…r friend until the end. Okay. So, that's how the MAG7 are looking. But what is working right now on Wall Street? It's not the semiconductors. They're still in a world of pain. But what's working right now on Wall Street are the SAS stocks, Dolingo, CRM, and now I'm going to take a minute to show you all three and what my targets are to the upside. These still have room. They're going against the trend. They're going up. Let's go look at those charts. Dualingo's got to get above 142. This is a pivotal area of previous support. Could potentially turn resistance. If it does, the next target above that is 16116. I'm not telling you guys to chase these. I'm telling you that these have been working. If it gets above 142 tomorrow, it can continue to work and run up to 161. And then we've got CRM. It had been on watch for a close above 170. We finally got it. It moved up to 184. Dolingo, CRM, and now I'm going to take a minute to show you all three and what my targets are to the upside. These still have room. They're going against the trend. They're going up. Let's go look at those charts. Dualingo's got to get above 142. This is a pivotal area of previous support. Could potentially turn resistance. If it does, the next target above that is 16116. I'm not telling you guys to chase these. I'm telling you that these have been working. If it gets above 142 tomorrow, it can continue to work and run up to 161.

Hyperscalers versus the Fed big tech earnings this Wednesday and Thursday. And of course, the Fed is going to talk. Now, he did something interesting. He injected $1.38 billion into the economy right after the market opened this morning. He added cash to keep the banks and the financial markets running smoothly before his big rate decision. So, they're not going to raise rates. I don't think he's prepared the market for it. They're looking for assurance that the rate hike that is planned would come in September. We're not even looking at rate cuts. The big question is what is the market going to do with big tech earnings? Well, we already saw with Google, they sold on increasing capex spending. And I think what we've seen so far from last week till today was the market getting ahead of the concerning news and selling off in advance. Now, the last video I did for you, I said trust red. And if you took that to heart and traded that, that is what the magnificent 7 has given us. Now, I also highlighted the MACD indicator on the 1 hour time frame as a basic buy sell signal for intraday trading. Having said that, there are stocks that are becoming attractive that I do like and if you're looking at a longer time frame are starting to look attractive. Now, the overall market, the S&P 500, has got a diamond pattern at the top, which is bearish, and it hasn't quite broken yet. I'm not sure if it will break. The market is trying to decide that. I'm not going to frontr run it. It does look as if it wants to go south, and as I've been saying all year long, we've got to pay the pipers. We got to let the bears have a chance to make a little money. The midterm election year has a minimum of a 20% draw down. Let's take a minute and look at the spy. Now, this is the diamond pattern that I've been warning about actually ever since we began to make higher highs and lower lows. That's when I first identified that we were getting ready to go on and have a period of consolidation where it was going to tighten up and possibly break to the downside. A cross under 745 on the spy is what got us into this bearish trend and a cross back above it could shift the posture of the market overnight. I have to show you guys one more thing and it's that we have a potential cross down on the zero line on the daily time frame for the MACD. Now, we've been using the MACD intraday to sort of determine when the MAG 7 might possibly be bouncing. But if we take a step back and we look at the SPY from a big picture view, we actually have the first cross of the MACD line to the downside. And this is again why I've said trust red. Now, the markets have been steadily going down. Tesla hit $300. I said last week that we would probably hit $300 on the nose by Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday it was. Now, we could bounce here. This is where I was expecting a bounce, but let's follow the charts even on the bounce. I'm going to show you which ones have already printed a buy signal on the short intraday time frame of 1 hour. That's the beginning of a potential reversal. I'm going to show you which ones are in the bullish camp right now and which ones still remain in the bearish camp. Now, I'm expecting a little bit of recovery as we get closer to the Fed's meeting because as I said, I think largely the market was pricing in a problem with the Fed and if that problem doesn't materialize or he seems more confident that the markets are stabilizing and the PCE which comes out Thursday comes in softer than expected, well, the market could rally off of this low. Now, that's not what I'm predicting. It's what I'm watching for, but we've got to get through big tech's earnings and the Fed. And if you go off the daily, you can see the SPY, Apple, and Meta are all still operating off of a buy signal, whereas Nvidia Amazon Netflix QQQ Microsoft Google, and Tesla have been in trouble for a while. That tool will give you some confidence in trading if you've yet to develop the charting skills to identify the trend. Right? Trade the trend. The trend is your friend until the end. Okay.
