AI-extracted context Third stock of these three is this one Cheesecake Factory. Yes, Cheesecake Factory. It's a piece of cake to be a shareholder of this company, right? Now $242,000 on this stock. I mean, you know what makes cake just such an easy stock to hold? It pays you to the dividends, so it keeps you happy, right? They come through with the great numbers and at the end of the day, like, you know, they got 10 year plus of growth between North Italian and Flowerchild, plus the other Fox Restaurant concepts they have. And so it's just easy when you can count on a company being a growth beast for, you know, 10 plus years into the future. And think about the numbers they're putting up, right?

Sometimes the flapjacks are cooked just perfect. And man, did we flipping them good today. Look at this public account this morning. $4.9 million of $140,000. Huge move there. I posted this on my ex page here today. And I asked everybody in the comments, I said, uh, predict where this portfolio ends 2026. And everybody was putting in their predictions on where they think that portfolio ends a year. It'll be fun to look back on those. I would love your guys' opinion. I want to do the same for YouTube here today. In the comments section, let me know where you think the public count ends this year, 2026. I would love to see how bearish or bullish people are out there. Just put the number down there. If you want to go into explanation why you think that, you can do that, but you just put the number. I'm really curious out there. Look at this. We have massive shifts going on in the market right now. And you got to understand where this market's headed from here. Okay, look at this risk on activity. RH up 8% here today. That stock stands for redhot. Look at Fubo, 7.7% up here today. Estee Lauder, say it louder for the people in back. That stock was up $12,000 in the public account here today. 6.3%. Amazing was up nearly $24,000. 6% move there. Look at Nike. Nikey's back over 40. Holy smokes, this ain't no dang jokers. That one was up 5.2%. $8,300 move there. Jeez, Cake Factory. Almost a $17,000 up move here today. A little under a 5% move. The Flick was up 8,600 bucks. That was almost a 5% move. SoFi was up 3.6%. Google McDougall was up over 3%. Celsius was up 6,500 bucks. CRM Salesforce was up 5200 and American Express up $5,300. Look at the Dow today up 1,500 points is wild, man. Because when I first got in the market at the end of '08, the Dow was like $7,000, right? And so it's crazy to see like a 1,500 plus point move in a day like today. Wow, was that big, right? Now listen, not everybody's invited to the party. Who's not invited to the party? These guys aren't. Coreweave down another 10% here today. SanDisk down another 8% here today. Micron's under 800 now. Down another 7% here today. SpaceX down almost 4% here today. Intel just gets obliterated day after day. Down another 4% here today. Tesla myo down 3 plus%. Nvidia down 3 plus%. AMD, look at AMD, man. That's tough. It still finished green, but man, it should have been so much more green than it was here today. Uh ended up $12,000 here today, but man, it should have been so much bigger than that. But I mean, at the end of the day, if you have all these semiconductor stocks pulling down that big, it's going to even pull down in AMD. So, it should have been a much better day for AMD. But hey, we'll take what we can get on a day like that, right? Five core subjects we're going to get into here today. Number one, is there any hope for these semiconductor stocks? They just keep going down, down, down. Chinatown, is there any hope for them? Where are they headed from here? I'm going to give my opinion, perspective. Two, Elf on a Shelf. We're going to talk about that company. The earnings just came out here in the last hour or two. I want to speak about that stock and talk about is that stock still a buy or not anymore. Number three, I want to give you my top three small cap stocks to buy. Okay, in this video here today. Number four, I want to give you my top three mag seven stocks to buy in order in this video here today. And last thing we'll get into here today is a little bonus. This is like a last minute thing to throw in here. I want to talk about the most underrated the most underrated company that's over hundred billion dollar market cap in the whole world. Okay, no one talks about this stock and they are an absolute growth beast and uh I want to speak about them here today and talk about the opportunity there. I hope you guys enjoyed today's video. It's earning season. So busy, man. So much going on all the time. All I need from you guys, just smash the like button, hit that little thumbs up icon, make it glow for me, please. That's all I need from you. And additionally, make sure to subscribe to the channel. We're at uh 950,000 plus subscribers here on the channel. Okay. Okay. First off, SanDisk. Okay. Look at this. It's such a weird time for so many of these semiconductor stocks because you look at a stock like SanDisk, right? It's up 392% over the past year, right? But there's other investors in the stock that are down insane money. Like there's people that are down 50% plus on SanDisk. 