I do think we could see 2025 billion and exit rate closer to $40 billion. Exit rate meaning revenue for basically 2028. It's going to be $40 billion. It's what I I'm projecting right now.

Hey everyone and welcome back to another video for today. We are already in the last quarter of 2026. It's been quite an amazing year in the stock market. If we have a look at the year-to- date performance for the majority of the names that we follow, you might own a lot of these names. We can clearly see that it's been yet another very good year to be invested and more specifically in this case being invested in high growth tech semiconductors and AI names. AMD is up 190%, Nvidia up 25, Apple up 24, Micron is up 263 but cyber security has also done well. Crowd Strike is up 124%. PaloAlto 118, Forinet 138, Data Dog, you would think a name like Data Dog would be down, but no, it has also doubled this year. So, all in all, so far pretty good year. Yes, Meta underperforming the market. Yes, Amazon as well, Google, Microsoft, these names are underperforming the market as of right now. But does that make them bad companies, bad investments? No, it does not. Remember, we do not measure our investments in weeks, months, or quarters. We measure them in years, many, many years. And so, in today's video, let's talk about four names that I would not mind buying for the rest of 2026, which probably means good names to have in 2027 and onwards. Now, before continuing, as always, if you enjoy this type of videos, hit all the buttons. We really appreciate that. Want to support me even further. Do check out the link down in the description and in the pin comment to the top 10 best stocks to buy now or go to full.com/gouchinvestor. Thank you very much. First up, as always, the one and the only Meta. Now, I've been talking about Meta quite a lot, so I'll try and keep it as short as possible. Meta, of course, has gone up the recent weeks, right? It's been it's now up 32% from the previous lows, which probably means that it is a bit more expensive than before. Still cheap. 22.4 times forward earnings, PEG ratio 1.1 as we know, free cash flow out of the door as of right now. But even on a trailing PE sits at 27.1 times, it's a 1.84 trillion company, still growing. Actually, compared to many other players out there, this one is still growing quite quickly. Uh this year for example it's expected or is still growing right now of the last 12 months 27.7% if we look at what's expected for this fiscal year 26.5% probably that's going to be a bit higher than that next year 20.6% also a bit higher than that then another 18.3% and remember that revenue base just gets bigger and bigger and bigger. Now of course margin wise we know that in the meantime certain aspects under under pressure especially free cash flow but the thesis around meta is not oh right now capex is increasing a lot free cash flow is out of the window and so it's untouchable. No thesis with meta is quite simple. Can they release products that will go viral that will attract hundreds of millions and eventually billions of users and then they start to monetize those users again in order to justify the spending. Now the beauty of course with meta is that the current business the current business is actually doing very very well. Cash from operating activities continues to increase. The current business is strong and very profitable. Now, of course, with Meta, the reason why it's been under pressure is because, well, Capex keeps increasing. They did not release their state-of-the-art models. They they were behind everyone. They didn't have or they don't have a cloud business. So, you can't really say, oh, they're spending this much. That's because the cloud business is accelerating. But since Muse came out, well, suddenly everything has changed. It's quite interesting because we've been talking about what Meta will be doing before the market reacted and it's still it's still early days. I still believe that Meta when they will release even better and bigger models available to the public, they will offer a a service for other companies to build on top of their own stack. It's just a matter of when, not a matter of if. And in the meantime, their ecosystem gets bigger and bigger, better integrated, more efficient, and at the end of the day, they'll be making more money because they have the ecosystem, they have the distribution. It is very simple. Meta right now to me is still undervalued. Up next, we have Marcado Libra. Marcado Libra year to date also underperforming. Yes, more recently it was down a bit more. The stock did jump because of the election results in Brazil. Pro business, pro- capitalism is of course good for a name like Marcado Libre. If you don't like it, well, tough luck. Don't invest. Marcado Libre is a name that is not cheap. It has never been cheap. It is just less expensive. And so, why are you why are you talking about this name? And I'm not even talking about the the number here. Not even talking about the price per share. That doesn't tell you if a name is cheap or expensive. Just tells you if you need to pay a lot more to own one share or not. I'm talking about cheap or expensive when you look at valuation. When you look at valuation, PE trading PE 50.3 times forward 43.8 times. Now, why why am I buying this name? This is a name in my retirement portfolio for many years. Not touching this one. Very happy to own it and own more. But this is a name that is expensive because it is one of the bestrun businesses on the planet. It's one of those businesses that continues to grow every single quarter and actually it's probably one of the only businesses out there that has grown over 30% for I think now we're closing in on 30 consecutive quarters or so. Think of it as a sort of an Amazon without AWS but for the whole of Latin America. This is a name that is still expected to grow revenue. 