Believe it or not, the stock market in 2027 is going to make some of you guys rich. Our portfolio in the trading community this year is up 97% year to date, and I plan on more than doubling this portfolio in the next 12 months. Tom Lee even said on CNBC about a month ago that 2027 could be one of the best years for the stock market. In this video, I will share with you exactly my outlook for 2027. Why I think there is such a large opportunity right now. I will share the stocks that I am investing in, the stocks that are on my watch list if we do go through some kind of correction here in September or or October. This will be my full outlook for 2027. And unfortunately, a lot of people don't understand this, but you have to position for the next year right about now. So, you want to be thinking about 2027. You don't even want to think about 2026 anymore at this point. Ladies and gentlemen, we got a lot to cover in today's video. The only thing that I ask you to do, it's twofold. Hit the like button for the YouTube algorithm, but also go down where the like button is, scroll to the right. There are three dots. click on them and hit the hype button. Completely free to do so. Helps push this video out to more people so they can also make money from this information. Okay, so before we get into my outlook for 2027, why I am so bullish and optimistic, I do want to share with you my thoughts in the month of September and what could happen to the stock market. And unfortunately, nobody knows. The fate of the markets in September or October for that matter is held in one person's hands. The war with Iran is a problem for oil. Oil is over $90 a barrel. And even if our CPI report on this Friday is better than expected and we avoid a rate hike on September 16th, the markets are just going to go, "Well, oil's climbing to 100. that means the next meeting we're going to get a rate hike. It puts you in a very difficult position. You're basically in an uphill battle right now where you know inflation theoretically needs to continue to come down a lot. At the same time inflation inputs are rising until the war with Iran ends. So what does that mean? That means basically whether or not the markets go up between now and the midterms could very well just be contingent on whether the war with Iran ends or not because you are currently pricing in around a 60% probability of a rate hike on September 16th. And the Fed never just hikes rates once. And there's this saying on Wall Street, if you haven't heard it before, let me shock your mind. It's called don't fight the Fed. When the Fed hikes rates, people sell stocks and valuations fall. And again, even if CPI comes in lower than expected for the month of August, which we get that report out on Friday, if oil continues to climb and the war with Iran does not end, people are just going to say, "Well, the next Fed meeting, we're going to get the hike." So, bottom line, whether or not we rally between now and the midterms likely just comes down to what happens with the war with Iran and oil prices more than anything else. I also need all of you guys to understand this. During a midterm election year, the markets tend to bottom on September 30th and actually recover into October and then recover further into the actual midterms on November 3rd. But what happens afterwards is where the gains actually occur, right? It's in the 9 months or so after the midterm election. So from October 1st until about late August, the markets tend to literally go vertical during a midterm election year. This is the strongest 9-month period during any 4-year presidential term. This is the most bullish time we are heading into. So there is a strong fundamental or not f not not necessarily fundamental I guess tactical tailwind that should help the markets. But again just to be clear I would be lying to you if I knew exactly what was going to happen between now and the midterms. Nobody knows that and that's what is so precarious about right now. Is the market about to go through a correction or rip higher 10%. I don't recall another scenario where one headline could literally make all of the difference outside of Liberation Day after the markets had crashed. It was one headline that kind of reverse course on all of it. You're back in one of those weird environments. One headline could crash the markets 10% or cause stocks to rip higher 10%. And before we get into my outlook for 2027 and the stocks that I am looking at buying that I may or may not own, I do want to just say right now with that kind of a setup where one person holds all of the cards and again that is Trump. Don't make any major changes in your portfolio. What I mean by that because I have made some major changes in my portfolio recently. Don't bet the farm on one outcome. Don't have 20 30% of your long-term portfolio in options right now. Do not overly hedge right now. And I'm not a financial adviser. I'm not a financial planner. But if stocks fall, just buy the dip. If stocks rally, great. You're exposed to that. But I know a lot of people are out there gambling and trying to guess the next move. And that is this is not the environment for that. Let me just tell you, I've I've learned that lesson the hard way firsthand. Now, of course, I am not a financial adviser. I am not a financial planner. I want you guys to do the best you possibly can. So, take what I say with a grain of salt and contact a financial adviser before making investment decisions because this is not financial advice. Now, let's