50% plus and they bought in the past year, right? So it's it's such a weird dynamic where you have people that have made crazy money on this stock in the past year, right? And they're up huge and you have other people that are looking at the stock and like this is the worst stock in the history of mankind because they're down 50% plus on it. Remember this stock topped at like I think it was like $2,300 or something like that, right? And so in for a lot of the year it's been over 1,200. It's been 1,600, right? 1,400. So there's just a lot of people that are down huge on the stock. Well, you got a few that have made life-changing or portfolio changing money, right? Micron's a very similar dynamic. The stock's up 240% the past year. You think everybody would love this stock, but it's just not the truth. You got a lot of people that are down 30% plus on this stock, right? What a weird dynamic. Intel. Intel's had a great past year. It's up 45%. That's all you could ask for in a stock. Like, if you make 45% a year on a stock, you're going places in this game, okay? You're going to have more money than you know what to do with. But here's the deal. Most people are down 50% plus on Intel stock because look at where the stock went to and look at how long it was there for, right? And now look at where the stock is. A lot of people are down 50% plus on that stock, right? Nvidia has been dead money the past year. over the past year, the stock is up less than 1%. Right? So, you're really looking at these semiconductor stocks and depending upon time frame, like if you bought Nvidia 3 years ago, you're super happy. You bought Nvidia in the past year, like this stock stinks. It's a dead money stock. You bought Intel, you know, a year ago, you're like, "Hey, this is pretty good. It's up 45%." You bought Intel in the last 6 months, you you you're down so much, you're like, "How long is it going to take me to get back to this?" Right? going to need a double up or more than a double up just to get back to even. That's no fun, right? Remember this, ladies and gentlemen. If you ever want to make a lot of money in the semiconductor stocks, listen close. Buy semiconductor stocks when no one wants to buy semiconductor stocks and avoid buying semiconductor stocks when it seems like everybody wants into semiconductor stocks and everybody's talking positive about them, right? And I can tell you we definitely have had a dynamic um you know especially if I go back 3 to 6 months ago where it seemed like everybody was talking about semiconductor stocks. It was the lead on Bloomberg and CNBC and on X and just like everybody was just you know in like a fever pitch around these semiconductor stocks. But that was 3 to 6 months ago and a lot has changed in the last 3 to 6 months right? So that's something to kind of keep in mind with the semiconductor stocks. It doesn't mean you can't make money in semis um in other time periods because you can. It's just you want to make the big money, buy them when no one wants them. Buy them when no one's talking about them. That's when you get the incredible opportunities, right? Cuz you look at me, I've made multiple millions of dollars in AMD, right? Profits. It's been incredible. But I bought that stock when people didn't care about it. People weren't talking about it, right? Very different time period than, you know, somebody that might have been buying in the last few months, right? Hedge funds. So here's a what I think is going on with these semiconductor stocks. I think you have a big unwind of leverage in regards to these stocks that are going on right now. Right now this is hedge funds. Hedge funds have reduced leverage at the fastest pace since March as sharp losses across fundamental and systematic strategies triggered widespread de-risking and heavy selling of technology stocks in October. According to Goldman Sachs prime brokerage data, fundamental long short equity funds declined 3.5% during the month while systematic strategies lost 3.6% marking the first time since Goldman Sachs began tracking performance in 2016. That both groups recorded monthly losses exceeding 3%. Net leverage across banks, Prime Brokerage Book fell 4.2 percentage points to 73.4%, the steepest monthly decline in 7 months. Right. So, we're having hedge funds reduce leverage. Meanwhile, back in September, you had