All right, guys. We are back. We're here talking about XRP. We're going to jump into the fundamentals. I'm joined by um Tim Warren today. Tim, it's great to have you, man. >> It's great, great to be here, man. Great to come on the channel. How are you doing? >> I'm doing great, man. I'm doing great. Um you know, we were just talking off air a little bit, man. And XRP, I think, kind of fits in this bucket of like this is kind of the institutional bull run. Like it's kind of what we've been waiting for. I feel like I've been early to this. maybe two, three, four years, three, four, you know, four years early. We've been waiting for this moment where like, okay, hey, the institutions, >> they like Bitcoin. >> When are they going to like some of these other things? Uh, do you think XRP kind of fits into this this this bucket? >> Yeah, it does. It absolutely does. And one of the biggest reasons why is because uh whether a a crypto enthusiast wants to jump in, I I always hear people come after XRP and talk about different things on how Ripple doesn't need XRP, the token, yada yada yada. At the end of the day though, it doesn't matter what a a random individual in Tampa, Florida thinks. It matters what the big money thinks. It matters other buyers out there. And so I think that crypto enthusiasts have a lovehate relationship with XRP. Anyone who's been in the space for a while, again, you rode all those years of manipulated price action where Gary Gensler and the SEC was just on a witch hunt to to end XRP. Then you have, you know, we finally break out of the Gary Gensler thing. We had that pop up almost to a dollar. You know, I I caught a lot of flack from the XRP community because I w I was, for those you remember, I used to work on the Bit Boy team and I was live on his show with him and I I sat there when everybody else was celebrating. I was like, I think X is going to come back down. I don't think the time is right yet. People told me I was crazy. Sure enough, we we came right back down where we were before, a couple days later. But then later, I told people, listen, we're developing this massive triangle on XRP and it's going to have its moment in the sun. It's going to explode. I got hate for that as well, of course. Anyone remembers the fall of 204? XRP, everything blew up, but XRP did something truly special. There's people that love it, there's people that hate it. Um, but it's clearly got attention from people. And then here's what makes me so convicted about it into this next bull market. Something I'm really big on is what do the institutions want to buy? What do banks want to buy? But in reality, what does Trafi want to buy? I don't necessarily care about the OG crypto bros. I want to hear their thoughts, but I'm more focused on for a guy who's been buying the S&P 500 and Microsoft and Apple and then random stocks for the last 10 years as crypto emerges and comes into the limelight, what are you looking at? And every single conversation I've ever had with a Tradfi investor, they've asked my opinion. They know who I am. They say, you know, Tim, what's your thoughts on Bitcoin? They'll ask me like, "What are your thoughts on Ether?" They don't call it Ethereum. They call it Ether. I'm like "Okay." >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And then without fail, XRP is always the next one up. And it's never been, "Do you think XRP is going to make it? Do you trust XRP?" It's always, "How high do you think XRP can get?" Because, you know, there's people that say $100, $500, $1,000. I'm not one of those people. I do think I think XRP definitely above $10 and I think 20 to30 is a very real situation for XRP in this next bull market. But once again with XRP, while I like fundamentals for other coins and choosing things, I almost am kind of like a temporarily throw the fundamentals out for a second. What do trady investors want to buy? What do the banks want to buy? What do these massive institutions with trillions of dollars, what are they looking at and talking about? And Brad Garlinghouse is in every major big meeting, every major bank is talking XRP. And every trady retail investor is asking the question, how high does XRP get to me. That's an obvious buying situation. >> Yeah, man. And I want to get into the chart. Well, we'll take a look at that here in a little bit, but man, you hit on a ton of great points. It's funny story. You know, my CPA that I currently use now, the reason why I hired him, and I joke with him all the time, is when I asked him like, "Hey, what do you think about crypto? Like, I'm I'm heavy in crypto." And he's like, "Well, I got some XRP." His first thing he said. >> Yeah. Uh, so just it it proves your point perfectly and I think the story is easy, right? I I think that's a big thing that that that kind of people like lock on to where it's like the story with Ethereum is a little harder to, you know, understand and harder to explain where it's like XRP is like, hey, it's kind of like this new world bank, you know, it's a new age bank built for the new financial system. Speaking of that, we got news on that uh during Ripple Swell uh yesterday from from Garlinghouse last night. But um I'm with you, man. I I want to see XRP hit price discovery because once it does, it's been so long. I mean, you got to go back to 2018. We got close last cycle when, you know, uh we