Here is the real reason Bitcoin is dumping. The crypto market is following. And it's not for the reason you think. Watch today's whole video so you understand everything about what comes next. Because as of today, US September CPI, that's inflation comes in hot, sending Bitcoin sharply lower. Basically, this news put rate hikes into play. If inflation is increasing, and it's increasing a lot, September CPI inflation rises to 3.7 above expectations of 3.6. Core CPI inflation rises to 2.6, also above expectations of 2.5. This officially marks the third highest US inflation reading since September of 2023. So, all markets dumped on this news. It wasn't just crypto. The S&P 500 officially posts its worst today since July 29th, erasing $800 billion of market cap. Inflation is rising again in the US, now nearly double the Fed's long-term target. Meaning it's nearly 4% when the Fed's long-term target is 2%. But was that the real reason that the crypto market started to correct? We know cryptocoin Algarand is dipping because leadership is leaving in droves. Algrand Foundation just lost its third seuite executive in six weeks. So their CEO Stacy Warden is out. Their CTO Bruno Martins's gone and chief strategy and marketing officer Mark V resigned today. What do they know? I think I mean Algrand is still alive. Hopefully they get new leadership and they continue to do well. But as of now, to me, Algrand was, as they say, neither fish nor fowl. Meaning, Algrand was sort of in the messy middle. Again, this is just my opinion. And when I say middle, I mean you're either a generalurpose public blockchain for everybody. That's Ethereum. That's Solana. They're general purpose for everything, everybody. or you're a specific blockchain hitting a specific niche as Near is positioning themselves in for AI or as Bitensor is position positioning themselves in for AI. You're either winning in general purpose or you're winning in your specific niche. We also know infamous crypto personality and project founder Richard Hart has reportedly been arrested. If you were in crypto for five, six years ago, you know him. He was ostentatious. He believed in luxury and he would live stream to suggest his crypto that he founded would be bigger than anything. They're getting him on tax fraud. And officers seized tons of mobile phones, tons of luxury jewelry and watches. This is the footage circling today, even though they blur out what seemingly is Richard's face. Again, official confirmation remains pending. And that brings us to the real reason crypto is actually dipping. It comes down to this and this is what the mainstream media will not share with you. That the primary reason that inflation is up is largely due to oil prices. So yes, CPI inflation is up to 3.7%. But inflation is actually much much higher in a few crucial categories. Most all of them have to do with oil. So, fuel oil inflation up 72%. Gasoline inflation up 34%. Fruits and vegetables because you have to transport them up 3.7%. So, what does this mean? It means yes, the Federal Reserve can raise rates to prevent inflation, but the Federal Reserve can't open the straight of four moves. They can't make oil cheaper by raising rates. Bitcoin and crypto dipped because of a scare. But the fundamentals and the reason why Bitcoin exists as the debasement trade as a finite supply that cannot be printed more of you cannot inflate the Bitcoin supply more. This dip is a buying opportunity. And by the way, I will say we could go lower, right? If you go up 50% in a couple months, we could correct back to these support levels. The two support levels I have around 77,000 77,200 as well as 72,000. Both of them would still be a higher low, a higher low. And corrections are healthy in a bull market. We also know that these preipo companies, they're not public yet, but they're going to be public. And I believe they're going to be huge. They're stealing some mind share from crypto. I'm actually looking at the price of Anthropic right now on liquid exchange. They're a channel sponsor. They're non-custodial. They're non-KYC. You're trading on a decentralized exchange. And for those of you who want access to preIPO companies, whether it's OpenAI, Anthropic, also crypto markets, the stock market, highly recommend you get in early, set up your trades, and just because you're a part of the altcoin daily community, deposit $100 and get a $25 bonus plus 10% off all fees lifetime. And this is a very big reason why Bitcoin and the crypto market are getting much bigger. >> This is Bitcoin or or you know crypto going mainstream. >> I really got a lot of value from this clip on Bitcoin Magazine TV. $50 billion asset under management Wellington Altus. Their chief marketing strategist just said the quiet part out loud. Yes, a super cycle with crypto is coming. same trade as when China was accepted into the World Trade Organization and commodities entered a super cycle. Listen, then I want to