margin rates reach very high levels, right? And and I'm sure you've had a lot of retail investors over the course of the summer, you know, really margin out. And I know some people even personally that are very heavily, very heavily on margin and are playing the memory stocks, right? And uh it's one of the most dangerous things that can happen. Now obviously when you see hedge funds de-risking and you see you know maybe margin will be coming down if we look at the newest numbers when they come out here in a bit right for what happened in October like it's not like oh everything was in you know semiconductor stocks but I can tell you a lot in semiconductor stocks and the most dangerous thing that happens sometimes is people look at certain stocks and they're like this is an automatic right and it's very easy to do with the semiconductor stocks and especially the memory stocks because you know those companies are going to make so much money in 2026. You know, they're going to make so much money in 2027 and they should still bring in great money in 2028 and beyond, right? And so sometimes people can run to these conclusions that it's easy money, therefore margin, right? And that's where people get caught in a a lot of a trap and some people make a lot of money in these stocks and they start thinking, man, I could have made even more of a margin out. So they go margin out and then they go leverage plays, right? And we've seen an unwind also in South Korea. The South Korean market is very driven by uh two companies. If I recall, it's Samsung and SKH Heinix. Two massive massive memory chip companies, right? And uh that's where a lot of their profits are all coming from. And so you have a whole unwind. It's it's actually a worldwide unwind. It's outside of just America, but it's certainly in America as well. And it can happen from the hedge fund side. It can happen from the retail investor side. But you don't really get that unwind until you get fear, right? And you got to get people to get margin called unfortunately to get them to delever and get them less bullish on these sorts of stocks, right? And then once you get enough of that unwind, then those stocks end up actually going on another run, right? But where's this big fear come from? Well, here's where it's come from. And is this fear real? Let me tell you, this fear has all come from the election and oh my gosh, like uh Democrats won a bunch of election, so that means like uh they're not going to build data centers anymore. What? It's just absolute silliness. Absolute just ridiculous silliness. Um this whole notion around like, oh, uh Democrats won the election, so they're not going to build. No, that's not the way this works, right? What's going to happen is there's going to be likely some regulations that are passed um that are already kind of in effect by the voters put them through in real effect that you can't build data centers this close to communities and you can't build it this close to uh schools and you can't and you got to have your own electricity and you can't use this from the grid and blah blah blah. So there'll be some regulations that are going in. Absolutely. But a lot of these companies are already following these without doing them because they knew this was coming. You think these companies are like just woke up yesterday? Like they all know all this stuff is coming, right? So the whole thing about like, oh, Democrats are elected, so uh data centers are done. It's just absolute ridiculous. Guess what's going to happen this year? A lot of data centers being built. Guess what's going to happen next year? More. Guess what's happened 2028? More. Like it's just crazy, man. Crazy, right? So now with semiconductor stocks, you know, here's the thing, right? With a new day comes new strength, new thoughts. This is here today, gone tomorrow. I'm telling you guys, this whole stuff is here today, gone tomorrow, right? And so stemi stocks should be done their flush. And when I say semi stocks, I'm really talking about the memory chip stocks. I'm talking AMD, Nvidia, they should be done their flush unless unless unless the market gets hit. If the market gets hit, throw it all out, right? like if the market gets hit, it's all bets off at that point in time. The S&P 500 is, you know, within what, a few percent here of an all-time high. If for some reason you had the whole market get hammered, well, that's tough for semiconductor stocks. It's going to be hot for Micron and SanDisk and, you know, all these other stocks and AMD. It's going to be hard for them to go up if the whole S&P 500 was to go down a bunch, right? But as long as that doesn't happen, I believe these stocks have already done their flush and they're up from here. That's my opinion on this. Right