It was our time to party big. >> What the is going on out here? >> No. God, NO. GOD, PLEASE. NO. NO. NO. NO. Folks who are trying to find the bottom on this very bearish red day are breaking through the bottom and finding no more support. Stocks are continuing to fall. Now, I'm going to be talking to you guys about a stock that has been a great growth story. It actually went up nearly 800% in the last couple years. And now we're getting some serious volatility. It's really falling apart. And I'm talking about Intel. Now, this is one that I've liked. I liked it because the technical story was doing so well. And in addition to that, we saw that folks like Donald Trump and Nancy Pelosi had also been buying. And we're going to examine what their actual positions are right now. So, why has Intel fallen so hard? And is it time to buy? Where will it potentially bounce next? And if it bounces, where will it go? So, I'm going to break all that down for you guys. So far on Intel, the stock is down 55%. And more than half of that, 31% was done today alone. We are now essentially $80 from the high of $132. And if you take a step back, it's actually been falling for the last four months. And in recent days, after it pulled back below 90, it made an attempt to go back to all-time highs, which was a failed lower high. And now we've made a lower low. So, the trend is clearly down on this one. It was a failed rally. Now, sitting at $63 to $61, is this stock going to $50 or $100 next? At the end of this video, I'm going to answer that question. So, we're going to look at the technicals and the fundamentals of a free falling stock to determine if it's time to buy the dip. Welcome to Wall Street. This is the Stocks with Josh show. Thank you for watching this video. Thank you for hitting the like, hit the subscribe. A lot of folks are hurting and I want you guys to know that I myself have been absolutely crushed on a handful of trades. I have a balanced portfolio. I had bought heavily into the value stocks, the blue chip stocks. Those are your Costos, your Pepsis, your Coca-Cola, your Walmart, and your UNH. All of them up right now. This is one of the reasons why you cannot be too heavily leveraged in all AI growth stocks. How can you afford steak with all this inflation? >> Bro, I can afford to spend money on what matters. All the times I say no to random things, I'm saying yes to what I care about. And it doesn't hurt that I grow that money in the stock market each week. Check out the Discord I'm a part of, Stocks with Josh. >> Whoa, is that your trading account? Dude, show me how to sign up. >> You don't need a lot of money to begin. You need discipline. Classes that start at the basics, live trading every week, and a chat full of people figuring it out with you. The Stocks with Josh Discord start here. Does the Discord come with stake >> in time? >> Yesterday, I invited you to join the Stocks with Josh Discord. And this morning, we live traded. I hit an Apple call right out of the gate for 50%. And later on, I took Amazon up for over 140%. Some folks got 200%. Don't sleep on the Stocks with Josh Discord. Go to my website, which is the same name as the show, www.stockswithjosh.com. Again, I want to acknowledge that I don't always get it right. I got hurt on Intel, Oracle, AVGO, and a very small GLD gold position just like the rest of you guys as we were getting towards the end of October. I was hoping that we were going to be moving forward on these markets in November, but instead, we've gotten a major move down. I'm going to take you briefly into the spy so you can have a sense of what I'm going to be looking for going into next week. Let's take a minute and do that. All right. As I showed you in yesterday's video, I told you that if we lost 764 one more time, that it was going to get ugly. We were likely going to break beneath the bottom of this ascending channel. And that would take us straight to 750 and potentially even lower as low as 740, 745. We're going to be looking going into next week whether or not we can bounce on this descending line of support, but what we've got going on is some serious volatility right now. The market is going to shake out a lot of people. Now, I want you guys to understand that since we broke outside this channel, we are definitely in the hands of the bears right now. And as I just said, we can easily go lower down to 745. That would be the next possible bounce zone. And if we don't bounce there, then we have to watch this RSI. I previously told you guys that if we eventually got pushed underneath the 60% level, which we did three weeks ago, that we would have the risk of a flash crash that could actually end all the way at 714. I've highlighted my buy zones on a number of big tech stocks such as Google and Nvidia, and we're at the point where we're hitting those levels now. And even though it's hard and even though I just showed you in the spy that there is the potential for everything to come down even more, I've got to stick to my trade plan, which for me looks like taking some risk. I'm going to take it incrementally over time on high quality stocks. But today, let's get into what's going on with Intel. And I think it's going to be an interesting review for you guys. And where it is I want to kick things off is an interesting discussion of who is currently buying and who is selling Intel. Well, Nancy Pelosi is still holding her position of 10,000 shares and 50 leaps. 50 leaps was added to the other 200 leaps that she's got on Intel and she is down significantly. And I'm going to take you into a graph that sort of estimates how much she's actually down. If you're feeling the pain, then let me tell you right now, the GOAT of Wall Street, Nancy Pelosi, is suffering even more than you. Let me show you that chart. Pelos's intel bet based on a hypothetical estimate has her estimated loss since purchase of 1.44 million. She got almost a million of that 884,000 today alone. Now, interestingly, the two big bulls on Intel have been Nancy Pelosi who has held and maintained a position there and Lip Bhutan who is the CEO. He put in some very serious money buying millions of dollars of his own share. But he was the one that yesterday delivered the bad news that management was expecting PC weakness through at least the first half of 2027. His 10 million shares have an average cost of $95. And so Lip Bhutan is hurting pretty bad today. And then you've got Donald Trump who actually has recently sold his Intel position. He led a lot of people to buy it and he must have had some sense of what was going to happen next because he cut and run. And then we've got the true winner of the day which is Michael Bur who has actively shorted it and recently said that he was increasing his risk and leverage to the downside. Today is a huge winning day for Michael Barry. Now this is purely an estimated analysis. A hypothetical