ucks from the high. And looking at this with, you know, the the hindsight bias, um I'm like, dang it, I should have sold covered calls, you know? I should have sold covered calls at 245, but shoulda, woulda, coulda, guys. It is what it is. Um and honestly, at this point, the chart looks good, and I think it's time to add more, especially if you're looking at it for a swing trade. Uh but forget about a swing trade, guys. The charts look great for a swing trade, even as a long-term. This is a very good entry point. If you missed the breakout here at 240, 245, you got another opportunity in my humble opinion, you know

So, Dan Ives thinks that Nvidia stock's a buy right now, guys, and honestly, I couldn't agree more based on the charts and of course the fundamentals. So, we have to break down why Nvidia stock got hit recently, why I'm excited, and why I'm looking to buy more. And we'll break down what Dan Ives said, the charts, where my head's at. So, guys, hit the like button, make sure to subscribe, and of course, take a sip of your coffee. Come on, happy Friday. Cheers. Let's dive into it. So, at this point, you guys know the entire trade, the AI trade, I don't want to say it blew up this week, but all these stocks got nailed, some more than others, right? You had the Neo clouds down, you had, you know, AMD, Nvidia obviously, memory, you name it, everything got squashed. And Nvidia just hit all-time highs about a week ago, and this goes to show how fast things can turn. We hit 243 literally, I guess 10 days ago, close to a week ago, and now we're at 216. We're down almost $30 a share from highs, about 11% pretty much in correction territory. In fact, at one point, we were down over 30 bucks a share from the high. I think yesterday we hit Yesterday we hit what? 212? So, we were down 31 bucks from the high. If you missed the breakout here at 240, 245, you got another opportunity in my humble opinion, you know? So, I want to break down with you guys what Dan Ives said quickly. Then we'll cover some fundamentals that I'm paying attention to and kind of why Nvidia stock has gotten hit here. So, let's dive deeper into that. And for me to actually do that, it would help if I brought this up right here. Let's see exactly what Dan Ives said. And if you guys didn't know or don't know who Dan Ives is, he's a big figure, you know, when it comes to the investing space, AI. You know, he's at Wedbush. So, if we zoom in here, former actually Wedbush analyst maintained a outperform rating and a $300 price target, saying demand for Nvidia's AI chips remain strong and it's constrained more by supply than customer appetite. So, if I zoom in here a little bit more, now at StarTech analyst Dan Ives sees the AI sell-off as a buying opportunity for Nvidia for Nvidia stock rather than a warning about higher borrowing costs and about the financing of this AI infrastructure. Dan Ives said, "Nvidia remains the bedrock of the AI revolution in our view, and we believe the street still underestimates how far its advantage now runs beyond the GPU to the architecture that defines how AI infrastructure is built and operated, right?" And again, former Wedbush analyst, now with StarTech, he maintained an outperform rating and a $300 price target, which I think's reasonable. These are 12-month targets, you know, I've seen I've seen some at 500, 550. And look, I'm long in video. It's my biggest stock holding. And even I'm going to say, "Look, that's insane for a 12-month target. $500, I mean, come on. That's a double from here. Get real. Don't kid yourself. It might happen. I'd be happy if it happened, but we got to be realistic. I think $300 is way more realistic. And he's saying again, "Demand for Nvidia's [clears throat] AI chips remain strong and is constrained more by supply than by customer appetite. That's key. And Nvidia's preliminary fiscal 28 outlook points to revenue growth of about 70% with supply expected to remain the main bottleneck through that period." I've said, "Much of the demand is backed by contracts and funded through cash flow generated by major cloud computing companies." And according to Ives, "Nvidia's advantage extends beyond its GPUs to its broader AI infrastructure including networking, complete computing systems, and its CUDA software platform." And he also added, "Look, weeks like this one have marked the entry points of this cycle, not the end of it." And I couldn't agree more. This is when you want to add or at the very least just hold. Don't panic sell. These are opportunities. Um especially as the chart for Nvidia looks phenomenal along with a lot of other stocks um in the space. And I've said, "We see Nvidia share of each incremental infrastructure dollar rising as the build-out moves from training into reasoning, agents, and of course, robotics." There's a lot more coming, guys. It's not just about what you see today. It's what's coming down the pipeline. Next couple of years, 5, 10 years. This AI trades a lot deeper than you think when you're looking at reasoning, agents, robotics, and who knows what's coming after that. So, that's exciting from Dan Ives, and he's he's been bullish for a long time. Obviously, he's always [clears throat] been bullish on Nvidia stock. So, those are some you know, updates from one of