get into why I am bullish for 2027. And the fact of the matter is, if you're not early, you are late. Why am I up 97% year to date? It's because I was early. That is what we do in the trading community. I don't care about anything else. I just want to be early. I don't care about what's going to happen this week or next week. I want to be early to major themes, major trends, and new stocks. If you're not early, you are late. If you are chasing stocks after Wall Street loves them, you are destined to have mediocre average returns. You have to find the stocks before Wall Street does in mass, right? before people are talking about them on CNBC, you want to be long invested in those names. Okay. Well, part of my 2027 outlook is I believe AI is quote unquote stable. What does that mean? I don't think the days of, you know, capex going up double what we expected are are going to continue, right? We're we're expecting about 1.3 trillion in capex spend next year. That means to really impress Wall Street to cause hardware stocks to rip higher, you need a number that's even larger than that by a couple hundred billion dollars. And then you need 2028 estimates to be well over, you know, $2 trillion or higher. I don't think we're going to get that. But that doesn't mean the markets are going to do poorly. That just means while the hyper growth phase of AI hardware and the AI buildout phase while it will continue, the growth is slowing and it's stable, it's not where the opportunity is at this moment. I think the real opportunity within AI is in the real economy adoption phase. If AI is not a bubble, if AI is going to be around for the next forever, right, you need real the real economy to adopt the technology. And I think people are really confused by this because people are like, okay, look at Enthropic, you know, look at some of these companies, they're putting up crazy numbers. And that's true, but these are not this is not the real economy. These are you and I, you know, the these are small development teams and small companies, right? Walmart is not massively adopting AI yet, but I do believe next year, especially in the second half of the year, that's when you're going to see the real economy begin to adopt AI more. So, long story short, the AI hardware trade has been coming to an end now for the last couple of months, and it's going to be a lot less important next year as the actual technology gets adopted in the real economy. This will broaden out the opportunities because if AI is truly not a bubble, if it is sustainable, everyone needs to benefit from it, right? Like the companies using it need to benefit from it. the companies that bridge the gap between, you know, AI and the companies that use it, the cyber, the the AI software, the robotics and automation companies, they will be some of the biggest winners next year. And generally speaking, even then, it'll broaden out the opportunities. Some companies will begin to see AI results from using AI. not the not the anthropics but the AT&Ts or the you know Ubers or like normal companies that are not building the AI will benefit from it and I think that is one reason why you have started to see the broadening of the markets also within my 2027 outlook is I believe the economy is stable I don't really foresee any kind of massive changes next year And I think a lot of people are under this interpretation that the economy moves quickly and it just doesn't. And in my opinion, a big reason for this misconception that people think, oh my gosh, we could just drop into a recession is because really before like 2008 or even after that, like around 2010, the economy kind of changed forever. How so? Well, before 2010, the economy was a lot of manufacturing and a lot of physical real world things, right? Um, today the economy is a lot more broad and diversified. And it really comes down to the internet. I mean, when you have such a large economy that is broad-based, I mean, only 20% of GDP is manufacturing anymore. 80% is services. And that number just continues to climb. So the economy does not move quickly. Not a lot tends to change in the economy. And that is why recessions become less frequent because you can have a recession over here in one area of the economy. Manufacturing has been in a recession for years, just slowly starting to come out of it now. But that didn't push the whole economy into a recession. At the same time, you know, other areas are going to naturally slow, but you're probably not going to have like a broad-based recession. I don't know if you're going to have some kind of massive acceleration either, though. I think a larger economic acceleration could actually happen in 2028. This is not the hill that I would die on because is it possible the economy accelerates in 2027? The real economy, the average household, of course it is. But what it's really going to come down to is the Fed and interest rates. And I'll explain this in just a moment, but I don't see any Fed hikes from here. I don't think we're going to get another Fed hike. I think the next move from the Fed will be a cut in late 2027. Now, if I'm wrong and the Fed does hike rates, that is a massive problem for stocks. But again, if the Fed is going to hike rates, it's probably going to be September 16th. If this week's CPI report is hotter than expected or not good enough or the Iran war continues into September 16th, which most people think it will, then it's very possible you get a rate hike. Again, would I die on this hill? No. But I don't