I told everybody today when this was right around 591, that I was not bullish on Meta and that I saw it coming down and hitting 542... Now, it has cut through it. It has not bounced. It's not above it, which means I'm expecting more downside for Meta tomorrow.

Last two videos I said trust red. I gave you some stocks that were trending higher and those went higher today. But the overall market has confirmed bearish. Diamond pattern on the NASDAQ QQQ has broken to the downside. Diamond pattern on the SPY has also confirmed and broken to the downside. And the market's flushing right now. The Fed was a pause as expected. The market didn't seem to care. They already planning to sell and they sold hard. I'm going to take you straight into the spy and I'm going to show you how to read the diamond pattern so that we know how low we're going to go in the coming days. Brace yourself, the market is selling off. Let's go check out those charts. Earlier in the day, we were right in the middle of these two price points and I had adjusted my chart to highlight that if we lost 735 today or the rest of this week that we were going to run into trouble. We have officially confirmed this diamond pattern. There is no going back. And what you do is you take the highest point of the diamond which is right around 770. You take the lowest point of the diamond which is right around 713 and that gives you the measured move. You take it to the point of breakdown and that tells you where we are going. We are going as possibly as low as 682. That is what this confirmed diamond pattern is telling us. We're going to drive down right into this heavy support level giving back half of the move. of the majority of 2026. Now, another indicator that I give you guys is the VIX. It measures fear in the market. It tells us whether institutions are hedging their positions by putting puts on protective puts. Let's go look at the VIX because that's going to tell the next layer of the story. Now, a couple weeks back, the market was calm at $15, but we've come knocking on the door of $21. And as I've said in the past, if institutions push the VIX above $21, then they are in full-blown panic mode. This is the next thing that we're going to watch for going into the end of this week. Do we finish this week above 21 or below 21 will tell us a lot about what to expect over the course of the next couple weeks. As I've said in the last couple videos, we're going to have to let the bears have their turn at this market. But there are stocks that might be worth buying at the levels in which we're at. Matter of fact, not everything went down today. The stocks I gave you in yesterday's video, the SAS stocks, software as a service, CRM now and Dolingo, I gave them to you yesterday. Let's go check out and see how those performed. Service Now, I gave you yesterday at 109 and I gave you the target of 11750 and in one day we came right up and tapped it. Now, this is resistance. It will have to close a couple candles above resistance to prove to us that it can go higher all the way up to 136. I'm not calling it up to 136. It's on watch that if it gets above 11750 and consolidates gives us a little flag or a little pendant then it can continue higher to 136. I called out CRM yesterday at around $181 and it went all the way up to $190. I told you that we were watching for a move up to $200. I would say that it's still on watch and it hasn't slowed down. Again, tighten up your stop losses. These are bearish days. Now, the only one of the three stocks that I gave you yesterday that I got out of was Duolingo. And I said yesterday that it had to close a candle above 142 to continue higher. It couldn't do that. And so, this one I let go. Now, Microsoft array of hope in the markets right now. Azour surpassed $100 billion in annual revenue. co-pilot reached 30 million paid users and contracted cloud backlog climbed to $678 billion. Wall Street bought Microsoft because its results proved that AI spending was producing real growth. This is a gamecher for the rest of the market and it could even give a pause on this downturn or this selloff. We just have to see if Microsoft can hold these gains going into the end of the week. Now, Meta I was never bullish on. And I told everybody in the Stocks with Josh Discord when we were live trading this morning, I gave them a target to the downside. Let me show that one to you real quick. All right. I told everybody today when this was right around 591, that I was not bullish on Meta and that I saw it coming down and hitting 542. That was the only level of support on the chart that I thought would give it a reaction. Now, it has cut through it. It has not bounced. It's not above it, which means I'm expecting more downside for Meta tomorrow. Now, I want to tell you guys what I bought today. Even in this bearish environment, some stocks looked attractive to me and came down to levels that I had predecided I was going to buy. Now, I'm not saying that these are great trades. I'm just telling you that I bought some today. And these are the ones I'm going to be watching going into the rest of this week. Now, the one thing I want to highlight to you guys is that where it's sitting is at a level of support at around 737 and above it is an area of resistance at around 788. And if it continues to fall, if this 738 level doesn't hold tomorrow, then we could go as low as 662. Those are your important levels on MU. But again, we had a pretty big downturn today. Let me show you the RSI. It's cooked. We're massively oversold and we're beginning to turn up a little bit in after hours. Perhaps we'll get a return back to the slower yellow moving average line on the RSI. Now, the last stock that I want to talk with you guys about is SPCX. Now, SpaceX, I'm not terribly bullish on this, and I'm not going to go into great detail with it today, but I wanted to highlight the fact that the trade is getting crowded on the bearish side. And in this environment, bears will want to take some profits and that could drive the stock up possibly up to around $130. Now, this is not the big turnaround moment. I just wanted you guys to be prepared. Consider on a bearish market that there will be short sellers attempting to close their positions, which can drive a stock up temporarily. I would look at it from this point of view that if you have an opportunity to short this again, if it did go up back to 130, that would be a safer trade.