now, with that being said, let me go ahead and let me show you my AMD. I have new updated AMD bear case, bull case, and base case for AMD. Let me show you my bare case first, and then we'll go my base case, and then we'll go my bold case. Okay, this is my bare case for AMD. So my my bare case for AMD, I had them get into $97 billion of revenue in 2027. And then after that, only 15% revenue growth per year. It's a very low modest number there. Uh but it's a bare case. So we got to go pretty modest right now. As far as net income growth, huge obviously in 2027, right? Have them going to 27 almost $28 billion in net income in 2027. But then after that, huge slowdown. So basically my bare case is assuming there's a massive slowdown and I mean like epic slowdown in regards to data center spend capex and all those sorts of things in 2028 and beyond right and that's possible right um it's a lower probability but it's definitely possible and so under that scenario only 25% net income growth on average so that basically 2030 I have them doing about 139 billion of revenue 54 billion in net income 20 to 25 PE ratio here and I still get a return that will probably beat the market. Ladies and gentlemen, if you're wondering why I can't sell AMD stock, I mean, that's a huge part part of the reason. If I can run a bare case on a stock and still get a scenario where that stock's going to probably outperform the S&P 500, that's that's pretty darn intriguing. Let me show you my base case and my bull case for AMD. My base case is what I actually expect. These are my new updated numbers. Here we go. My base case for AMD has them going to $94 billion in 2027. Now, there's some people feel like they're going over hundred billion, but for my base case, even my bull case, I actually don't have them going under over 100 billion next year. Do keep that in mind. Okay, so I have them going to 94 billion next year. Uh net income of 28 billion next year. Okay, then after that, only 20% revenue growth on average per year. So, nothing too crazy. I have them get to $162 billion of in 2030 for revenue. There's a lot of bulls out there that believe they're going over 200 billion. Even under my bull case, I don't have them going over 200 billion in 2030. Just some things to factor in to to consider here with my my cases and why this stock is pretty darn exciting here, right? 35% net income on average. So, I've been getting a 70% or excuse me, $70 billion of net income come 2030, right? Net income margins of 44% under this assumption. Uh that's still way off of where Nvidia is at right now. Do keep that in mind. Right. 25 to 30 PE is where I have them at in that scenario. And this is well over $1,000 stock. And under my scenario, the stock could reach $1,000 plus in 2029. Now, keep in mind, ladies and gentlemen, the stock market doesn't work in practicality. So AMD could go a,000 plus next year. That I'm not placing any bets that's going a,000 plus next year, but it could, right? like stocks price in a lot in the future and so if you believe AMD is $1,000 plus stock after you know 2029 and after people usually frontr run it and so it runs there before that right um so this is my base case for the stock um and best case scenario under my base case is a stock goes to $1,300 you know 2030 or before so something to consider uh in the stocks right now in the 400s right bull case this is my bull case for AMD I had getting to $99 billion next year in revenue, 30 about $31 billion in net income next year, right? Net income margins of 31%. Then they continue to improve those net income margins all the way to 49% come 2030. In this scenario, I had them get to $194 billion of revenue come 2030 and $94 billion of that being net income. 25 to 35 PE, that puts a stock somewhere between about $1,400 and $2,000 come 2030, right? And we get a very strong compound annual growth. So, you know, under my scenario here for AMD, my base case, my base case is basically what I'm expecting, right? I'm getting a 20% plus compound annual growth rate. That's why I remain an investor of AMD, right? And so, the short term will be the short term, but at the end of the day, there's just too much potential upside in the stock over the coming years, right? So, that's where I'm at with AMD. All righty. Next up here, let's talk some Elf on the Shelf. Then we'll get my top three smaller cap stocks to buy. Now, my top three in order Mag 7 stocks to buy and then we'll get a bonus stock. That's an incredible opportunity. But before we do that, uh pinned comment down there today will be the application. If you're looking to apply, join my private stock group. We'll send you your Steel membership cards to your house. It's access to all my course curriculums, access to my private Discord chat, access