I think that it could be so bad for MSTR that it could also drag down BTC with it. Remember MSTR, regardless of what they tell you, it's not a real company. It doesn't generate actual any profit. It borrows against its shareholders. It dilutes its investors and it uses that money to buy Bitcoin. I don't believe in Bitcoin. I don't believe in crypto, but I believe in anyone's right to invest in anything that their heart desires. I think today is a really good example of what we talked about yesterday. Position yourself like things could get worse before they get better. What's going on guys? It's Ricky with Techbud Solutions. So, I made a video yesterday especially talking about the idea of like how much opportunity is currently presenting itself in the market. I'm not even talking so much about I mean just the NASDAQ market that has recently pulled on back. It's reaching its previous support range of 700. I love that. Right. markets have been overbought. I think anyone that's surprised by this pullback is someone that has to spend a little bit more time in the market. With that being said, I've been preparing beginners that follow me to make them aware of like, hey, we're beginning to reach oversold levels. Markets are more bullish than bearish. Traditionally speaking, it makes more sense to go long than it does to go short. As we reach these oversold levels, just like we talked about in our live trading session today with the LPP team, I'd be very careful continuing to short. Now again, for those that have experience, obviously direction is still in your favor. If you know how to actively short and manage and mitigate risk, I'm not talking to you, right? You have kind of that experience under your belt. I'm talking about for beginners. Well, why could it possibly be a bad idea for them to short? First off, the first thing is shorting comes at a greater form of risk. Theoretically speaking, there is no cap on how high a stock can go. Therefore, there is no cap on how much money you can lose. You'll most likely get margin called and forced to liquidate before you actually end up cutting losses. if you don't know how to manage and mitigate risk um appropriately. But with that being said, knowing that markets are more bullish than bearish, again, we're approaching a previous support range, the probability for a rate hike is still relatively very low, even after this week's higher inflation reading for both the PPI and the CPI. Again, I love when markets sell off, not because I short. I mean, shorting is part of what it is I do to some degree, but I do it with a relatively pretty light position. I love deals. So, when markets sell off, I love buying companies that I see value in. And there's quite a bit that has recently sold off. If you do the math, right, and where we are right now with how much more it could potentially sell off, which is always a possibility. No one can predict the future and past performance does not yield future results. But knowing how oversold markets are, knowing how irrational they are to always recover eventually, right? It's always just one tweet, the potential for profit to short versus the potential for risk of a recovery, I believe, no longer makes sense. I think it makes more sense leading up to, hey, markets are reaching oversold levels. Maybe this would be a good time to start picking, hey, what stock would you potentially want to buy and invest in if markets do begin to recover? Not that they have to recover right now. This is what we talked about yesterday. Position yourself like things can get worse before they get better. And this is why I used yesterday as an example because a lot of people got very excited when markets began to recover. And what did I state in yesterday's video? Hey, let's not get too excited because one day does not define a market reversal. Most of you got the message. A few of you, I would say, got a little too confident, maybe overpositioned yourself, overexposed yourself with too large of a position. So now when markets pull on back, you're kind of freaking out. You're like, "Oh gosh, what's going on? We were just pushing yesterday." Again, if your intention is to buy and hold the stock and you know that it's going to it's not going to be linear, right? It's not going to just quickly and aggressively recover all of a sudden with no pullbacks, why would you position yourself in a way that you can't tolerate that volatility? Micron and many of these other bigger players that are moving quite a bit are incredibly volatile stocks. Don't use leverage. Don't use margin. Just do it with money you actually have and position yourself. Position your, you know, your exposure like you can be wrong first before you are right and today is a great example of this again I want to try to lead by example and I bought the dip right I have shorted Micron and I did short it today as well I would like to say that I'm not a beginner right but I'm being very careful with my shorts not carrying any shorts overnight I know things can get worse before they get better but in my opinion and that's all it is Micron is attractive enough at these levels that if it does begin to recover even just to a thousand, right? It offers about 15 to 17% recovery potential. What is the biggest mistake I believe beginners can make is they buy so much that when markets, if markets do get worse before they get better, they get shaken out. You buy so much that if markets drop another five or 10 percent, which is a 100% a possibility, you're like, I don't want to tolerate this. I'm gonna cut losses. And if all you gave it was a little bit more time, markets eventually recover, normally is what they do. And all you had to do was be a little bit more intentional and a little bit less aggressive with your exposure, meaning a smaller position size. I hope that you don't get offended by me telling you that I don't think it's wise to buy too much too early on before confirmation. That is all I'm saying. I'm using Micron as my example because it's the one that I'm choosing to buy the dip on. Respecting that things can get worse before they get better. I'm highlighting that I believe shorting at these oversold levels technically speaking begin to be of greater form of risk than you know fair risk-to-reward upside and I also want to acknowledge although these stocks are very