So this is literally the structure that is setting up right now. This video was from September 26. And you can just see we were seeing resistance and speculatively this this higher low pullback in the month of October. This was September 26th and this is precisely what is playing out right now. Crypto dipping nicely. If you are a crypto bull, you should be excited. I want to start this video with a clip from September 25th. This was around 20 days ago. Check this out real quick. in relation to Bitcoin. Above that range, if we don't fall all the way down here, you can see we have the 200 day moving average at 70. We have the 50-day at 75. And we have the 20-day at 80. So, we're currently at 83. How shallow or deep do we get a pullback here? Is it within the middle of all those moving averages? And then we're starting to bounce and then we actually have an inverse head and shoulders really playing out. Is Bitcoin about to absolutely capitulate in a similar way like it did? So, Bitcoin was around $83,000, $84,000. We were at this resistance area. We've been talking about this really since the end of September for both Bitcoin, for Ethereum, for crypto in general. And I want to dive into the price action that's playing out right now. This is incredibly normal price action number one. And if you're a crypto bull, it should excite you. So before we even dive into price targets, before we even dive into how much worse can this move get, and when I say worse, I say that lightly because in my opinion, these normal higher low dips out of a bare market environment into a bull market are healthy and they're actually good. So before I do any of that though, I just want to point your attention to something that is Bitcoin on the weekly chart. You see these two areas that I have circled back here. These are just so important in terms of where we are in the Bitcoin momentum and as well as the Bitcoin cycles. Notice this one right here. This is the RSI, the slower moving momentum oscillator like August 2020, right? And you can see in that move obviously if you're looking at this chart this move in August 2020 there was a pullback right to this 20week moving average before an absolutely parabolic move through all-time highs and in into price discovery for Bitcoin right that's number one we are essentially like kind of in that same vicinity in terms of RSI momentum right now if you look at this and we're in the middle of a pullback so this is to illustrate something and and we're going to illustrate something way more important than this, but it's to illustrate from this area, these pullbacks are normal if we're going to go higher, number one. But now the more exciting uh kind of foundation to why I'm bringing this up, it's not because yeah, pullbacks are normal. Look, it happened back here in 2020. It's because when you look at say August 2020 or even February of 2020, it's this moment right here all there. This is the first time right here that we've had a moment like this. That's why not only comparing the momentum of Bitcoin in these moments is important, but it's even more important because this is where we are in the cycles. And this was after exiting all of this multi-year bare and contraction and consolidation finally getting ready for a bull. This is where we are. And here's what I want to do is I want to visualize these two areas with you really briefly and then we're going to dive into the shorter term analysis. Everybody, real quick, we're partnered with Coinbase right now. We've got something new for the CCV community, even if you have an active Coinbase account. So click the Coinbase link below, hit activate rewards and follow the steps to get started. So the question is why these two areas, right? Why August 2020 and February 2020? If you go to the business cycle, our business cycle index that is back here in our intelligence system there, these are the two areas. So here is September 2020. This was our first print in that cycle going into expansion September 2020. Incredibly bullish if you were here last cycle, right? This was the beginning of the move. We just saw it on the Bitcoin chart. Why this one? Why February 2020? Because if you look at this move of expansion, and it wasn't expanding yet, but just what I mean is, you know, we printed 46.9 in the index and then 50.8 51.6. We were starting to get like expansion, the beginning of expansion. We didn't print an expansion, right? But it was on its way seemingly the business cycle that is. And then COVID came into play and boom, we had the reset and then really we finally started to get out of that expansion, right, into the bull cycle. So the question always is what if that never happened, right? What if we never got co there? The expansion cycle might have started here. I do not know. But point being the structure and the momentum of Bitcoin at that moment was very similar both times, right? So right here and right here. And so when we think about where we are right now, this is exactly where we are in terms of cycles. So it really is the first time since 2020 