had that big runup where we did like a 6x in 6 weeks, which was incredible. Uh but I want to see it hit price discovery and and really reach that inflection point and have everybody talking about it. They've they've one thing they've done, they've done a phenomenal job of and and it's very rare we see this and I want to get your thoughts on this. It's very rare you see a token or a coin that has both the retail interest and a community built up like XRP does and it has the interest from Tradfi and the and the interest from institutional investors. I mean, is there a better coin out there that that's been able to walk both of those lines? I mean, I can't. You'd be hardressed. >> It's almost like I can think of a couple other coins that I would say fit the bill. But if you asked me, do they do both of them better than XRP? I don't know if I could like like for example, right off the top of my head, I think of like the Salas, massive retail interest, and then this dabbling of institutional interest. But I would say I think I still see more institutional interest on XRP than Salana. Could that change in the future? Maybe. But like I that's one I'm like that one comes to brain. Uh, no, I couldn't definitively sit here and say institutions like Salana better than XRP. >> Yeah, it it's it's hard to do, but I want to jump into the charts and um get some of your thoughts here on the charts. Let me uh pull this up here. >> Yeah. >> So, what are we seeing right now? I mean, obviously, we had uh a big burst off of that, you know, 99 cent level. Kind of finding our footing kind of at the bottom of a range right now. >> Yeah. >> Um what do you think uh what do you think we're looking at here at least like short to midterm? >> Yeah. Well, so I'll start off by a more macro view. Like this was something, you know, when the bare market was very clear that it had developed. I I will admit to everybody, I was later to the party because of institutions. I thought institutions would get the ball rolling in early 2026. Uh I wasn't surprised at the pullbacks that happened in in late 25. I just thought we were going to have some form of a bounce and institutions were going to take it away from retail investors. So I had a mark here from a long time ago. Uh and I turned this box red. This used to be my support. So, I actually started re-bying XRP around 174. We lost it right in January. We dropped below it. I was like, "Oh crap." Okay, never mind. We're in a bare market. The new zone became this box right here. And I I talked about 105 to roughly 90 cents. Didn't get all the way down to 90 cents, but we got there pretty much in the middle around 99 cents. So, got some great buys in that level as well. We then kept this line, turned it red and said, "This is going to be the line to watch for XRP." Getting back up above the 160 175 mark is going to be very important to reestablish a lot of bullish momentum. Take a look at it. We wicked right to the bottom of that range, rejected, and that's why XRP is not blasting off right now. Some people are going to look at this and say, "Oh, see XRP is still uh still a problem. It doesn't have the strength." And I'm just sitting here saying, "No, no, it doesn't have strength yet." That's going to be the big thing here. If you look at I mentioned this earlier, but go back to Bitstamp uh which has a long time frame here. Again, we're looking at the whole history of XRP. It it it served all these years in crypto purgatory. And people were so convinced, especially after again this failed breakout back in 2023 when we almost hit a dollar but then corrected back down and came back down to where we were before. People were just convinced XRP was broken. I told people it's not broken. It just hasn't broken out yet. And and look at how close when you look at the symmetrical triangle of compression that XRP price action had. Look at how close we got to the very end before it finally had its big moment in the sun in the fall of 204 and exploded to new all-time highs. In a similar vein right now, I think people are way too quick to just say, "Oh, what have you done for me recently in terms of price action? And if you haven't done a 2x in the last month, you must be a dead project." No, no, no. It's just a consolidation zone before the next big uptick. And again, I'm not saying wait until 180 to buy. But I'm saying if you're waiting for what confirms to me that XRP is back and is ready to make a big run, you're looking for a breakthrough of that 175 180 mark with dictated by this red box up here. On the shorter term stuff though, if I if I zoom back in here, uh for my traders out there, what I'm looking for for a sign of strength is a breaking of this bearish structure, this downtrending resistance that's been in effect since back here in late September. Uh you can see we've made several attempts to break through, but we keep getting knocked back down. What's interesting right now, I'm not convinced for certain that that XRP can't go lower and make its way down here. There's a lot of support uh on from some indicators that I have that that would suggest 118 120. I think there's some liquidations in this camp as well. There's there's some stuff on different time frames that suggest 121 120 area would be a big area to get down to. There would be a lot more buyers there. However, what I'm watching right now