think we're going to get a rate hike. If if we do, it doesn't kill the story for 2027. It just kind of kills the story for the rest of this year. I do think one of the biggest potential positive wild cards for next year is does the real estate market pick up. I don't have an answer to this. I really like I could give you my opinion on this, but only time will tell. Again, this is not something that tends to happen quickly either. We're probably going to have a pretty solid, you know, heads up of the real estate market. you're going to start to hear more people, you know, buying houses, things like that. Like, it's not going to surprise you if the real estate market picks up. It's not like a CPI report where on a Thursday you're like, "Okay, things are okay." And then on Friday, all hell breaks loose because CPI was hotter than expected. No, the real estate market does not move quickly. So, does the real estate market pick up? This could happen from inflation moving lower and Fed cuts that would do that. So right now, literally as we speak, um, Witoff and Kushner went to Russia. Looks like there was positive developments in talks to end that conflict. Now they're headed to Ukraine. If that war were to end between Russia and Ukraine, I know a lot of people don't think this is going to happen. And if the Iran conflict comes to an end, maybe by the end of this year as well, what are you going to have? If you're going to have oil back in the 40s and 50s range, you're going to have a really large drag on inflation. Okay, I think overall inflation is on a downwards trend, but that would really supercharge that. And as the federal funds rate sits at, you know, 3.7 is it 3.7 3 and a half% I believe. Um maybe it's 3.75%. Yeah. So correct on both sides. It's sitting at 3.5 to 3.7 75% in that range. Again, it's expected to go up at currently to 3.75 to the 4% range. But again, if those wars end and oil comes down, the lower inflation goes, if federal funds rates simply stay the same, you add restriction to the economy, right? So if inflation comes down to 2% from whatever metric you want to look at like core CPI is at 2.4%. Right? Um or if you look at like PCE it's at like 3.7%. If PCE comes down to 2% and the federal funds rate is still 3.5% you're actually restrictive one and a half percentage points in the economy. That's I don't know if that's accurate like if that's actually how restrictive you are or not. I think restriction really depends on what sector of the economy you're looking at because if you look at households very restrictive if you look at the stock market less so if you look at lending conditions for hyperscalers there's no restriction at all. Okay. So it's a very uh fabricated by fabricated uh economy here in that sense. But I could again see a scenario where these wars end. Inflation's already coming down the core components of CPI and then you have inflation to push CPI lower and that would justify the Fed cutting rates especially in the second half of 2027 and that is where you could spur some housing activity. 70% or more of household net worth is in their home equity. What does that mean? Well, for the average family out there, they might have 5 10 grand in their bank account or less than that. You know, 50% of the US population cannot cover a $500 emergency expense, but they might have $200,000 in home equity in their home. The problem right now is people can't afford to sell their home and buy a new home. Sure, they can afford to sell their home, but maybe their income cannot qualify for a new home payment. You know, a lot of houses people bought with mortgage payments in the $5 to $1,000 range five years ago would now be like $3,000 a month. A lot of people can't afford that. So, even if you could sell your home, you probably can't afford a new payment on a new home. So, there's record home equities right now. And the problem is people just can't afford to buy a new home. What happens when they are able to afford a new home payment and they're able to sell their home? Well, people are going to ha, you know, wake up after they sell their home with $100,000 of of cash in their bank. That is going to spur the spending, the activity, the travel, the cyclicals, right? The restaurants. That's when things begin to pick up again for the real economy. So, it's as simple as that. I think AI is stable and AI adoption in the real economy accelerates next year, especially in the second half of 2027. Over then the preceding three years after that, right between 2027 and really like 2031, there's going to be mass adoption of AI in the real economy. Even then until like 2035 and even to like 2040, just massive AI adoption in the real economy. This broadens out the opportunity pool. I believe the economy is stable and we're not going to have any Fed hikes. But does the real estate market pick up? That's a question mark. You don't have to see the real estate market pick up for the stock market to do well. It just means the opportunities are going to be a little bit more narrow. If the real estate market picks up and the broader economy, the consumer economy recovers, there's going to be opportunities everywhere. And that's that's the biggest question mark I have right now that I don't have an answer to. Now again, what happens between now and the midterms? I think a lot of that has to do with the war with Iran and CPI coming out on Friday in which I don't have the answers to those. Logically, I would think Trump wants to end this conflict before the midterms because