Welcome back to the channel. Want to talk to you about Wall Street's $2,000 price prediction for Micron. I'm going to share with you in this video exactly who has a price target of $2,000. It's actually three companies, big ones, uh Wall Street firms. And we're also going to look at the other side. There is uh Wall Street firms that have a price target of $385 to $400 for Micron. I don't really understand what those people are looking at as far as the data points, but we're going to talk about all this and we're going to bring it back to how this impacts you and your Micron stock, how much you own, and all of that in this video. If you haven't already done so, hit that subscribe, hit that like button. I would greatly appreciate it. And uh we're going to be talking about this chart uh right here, and let's jump into this. Okay. So, Wall Street is extremely bullish on Micron. I have done many, many videos talking to you about uh you know, Micron and its place in the memory space, the uh scarcity as far as HBM, uh DRAM, NAND chips, all that. We've talked about all of that in in in a bunch of videos. And I might touch on that, but I really just want to focus on price action here because you may not really even have known that there are Wall Street firms that have a price target of $2,000 uh right now on Micron, and Micron is currently trading at approximately $920. Obviously, the stock market opens for trading tomorrow, uh Monday, July 27th, and so we will see what that plays out from there. But, the three companies, the three Wall Street firms that have a $2,000 price target for Micron are D.A. Davidson, Barclays, which is very impressive, and uh I'm going to get this wrong, Susquehanna. I hope that's the right way to say it. Um but, you can see, and the rating is buy, overweight, positive, price target is $2,000. If we go down the next level as far as a $1,700 uh price target from KeyBank Capital Markets, UBS has a buy at 1625, TD Cowen buy at 1600, Deutsche Bank 1550, Wells Fargo 1525. And you can see their ratings here. Okay, so three very solid buys in this in the 1500 to 1625 range and a very solid buy from DA Davidson at that $2,000 price target. So this is the most bullish target we've ever seen from Micron really ever on and coming from Wall Street. And now there always will be that disparity, there will always be those firms that are pricing it low. The lowest active target is 385 to 470. I actually let's see, I don't have it here as far as what company that that actually has the 385 to 470, but quite frankly I'm ignoring them because again, I don't really understand what the heck they're looking at. They obviously whoever did that does not understand the market dynamics and what it is Micron is doing in the market as far as supply and demand goes for memory chips for all the the entire AI compute infrastructure build-out that in 2030 we know is going to be north of $5 spent. I've done videos earlier this week talking about like Google, how they're raising their CapEx expenditures from about 185 billion to north of 205 billion in their latest earnings report they did on Wednesday. We're going to be getting earnings reports from some of the other major hyperscalers, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta. They're going to be raising their CapEx expenditures as well. And the fact that that Google raised their CapEx spend number actually spooked Wall Street a little bit because they're starting to kind of wonder about the valuation of Google as it relates to as an example 200 plus billion dollars in AI compute build-out this year alone. By the way, that number's going to go up next year. All of those kind of things, right? But to bring this back to Micron and to really talk talk about the price target, Um, I think again $2,000 is extremely bullish. And, you know, look at it this way, you can split the difference and go, "All right, at 1,500 bucks, that's still a a fantastic price target considering where we're at." Um, and you can buy Micron at a dip from where it's been Let's see, let me reload this. From where it's been um as of recent. So, it looks like uh Yahoo Finance is not wanting to load that chart. So, let's do this. Let's go here. Um and load there and kind of take a look at on the you know, last 6 months, you can see Micron is up 124% and in the last month, it's down about 20%. So, you know, you buy it today or you're looking at maybe acquiring at these levels, you're essentially buying Micron at a 20% discount from where it began uh a month ago, right? And on 3 month, we're probably back in the positive. Yeah, we're up 75% on the on the 3 month there. But, bringing back to price target, you know, price prediction for for Micron, I am very comfortable with a minimum of 1,500 bucks. And I do think that that $2,000 price target is um is extremely doable. I think as we continue to see the fact that Micron and the other AI memory production companies, SK Hynix, Samsung, raising their prices, the market having to absorb that because of the supply and demand uh issue, and the fact that that's what we're seeing in the market, ultimately those higher prices will will equate to what? Higher prices equal higher gross margins, which equals higher net profits as long as, you know, cost bases are not exponentially out of out of, you know, out of alignment. And so far, Micron has not There's been no issues with that as far as the reporting status. Um, those higher prices drive All that trickles down, ultimately drives to higher earnings and higher EPS and all of those kind of things, which ultimately helps us to raise the price of the stock, and we continue to go. Now, we know that there are things out there that could derail this and I've talked about this in videos, guys. I've talked about some of the things that could derail what we're currently seeing in the market. And that's if major companies, hyper scalers, come out and say that they're going to cut back on capital expenditures. Well, we haven't seen that. Google went the other way. You know, Alphabet/Google went the other way. They're raising CapEx expenditures. Wall Street's a little jittery about that. Key word they're being jittery in the context of they don't you know, ultimately Wall Street doesn't like that for example, this is the first quarter that Google has ever been negative cash flow. They were they were 5.9 billion dollars in as far as at a loss on on free cash flow. On and you