First time in in my career and that's 50 years of career I'm seeing genuine shortages of capital. Governments are running historically large deficits while at the same time demand for private capital is rising across the economy. People need financing. This seems to be seinal to me. >> Well, I I think some of that is some of our success. I mean, we are seeing demand for capital in all different segments of the economy. You know, I every quarter when I'm here, I talk about the spectacular nature of the US capital markets and we're just seeing more and more of the economy flow through the US capital markets. I mean, even yesterday, we announced a big transaction with Humanana uh you know, and in elderly care. Uh last week we announced a very large transaction with AT. I know everything related to uh AI and data centers is sexy and appealing and we want to talk about it, but more and more organizations are coming to the capital market. When Larry Frink says he has never seen a capital setup like this in his 50-year Wall Street career, every active investor needs to pay attention. Markets are flashing elevated volatility, and investors are fleeing into cash out of macro anxiety. Yet, the world's largest asset manager is highlighting a massive structural divergence. A $40 trillion US national debt is rapidly devouring public credit markets, while big tech and industrial players are unleashing an unprecedented structural capital wave. The major hyperscalers are on track to inject over $700 billion in AI infrastructure capital expenditures alone. But deploying that massive capital has hit a hard physical bottleneck. An acute shortage of power grid capacity, high voltage transformers, and thermal management systems. The market is blindly treating every tech stock as an equal winner. But smart money knows better. The real structural fortunes will not be made in commoditized software, but in two high barrier subsectors. the physical grid hardware powering this transition and the cloud giants whose balance sheets can absorb these massive capital expenditures to monetize high margin enterprise AI. Four critical stocks sit right at the center of multi-trillion capital flow. On the physical infrastructure side, we are targeting an industrial powerhouse holding a monumental 176 billion backlog alongside a power management leader capturing $3.4 4 million per megawatt in AI data centers. On the cloud side, we examine two dominating hyperscalers commanding over $200 billion in annualized cloud revenues combined whose aggressive capital deployment and custom silicon chips are securing an unassalable enterprise moat. Here is how to position your portfolio for the real AI capital wave. First on the list is GE Vernova, ticker symbol GEV. The massive industrial powerhouse uniquely positioned at the heart of the global electrification and AI infrastructure pivot. While macro anxiety has created near-term market swings, GE Vernova operates a high barrier business model supplying essential heavy power generation equipment, high voltage grid electrification systems, and long-term service contracts. The structural demand for the company's power tech is accelerating sharply driven by unprecedented electricity consumption from AI data centers, manufacturing expansion, and grid modernization. Looking at recent performance, the operational engine is running at full throttle. In its second quarter, GE Vernova delivered an impressive $ 24.2 billion in total orders, an 88% organic jump year-over-year, pushing its total backlog to a staggering 76 billion. Cash generations surged alongside profitability with quarterly free cash flow reaching $5.1 billion and adjusted EBITDA margins expanding significantly. The future catalysts for GE Vernova are remarkably strong. Chief executive Scott Strazic confirmed that the company's backlog is now on track to cross the historic $200 billion mark very early in 2027 ahead of Wall Street's prior expectations. This growth is heavily supported by expanding high margin recurring service agreements where each gigawatt of advanced gas turbine capacity can unlock roughly $500 million in long-term services revenue over two decades with fullear revenue projections scaled upward to $46.5 billion and production capacity expanding to meet multi-year delivery slots locked through 2032. GE Vernova stands as a prime candidate to capture massive capital flows as the physical world scales up to power the digital future. Moving from heavy generation directly to power management and distribution. Our second pick is Eaton Corporation, ticker symbol ETN, a global power management leader commanding a crucial position in modular electrification, liquid cooling, and grid infrastructure. Eaton's business model directly solves the modern data cent's biggest hurdle, power efficiency and thermal distribution. By deploying end-to-end hardware from medium voltage transformers down to liquid cooling platforms, Eaton enables next generation facilities to operate safely at massive scale. Recent financial performance underscores this accelerating demand. In its second quarter, Eaton generated $ 8.53 billion in sales, up 21% year-over-year, while free cash flow surged 22% to $874 million. Operational momentum in the Electrical America's division drove its order backlog