So, that was yesterday. Today, it's CRM. You know CRM, right? Uh well, let me clean that up. That's kind of ugly. CRM, salesforce.com, juggernaut. They at least it used to be a juggernaut. Maybe it is again. My next guest loves the stock. I want to bring in Constellation Research principal analyst, also founder Ray Wang. Ray, before we get into that, breaking news on Nvidia. Hugging Face, of course, most Americans know it because some AI program broke out of the the sandbox and it and attacked it. But, what's going on? Another This major acquisition from Nvidia. >> It's a linchpin in AI. This is where you put your models. This is put your data sets. This is where you put everything. And so, by picking it up, they gain the marketplace that everybody is in. And that actually makes them the kingmaker in terms of what models get to what data sets, what get to what algorithms. >> So, is Salesforce under a tremendous amount of pressure? Now, go back a couple years ago, it was under pressure because of AI. It came out with AI agents, the stock rebounded. But, it's been suffering. All of a sudden, Dario's there with with Marc Benioff, and they're saying, "Hey, forget about it. We're going to have a cloud a cloud kind of play where AI is well." Right now, Wall Street believes the stock's up 21%. You like the stock here. I mean, just do you Is it over? Is the concern about this company dying because of AI? Is that over? >> Yes, in the June-July area, that's where we fixed the bottom of the SaaS apocalypse. Salesforce has data, it's got distribution, it's got long-term enterprise contracts. That's separating the winners and the losers in the SaaS apocalypse. They've got Slackbot and a lot of announcements coming from Dreamforce. They're on the way to be a 50 billion, 60 billion revenue company. >> So, the stock just just to point this out, folks. This is 2025. I mean, it essentially went all the way Now, look at this gap today. Phenomenal gap. This is certainly something you could chase if you believe this story. >> If you believe in SaaS and enterprise software, and you think it's going to come back, the P/E ratios have been compressed, now's the time to get in. >> Another one that that's on your list that you've liked before. Again, break great bottom reverse head and shoulders, breaking key moving averages. Service Now looks good. Uh is it out of the is it is it is it out of the sort of same sort of scenario with the the hey AI doom scenario? >> Same thing. They've got data distribution, enterprise contracts. They've been killing it in cybersecurity. You saw them at Black Hat. It was a big presence. But the other piece is their rule of 56. I mean, they're growing 24 and 1/2%. Where else in enterprise software, where else in tech are you seeing these kind of growth? >> So these companies, right? Because they were unstoppable for a long time. Uh great management, uh you you know, software eats the world kind of narrative that went on for a decade. Will they be able to command those so same levels of not just revenue growth, but also uh pricing power, margin margin power? >> I think we're going to see reduced PE ratios, reduced margin power over time, but they're not the losers in the SAS apocalypse. >> All right. I got to ask you about this um Uh so yesterday Nebulous got a shout-out from Jensen. Uh and they also got a shout-out from the CEO of Palo Palo Alto Networks. You know, I I I like CoreWeave, too, but I'm a little worried about it. The stock the chart looks terrible. It can't get out of its own way. Why do you think it's going to work? >> Well, if the demand is what we're seeing, 700 billion from the hyperscalers this year, 1.2 trillion next year, 1.5 trillion after that, where are you going to get your compute, right? And what CoreWeave and Nebulous do, it's basically you either got a shell of a condo you can fill it up or you can get a turnkey condo. >> Is there anything that distinguishes them? Because it feels like some these players are saying, "Hey, Nebulous has got maybe something a little bit more than CoreWeave and the rest." >> I think they all have something specific down to the industry level, down to the compute side that you want, down to the memory envelopes you want. They all have something special, and you're going to see them differentiate very quickly. >> Another name you like is Dell, again. Dell was so impressive because even more recently when we started to see a little pullback in the AI story, it didn't give a lot back and consolidated gains and it's breaking out again. Where do you think it's going? >> Michael and Jeff are crushing it over there. It's the AI factory story that they're winning on. They're doing a good job on procurement, supply chain. Internally, they're using AI as as good as everybody else in terms of driving down costs, getting their operating margins high. They're doing They're actually one of the leaders internally using AI. >> I used to watch this show when I was a kid, when I wasn't watching Reggie Jackson, called Sesame Street. One of these things is not like the other. You like Walmart. Okay, not only is it the feels a little bit different than the rest of the conversation. The stock is breaking down. It looks pretty ugly. What's going on here? >> Well, I think what you have to realize is the technology they put into Walmart is actually paying off. They're getting the digital ads. It's a $6 billion business going $10 billion. There is the pressure that's coming from the supply chains. There's the pressure coming from China. That's what's hurting it right now. And of course, the overall economy. But in the long run, Walmart is going to be one of the winners in AI because they're using it better than most Fortune 500 companies. >> Really? So, we have to start thinking of Walmart. Like last year, we learned to think of Caterpillar as AI. Now, we should start thinking Walmart as an AI play. >> They're a tech play. They're a digital ad play. They're digital commerce. Um the more and more you look at what they're doing, they're putting physical goods in the hands of digital orders. >> Great stuff.
