⚠️XRP HOLDERS! THIS IS INSANE! TOLD YOU IT WOULD HAPPEN!

XRP holders, welcome back to the channel. We have some very, very important things to talk about and it has to do with a digital asset treasury company right now that is skyrocketing. We talked about this early on in the week. It has more than doubled in price. There is something to be aware of that's coming here a little bit later on, about 6 days from now. I'm going to give you guys everything you need to know about what's going on with Armada Acquisition Corp. This is ticker XRPN. Uh it is tradable right now. The stock has recently experienced extremely elevated volatility, so there are still some risks as well. What all this means for XRP, what it means for Ripple, all going to be discussed in this video. Stay with me throughout this video. You will not be disappointed. So, this is the chart I am looking at right now on the daily. This is the chart I am looking at on the daily right now. It is a straight moonshot up right now. Now, there are some risks. We'll get into it. On the weekly, up $332%. I've got an average cost of uh $27 as you guys can see here. Um, so I've been slowly adding to this. Not a massive position yet. I still own XRP, the native asset. XRP, the native asset, sitting at 150. I'm going to tell you a little bit about what's going on here. So, XRPN, Armada Acquisition Group. This is Evernorth. You guys remember Evernorth was acquired by Ripple last year. Now, they're creating a digital asset treasury company and their approach is a little bit different than what we've normally seen. So, let me go in here and I'm going to an article done by my buddy Matthew. He does a phenomenal job here. Make sure you follow Matthew Snyder uh on X. Um great follow. He's always in our crypto breakfast club spaces. And I wanted to kind of go through some of the things he put out here. So XRPN in three minutes, what $30 buys you. So there are two ways to own apples. The basket, a fixed pile of fruit, that's an XRP ETF. The orchard, the same fruit plus a new uh plus a crew paid to grow more of it. That's Evernorth XRP. Next week XRP gets its orchard. Um, so Evernorth is Ripplebacked XRP treasury company. Again, it's going public by merging with Armada Acquisition Corp. ticker XRPN, which is already tradable. The deal closes on October 7th. The stock trades under Evernorth name starting October 8th. Right now, it's still Armada Acquisition Corp., it'll be changed to Evernorth um by the 8th. Something else is happening though on the 8th that you need to be aware of. When this happens, um, there's going to be a little dilution, meaning more shares are going to come to the market. Now, it will hold about 473 million XRP when it closes. Backers include Ripple, SBI, Panta, Kraken, GSR, and Chris Larson. The week, uh, September 25th, closed around $10.58. September 30th, it closed around $16. October 1st, it closed around $23 yesterday. It opened today at 28 bucks. It opened at 28 bucks today at market open. It is now trading above $47. Now, this thing has absolutely went nuts. If this is a longer term play, then you don't care too much about it, right? I wanted to kind of just dip my toes in. I got into a pretty good position already here. Um, I'm prepared now to kind of ride this wave a little bit. However, is it going to be something where you take some profits off the table um, come October 8th? We'll get to that. XRP, uh, here's the part he likes most. XRP fell from 237 to about 150 after the deal was signed, the Evernorth deal. So, the insiders rewrote it, basing the share count on XRP's value at closing instead of at signing. More than 95% of committed capital signed off. 100% of fun uh funders showed up to close. Insiders took fewer shares so public buyers wouldn't overpay. That almost never happens. He writes the number of everyone getting the number everyone's getting wrong. Roughly 740 million market cap you'll see quoted uses the old Spack share count of about 31 million shares. At closing, new shares go to everyone who contributed XRP and cash, which brings the real count to about 85 to 100 million shares. XRP held 473 million times 150 equals 710 million per share about 7 to 850 of XRP market value about 2.4 to 2.8 billion the MNAV about 3.4x to 3.9x parody XRP needs to reach about five bucks to six bucks for 28 to equal order book value. So at 3x, every share Evernorth sells buys about 3x its weight in XRP. Selling 10% more stock at that multiple lifts XRP per share about 18%. That's the flywheel, and it only works while the premium holds. Yield can't do the job alone. At 5% a year, tripling XRP per share takes more than 20 years. The bullcase front door pensions, RAAS, IRA can buy a NASDAQ stock when they hold the token. Compounding yield grows XRP per share while an ETF stays flat. Flywheel the premium lets Evernor issue stock that adds XRP per share. Cap table Ripple, SBI, Kraken, Pantara already bent to protect public holders. So, wanted to get into kind of the bare case as well as a couple numbers to track here. Great job by Matthew here. We'll get we'll get back over to this here um in just a second and highlight a few other things. Um, in terms of the overall market, pretty decent start here to the Friday. XRP trading at 150. Looks really strong. Um, and here's the other thing that I've been talking a lot about, guys. You know, Black Rockck has had these crazy tools for years in terms of trading. Now, remember on October 8th, XRPN will become Evernorth. There's going to be more shares, so we could see some dilution. I'm talking to a lot of smart people who have already got into the play. It is public still. Look at this. It's running right now. Look at this. It was just 47. Now it's 52 a share. Expect some volatility though as we roll into next week. I I do think there could be some selloff still. Um there's definitely going to be, you know, a potential here uh long term, but if you're looking at it maybe to take some profits off the table, I'd do so in my opinion here, not financial advice, before the ETH. Um I I'm hearing a lot of that same kind of chatter from some of the other people. Um this is huge as it means there will be a regulated liquid public market vehicle built around XRP that trillion dollar institutions or just the regular everyday person can invest in to gain XRP exposure but through a stock Evernorth XRP who we know are backed by the transaction that has raised 1 billion and expected to hold more than 473 million XRP. What a time to be alive as Wall Street is getting another XRP gateway. I agree, man. What a time to be in crypto. All of this happening, tokenization, the agentic economy.