is that there definitely is a double bottom that has approached here over the last two weeks. We have a case. I'm not saying it's a great one. we could reject again, but if we can get a break above this red line and start to push back above these daily closes uh back on the 21st of October above 137, now all of a sudden you potentially have that shorter term bullish momentum to start going back up towards that stronger resistance of uh 170 175 and you have a a daily, you know, a daily chart uh trading play. Otherwise though, again, what we have right now, I I'm not seeing Oh, man. Actually, this is different than Bitcoin. I apologize. I actually am seeing some strength right here on the daily chart. That's a good sign. I think it's the weekly chart. This is what concerns me just a little bit. This is a weekly sell signal. Uh for anyone who doesn't know my indicators, um anytime I have reversal dots, a a momentum bearish indicator, which is that gray dot right there, and the negative money flow, I call that a sell signal. And I like to look for support levels down below. In this case, the level I would have looked at when we got that sell signal would be somewhere actually 125 is the beginning mark. Lowest mark I would look at 111. I was still looking for range in here. Can can we get a green dot to come in on that weekly indicator? Can we get uh a break above? And I'll turn this noise off right here. Can we get a break above this resistance trend line? I would shift and say I'm no longer waiting for 120. I'm ready to go long on XRP. But until that happens, I'm going to stay defensive. I'm going to DCA dips uh as I get them, as my DCA strategy calls for, but I'm not going anything big or any type of over leveraged long positions until I actually see strength on XRP. And that's that's resistance we're looking at right here in the world of 134 to 136. That resistance, can we break it? I get very bullish even on the short term on XRP. longer term. I'll say it again. I get very very bullish and I I'm starting to look for for moon type action once we break above 180. >> Yeah, I'm I'm looking at the same levels, man. I I love the breakdown. Let Let me ask you this before we close out the video. And by the way, uh if you guys want to follow Tim, links down below in the description. Go check out all of his content. I want to ask you this before we close up the video, though, man. Uh what's one catalyst you think that could take XRP to the $10 range, you know, to to to crazy price discovery? I is it one thing or is it more just about this being the institutional bull run uh and just the broader market uh you know, kind of coming up and and XRP being a part of it? Like can it do something by itself? Is there one thing you're you're looking out for? >> Well, I mean XRP's had some great headlines uh with partnerships even over here the last couple of days as we're recording this video. Um and and yet the price action isn't necessarily just taking off. Again, it's bullish today, right? On a short time frame, but it's not it's not creating fireworks just yet. Uh there's two things that I think will create fireworks for XRP. Number one, as with any other risk on asset, and XRP is still considered a risk on asset by most investors. Um clarity. We we just need clarity. We need clarity on gas prices. We need clarity on who's going to be the future leaders of of the United States. Um, a lot of that probably coming soon. I mean, definitely midterms here in a week from now, we'd have midterms. Um, I think shortly after midterms, even though, you know, Donald Trump's been saying the war is over soon for the last 6 months. So, you can only take that with a grain of salt. But, but I do think whether it's his decision or somebody else's decision, I think that that war is coming to a close. I I think on that same front, you know, this recent announcement um with our our new deal with Russia where Russia is going to be sending us pretty much unlimited diesel that we want. Do we potentially get rid of some sanctions on Russia that frees up a whole lot of oil that's been just stuck up there in Eastern Europe Asia. That could help a lot. Like we actually don't even need the war with Iran to be over. as long as oil starts flowing again and gas prices come down all of a sudden that that really does help the markets out and and and we shoot to the upside. The other big thing is what's the next story in terms of regulation. It was a big win that that even though our our Congress cannot agree on a bill, the CFTC and the SEC stepped in and said, "Let's do this, right? We're coming with regulation." What's the next big announcement? What's the next deal? Is it enough to make the bank say, "That's it. Great." Right? Like we we already know the banks love XRP. What's going to cause banks to say I'm comfortable now adding it to my balance sheet? XRP is one of their top choices. When they start actually adding significant amounts to their balance sheet, XRP price will roar. Uh so I would say two things, gas prices and and further news on regulation will be the unlocking to the next bull market for XRP. >> Love it, man. Love the breakdown. Appreciate everybody tuning in to the video. Go check out Tim's content. I'll leave his uh YouTube channel and his uh ex down there. And uh appreciate your time man. >> Absolutely. Thanks for having me. Yep.