we've had a setup like this. But through every cycle, dips like we're seeing right now, this is so normal, everybody. It's incredible. I've never seen so many people get excited about a dip and want it to go lower. And I think a lot of people right now are waiting for a four-year cycle low, a lower low. They want Bitcoin and crypto to go lower because they're waiting on a four-year cycle. But I am saying this and been saying this since the end end of September. Yes, a dip is very much in play from these resistance areas, but it's a healthy higher low dip. And it's kind of a structured dip that that could potentially set up just an incredible pattern. So on Bitcoin, this is what it looks like right now. We're getting we're getting it to play out very nicely. And you can even see I know it's ugly, right? We we kind of actually dipped into the 70s, by the way. But just zoomed out on this daily chart. It's not even that bad. And then I want to go look at Ethereum in just a moment. Um but the the dip is not even that bad. We could very well go lower. So the lower 70s have just very simply been in play. The 200 day moving average is now around 72,000. And I say now just because, you know, like a couple weeks ago was in the 71,000 and then before that was down here 70,000. So it's slowly creeping up. But this area down here, this $72,000 area, Bitcoin can very well consolidate into that area. We could just we could fall for the rest of October, and you're you're about to just in in a clip in this in the Ethereum video, you're going to see a red October is just so in play. That could happen. But if you zoom out on even a daily chart, it's not even that zoomed out. This could be the higher low structure that we're waiting for and that we've really been anticipating. So for Bitcoin, that's $72,000. Very interesting though. I will want to monitor the 50-day moving average because even right now as I'm doing the video, I'm not quite sure it's going to hold everybody like just just absolute insane support with this wick. It would be awesome. It would be beautiful, right? we get the wick below the 50-day and all of a sudden we start bouncing off of that and we have a very shallow setup and a right shoulder. That would be that would just be awesome. I'm not so convinced that's going to happen. We very well could just go down and we can just start consolidating between the 50 and the 200. So I would just say anticipate more downside between 72,000 and 81,000 where we are right now. It's very simple. It is not a bearish thing at all. This is a this is a macro high or low dip that we are going through right now. This is something that has happened in almost every cycle so far as we lead into a bull market and it is incredibly normal. And this moment again is really a moment that we have not seen since all the way back here in September of 2020 and that is a very good thing if you're a cryptobull. So going back to this chart though I do want to plot one thing out then I want to go look at Ethereum. this swing low back here in midepptember two swing high. We have this area cuz we're talking about in between the the 50-day moving average where where Bitcoin is right now in the 200 all the way down here. We do have a 618 around 79,000. We just wick to it and we have a 786 around 77,000. So we can kind of kind of bring down how how wide this range is of the 50 to the 200 and we can kind of say okay at least instead of just anticipating that next target of 200 day moving average the next support target for Bitcoin right now is this higher low Fibonacci range. So swing low to swing high right back down to this range. This is such a normal pullback area and you can you can even see we've already wicked to the top of that Fibonacci support range that might show support along with the 50-day moving average. But if not, I would say the next area to watch for $77,000 for support and just continue to be cautious and ready. If you're an accumulator of Bitcoin, you go right in here on Coinbase. You set your buy orders, your limit buy orders if we do wick to that area, right? You can set them all the way down here 71 72,000. you think we're going to go down there. Coinbase makes it incredibly easy. And when you're doing your analysis, like when you're doing your analysis in Coinbase, people are different, so I try to speak to both worlds. I like to just place the order myself. I don't like to set limit orders as much just because I'm always tracking the charts. But you can just see how quick moves can happen, right? If you had a limit order right here at the upper range of the support area, you might have might have just filled it, right? or get close to filling it. And that's purpose of the limit orders. If you're not watching the screen all day, you can kind of hit these areas if they if they hit I want to go to Ethereum. I want to look at this clip from September 26th. Um this was like a day after the last clip we saw. Just check this out real fast. But if speculatively this is an inverse head and shoulders setting up and there's going to be