speculative in my opinion and fundamentally they're blown out of proportion right the NBIS I want to pull it up here for you NBIS trades at a 1,100 P ratio. So, um, pretty crazy in my opinion. We got Coreweave supposedly 31% upside, but it trades at a negative 19p ratio. Loses nearly $2 billion a year, but it's hard to ignore, right? We can pay attention to fundamentals, and in my opinion, fundamentals do matter eventually, right? But technicals are the name of the game for 2026. If you have a really good story and you're AI focused, you could recover and the it is reaching a previous support range. It's not that it can't break below this, right? But I can see why people can begin to find this area attractive in case it does slightly recover. I mean, there's 50 60% recovery potential even to conservative highs of 92. The thing that I do want to point out is after its big rally back in 2025, it's been making lower highs and kind of the same lows. But there's a story right now. The story right now that's driving Cororeweave lower is that Coree has crashed 11% today alone as fears over its heavy debt is growing. Again, it's just not well financed, right? Insiders have sold $32 million worth of stock since August with zero buys. The CEO alone has sold over $199 million. It's not just Cororeweave, it's Cororeweave, NBIS, Irene. Again, in my opinion, incredibly speculative stocks. Also, some more news that, you know, kind of shook up the semiconductor in the memory chip space is Chinese memory chip maker CXMT. Remember this is the manufacturer that said that they might oversupply the market but it's a Chinese company. So as of now US companies cannot buy Chinese chips. That policy or that regulation can always change right but their growth is insane. Their revenue last year was 4.8 billion. Their revenue this um quarter if I'm not mistaken 39.7 billion. Pretty crazy, right? Like the growth AI is real. Memory demand is real. And I'm going to have to double check on this. This might actually be for the year. Uh might not actually be per quarter, but nonetheless, to go from a loss on just last year to now a net income of nearly $20 billion. Again, just like it's very real in the US, it's very real outside of the US. And if China, just like Elon Musk said, China is one of the best at manufacturing and its capabilities to be able to manufacture like no one else in the world, is very true. Now, this doesn't mean that US companies will have to buy or can buy Chinese alternatives, at least not yet. It's not allowed. It's it's regulated. We'll see if this begins to change. There is right I I wanted to talk about things that even I don't value but regardless of my personal belief and opinion I know it's it could be an opportunity for some. So that's why I'm talking about it. Right. The thing that I also want to highlight is that I mean there seems to be more stories coming out about concerns about AI the anthropic news about it not actually maybe IPOing at the two trillion now maybe 1.5. So there's adjustments being made, you know, CXMT, which is now a big Chinese competitor. Um, and then the North uh, sorry, South Korean market, KOSPI, just absolutely plunging this past week. There are a lot of fear factors right now. What does this tell you? If you decide to buy the dip on anything that's speculative, it's not that it's not a good deal because there could be money to be made. position yourself to tolerate volatility so you win. This is why I said I think it makes more sense to buy one share even if you can afford to buy 20 because with one share at least you won't get shaken out and with one share eventually if it does end up recovering there's still gain there. If you get shaken out with 20 shares, what's the you might be like, what's the reason to buy one? Because it makes more sense to at least experience, you know, the recovery or whatever it is that ends up happening and doing it in an intentional way instead of being overaggressive early on and not being able to tolerate the volatility. Again, I know I've been kind of stirring with you guys this week, but I think it's for a reason. And I hope that you can see that being expressed through my videos that I want to see you do well, but you need to acknowledge the opportunity, respect the risk and the volatility, and do it for yourself. You're right. You're not going to make much money with one share, but at least you could possibly make money versus going in too aggressive, cutting losses, losing money, and never wanting to do this again. Which I think then again, by establishing good principles, even with a very small dollar amount early on can enable you to hopefully see value in this, the value behind investing, the value behind trading, and to continue to do it and grow as time goes on. One of my favorite uh setups so far is MSTR right being removed off of the what is it? MSCI index. I love it. BTC is falling. It's it's touching $80,000. We'll see if it breaks below. Um I did I just wanted a little piece of the pie. I did short it today. Uh $3,100 on the day. So I feel like I'm doing my part and staying active. In my opinion, you might be like, "Well, Ricky, why are you shorting MSTR?" If you said it doesn't really make sense to short, MSTR has news and the news is it's about to get removed out of an index. And if it gets removed out of that index, all these funds that follow that index are going to begin to sell. The outflows are expected to be anywhere from 2.8 to 3 billion. And that happens in a matter of days and weeks. So, I think selling pressure can begin to kick in once it's officially confirmed. and that selling pressure begins to kick in. I think it more makes more sense to buy Bitcoin directly or buy a one for one BTC ETF that's not leveraged versus buy an MSTR that calls itself a Bitcoin treasury, but all it really is, it's a failed software business that identifies as a Bitcoin treasury. I don't care what you call yourself, you're not it, right? And again, I'm very excited to follow up and I hope that again, you position yourself in a way that you're not just setting yourself up for success on the recovery, but that you can also tolerate the downturn. And again, things are uncertain right now. And that's the best time to be intentional and to be calculated. So, let me know down in the comments section what you think.