the key you know, names, voices, whatever you want to call it in the AI space, especially when it comes down to Nvidia. So, let me get some coffee now, guys. Cheers. All right. So, I want to talk a little bit more about kind of why Nvidia stock has gotten hit. We got to look at the chart a bit further, which at this point it's maintaining this channel. Yeah, we are under these moving averages. We might get a death cross. The 50's getting awfully close to the 180 SMA here, but I don't think it's going to cross. We might get a death cross maybe, but at the end of the day, >> [clears throat] >> the the chart >> [cough] >> still looks constructive for the bulls. Um excuse me, guys. Um there's a lot going on. Obviously, we saw a lot of this selling coming from you know, Coreweave, Nebiast. That kind of freaked out some of the you know, it caused some financing concerns, the debt concerns, and that kind of spilled over into Nvidia as Coreweave buys Nvidia hardware to rent computing to power AI companies, right? And financial stress at major customer you know, at a major customer being Coreweave raises questions about future orders, which I think it's a buying opportunity. I think it's I don't want to say a nothing burger, but I think it's a buying opportunity. And Jensen said, get this, Coreweave doesn't need Nvidia to backstop it, but of course, investors remain bullish not bullish nervous, right? I'm mixing up my words here, guys. I got to get some more coffee. But, listen, the numbers are still there. The latest report, you know, from Nvidia, they showed quarterly revenue reaching 96.2 billion dollars up 106% year-over-year, while data center revenue hit 89 billion dollars up 117% year-over-year. And the next revenue benchmark is a 108 billion dollars, and that's Nvidia's guidance for the current quarter plus or minus 2%, and Nvidia's earnings are expected, I'm pretty sure, in November. [clears throat] Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're in November. Um, and I'm watching profit margins, guys. Profit margins for these companies, gross margins are key, right? Nvidia reported a 75% gross margin last quarter and guided to approximately 74% for the next one. And Vera Rubba, that's the next major catalyst, product catalyst for Nvidia, and they said, Nvidia said their next-gen platform is in full production with racks running at partners including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, Coreweave, and Nebius. And the opportunity extends beyond just training AI models. Like Dan I've said, Nvidia's also targeting inference, right? Which means running AI and generating responses. And the company says Rubin can deliver up to 10 times lower inference cost per token versus Blackwell under its stated comparisons. And cheaper operation could encourage, of course, broader AI adoption. And look, China China remains a major swing, you know, potential swing factor right now for the company. Nvidia's $108 billion outlook assumes no data center compute revenue from China. Improved access could could create upside. Although that depends on policy and customer demand. And big tech earnings could move Nvidia as you guys know before their own report. I'm focusing on Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta. And I want to see are they maintaining AI investment? Are they accelerating it? Are they becoming more cautious? That is what's going to set up the next move for Nvidia stock. And those signals obviously help frame future chip demand. This is all it's this is what it's all about when it comes to Nvidia. And these earnings are coming up. These earnings are coming up. I think Nvidia is in about a month, right? But we have Google way before that. I'm pretty sure Google is in early November. Or no, end of end of this month. I mean, guys, that's coming up. 28th of October. We're getting Alphabet's earnings. We're getting Microsoft here very soon. Maybe the same day. Yeah, the 28th of October we're getting Microsoft. We're getting Meta from or not from but on. Let's see. What day is Meta's earnings, guys? The 21st. They're they're next week. I mean, they're next week here, guys. And we have What's the other one? Ba ba ba. Microsoft, Google, Meta. I'm blanking. Oh my goodness. What is wrong with me, guys? Oh my god. I I need more coffee. Holy smokes. Amazon's earnings are coming up on Let's see. The 29th. So, they're they're all coming up. They're all coming up here. And it's it's big. It's going to be big, man. When it comes to demand, CapEx, chips in general. We're going to get more insight on where we're at in the CapEx cycle. and that's that's what's going to push the stock. And no doubt, it's going to move Nvidia is going to move before they actually even report earnings. And I'm banking on that, guys. I'm banking on that. And like I said, I'm looking to add more here, especially if it slips even a little bit more to the lower 200s. I mean, I guess we are already in the low 200s, but if we go to 205, 210, oh boy, I'm backing up the truck. Um and I'm adding even more to my biggest stock holding. That's where I'm at. So, what do you guys think? Let me know in the comments. Smash the like button. Make sure to subscribe. And man, on a side note, Tesla, what the heck's going on? Tesla's now at 353.