resistance at this trend line, well then we actually have a dip in store in the short term potentially. Maybe maybe October will be a red month for crypto. And how drastic of a red month, I don't know. But this could be the very story on the short term that plays out leading into the entry into the bull market. And remember that is so this is literally the structure that is setting up right now. This video was from September 26. And you can just see we were seeing resistance and speculatively this this higher low pullback in the month of October. This was September 26. And this is precisely what is playing out right now. We got resistance and we are coming down. We're finding the higher low areas right now. And we could very well go lower. And I'm telling you right now, especially if you're a cryptobull, that is a very good and healthy thing. So on Ethereum, this is what it looks like. And you can actually see we've already hit this area. This first uh area we were we were watching, I think, was a higher low Fibonacci. That purple, we failed. We ranged at that support area for a while, but now we're falling into that deeper range. So, the 200 day moving average on Ethereum is down here around 2100. It continues to kind of make its way higher slowly as as Ethereum trades. But pulling into that area below the the 50, above the 200, that's a normal move. And again, what I want to do is I want to just take the the really volatile crazy move and plot this just in case it's swing low. I have the wrong indicator, but it's swing low that we have back here in June to swing high and there is this crazy volatile Fibonacci. If things get bad, if something happens, if there's a narrative or an event that's going to drive crypto to capitulate, there's the 618 at $2,000 and the 786 at 17 $1,800. That is just there. It is just in play. In the story of a macro move into a bull market after just five years of business cycle and tightening, right? We have to anticipate that the move into the bull is going to be is going to take some time. It's going to be volatile, right? So, this is very much in play. This Fibonacci down here 2,00 to,700. That's not my base case for the short term. I want to monitor this range. And this is the range we've talked about this yellow box. anything really below this this support area in the purple that we were looking at. Anything below that to the 200 day moving average at 2100 that is I would say the beginning of accumulation range for all coins. We've still not seen Ethereum kind of exit this macro accumulation range in green right anytime Ethereum's in this box right now is pretty much I think a great spot to accumulate altcoins. The lower in the box the better. And so that's what I'm waiting for for Ethereum and all coins. And speaking of that, you know, I've been averaging in, if you've been watching me in Coinbase in some of my videos recently, averaging into right now might be a great time to do it. I'm just again, I was looking at Bitcoin. I'm not convinced the 50-day will hold. I'm not in a rush to keep accumulating. I'm fine in my portfolio. I I I would be so ready for the bull market. But if Bitcoin fails, Ethereum fails, and we really do start going lower, this apex of this triangle ono is an interesting area for continued, you know, accumulation for Ando. So, I'm sitting tight right now. I'm not going to accumulate. Maybe maybe it bounces off the 50-day and we just actually start escaping and we go bullish. We go into new higher high territory. It is what it is. I've said repeatedly, I'm not going to FOMO into all coins right now. Um, but I I'll keep trickling in if it keeps trickling down is basically it. So, um, again, I could be in Coinbase. I can set my buy limit order. I'm not going to do that, though. I like to place my orders in real time. And, you know, and it would probably be in a video if we're getting down here. That would be a suitable time to probably do a video for Ono. You'd be looking at price range wise from where it is. If we're falling into this apex, another 15% and from previous local swing highs, 38% dip. That is precisely the type of dip even as we enter a bull market that is normal for altcoins. And it's a type of dip if you are a bull, especially macro bull focusing on things like the business cycle and not just a calendar event like the four-year cycle. That's the time where it becomes very compelling to start accumulating dips um before the bull really hits. So, I wanted to bring all this analysis to you. The the main point, let's watch support. Here's Bitcoin once again on the weekly. Here's what it looks on the daily. Check it out. I mean, if we get this 50-day moving average, support would be absolutely incredible. However, just know we've anticipated this consolidation since end of September, and if it wants to go lower, it very well has room to do so, and it would be a healthy bullish move. So, I appreciate each and every one of you watching. We'll continue to see what Bitcoin and crypto does in these charts. I uh if you're not a subscriber, subscribe.