to 15.2 billion, a 33% year-over-year increase, backed by a robust booktoill ratio of 1.3x. Furthermore, data center orders skyrocketed 85% during the quarter, extending an extraordinary streak of eight consecutive quarters with data center revenue growth topping 35%. The long-term growth catalyst for Eaton stems from a dramatic expansion in its addressable market. Transitioning legacy data centers to AI ready facilities pushes Eaton's addressable revenue opportunity from $1.5 million per megawatt up to $3.4 $4 million per megawatt. Strategic acquisitions including liquid cooling leader Boyd Corporation directly broaden this content expansion with management committing over $1 billion to 24 facility expansion projects across the Americas and expecting Electrical America's operating margins to expand by 450 to 500 basis points in the second half of the year. Eaton provides exceptional multi-year revenue visibility as gigawatt scale infrastructure comes online. Turning our focus from physical hardware to the digital hyperscalers absorbing this grid power. Our third stock is Microsoft Corporation, ticker symbol MSFT. The software giant proving that massive infrastructure investments are not a financial burden but the foundation for compounding commercial dominance. While bears voice concerns over soaring capital expenditure, Microsoft is demonstrating how aggressive infrastructure expansion directly drives high margin cloud monetization. Its structural edge lies in owning the global enterprise distribution channels, allowing it to seamlessly deploy AI capabilities to hundreds of millions of daily business users. Microsoft's underlying financial engine continues to deliver staggering metrics. In its most recent fourth quarter results, quarterly revenue reached $90.0 billion, up 18% year-over-year, while quarterly operating income surged 18% to $40.6 billion. Microsoft Cloud generated 59.3 billion, surging 27% year-over-year with Azure and other cloud services growing 43% as Azure surpassed a landmark $100 billion in annual revenue. Even more compelling is the commercial remaining performance obligations which skyrocketed 84% year-over-year to $678 billion. Strip out the massive long-term commitments from OpenAI and commercial backlog still grew by a robust 25% proving broad-based enterprise demand across its client base. The ultimate long-term catalyst powering Microsoft's expansion is its strategy to unlock custom compute economics. Microsoft recently unveiled its third generation custom AI accelerator, the Maya 300. Built on TSMC's advanced node, designed as its primary AI inference engine, Maya 300 delivers up to 40% more compute output per megawatt compared to traditional GPU systems. With plans to scale Maya across multi-gawatt deployments starting in 2027 and expand data center capacity toward 39 gawatts by 2032, Microsoft is drastically cutting per token inference costs. Combined with over 30 million paid Microsoft 365 co-pilot seats and $55.4 billion in single quarter operating cash flow, Microsoft generates more than enough organic capital to fund its multi-trillion dollar AI trajectory. Rounding out our list at the intersection of digital cloud and physical execution, our fourth stock is Amazon.com Inc., ticker symbol AMZN, a tech giant uniquely capable of turning raw artificial intelligence into massive economic output across both digital and physical operations. While many hyperscalers fund data centers purely for digital cloud services, Amazon's structural advantage lies in spreading its high infrastructure expenses across a massive physical logistics footprint, a high margin digital advertising network, and leading AWS cloud architecture. Amazon's financial engine provides an extraordinary foundation to support this vision. Trailing 12-month operating cash flow reached a staggering $161.4 4 billion, while AWS generated $42.2 billion in a single quarter, a 37% year-over-year jump. Trading at roughly 25 times forward earnings, Amazon offers a far more attractive valuation setup relative to historical multiples backed by projected mid- teens revenue growth and steady operating margin expansion expected to approach 20% over the coming years. The primary catalyst driving Amazon's long-term outperformance is its execution in custom silicon and physical automation. Through its Anaperna Labs team, Amazon is scaling proprietary tranium and inferentia chips developed in close collaboration with Anthropic, which recently committed over $100 billion to AWS technologies alongside 5 gawatt of compute capacity. On the physical side, over 1 million deployed warehouse robotic systems running AI foundation models like Deep Fleet and Vulcan are delivering measurable efficiency gains by uniting custom silicon economics, enterprise distribution, and automated fulfillment network optimization. Amazon remains exceptionally positioned to capture compounding returns from the global multi-trillion dollar capital shift. As Larry Frink underscored, the capital shift standardizing over the next decade is unprecedented. The institutional money isn't chasing hype. It is flowing straight into heavy electrical backlogs and capital rich hyperscalers. Position your portfolio around these physical and digital toll booths before Wall Street rerates them completely.