to exclusive weekly videos, see the moves I'm making, and Jeremy AI, the brand new thing is our tool we just launched. Um, we've been training this for the past year plus on all my videos, all my course curriculums and uh, it's incredible what the members are now able to do, right? You know, like this member is just asking like there's already been 25 plus messages since 1:00 today, right? What's AMD's most recent net income margin? So, you ask it simple stuff like that. Um, and you can ask it more complicated stuff like this. How are these election results going to impact AMD, Cake, ELF, and Celsius, right? And this has been trained on all my course curriculum. So, it's really thinks how I think and it's incredible, man. And so, what you can do with that tool is unbelievable and it's really going to bring you up to a higher level of thinking, a higher level of knowledge, and just like make you a stronger investor for the future. So, that'll be pinned comment down there to get access to all of that. And uh, man, it's awesome. And like I said, we'll send you your Steel membership cards to your house once you join us in there, which hey, all the tools are cool, but there's nothing cooler than a Steel membership card. You want the black card? Nah, you can't get the black card. That's lifetime membership, baby. Okay. All righty. Uh, let's get into Elf on a Shelf. Listen. Elf on a Shelf. A+, baby. Look at this. Net sales growth 51%. Cost of sales only up 43%. Gross profit 55% growth year-over-year. SGNA 30%, we'll take that when gross profit's up 55% and revenue up 51%. Right now, they had this change in fair value of contingent consideration that was almost, you know, a little under $18 million hit. That's usually a one-offish category there, so do keep that in mind, right? But it's a hit. Uh operating income up $579% year-over-year to $52 million from $7.7 million in the same quarter last year. Other income was uh very positive. So that was uh $563,000 positive versus $1.9 million negative the same quarter last year. Interest expense was up 9% for the company year-over-year there. So, do keep that in mind. Right. Net income grew net income grew 92% year-over-year. Dude EPS grew 900% year-over-year. I mean, that's an A+ baby. You know, now you might say, why didn't I grade them in A++? I didn't grade them in A++ because of a a couple factors here, right? interest expense going up a bit, but that's not really my worry. The bottom line is I grew graded them an A+ and an A++ because their their net in their net income margin is still really bad, right? $520 million of revenue and only $30 million of net income. It's a really bad net income margin. The good news is it's on the right track and um they should be able to expand this rapidly over the next two to three years, but the moral of the story is this is still a really weak uh net income margin here. Now, let me show you this. This is El's balance sheet. Cash and cash equivalents went to $350 million from $194 million. Accounts receivable $246 million versus $154 million at the same time last year. And they brought inventory up a bit too to $260 million from $247 million in the same quarter last year. Long-term debt, they brought down from 831 million to 794 million. But do keep in mind there's this other category here that they have now that they didn't have last year. Uh long-term contingent consideration, $68 million there. So do keep that in mind. But overall balance sheet looks phenomenal and it looks way stronger than it was even at this time last year. Right? So I like this. Now the guidance, look at this. Oh baby. Uh now the company has updated the 2027 outlook to expect over $2 billion of revenue. Listen, I already laid this all out. I laid the whole game out for ELF, right? This stock was for you could have bought the stock back in the summertime back in June for $49, right? And people tomorrow will probably be paying I don't know who they'll be paying 120 or whatever price, right? 125, 130, whatever, right? I laid it all out. I told you guys they always come in sandbag guide very low usually in the springtime and then they come in beat those numbers throughout the year and keep up in the the guidance throughout the year and next thing you know everybody loves elf stock, right? It's the same game. I watch them do this almost every single year and uh people still get caught in the trap of selling the stock in the spring and uh and then they watch it go flying in the summer and for the remainder of the year and they're like what the heck did I do? Right. Adjusted Ebidon. Now they're expecting $421 million to $427 million of Ebidos. We can call that a 424 midpoint. I probably bring that up by the way. Uh 424 midpoint versus 404 was expected. Net income now is expected