44.8% year-over-year. Then close to 29%. It's probably going to be higher than that. Then 24.1% in fiscal 28. It's also probably going to be a bit higher than that. This is a company that is investing in its business quite a lot. It's been through investment cycles before. It's going through a small investment cycle right now as well. This is not something that you should be afraid of because again this is what great companies do. They see an opportunity, they invest and then they expand and they win. Which is why right now, yes, this is why the stock is under pressure. You see margins coming down across the board. Oo, this is terrible. Well, this would have been terrible if they had a very bad track record. It is not terrible when the track record of this company is extremely good. It's not bad when we've seen previous cycles, previous investment cycles happen where margins take a hit and then when the investment cycle is over, the company the margin profile rebounds. Marcado Libre again is a company that it's it's not one of those companies where oh it will double overnight, it will double year to date or whatever. No, it's already a company worth $93.7 billion. It is a very big business already today and it's getting bigger every single quarter. This is GMV gross merchandise volume. This is the growth rate. 43.7% growth last quarter has been accelerating. If we go and have a look at TPV for example TPV same story there it has been growing and accelerating accelerated growth last quarter 56.3%. Lastly, total payment transactions also increasing every single quarter. This time last quarter, growth of 43.6%. I've had an executive of the company on the channel who talked about the current business and the future of the business as well. If you want to watch that, that's on the interview playlist. Moving on to the next one. We're staying actually in the same region or should I say that the region doesn't matter anymore because new is of course a big player in South America, in Mexico, there is now new global and there is also new United States. Now more recently, the reason why we've seen this sharp drop in recent weeks despite the stock being down 9% year to date, but more recently we had seen the stock drop quite more. Why is that? There was a report that said that they're looking into maybe buying the UK fintech name for around 10 billion pounds or or something like that. Well, turns out that the report isn't real. New responded and said, "Look, we respect what Monzo is doing. Good job to them, but as of right now, we have enough on our plate." Basically, they're still growing a lot in their core markets. in South America and Latin America. They are launching New Global and they are launching of course in the United States which again the launch in the United States is still going to be small compared to their business outside of it. But even that small part, if that small part can be successful, it's a huge huge deal for the future of this company because as you know the United States is huge. Monetization there is super high. You know that the GDP of Texas, California, Florida is bigger than many countries around the world. So winning small in the United States is does still mean winning big. And a company like new, which is worth $74 billion. It's not a small company anymore. $74 billion, but it's a company that can still grow a lot in the future. It's not even an expensive name. Trading PE 21 times, forward close to 16 times. It's growing quite quickly. revenue growth last quarter 50% and that's after three consecutive quarter of over 50% growth. Then if we look at another metric monthly average revenue per active user that continues to go up. We're now at 17.1 that continues to go up. That's very good. Why is it very good? Well, guess what? Guess what also goes up? Monthly active customer. And we know that they can acquire their customers quite cheaply compared to legacy players. Now, if they can continue to grow their customer base, acquire them for cheap, serve them for a fraction of the cost while also making sure that average revenue per active customer continues to go up. Well, yes, $74 billion in market cap is still quite small. Now, if we look at what's expected over the next couple of years on an adjusted basis, adjusted revenue for this fiscal year, $22.8 billion, close to 40% growth. Then that's followed by 23.6% yearover-year growth and 25.2% year-over-year growth in fiscal 28 to reach 35.3 billion. Now if we then have a look at EPS adjusted EPS in this case it's 86 cents this fiscal year $1.1 fiscal 27 1.43 in fiscal 28 so we're trading close to 10 times 2028 adjusted earnings. Now again looking at 28 29 30 adjusted earnings will always look very good but even if we look at next year's even if we look at next year we're trading here at 15 times next year's earnings adjusted earnings that is for a company that is expected to grow this quickly. I mean yes I know that there are risk whenever you want to grow faster whenever you want to grow your credit portfolio you want to grow into new geographies there's always risk there's execution risk and then there is well credit portfolio risk non-performing loans delinquencies you name it of course just like with every other business out there but again when we look at companies it is important to look at their track record it is important to look at management how have they been executing over the last couple of years? Well, Melly very good, new very good as well. And so when they tell me that this is what they feel they need to do, unlike other companies where maybe the track record is not as great here, I'm like, okay, you've proven yourself already. You didn't give me many reasons to doubt you. Now, that doesn't mean that this time they won't screw it up, but I rather go with a management team and a company that has been executing very well than with one where the track record is not great. And so, new, yes, I will continue to build up my position up next. And I know it might look crazy that I'm putting Nebus on the list here, but let me explain. Nebulus, of course, is up 152% year to date. It is down 20% from its all-time highs. Okay, fine. At one point, it was actually down close to 50%. From its all-time highs, and it happened quite quickly. Now, Nebus is a company currently, if you only look at what's it doing today, it's extremely expensive. It makes zero sense to actually buy it, right? Based on what it has done before, it's a $61.6 6 billion company has generated $1.36 billion in revenue over the