Over $1.2 trillion was added to the market today. I'm sure a lot of you guys are probably scratching your head. Well, what do you mean markets, you know, are in the green when your portfolio might be in the red? I think that's just maybe a little heads up that you might be overexposed on just chip stocks. Chip stocks got hit pretty hard. Nvidia included. It's down 3%, right? NASDAQ market ended 1% in the green. Coreweave down 9.5. SanDisk down 9%. INTC down 9%. Micron down seven, Western Digital down seven, SKHY down six. And guess what? It can get worse. Investors are anxious about chip demand as voters are in at least 29 jurisdictions across the US passed bans or restrictions on data centers. Goldman Sachs also says that Democrats a Democratic win could also affect 45% of the planned US data center expansions. Now, the part that really got my head to scratch was what the heck is how is Oracle only down 1.9%. Um, if there's one terribly financed data center builder, it's Oracle, right? They're super leveraged in what they have in their buildout. They have that New Mexico buildout. They're that they were already going through struggles, right? Yet, at one point, it was actually in the green today. This was in the green, but Micron and SanDisk and Nvidia were in the red. H right? And trust me, I feel the pressure. I I I feel it with you guys. But now, do you understand where the energy was coming from when I talked about, hey, I think it makes more sense for a beginner that's experiencing this for the first time. Remember, we said this week after week after week as markets were selling off. There is nothing wrong with investing in good companies that you see to be a good deal when you don't use margin and when you don't use leverage. But do it with a dollar amount that you can actually tolerate. It's better to buy one share than to buy 100 shares for moments like this. There's uncertainty, right? You can always look back and be like, you see, I should have had a little bit more conviction, but yes, in the moment, it does feel kind of anxious. I'm not here to sugarcoat it for you. It should feel like this if you're overleveraged or overexposed. This is a great reminder that again, when you're feeling like this on the red days, note it down, right? We talk about this all the time with our LPP team. It could be on a piece of paper. It doesn't matter. Write down how you feel. Write down the pressure, the stress that you're currently going through. And then when market begins to recover, write that down. That would be a great reminder to kind of keep a good balance of don't overceelebrate on the green days if you're an investor when again your intention is not to sell anytime soon. Just like you shouldn't really kick yourself while you're down if markets are red on the day. As again, in the short term, you probably have no intention of selling anytime soon. as long as you don't use margin and you don't use leverage, right? Uh the one thing that I quickly wanted to talk about is that again now that we talked about the intraday volatility and yes, some sectors are getting hit harder, especially more of the neoclouds or the speculative stocks. SpaceX got hit pretty hard today. A friendly reminder that the stock market does not care about your politics. Every single time there are different struggles, different challenges. Let's be honest, none of them do their job correctly for the most part right? I think that when you look at the numbers and you compare it, okay, is it safer to have your money in your bank account or invested in the stock market? Again, do not hear what I'm not saying. That doesn't mean invest in meme coins or in meme stocks, in companies, you know, are skeptical, right? Speculative. Even if you just buy QQQ or SPY, keep it simple. Don't use margin. Don't use leverage. Again, the stock market continues to outperform any return from your bank account, but you have to keep it tasteful, right? If you keep it distasteful and you use leverage, you overexpose yourself. Some of you might be feeling the pressure right now. Let me know down in the comment section. Talk about it. There's no reason you need to be bottling it in, right? We're all going through it. Some more than others, but with time comes experience, and with experience comes more confidence, right? I wanted to show you when in doubt, yes, zoom out. That's not I don't like saying that because I don't want to encourage you to bagold, especially if you're investing in companies, right? I want to be straight up with you. But be mindful of your position size. If you are feeling the pressure right now and you're it's too much stress, you probably need to size down, right? If markets continue to sell off, you should welcome it that yes, you get to take advantage of these better deals. Remember, this is why I talked about buying one share early on versus a 100 shares. When you have one share, you're not stressing. You're like, I hope it gets cheaper. I'll buy another one, right? And you keep it tasteful. You're not going to make it or break it this time. So, stop trying to ruin it for yourself. The part that I'm really excited about is that Democrats are preparing aggressive investigations into President Trump's crypto venture deals with law firms and pardoning of donors. I cannot tell you of that. That that was one of the earliest signs of my regret when it came down to Trump. Seeing how I don't believe any politician should enrich themselves while in public office. I don't care what sacrifice they do or they take. It's either right just like everyone else that's a public servant. They work for us. You either want the job or you don't. And if what it comes with and what it entails with is not enough for you, then don't take it. I believe that no politician should have the ability to invest in anything while in public office and even two years after. No way to enrich yourself or your family in any way. It should truly be a sacrifice. And if that is not enough to serve your country, then don't take the job. I think it's absolutely pathetic the the extreme corruption that we have seen with the Trump administration and his ad and his entire team, his family. I hope that it's not just talk. I hope that they apply pressure just as they would with any of us if we ever did anything close to what the Trump administration has done. They have outperformed all the major hedge funds in just the past year and a half. They never have before. But now all of a sudden as Trump is in public office, right, with this crypto deal and all this, you know, uh, series of trades that he's taken, it's just impeccable timing. We'll see if he keeps that same energy, right? I'm very excited to see this whole crypto fiasco fall off. At least, again, that's my personal take and my personal opinion, right? With that being said, where are markets at right now? Again, markets are shaky. There's a lot of uncertainty. I hope that you are not over celebrating as soon as markets slightly went into the green thinking that all of our problems are solved. One day does not define a market reversal. Market sentiment is still weak. It's still bearish and it's still incredibly volatile. We'll talk about this a little bit more in our live trading. And again, I cannot stress it enough.
