So my default is no matter what the current market environment is and we're in a bearish kind of tech moment and Palanteer is one of the kings of high-flying tech and it was gapped down. …here. You know, from 6:30 in the morning, you found some buyers. You tried to shake those buyers out. The buyers showed up. Here is a new fake out shakeout where it broke the recent low, then it broke another low, then reacquires the VWAP. There's where we're buying it. The reason I love this trade so much is that even if it didn't go up and we would have been very content if it just would have went to 17250 again 173 let alone the perfect 176 and change that it got to what we do know and the one thing ab…

…we do know and the one thing about trading is if you do know something that's more than most people and what you do know is that you have a reason to buy it because of this chart pattern and you have a reason where you're going to sell it. So, if you're buying right here at 16,9.50, these fake out and shakeout areas are your stops. So, you're basically only risking as much as only a dollar because your first stop's here at 50 cents, your next stop is here at a dollar. So, just assuming you bought 200 shares, 100 shares stop there, 100 shares stop there. You define th…

So we were in the name from this spike again. The VWAP break was down here. That was our first indication of reasons to buy. We wound up buying it when it broke the new range right here. Suffice it to say, blue line to orange line. Now again, why did I screw this one up? Because I used price before VWAP. So when the stock broke 14420 on the way up, I used 14420 on the way down. Contexte extrait par IA Yes, it's Shopify. Wouldn't you know, right? They reported earnings and this one is as lovely as they get. And this one I kind of I messed up. If I was going to say something different, right? because this consolidation right after it led to this breakout. So right here that I can't really draw the line here, but you see that line once we got involved in the name. This is what we call the Andy Doo frame going sideways. Draw a line here to draw a line there. That makes the range. It came out of that range. We thought for sure we were about to head to the orange line and then it rolled over. VWAP earnings trader. That's right. Hope you guys are following along and you're starting to realize that it's the same trade over and over and over and over and over [clears throat] again. So my default is no matter what the current market environment is and we're in a bearish kind of tech moment and Palanteer is one of the kings of high-flying tech and it was gapped down. But our default is still to look for buys at the blue for them to get to the orange. Now you're looking at it in all of its wonderful splendor. The orange line, if you don't know, is what we call the anchored VWAP. For me, it's called multi-day. and I just anchor it to the prior days VWAP. And as you're seeing here, the new data starts to pour in at around 4:00 in the morning. This is grabbing the data from the prior day session at 1:00 a.m. And what I have found is that when you have what we call chart pattern recognition, meets the one minute to the multi-day, that's called the fake out, shakeout, breakout. Now, this one was just as awesome as it is. uh and we're still in it because we got in at such a good price. So again, you don't know these trades are going to work, but the explosion of activity out of the gate gives you a hint that there are some buyers here. You know, from 6:30 in the morning, you found some buyers. You tried to shake those buyers out. The buyers showed up. Here is a new fake out shakeout where it broke the recent low, then it broke another low, then reacquires the VWAP. There's where we're buying it. The reason I love this trade so much is that even if it didn't go up and we would have been very content if it just would have went to 17250 again 173 let alone the perfect 176 and change that it got to what we do know and the one thing about trading is if you do know something that's more than most people and what you do know is that you have a reason to buy it because of this chart pattern and you have a reason where you're going to sell it. You define the trade. And now, for me, what I do is once we get to the highs of the day, I sold 100 shares there. And then it got to the multi-day, I sold 50 shares there. And again, I'm just using 200 share increments just to give you an example of how I normally trade. I don't have to go big to make a day's pay as a day trader. You could do this with any share a lotment. The bottom line is the trade is always just the same. It's fake them out, shake them out, VWAP, break to the prior day. And the reason we're still in the trade is because we've sold here, we sold some here, and now we're just letting it breathe. As long as it doesn't break back below, sorry, the 7250 where we sold some earlier. Now that we're still hanging in there with it, I don't want to let it break back below 52 the 7250. So now we're looking for it to reacquire the orange line and then maybe get back to some of the price levels that it got to last night which is around that 177. Very nice day on the palunteer. I'll show you the other one that we did. And you guessed it, it was Apple and it was almost as perfect as the palunteer. But here's what we did with the apple. Missed the first move, missed the second move, but there's a nay fake them out. shake them out. VWAP break. So, we're buying here and we sold some here and now our stop is basically the VWAP and we're holding in there because we do hope that we do reacquire that high which is now the multi-day VWAP. And there was one more. And I think you know what I'm about to show you. Yes, it's Shopify. So I got stopped at right here and I missed out on this other three or four points. And that's pretty much the day. And very, very, very specific, very good. And it's a really nice way to trade. And the reason the VWAP works better on earnings is because there is more volume. So more volume, more better volume weighted average price. You want to trade on earnings days. And again, these are after the fact earnings. So Shopify reported, I believe, yes, yesterday. Apple reported yesterday. Palanteer reported yesterday. We just go and trade them. As a matter of fact, I'd like to show you right now, Shopify is breaking out right now. as if to rub it in my face because I didn't let it go to the multi-day VWAP. And now you've got yourself the one minute multi-day VWAP break. So all of our traders who are still in this are going to be using the orange line as their stop and redefining their trade. So it's nice how it's breaking new highs as I'm making this video as if to say you stink. But you can't get out at the highs on every trade. As long as you make the meat in the middle and you become a consistent trader, this is the way to do it. If you'd like to see these trades live and get some of these charts before the market opens up and follow us live, email me at kennylickaol.com. That's right, I'm AOL. My website's hitthebid.com. Hopefully, I can see you live and uh I'll show you more about this because this is the only trade I've taken since 2012. It is going on 14 years and uh there's a reason I only take this trade. It works pretty well. Thanks for listening.