last 12 months. So what's the point here? Why even look at this name? Well, the thing with the Nebuse, same with a core reef, by the way, is not and by this don't look at this outdated data completely different different company. But the thing with the Nebus is not what the company has done before. Although it is part of of the thesis and part of why we bought it is because it was previously Yandex. Yandex was supposed to be or was regarded as the the Google of Russia. Now when you can have such an engineering team suddenly flip and create a company like Nebus have that group of scientist engineers re AI AI researchers that that term has been used a bit too much but you can get that same team for a let's say by when they got listed again this was a very very small company under $10 billion or so but it was a company that had people in it with decades of experience in the field. And that's why it was so interesting. Now, Nebus, where do we go from here? Well, we're looking at $3.3 billion of revenue for this fiscal year, $12.3 billion next fiscal year, then close to $23 billion in revenue in fiscal 28. Now, of course, when you look at what's expected or what's ahead, you might start to say, okay, 60 plus billion dollars today, but the revenue that's behind us is really meaningless when we are expected to well add$10 billion extra revenue over the next 12 months. Yeah, it's completely different story here. But one side tells me these numbers are way too low especially for 27 and 28. On the other hand with this whole AI story of course execution is key. Delays happen can happen will happen. The demand story of course needs to continue and from what we've been hearing across the board it will continue for the foreseeable future. But Nebus is again different. Nebuse is different because it is not a company that was previously a crypto company or it's not a company that has started from zero and then needed to attract talent left, right and center. It's a company that already started with a team with extreme experience with a lot of connections in the industry. How to run a business, how to run models, how to build server racks, you name it. in this data center building game, in this GPU business, it's not about, oh, I have a GPU here, pay for it. Yeah, maybe that's great in the short run, but over the long term, you need a full solution. You need that software layer on top of it. You need better pricing. You need faster results. And this is what Nebus has been doing. They've been buying companies, small companies, left, right, and center. But every company that they're adding to their well value added services increases the value of the offering. Now, of course, in the meantime, this is still a company that's expected to spend quite a lot of money in order to grow faster and faster, but what we have been seeing is that the price that they can charge, not just for Nebul, we've seen that with Kore and others as well, starts to increase. Now if they don't sell out for the whole of 27 is not such a bad thing because that opens up doors to charge more if they have now a large allocations available and people are willing to pay double the price that they were charging before. It's pretty good for Navius especially because we are so early in this buildout. If they can collect as much money as possible early on, they can of course move much faster than the rest. That's also why they went after or not went after that's why they had the Microsoft and the Meta deals. Low margin deals but huge amount of money that comes in. You can then use those deals in order to grow faster and faster, raise money that way in a cheaper way. Actually, what's also nice with Nebus is that, yeah, one, the HQ is actually not that far away from me. It's a European company. It has a European footprint. It's also, of course, active in the United States, but it is very much active in Europe. So, if Europe and European companies want to select an AI cloud player, but for some strange reason, they do not want to go with an American pure American player. Well, they now have a European one in Nebus. I know sounds silly, but politics. Now, moving on here. Nebu's AI cloud adjusted Eida margin last quarter is already at 50%. Now, ideally, we do see Nebus go back down to 200, maybe under 200 before they report their quarterly figures. That would be the ideal scenario. That's where I wouldn't mind adding more shares because going into the next earnings report, two things. One, if they do give us more information, more numbers for 2027, I think those numbers are going to look extremely good, the stock will just jump higher and higher because I do think that ARR for 2027 is going to be much higher than what Wall Street is projecting as of right now. I do think we could see 2025 billion and exit rate closer to $40 billion. Exit rate meaning revenue for basically 2028. It's going to be $40 billion. It's what I I'm projecting right now. I'm almost done with the DCF because every time I try to change things, it breaks down. We add some megawatts pricing here and there. So, I'll try to make it as easy as possible for you to play around with it. But it's almost done. But Nebus is is yes one of those businesses where $60 billion today looks very expensive for what the business has done before. But if we believe management, if we believe in the execution, then yes, this could be a business generating $und00 billion in revenue in the future. And then what will we say? Is this a half a trillion dollar company in the future? Is this a trillion dollar company in the future? Remains to be seen. I'm not saying over the next two, three years, by the way, long-term future. Let me know what you think. And so, all in all, that's about it for me in today's video. Let me know what you think about all of these picks. Are there any specific names that you want to pick up before the end of the year? Of course, I could have added Broadcom, but I think I've talked about Broadcom quite a lot over the last couple of days. So, yes, Broadcom is definitely on the list as well. Let me know what type of names you are going to pick up pretty soon down in the comment section below. We shall see each other in the next one. Bye-bye.