react. >> Well, James, I do want to pivot to Bitcoin here because you've written a few times about Bitcoin entering a generational super cycle. What makes you think that's the case rather than another standard bull run? What looks different to you this time? Well, you know, I the thing I've got is I've survived, right? I've survived cycles. And so, so, you know, my parents are American. I grew up in Toronto. Uh, and then I went to the States a couple of decades ago. And when I got there, when you enter the business up here, um, you you you learn how to trade in rocks, trees, and water, like materials, and resources. That's basically, you know, until Trudeau got into power. That's that was our competitive advantage. So hence I go down to the United States. I'm in Park Avenue and Goldman walks in and basically pitches the brick trade to us and says China's entering the World Trade Organization. They're going to be urbanizing and that's going to change commodity. So commodities didn't change. The market structure around it changed and we had a super cycle. Bitcoin and Ethereum, I'll just use those as saying thing. The market structure around them is changing, right? The the Genius Act, stable coins, tokenization. So, we are going to put the global financial system on the chain on chain and Bitcoin and Ethereum are going to be part of it. So, it's no longer this libertarian point of view of who owns it. So in that essence, this is Bitcoin or or you know, crypto going mainstream. I don't and and to be clear, two decades ago, you sit there in New York and go, "Oh my gosh, we should just buy 10% energy and then the and then the passive guys are just going to have to follow along, right?" This is the same thing. People do not understand what's in front of them. You know what I mean? So this thing I don't know where it's going to go. I think yeah pain trades due north. We've never seen an asset that doesn't have a supply response here with perfect scarcity. But what we do know is that the market structure is significantly changing as did the market structure for commodities way back when. And then here's the bizarre point. Back two decades ago, there were artic nobody owned nobody owned commodities and then we had pieces of information coming out or reports saying if you put two to 5% of the of commodities in your portfolio, your sharp ratio, your risk adjusted return would increase. It's exactly what's happening with Bitcoin. So I you know I used to have I used to have hair. I don't anymore, but I've seen this trade before. Right. It's the same trade. We're early. We're going to absorb it. We're going to embrace it. Nobody's there. Nobody's there. It's a different cohort. And you know, right now on a technical basis, it looks great. I mean, is it going to chart around? I mean I mean I can't believe there are people still whipping this thing around between 83 and 86, right? But that's what the younger guy, okay, go ahead, knock yourself out. The trade is once you break through, this thing's going to go do north really fast and nobody's there. And the thing you've got to get is narrative follows price. So I don't think Wall Street, the investors are ready for it. It's not rat poison. And yes, the market structure is changing. It's as profound as China getting into the World Trade Organization. So, the four-year cycle is done. As far as I'm concerned, the the having cycle and where this goes, you know, I I I focus on, you know, Bitcoin and Ethereum. Um, and the reason I do is because I I I go I go back to like, you know, we talk about Google, right? Um, you know, when Google went did its IPO. There were other search engines like Ash Jeves and Dogpile and there was this massive argument well it may not be the best but the thing the lesson you learn around Google was wall street coalesed around it. Wall Street is coalesing around Bitcoin and Ether. So for the traditional investors, they should think about having three to five percent of their portfolio in in it and and and in Bitcoin or Ethereum and as as of from there, you know, where does this go? God only knows. God only knows. But it's due north. So again, there will be dips. There will be news articles saying crypto's done. It was a fluke this pump. But we understand something the market doesn't. This space is getting so much bigger. Looking at the Bitcoin chart on Liquid, again, if you're using leverage, you can go up to 40x leverage. With Bitcoin, I prefer a reasonable 5x. I prefer a limit order over a market order because what's a limit order? Limit order allows the price to come to me. If we do get another leg down, say we retest these local lows of about 81,000, maybe we hit my reaccumulation points, which to me would be closer to 72,000 or 76,000. Let the price come to you. If it never comes, you never have to enter the market, but let the price come to you. Limit order is how I choose to trade again. Grab a $25 deposit bonus and 10% off fees forever. Link below.
