At number one, Meta. the highest spending risk but the lowest expectation and widest margin of safety. I give this a buy gradually verdict.

And if this compute business is real and they are going to be able to maybe outpace some of these smaller uh Neoclouds, if they're able to compete with them and the market sees that it is a path of revenue for Meta, we could see Meta finally break out of here.

Not a time to own and be buying Meta. it's a time to be selling covered calls in the position.

Google's in the middle plus or minus. Meta's definitely a minus. So, Google maybe. Amazon for sure. Microsoft for sure for now. Apple, yeah. They they got their own problems going on.

I think CapEx is going up from Microsoft, Meta, and Amazon on net, but I don't think it's going to be impressive enough to drive upside in AI stocks, and then you're going to sell off your hyperscalers for spending more.

Google's falling Amazon Meta Microsoft Oracle, they're all dead. They're all going to fall more than 50% from highs.

Maybe it's time to own Meta.

I think that the stock looks cheap if they can continue to grow and the business continues to prove that its capex ROI is positive.

So ultimately, I do think that Meta stock is looking very undervalued here and could produce some pretty strong returns even with some pretty conservative estimates.

So on that thesis, the stock looks extremely cheap today in my opinion, especially in after hours trading.

Investors are requiring a higher risk premium until Meta demonstrates that its massive infrastructure investments can stabilize operating margins above 40%.