to be 232 million midpoint versus before was like a $213.5 million midpoint, right? Uh adjusted diluted EPS 382. So we can call it 384, right? Versus before they were at about 352 353. It's phenomenal, man. Like everything's So is ELF still a buy? Here's a deal. And here's my price targets for ELF on a shelf. Listen, I've told you guys I think the stock exits this year 120 to 140, right? I just continue to believe that. I think it exits worst case scenario 120. Best case scenario maybe up around 140, right? Long-term, this is a $300 to $500 stock in my opinion. So, um it's still a buy. It's still a buy. Like, is it as good of a buy as it was earlier this year when it was $49? No. But, you know, the train's leaving without you. So, you know, you can e be on the train or you don't have to. It's up to you, right? You know, but it's a money maker. It's a money maker. And it's just it's it's such a funny stock though, man. People get freaked out of it and they sell it and they when they sell it, they really sell it and then uh it goes in these rallies that is just unbelievable. I mean, just think about the rally it's been on. You know, it was $49 back in June. It's 118 now. Like I said, I don't be surprised if the stock, you know, my midpoint for where the stock exits year is 130 from 49 to 130. My top three small cap stocks to buy now. Then we'll get into my top three mag seven stocks in order and then we'll get into a bonus stock. Listen, this stock honest is honestly one of my favorite small caps out there. I definitely had to include this one. It's $444. Um, as of right now, it is right. It's done well in the public account at $36,000 on this one. We have some shares that we bought earlier this year at 210. I mean, what a steel deal that was. But honest, Carlo's done amazing job getting this company back to profitability, getting the balance sheet in a great place. And uh I mean, it's just I can't really think of a a company under $1 billion that's a better buy than this. If it's if we're talking under $1 billion market caps, this is by far the best stock in the entire stock market in my personal opinion. Right now, the earnings are coming up here actually tomorrow. My opinion on the stock has been this stock exits over $5 for the year, right? And I've said that since the beginning of the year. I continue to believe that. I continue to believe the stock will exit $5 plus. Maybe it exits six, maybe it exits seven. We'll see. But $5 plus is, in my opinion, in the bag. And uh what a great what a great stock, man. I mean, what a turnaround. Number two of these three stocks is this one, RVLV Revolve. This is a stock that's just under $20 as of right now, $19.98 on this one. We're up about uh almost $20,000 on the stock in the public account, right? And this is an e-commerce company. They sell clothing. Um, average order volume uh pricing is usually like $200, $300 somewhere in their ballpark. Right now, the earnings just came out here recently, as in the past like 24 hours. And uh, when it comes to this one, net sales growth was great, 20%. That's a banger, but they had expense problems in the quarter. So, cost of sales was up 22%. So, gross profit was up 19% less in net sales. Fulfillment was up 24%, selling distribution was up 23%. These are all higher numbers in revenue, higher numbers in gross profit as a percent. So, it's not what we want to see, right? Marketing was high at 26%, GNA was high at 20%. Right? Total operating expenses up 23%. So, income from operations actually fell 9% on a year-over-year basis. Um, other income here, this is kind of a one-offish thing that hurt them as well here. So, do keep that in mind or, you know, it helped them way less, let's put it that way, than here because it was $7.3 million here versus 1.9 million here as far as a benefit. Okay, so income before income tax was down 25% but it wouldn't have been that much if it wasn't for this giant help the last year would have been much more modest. Uh net income down 27% and dude EPS down 31% for Revolve. So I'm looking past the short-term expense problems. I believe they will get those expenses in check and uh they'll continue to grow revenue at a fast rate and then next thing you know we'll be you know in my opinion I'll be grading Revolves income statements next year and um we'll be grading you know A and B grade income statements in my personal opinion and by the way I got a phenomenal balance sheet at that company as well. Third stock of these three is this one Cheesecake Factory. Think about the numbers they're putting up. A+ grade in the latest income statement, right? 