if he doesn't, Republicans are going to get smoked in the midterms. Betting markets are pricing in a Democratic sweep of the House and Senate. The fact of the matter is people don't vote. The average person that's pretty non-political, they don't vote based on who has the best policies. They don't even know what the politicians are saying, right? A lot of people don't even give a about politics. They look at their bank account and they say, "Damn, I was better off a couple years ago. Who's the president? Trump? Yeah, I'm going to vote for the other guy." Right? Or Democrat, Republican. You get the idea. That's how most people vote. I know you're investing your money in the stock market. You're trying to get rich. That makes no sense to you. You know, don't be mad at the messenger. That's just how average people think. They don't really care about politics. They just vote based on their pocketbook. And there's a lot of historical precedents to go behind that. But I'll save you the time and just bottom line it. I do think though outside of any kind of near-term correction, 2027 is going to be be a very strong year, especially for the stocks that I'm about to mention. But if we do have a correction, I will be taking full advantage of that over the next couple of months. Now, again, you kind of got to break these opportunities into different baskets here. I like stocks that are in the robotics, automation, AI software, and cyber security space the most for 2027. I think companies like Aebra Technologies that is bringing AI to the real world in a big way that's trading at 16 times forward earnings with a 5-year forward peg of 0.58. I think those are asymmetrical opportunities as we head into broad adoption of AI in the real economy. So, Zebra Technologies, that's a stock I will be buying the dip in. Apploving you know, stocks trading 16 17 times. Forward PE growing revenue at over 50%. In the last year, forward PEG ratio of 0.3 to 0.6, anything below one is considered significantly undervalued. The stock is completely counted out right now. I think that is an asymmetrical opportunity. UiPath PEG ratio less than one sits with a PE multiple of like 16. I think that is an asymmetrical opportunity. Rubric right more expensive but cyber I think cyber is going to grow exponentially in the years to come. Tesla robotics optimist yes there is execution risk there if optimist is delayed but assuming it's not and it comes to production by the end of this year and begins selling next year Tesla's going to be a home run stock I believe next year. Palenteer you know expensive but expensive for a reason. Reddit one peg 30 times forward earnings. I think uh community in the day and age of AI is very valuable. Let alone the data pool that Reddit has for training AI. Bloom and Brands Outback Steakhouse, you know, trades at a 6 PE multiple. Crazy cheap. You think Outback Steakhouse is going away anytime soon? I don't. Do I know when the consumer recovers and goes out to eat more? I don't. Right. Bloom and Brands is one of those that's really going to benefit from a consumer picking up. Royal Caribbean, right? The travel theme is strong. Co changed the world as we know it. It trades at a 13x PE multiple and a one peg. Pays you a 2.4% dividend at current prices, $6 per share per year. I like that. Uber, you know, PE multiple of 17. I like that. Sweet green, you know, more expensive, higher risk, higher reward. price of sales multiple around one consumer recovering picking up wraps. I I I like a small position in that as well. I also like companies like Zeta Global and Back Blaze and First Solar and Amplitude and Afrius Technologies, MongoDB, Data Dog, Snowflake, and Zcaler. I don't think you can go wrong with any of these stocks. I also like financials like Wells Fargo and Robin Hood and SoFi, Fizzer, Veroot, Lemonade, Oscar, and regional banks. I like cyclicals. I like nonAI industrials. I like nonAI financials. What are the AI financials? JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs. These are stocks that trade in the AI hardware basket within industrials, right? That would be like uh Eaton or GE Veronova, right? Or or or Deer or Caterpillar. These stocks trade based on how sentiment is in the AI hardware trade. I think other names like Norwegian Cruise Line or Celsius or even Elf if it comes back down again. Airbnb or Hilton or Las Vegas Sands. These could also be very interesting. These are all stocks that I have on my watch list if we do go through a correction here. And while I do think 2027 is going to be a strong year for the headline indexes as well, I do think 90% of the opportunity right now is in the the new AI trade and potentially a pickup in household activity. So, ladies and gentlemen, let me know your thoughts on this down below in the comment section. Hit the like button as well as subscribe to the channel if you guys have not done so already. If you guys want to come trade and invest alongside of us, there's a link down below in the pin comment to do so, as well as in the description of today's video. Hopefully, this helped you um kind of understand where the opportunities are going ahead. I do think 2027 is going to be a very strong year, but I think, you know, some of the stocks that I mentioned in this video, they are set up to have wildly better years than the headline indexes. And I do think this is a stock pickers market. With that said, ladies and gentlemen, have a great rest of your Sunday and a great Labor Day tomorrow. I will see you in the next
