… just going to be very volatile and unpredictable so if If you're looking at XRP here, I'll try to give you a bit of an idea of what to expect here short term. But um but honestly, I I think you should just focus on on the edges, right? So 1.29 into 1.27 I still personally like very much as a potential buy area. Good morning everybody. Welcome back to Selinx Crypto. Hope you're all doing great and welcome to this new uh weekend update on XRP. Of course, we're going to do a full update on the current situation for XRP. Um there's quite a few things I I think you need to know about when it comes to to yesterday in terms of fundamental developments yesterday, which we certainly had, but also technical developments yesterday, which um at the moment I I must say that yesterday looks like an absolute shitow. Um there goes the monetization of course but um but but it's just the truth right I mean um we had um we had worse than expected inflation rate data not super bad data not super much higher than expected but still um and then based on that the market was likely expecting worse results and that's why we got a bit of a spike into the upside bit of a short liquidation as well but uh but we had that but if you look at this 4hour candle right now for XRP it it looks horrendous right I mean we spiked into all sorts of liquidity levels here. Probably liquidated a bunch of shorts and then the close was still below the 30-day rolling VWAP and again below the range lows, right? So, so we did not even with the bullish momentum, we we did not even reclaim sustainably and it's the question whether we're going to do that in in the weekend. Maybe I would say there's actually a couple things that look pretty good. Um but with all of that momentum like it it looks even stranger on the lower time frames. we were not able to put in that reclaim. So now the question is okay well can we still get that reclaim or are we going to push down lower? You can see right here for for XRP that we are for example um we have been able to hold the previous week value area low right so there are signs of strength definitely for XRP here and we'll talk about that as well um but um but both technically and fundamentally what I what I mostly want to tell you is that there's just a bunch of uncertainty for XRP here and um the structure is quite clear it is quite clear that that is neutral right um so so you have this consolidation right here so far between the previous month VWAP at 1.32 1.31 and then right here um the previous quarter value area high and the developing quarter value area high at 1.44ish 1.45 1.43 so let's call it 1.44 44 like this is the range and uh so far and especially next week going into the FOMC meeting which I believe we have on Tuesday it's the 15th right so so 13 14 five yeah Tuesday um so both technically with all the price action we've seen so far and fundamentally with the FOMC meeting coming up which uh it seems very likely we're going to get a rate hike there but it's it's still a bit uncertain it's just going to be very volatile and unpredictable so if If you're looking at XRP here, I'll try to give you a bit of an idea of what to expect here short term. But um but honestly, I I think you should just focus on on the edges, right? So 1.29 into 1.27 I still personally like very much as a potential buy area. And that would also be a nice deviation from the range, right? So so we can do something like this. Looks like a nice setup. And to the upside, I mean, if we're able to break above 1.45, I'll get interested in in that as well. But that seems very far away right now. Um it seems more likely to me if if you're looking at the fundamentals around the financial markets that we're going to get a pullback. But but still um if if we're talking about either a move above 1.45 or a move down into 1.28. I would say the move down into 28 1.28 is um is more likely. But shortterm going into the weekend at least for now I do think we can get some stability. And there's a couple of reasons for that. I think XRP is actually coming out of a relatively good week fundamentally. Um, if you're looking at XRP ETF inflows, you can actually see that we had a pretty decent week, right? We had approximately like almost $20 million of inflows coming in, pretty decent. If you're looking at the order flow, funding rates right now are not negative, but they were negative for a prolonged period of time right here. That's good. And uh, funding rates were pushing down right here, as you can see, while the price has been able to make higher lows. So, we're also seeing some signs of XRP being over oversold. So, that's pretty good. Then on the lower time frames, like I said, we have been able to reclaim the previous week value area low. XRP has been able or at the moment at least is trading above the range value area low at 1.36. Um, so so we look good enough as long as there's no bad news coming in, we look good enough for stability here in the middle of the range. So then I'm talking about 1.35 into 1.4. That's what I would expect for the weekend. And then based on the fundamentals and and based on um you know yeah I mean mostly based on the fundamentals we'll either get a move into 1.45 seems unlikely or a move down lower seems more likely later. Those are my thoughts for now at least. That's what I think you need to know. Thank you for watching everybody. Take care and bye.