assumption based on the idea that if Michael Barry put half of his trading account into bearish puts and shorts on this market, it is a high model scenario. He could cumulatively have made so far on his overall position $17 million and today alone he would have made nearly half of that. This was a obviously a bearish day and on a day like this somebody's winning. Personally, I think that Michael Barry has missed the bigger AI run over the last couple years being more negative and more bearish but today he is absolutely loving life. Now, I found an interesting uh perspective on Intel came from Kramer. He gave the stock the kiss of death and said that he was very disappointed. He specifically said, "I'm furious about it." I have to be honest with you, I was extremely upset about Intel as well. Now, if you believe in Inverse Kramer, if he's given up on the stock, maybe it's time to buy. Let me know in the chat whether or not you're bullish or bearish, and I'll let you know what I'm doing with Intel here at the end. So, let's talk a little bit about the bull and bear thesis. The data centers and the AI revenue did surge 78% to 7.3 billion dollars. This was the strongest evidence that Intel is benefiting from AI demand as well as the fact that continued server growth and improving manufacturing could support a lasting turnaround. That is what the bulls are holding to today as the stock is in freef fall. Now, it is a day for the bears. Michael Bur would argue that Intel guided next quarter adjustment earnings to 25 cents per share, down from 52 cents this quarter, a roughly 52% decline. This is why the stock has crashed. Management expects PC weakness through at least the first half of 2027 while foundry losses remain a drag. The stock is in serious trouble. And I'll be honest with you, from a fundamental perspective, the Bears win on Intel. They clearly have showed us yet again that they cannot become a leader in this space. And so unfortunately from a fundamental perspective, I'm going bearish on Intel. However, I do have some potentially good news for you. I'm going to give you the place where this could possibly bounce and where it would go. And so, if you're remaining bullish and if you're holding on to Intel, believing that they can be a big winner like they were over the last couple years, then I've got some good news for you because we are very similar to some other stocks. We are much closer to the bottom than we are to their potential new pivot high. Let me take a minute and take you into the chart. Oh, the easy days when we used to buy Intel at 18 and run it up to 20 and rinse and repeat over and over and over again and eventually we broke out. I told everybody where it would go and from that point we went up nearly as I said 800%. This had a significant move and that really was one of our biggest reasons to be on high alert. We could not afford to lose the 200 day blue moving average line the way that we did. However, now that we have fallen this much this significantly, the big question we have is, are we going to be getting some sort of a technical bounce here at some point? And if we do, where would we go? So, let me highlight significant support. You guys see that I've got two white lines drawn on the chart, which means we have two areas of support. The first one is going to bring us closer to $61. We're hovering right above it right now. This is a ascending line of support. We have a secondary ascending line of support that could potentially bring us down to $56. Now, I want to highlight the significance of this $61. We go to a weekly time frame. You can see that we have very, very strong resistance back here. And what you're always looking for is after a major run like this, you're wanting to see the price action come back. and what had once been resistance begins to serve as support. So, I believe that it would be pretty hard for Intel not to bounce on this $61 level. And what I would be looking for over the course of time would be a back test back up to 80 or shortly beneath that. Now, if you want to know whether or not I believe that Intel is an investment or just a pure technical trade, I'm going to tell you right now based on the earnings event and based on the fundamentals, I'm just not convinced that this company is a leader in the AI space. I think this stock is going to be wildly, wildly volatile over the years to come. And it wouldn't shock me, as I said, if we move from 61 to $80, that is a very likely back test on this story. But what I want you guys to understand is don't expect that move overnight. The likelihood that we are going to hit these levels and bounce is unlikely. More than likely, this huge drop is going to turn into more of a thud where we're going to consolidate and slowly rebuild over time. So, what am I going to do? Will this stock get into the $50 range or the $100 range next? And I'm going to tell you right now, without a shadow of a doubt, we are likely to see a five in front of the future price action as it dips beneath $60. And it will likely get there before it'll get back to 100. And it'll likely get to 80 where it may not ever get back up to 100 or may take a long period of time. These guys have had been historical losers. Now, I know that's a harsh sentiment, but if you go back and you look at the way they ran the company and the type of uh help that they've needed to get from the federal government, now the only thing that's going to cause this stock to absolutely rip would be a complete and total game change to market supply, which means there's got to be a war or something like that where America would need to rely more heavily on Intel's foundry and production of chips moving forward. Otherwise, this is likely going to be consolidating between 60 and 50 and with only the hope of it rising back up to $80. And where that ultimately leads us is that there are simply better AI stocks to invest in, such as Google and Nvidia, which I believe will continue to be market leaders and simply make better sense as a long-term investment. I want to encourage you in this last moment to be a careful investor. And as you go to buy and sell positions and if you got caught on some negative positions, I want you to consider what is best in class. If you're going to be investing, don't go deeper into a company that is having a fundamental issue. There's a lot of stocks that are technically falling when they're actually highquality stocks that are going to continue to be part of the AI trend in 2027. You want to rotate into quality. You want to give yourself some time. Don't get wrecked by a million cuts on Wall Street. Let me know how you fared today and what you think of my intel analysis. I will see you soon in the next video. I'm going to be talking about what's going on in Bitcoin. I don't think you're going to want to miss it. So, hit that like and subscribe. Peace and blessings, my friends.