14% revenue growth. They kept their expenses in check. Income from operations was up 101%. Net income was up 92%. Dude EPS was up what, 80% there. Think about the numbers they're putting up in the environment we're in. We're in an environment right now. Consumer confidence is horrible. Investor confidence is horrible, right? And at the end of the day, gas prices are super high. And yet, Cheesecake comes through with their numbers. And it's just something it's it's an out of the ordinary trend because if you look out there to the other restaurant operators or food operators, right, their numbers aren't good right now. Chipotle's numbers are not impressive right now. McDonald's I I was looking at their numbers today. I graded their income statement. I posted that inside the private stock group income statements tab. McDonald's grew revenue 1%. 1%. One, right? Um the restaurant sector in general is pretty darn weak. And then Cheesecake Factory is just like, we're running our own race and we're just fine, baby. Okay, so this is a very freak one company. And um yeah, I mean it's it's been a buy for years and it's just like one of those companies you you have to go through the short-term drops sometimes when they're like, "Oh, see restaurant sales weren't as strong as we expected or you know, inflation or blah blah blah." But at the end of the day, man, this is just a top tier company you got to be in. Okay, next up here, let's talk about my top three mag seven stocks to buy now in order. and then we'll talk about the most underrated hundred billion dollar plus company out there and what type of opportunity that is. So my number one favorite mag seven stock to buy right now. This might shock people. You know what it is? It's amazing zone. It's actually not meta. Yeah, Amazon. You know, Amazon is my favorite buy. Now Amazon's a little smaller position sizing. Well, actually it's decent decently, you know, like a couple hundred thousand smaller than Meta. the public account. Uh don't let that think don't think like oh because of smaller position in the public account I believe in Amazon less. I actually technically believe in Amazon even more than Meta now at this point in time. Um Amazon's a much bigger position in some of my private portfolios. So keep that in mind. Right. But when it comes to Amazon, the thing I really love about them is the e-commerce business. No one even pays attention to that, right? And we know how dominant they are. Like, you know, I'm sure so many of you guys watching this video right now order stuff on Amazon all the time. And if you have to order something, like your brain automatically goes to I got to go on my Amazon app, right? Or to the Amazon website and order whatever my this thing is, right? That's just incredible business that no one pays attention to because it's always a lower margin. It just gets outshined by the other two businesses. What are the other two businesses? They have their advertising business, which is monstrous. You got all those people going to the Amazon app all the time, Amazon website. It creates a massive advertising business. And then they obviously have Prime as well. So it's beautiful. But then additionally, the the business everybody really cares about and everybody really is paying attention to is AWS, Amazon Web Services, right? And what a business that is. So much growth, such a large business now at this point in time. And like this is one of those companies that's spending and you can see a clear ROI, right? It's not like a Meta and that that's what's turned me off of Meta and turned me more onto Amazon is I'm like with Amazon they spend the money and I see the return. With Meta they spend the money and we hope to maybe get the return someday, right? Because the thing that's really brought them a lot of results from meta is actually stuff you have to spend very small amounts on like running algorithms and and using AI to serve you up better reels and stuff like that like and keep you on the apps more often and get you to share these things more often, things like that. That's actually the cheap side. The money they've really been spending, we're going to see if they ever get the ROI on that. But with Amazon, if they say, "Hey, next year we're going to spend $320 billion on capex right? I'm like, "Okay, I I'll give you the pass because you guys actually showed me the return with AWS, right?" And so that's why Amazon has now become my number one favorite stock in Mag 7 to buy. My number two is Meta. Meta is still a great company at the end of the day. They got phenomenal growth rates. Zuckerberg's done an amazing job leading the company. it. The only turnoff with Meta is just the staggering capex and we don't know if and when we'll ever get a payback on this one. That's what makes this one a number two instead of I mean that one's been my number one for years up until really like you know I started to turn negative on the