know, Wall Street did not like that a bit. But ultimately it came back to that higher CapEx expenditure where they're they're they're building out their AI compute platform and all of those kind of things. Okay. So yeah, I just kind of wanted to share this with you and let you see this and kind of give you some insight in the fact that I think that this is significant. And I wanted you to know the numbers as far as what we're seeing for some of these price targets. I want to share with you something really really cool. I am moving all of my trading over to a really fantastic platform called BTCC. And what's really cool over here is that you can get access to trade crypto as well as stocks and you can and incorporate leverage. So you can see like this is this is the Micron chart as you see right here. You can open long position, short positions. And what's cool about this is if you use my link below, okay, there's a link below and you join me over there which is free for you to do, you can unlock some significant rewards. This says start your crypto journey but it's obviously stocks as well, okay? And what's cool about this is you see this this this chart here. Well, there's actually a trading indicator sitting inside of that. And anybody who joins through my link gets access to trading indicator immediately. So there's gives you the insight and the ability to do shorts as well as longs if you are so inclined with a very very disciplined eye in how to manage that and and see visually when to take those positions, okay? So like the orange the orange line here and now obviously there's nothing going on with Micron cuz it's not trading right now. This the stock market is not open, but you know, like if Micron were to go up and hit that orange, it might be an opportunity to take a very short-term short against that and you know, and and make some significant profit as well as the green. If we see Micron dip, if it goes down and dips and bends and bounces off that green line, then it's telling you and giving you notification that hey, it's time to buy Micron and you can take a long position. But what's cool is it allows you to make profit on both sides of that equation, shorting and or long. And I'm starting to do way more trading here on this as well as BTC is building me a trading bot that you will get access to as well if you do use my link and that trading bot specifically going to be built and run inside of BTCC and I'm going to be doing a lot with that. It's going to be actually a a blend of a DCA a dollar cost average bot where you can get money in and things of this nature take profits and all that kind of stuff. And that's down below. It's free for you to get access to that. So all you do is go down there and then click on the the link will say something along the lines of that the exchange that Austin uses and that takes you here. You sign up for free. Just make your account, get in and you start doing some trading and this is a really cool fantastic exchange I've been working with for a long time. So give me give it a look if you are so inclined. Okay. So let's go back to what we were talking about here as far as kind of the price targets and what we're seeing and kind of finish up on the lower part of this. Let me zoom in on this just a little bit more so you guys can see this, okay? So why analysts are so bullish on Micron very bottom here. Look, HBM demand remains extremely strong and supply is tight. We've talked about that in plenty of videos. We know what's going on there. AI data center center spending is accelerating world worldwide. That's not me just saying it. We got visibility into that with for example Google's capex expenditures actually going to go up in this year and they even said that they're going to be be very very high in 2027 as well. They are not slowing down. Wall Street as sometimes would like you to think that they are, would like you to think that CapEx expenditures are going to go down cuz they want to think that Wall Street likes to introduce a lot of uncertainty and fear in the market just disrupt it, all that kind of stuff. Again, the purple hands long-term supply agreements improve revenue visibility. 100% agree. I've done videos talking about that. Micron has 16 strategic customer agreements in place. General Motors, Ford, you know they have agreements with hyperscalers. Those have not been divulged but we guarantee you that there are and I think we're going to see more of these strategic customer agreements coming in the next earning announcement from Micron. Ultimately higher DRAM and NAND pricing drive stronger margins. Stronger margins equal what? Better earnings, better earnings announcements, better earnings call, better future looking forward guidance and all that kind of stuff. And again, the final thought, Micron is a major beneficiary of the AI infrastructure supercycle. They supercycle. They are one of the key players. Wall Street will continue to tell you that memory is cyclical, things of that nature. It is not. My that cyclical nature has really gone by the wayside and I think that there's some analysts out there that still believe that. Hence I think maybe some analysts who think that it's $385 which I don't get that at all but that's a different subject. And that's what we're seeing in the market, okay? So Wall Street's $2,000 Micron price prediction I think is very doable. It's very you know, it's it's a number that we can hit. There is risk and uncertainty in the market. We know what those are. I've covered those things in the market as far as different videos but right now I'm extremely bullish on Micron looking forward and continue to be so for the reason we've talked about this video. Thanks for giving me a few minutes and remember check out if you are so interested that link to BTCC that exchange where you can get access to trade stocks, cryptos, everything. You can do leverage like you know, 4X leverage, even more if you're so inclined. Um, and open long positions, short positions. And if you use my link you get this really cool trading indicator for free that tells you how and when you should be buying and selling any stock you want, Micron, AMD, any of them, Nvidia, um, Intel, whatever it may be. As well as you can do it for crypto as well. Links right down there, takes you to that page right there. And you can By the way, you can unlock some significant welcome rewards. I will see you down the road. Bye.
