts the market squarely in the hands of the bears. And that would allow us to have some form of a potential flash crash down between 750 and 745. That would be a rough couple weeks. Simply put, we are testing support right now. And if it doesn't hold, we're going lower. Since I've got charts up, let me quickly highlight SoFi stock. We've gone higher today. We've hit my 1748 target. This is my first take-profit zone. At this point, I would recommend putting your stop loss back here at around 1660. Uh, but this can continue to run higher. It can actually run all the way back up to the top of this range. We bought into this play at $14 and it was a huge money maker. On the spy, we're currently trading between 780 and 750. That's the range largely. I believe that the low for October could already be in, but we may have to go back and make a higher low before we can climb in the month of November. So largely I'm optimistic and I'm bullish in the month of November, but we're going to have some volatility between now and then or at least between now and perhaps the middle of November. I think we'll see some strength returning to the market as people are going to want to begin to take new positions on stocks that have pulled back going into 2027. And that's exactly what this video is about in regards to Google. So let me give you guys the bull thesis on Google. This is why you would consider buying Google. Google's AI spending is ultimately going to strengthen its search. It's going to accelerate cloud growth, and it's eventually going to generate enough profit to make today's selloff look like the opportunity that it is. Now, that's what the bulls think. The bears think that AI will weaken Google's highly profitable search business while forcing it to spend more just to stay competitive, leaving shareholders with lower profits and a less valuable company overall. Let me know in the comments which you think is true, the Bulls or the Bears. So, let's get into the conversation that matters most, which is the charts and where they say price is going next. All right. In the same way that we were just looking at the spy and it was a concern if we broke the bottom of the channel because that would lead to a major flush down, that's actually what we're seeing with the Google chart. We were fine when we were inside the channel and continuing higher. But when we broke the bottom of the channel, that's when Google seriously began to correct. And that's what could happen to the spy. So, let's talk about what we're doing. Let's go back in time. I'm going to just point out to you that this exact pattern, okay, that we have done before, right back here. It was literally the last pattern that Google showed us, right before going to make a major dip, a huge correction in 2025 where we also went down around 32%. And that ultimately led to an incredible insane move higher, right? We went in that time frame, we went from $145 up to $264, which was a $183% increase. And the profit opportunities I'm going to show you in this video are really just going to be looking at a potential 50% runup from here. Okay. So, I'm going to keep it very, very simple. I think that support is largely going to be right beneath this pivot. We are not unfortunately going to make a higher pivot low. I think we're going to make a lower low. That's going to put us somewhere right around 265. Now, you see that I've got 255 marked on the chart. And it doesn't mean it has to get there. It just means that this is one of the strongest support levels on this chart. But I do believe that if we make a lower low slightly below this 274 somewhere right around 265 I think that that is the basis point by which this could reverse. But there's other technicals that we're going to want to watch at that time such as we need to see institutional buying in the form of a giant volume node that appears on this chart and overshadows the smaller selling nodes that we may have. So we'll do a analysis of volume in the future, but I'll be watching for a confirmation of volume to get that reversal. Now I also would tell you in what time frame I'm expecting this ultimate low to be hit in the next 2 weeks. Now if that is true, then from where we went to right around 265, we are only 6% above the best price to buy Google in the next 2 years. And that's why this video is extremely timely because we want to begin to get prepared. Now, I'm going to lay out an actual investment strategy that I'm going to be taking. It's not for you to take. It's for you to be entertained by. All right? But basically, what I'm saying is that the bottom is going to be found between 275 and 255. Now, I do want to show you another interesting pattern on the RSI chart on the daily time frame. Let's look at that real quick. All right. Do you see all these double bottoms of momentum? that have preceded a reversal. It is a pattern that has marked every single turnaround on Google's price since 2024. I'm expecting a back test to somewhere right around 295. So, we will do something like this and then we will come down one more time, a momentum spike and a sell-off that could possibly cause us to hit that 275 to 265 range. And from there, that's going to be the long journey higher on Google. The selling will be over. All right, the next part of this I think you're going to find very interesting. We're going to examine past corrections at roughly 31% down right now. This appears to be Google's largest pullback in the last 20 years outside a major marketwide sell-off, which basically means that this is the most that Google has sold off when not affected by a larger macro event, which means this is very unusual. Let's go look at those historic sell-offs. So, what could be taken from the history of Google's pullbacks and all of the opportunity that it presented for future profits? Well, largely Google pulls back around 20%. This is an unusual event. It's very similar to the 2025 correction in which we came back 32% and you can see that at 31% we're lingering very close to that. This is why I'm saying that Google is a good investment right now and that it could potentially go down possibly an additional 5% from where we're at. But as you can see, in the last 20 years, every single time that Google got a 20% pullback, it was a great opportunity to invest. And when it had a greater than 34% pullback, it was a fabulous opportunity to invest. And normally those were driven by macro events that are not at play right now. And so this is an unusual pullback. And as I said at the beginning, we've only got one question that needs to be answered. Do you think that Google will make a new high or is this company cooked over in a downtrend from this point forward? Not many people think that right now. Largely, I believe this is just a technical correction of it having gone up nearly 400% in three years. I think this type of volatility makes sense as the price is getting shaken out a little bit and people are wanting to do a rinse and repeat, but they want it to pull back and be attractive. That's what's happening right now. So the question next is how long before this could potentially recover. I did some analysis on recovery time from these types of pullbacks and I think you'll like what you hear. It traditionally takes around 9 and 1/2 months for it to get fully back to its all-time high. So this would be an average time from a 30% draw down to a new high excluding the financial crisis. And using 2020, 2022, and 2025 where we got closer to a 30% pullback, we then went on to get fully back to the top in 9 and a half months. So, I'm going to keep pounding this drum. This is the right time to be looking at Google long into 2027. So, I'm going to be looking at LEAPS that expire September 17th, 2027 at the $285 strike price. And this could turn into a 200% return if we get back to all-time highs in the next 9 to 10 months or sooner based on momentum. Even though results disappointed Wall Street, its overall business is clearly growing. Alphabet reported 25% revenue growth in this last quarter. And I'll leave you with this thought. Google's got a lot of great companies. For example, YouTube, which is currently kicking Netflix butt, which is the reason why Netflix is down, is because Google is doing so well. They're going to continue to do well, folks. I gave you guys a lot to process. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it in the comments. I'll see you there. Peace and blessings.