short term of Meta, right? Meaning the next one to two years. I really started to turn negative after they came out with the capex numbers at the beginning of this year. And that made me say, gosh, like it's going to be tough for Meta in the short term, right? And uh short term once again meaning over the next one to two years. Like shortterm for everybody's different, right? Like some person's thinking short term that means the next like day, the next hour, the next week. For me, I'm is short-term for me is the next one to two years, just to be clear. And so I looked at their capex this year. I'm like that's going to be tough to get this stock to go up in a substantial way in the next one to two years, right? because we know 2027 is having another big capex number. So, still a great buy for the long term, right? Just people get these expectations around the stock's going to go flying in the short term and it's just bouncing. That's all it's doing. And the number three best buy in Mag 7 is this one. Google McDougall. Google McDougall. I really like this one. This one sold off heavy and I I really didn't think it should have. Like Google I'm the most bullish on I've been in a while because Google start search is still doing just fine as a business. Like people act like it fell off. Like it's still doing amazing. YouTube's doing amazing obviously, right? Um Android continues to be the dominant mobile platform out there. But when I really look at Google, I really look at Google Cloud and that growth is staggering there. And so that's another one that if they spend it, I understand why they're spending it and how they get an ROI on this. And so Google, I really like that one a lot, right? Really like that one a lot. All righty. Next up here, let's get into a bonus stock. My most underrated hundred billion plus market cap that no one talks about. Well, first off, listen. If I take you back to 2019 through 2021, this stock was actually one of the most talked about tech stocks out there. It really was like this stock was already being talked about a lot in 2019 cuz they had massive growth rates. And then Rona came in 2020 and this company's growth took off to another level and like they were the center of um a lot of things at that particular time. And so people looked at that stock as like that was the ultimate stock and that led through into 2021. And so this company was like, man, it it was crazy because it was just like so popular, so talked about, and uh it all ended. Now, why did it end? Well, this happened. The stock dropped 85% from the 2021 peak to the 2022 bottom, 85%. The stock got devastated. And when a stock falls like that, a lot of people just stop caring about it. they stop talking about it. Um, and it just gets forgotten about. Meanwhile, this company has been putting up great numbers over the years. And this is since that 2022 bottom, the stock has climbed almost 500%. Right? And basically, it's back to somewhat in the ballpark of its old all-time highs. Right? So, if you bought the stock back in Rona and when it was peaking back in 21, right, you're like, "This stock stinks." Meanwhile, if you bought the stock in 2022 or 2023 or heck, even 2024, you made a lot of money on this stock, man. A lot of money. And this stock is Shopify. Shopify. Shopify. Shopify. Shopify. It is my sixth biggest position in the Patreon portfolio. So, if you're member of my Patreon, you know about Shopify, right? Number six, biggest position almost 7% waiting. I'm up 131% on this stock. They just came out with their earnings yesterday. Gradea A revenue grew 32%. How many companies can you count on growing revenues at a 30% plus clip? This company's extraordinary. Right now, they had a little expense problem. So, gross profit only grew 28% year-over-year. But then operating expenses, they actually kept a lot of things in check in a major way. So, total operating expenses only up 16%. Right? Operating income was up 66% for the company year-over-year. Net income up 75% and uh net income excluding the impact of equity investments was up 59%. That's a great A for Shopify there. But you know what else happened? Their guidance came out for the fourth quarter. Revenue to grow at a low30s percentage rate on a year-over-year basis. What a strong company. So, you know, like I said, you know, it has no hype anymore. It's not talked about, but it's just a great company that executes and comes in with phenomenal numbers year after year after year. And uh I think it deserves more attention, don't you? Okay. Listen, ladies and gentlemen, I want you to keep growing. I want you to keep building, keep learning, keep taking your game up to another level, another level, and um let's become the best investors we can. Let's run the best portfolios we can.
